Aqua Natura Bay

Das Familienzimmer war richtig toll. Zum einen groß und zum anderen besser ausgestattet als erwartet. Die Betten waren super bequem und auch von der Größe her ideal. Wir fanden das Frühstück auch überragend. Uns jedenfalls hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es gab Omelette, Spiegeleier, Baked Beans, Waffeln, Pancakes, verschiedene Brote und Brötchen, Früchte, Müslis sowie andere süße Leckereien....also mehr als genug Auswahl. Der Rooftop Infinity Pool war zwar ein bisschen kalt, aber die Aussicht wirklich atemberaubend. Zur Begrüßung gab es für jeden für uns einen Cocktail, am Abend dann sogar eine Flasche Perlwein und auch täglich Schokolade auf dem Bett. Die Anlage sowie die Location sind top!! Ein kostenloser Naturpool ist direkt gegenüber und für den anderen in 200 Meter Entfernung gab es kostenlose Eintrittskarten an der Rezeption. Wir hatten auch nicht das Parkplatzproblem, das andere Reisende zuvor geschildert hatten. Vielleicht war es Glück oder es lag daran, dass die Hauptsaison fast vorbei war. Am Tag der Anreise ist die Rezeptionsdame extra mit uns nach draußen um nach einem Parkplatz zu suchen.

Den Indoorpool könnte man mit ein paar Pflanzen sicherlich noch aufwerten. Da wir 5 Personen im Familienzimmer waren und dementsprechend viel feuchte Wäsche hatten, wären mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon wünschenswert gewesen.

Staff was very friendly. Especially the waiters, going the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Like giving us the pool menu after it was already beyond the time. The room was pretty and very clean. A chocolate on the pillow everyday. Details like that were just lovely and made us feel very welcome :)

Some hooks for bathrobes were missing at the hottub area in the basement. And it would be nice to have a little bit more light in the evening at the rooftop pool. It was very dark after 8pm.

Centrally located and close to the natural pools. Very good breakfast, clean rooms. The sound of the ocean during the night was amazing.

The sea view rooftop restaurant was a bit overrated and over priced in our opinion.

Excellent séjour à Porto Moniz. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre et confortable. Le personnel est particulièrement attentionné et disponible. Le petit déjeuner était également très bon, avec un choix appréciable. L’emplacement est un véritable atout pour visiter l’ouest de Madère : l’hôtel est situé juste en face des piscines naturelles gratuites de Porto Moniz, et les piscines naturelles payantes sont également accessibles à quelques minutes à pied. Pour le stationnement, l’hôtel dispose d’un petit parking, avec également plusieurs places gratuites à proximité. À défaut, il est possible de stationner dans les parkings payants aux alentours pour environ 6 € la journée. Une très bonne adresse que je recommande sans hésiter pour découvrir l’ouest de l’île.

L’emplacement, la chambre

Le personnel était au petit soin, très accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner est super bon et les omelettes faites minute et sur mesure sont vraiment délicieuses. Il y a pleins de petites attentions (chocolats, verre de bienvenue, entrée gratuite pour les piscines naturelles) qui font la différence. Une très jolie découverte que l'on recommande même en famille. La chambre était spacieuse et le must: la porte du balcon est équipée d'une moustiquaire! Dormir la fenêtre ouverte et entendre la mer sans craindre les petites bêtes, c'est génial.

La chambre, le restaurant, les infrastructures, les piscines, la salle de sport. La qualité de la nourriture, la gentillesse du personnel. Beaucoup de petites attentions dans la chambre. Nous étions avec un bébé de 9 mois et tout a été fait pour que ça se passe au mieux.

Nice location close to natural pools, friendly staff

La chambre supérieure est vraiment au top, avec une douche mais surtout une baignoire avec une vue fantastique. La piscine au rooftop est magnifique, vue dont on ne se lasse pas. Hôtel vraiment agréable, pas trop grand, personnel très serviable, petit déjeuner très bien.

Everything was good, everyone in staff were very nice.

Tiny hotel parking, you need to find a spot somewhere and believe that blue lines could be used without pay (however everyone is paying). Breakfast is tasty but very little variety of food there, and if you need oat milk for example you have to ask for it at the counter. And family room has no view at all.

Bij aankomst kregen we een lekkere fles wijn cadeau en werden we uitgebreid geïnformeerd over de mogelijkheden. Erg lekker en compleet ontbijt, fijne bedden en als afscheid een klein presentje. Erg goed en centraal van de activiteiten gelegen hotel.

Een kaart met informatie over wandelingen zou handig zijn en was niet aanwezig terwijl dat wel de voornaamste reden is dat toeristen naar Madeira gaan. In het toeristenbureau hadden ze wel een algemene kaart met PR wandelroutes over gans Madeira.

Le petit-déjeuner bien que bien que achalandé, est de qualité très moyenne. Une rehausse de la qualité serait à envisager. Le restaurant est correct mais un peu cher. Personnel ne parlant parfois pas le portugais, ce qui est un comble pour Madère. Espace piscine très petit.

Perfecte locatie tegen over de natuurlijke baden (openbare). Fantastisch rooftop pool. Aardig personeel. We waren hier een week, was geweldig.

Parkeer plaats, weinig plek en met name overdag zoeken naar een plekje.

Hotel staff is super nice and friendly. Breakfast selection was great. Location is just 5 minutes away from natural pools and hotel provides free tickets. We were welcomed by free drinks for kids and ourselves, which was great after long day.

Das Hotel war absolute Spitzenklasse. Zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben habe ich sowohl dem Reinigungspersonal als auch dem Küchenteam Trinkgeld gegeben. Ich bin 34 Jahre alt und reise sehr viel – für mich war das eine kleine, aber ehrliche Wertschätzung für die außergewöhnliche Leistung des gesamten Personals. Gleichzeitig möchte ich damit auch anderen Interessenten vermitteln, welchen besonderen Stellenwert diese Unterkunft für meine Partnerin und mich hatte. Die Betten sind riesig, und meines Erachtens verfügt jedes Zimmer über einen Balkon. Das Bad war ausgesprochen sauber, und sämtliche Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden 2028 wieder nach Porto Moniz reisen und definitiv erneut in diesem Hotel übernachten. P. S.: Unbedingt das Beerhouse besuchen – das Bananenbier ist hervorragend!

Quand on veut aller faire une promenade, ce serait pas mal que le petit déjeuner puisse se prendre 30 minutes plus tot.

The reception staff are truly exceptional and went above and beyond to help us with some car troubles. We also received a bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome gift which was a nice touch! The views are seriously impressive and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony each evening. The town is small so the hotel is close to everything. The room itself was a good size and modern with nice amenities. We were travelling with our 8 month old and felt the hotel had a good set up for families and enjoyed using the indoor pool

Unfortunately the food here is not good but also in Porto Moniz in general the food is terrible so it’s hard to find good places to eat. The hotel restaurant prices are quite high for quite mediocre food, over cooked and bland. Parking is very limited so it can be a bit stressful when you first arrive. For the room itself it would have been nice to have some more toiletries like shampoo and conditioner which I would expect for a 4 star hotel.

Wegens een onderhoudsprobleem zijn we omgeboekt naar Aqua Natura Madeira. Hoogwaardige materialen en een heerlijk bed. Gelegen naast de natuurbaden en gebruik daarvan is inbegrepen. Gratis parkeerplek voor de deur was een toevalstreffer. Je mag - ondanks de blauwe zone - gewoon blijven staan. Goed ontbijt.

Douchen in bad is niet mijn keuze.

L'hôtel ne dispose que d'une petite dizaine de places de voitures difficilement accessibles. Il faut alors chercher une place disponible, qui se libèrent plutôt en début de soirée...donc en attendant il reste les parkings payants....

Nous espérions utiliser la piscine extérieure mais elle était glacée. La piscine intérieure est froide et le jacuzzi ne fonctionne plus très bien. Signes de vieillissement des installations. La vue de notre chambre n’était pas aussi belle qu’attendu.

Magnifique hôtel cosy a taille humaine avec un tres bel emplacement au niveau de Porto Moniz au calme. Personnel aux petits soins, restaurant tres qualitatif, piscines intérieures et extérieures extrêment appréciables...et quel vue de notre chambre waouh! Séjour parfait rien a redire!

Hotel liegt zentral in Porto Moniz fussläufig zu den Naturpools (Eintritt inklusive). Auf dem Dach befindet sich ein kleiner Pool und Liegen. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel vorhanden. Sehr freundliche Begrüßung mit Aperitif und Sektflasche auf Zimmer. Bademäntel (z.B. für Saunabesuch) und Handtücher (u.a. für Naturpools) sind im Zimmer vorhanden.

Vorraum im Deluxe Zweibettzimmer leider nicht sinnvoll integriert/genutzt. Enthält nur eine Sitzbank. Haken für Jacken, etc. wären sinnvoll. Zudem roch es unangenehm sobald man Zimmer betreten hat.

Alles war perfekt.

De ligging van het hotel is perfect ook vlak naast de Natural Pools.

Het hotel is al wat veroudert en zwembad op het dak heeft weinig ligbedden. Verder wel okey en er zijn ook geen betere hotels in de buurt.

Heel mooie kamer met groot en comfortabel bed. Ook het gezellig, afgeschermd balkonnetje was top.

It had nothing to do with the hotel, but it was more than windy, so it was not recommended to use the outdoor swimming pool, which was a shame

Hôtel moderne, agréable, jolie déco de la chambre avec balcon vue mer, Emplacement très bien. Belle piscine sur le toit (trop froide en cette saison) avec une terrasse et chaises longues vraiment agréable, vue sublimes et piscine couverte chauffée avec jacuzzi). Petit déjeuner buffet complet. Petit parking à disposition. Si vous voulez une chambre vue mer ET montagne : il faut idéalement une chambre 201 à 205/6 ou 201/- 305/6.

Il s'agit de détails mais ils devraient différencier les chambres vue mer et vue mer et montagne. Pour voir la belle montagne il fallait se pencher du balcon en ce qui nous concerne. le bar n'invite pas à un moment de détente il est à côté de la réception et de l'ascenseur, il n'y a même pas une plante ou une déco qui sépare pour faire une peu plus cosy. Remarque idem pour le restaurant.

La vue, le petit dejeuner (surtout les fruits exotiques), l'accueil parfait et les attentions de la part du personnel (les explications, les tickets pour les piscines, et le petit cadeau au départ).

La température de la piscine à débordement sur le toit de l'hotel... un peu froide... mais c'était début mai.
