Las camas no eran muy cómodas y quizá el hotel un poco antiguo. El desayuno también con poca variedad.

Petit déjeuner très bien avec du choix et le personnel était très agréable. L'emplacement est idéal, très proche des piscines naturelles.

La salle de bain était plutôt vétuste et il a été regrettable de trouver un cafard dans la chambre. Les serviettes fournies étaient tachées ce qui n'est pas du standing de l'établissement. Nous avions payé un supplément pour une vue mer, très partielle car la vue donnée principalement sur le parking. A noter que la piscine en sous sol et relativement petite. De manière générale, le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas satisfaisant.

Es un hotel bastante agradable en Porto Moniz. Al frente tienes el mar y las piscinas naturales. Las instalaciones están muy bien. Después de hacer caminatas por las mañanas llegábamos a relajarnos a la piscina, jacuzzi, sauna y turco. Todo muy bien cuidado. El desayuno incluido también está bastante rico: es una facilidad que se agradece porque por la zona tampoco hay mucho de donde escoger. Lo recomiendo 100% sobretodo si se quiere explorar la zona. Volvería sin dudarlo.

L’hôtel est vraiment très bien placé, c’est bien insonorisé, l’accueil était chaleureux et le petit déjeuner était correct. On peut se garer facilement à proximité de l’hôtel.

Nous avons vu un cafard dans le couloir le deuxième soir… nous l’avons tué. Au petit matin il avait été ramassé.

Well located. Spacious room for our family of four. Both boys had a separate bed in the room with still plenty of space. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

The view was nice; downside was the road in front of the balcony; however there was little traffic. Friendly staff; good breakfast!

The breakfast time slot could a bit longer than 10:00. We did not use the indoor pool as it closes at 19:00 which is too early. Garage was always full. A bit to small for the high price in my view.

ПАРКОВКА! Во-первых, она платная 5€ ночь + 20€ залог за пульт для открывания ворот. Во-вторых, мы вообще не смогли туда запарковаться, потому что не было свободных пультов. Для меня это абсурдно когда ты выбираешь отель с парковкой, а в итоге ездишь кругами в городе и ищешь парковку, слава богу есть рядом парковка за 6€. СКВОЗНЯК! Мне было страшно спать, там просто невыносимо хлопали двери и завывал ветер. Я не знаю, что не так с проектировкой отеля, но мне было правда страшно, потому что двери очень сильно хлопали.

In the first room there was an issue with air condition, but we were moved instantly to another room. Both rooms were very nice, big and comfortable for the family of four. Hotel is very close to the natural swimming pools, we had a parking space and the breakfast was also very tasty. And all the staff was amazing, very friendly and supportive.

This is a beautiful place with terraces looking out to the sea. Breakfast is fine, price is excellent, staff very friendly and room spacious.

Une chambre qui venait juste d’être rénové (dixit l’employée de l’accueil) et qui n’était pas numérotée, avec un rideau occultant qui fonctionnait très mal (pas de rideau voilage) signalé dès le 1 er jour mais aucune amélioration. Chambre bien plus petite que celle à côté ainsi qu’un balcon tout petit. L’impression qu’on nous a mis dans une chambre « qui restait » alors que nous avions une réservation pour 4 nuits.

Он всегда чистый и в нежных оттенках.Дищайн отеля это особый вайп.Отель который имеет свой нежный аромат .Не каждый отель следит за тем, чтобы по отелю распыляли приятный запах. Расположение супер. Вид отличный.

Скромный завтрак,но Вы не останетесь голодными. Отсутствие пляжа,но это проблема почти всего острова.И пожалуй минус, что бассейн не открытый. Но плюсов в этом отеле намного больше. ⁰

Goede basic kamer! Snelle check-in en check-out en ook zeer lekker ontbijt. Wij bleven 1 nacht en dat is genoeg om Porto Moniz te ontdekken want het stadje zelf is heel klein.

La dame à l'accueil nous a très bien présenté l'hôtel, les services , où garer le véhicule et répondait aimablement à nos questions. Le personnel d'entretien est aussi très aimable et serviable. Le personnel qui gère le buffet du petit déjeuner veillait à ce qu'il ne manque rien, aimable et serviable aussi. Le buffet du petit déjeuner très complet,frais, bien présenté.
