No airconditioning.

Location was perfect. Easy walking distance to the 3 funicular/cable cars, surrounded by restaurants and stores and very easy to get back on to the main highway to go to other areas. The breakfast was very good and the bar is a great place to wrap up the day. Pools, hot tubs and grounds were all very nice.

There is no air conditioning. We stayed when it was mid 60s F and we had to ask for a fan. Can't imagine how hot and stuffy the rooms are when it gets up to the high 70's (which it is right now as I write this) and let's face it with global warming this is going to happen often. We stayed on the 3rd floor and on that floor is a Kids Club so we constantly had children running up and down the hallway. Maybe they should only put families on that floor. Internet was out for first two days and slow for the other 3 days.

The spa was excellent. Food options were varied and staff very friendly. Loved the bar and terrace for pre-dinner drinks and the Mediterranean night buffet.

I had a wonderful stay at Adler Spa and Resort. The serene atmosphere, elegant accommodations, and world-class spa made it truly memorable. As someone who is coeliac, I was impressed by how well my dietary needs were catered to. A special thanks to Davide, our attentive and professional waiter, who made each meal enjoyable and worry-free. I left feeling refreshed and can't wait to return.

Incredible hotel in a fantastic position right in the heart of beautiful Ortisei. The facilities, activities, food and staff were of the highest quality while also making you feel right at home.

If you want a quiet room with an outlook you need to pay for a room with a terrace … significantly more. Our room unfortunately was near reception, over looking the car park and very very close to someone practicing the clarinet early in the morning ! Having said that we sent very little time in our room.

Breakfast was great, one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel. The location is good, nice and central in the town.

Being able to access a cold pool in the morning would be nice

צוות המלון מאיר פנים , אדיב ומטפל בכל בקשה בהיענות. חגגנו יום הולדת והכינו עוגה ופינוקים בחדר. מלון בעיצוב יפיפה, מצוחצח ונעים. צוות הספא והטיפולים המגוונים היו חוויה נהדרת. הבריכות , הג׳קוזי והסאונה נהדרים וברמה גבוהה. בהחלט נחזור לשם.

The most pampering hotel we’ve ever been to, extraordinary spa with lots of leisure areas, excellent food with special chef dishes. The whole staff was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back.

Great location, great breakfast.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, from a warm greeting on arrival with a welcome drink with a tour of the hotel grounds. Our car was parked for us and luggage taken to the room with no qualms. The hotel location was fantastic literally minutes away from the cable car station to alpi di suise. We hired e bikes which was my partner’s highlight. The spa was incredible! The food was incredible! We had full board and was not disappointed. The Mediterranean buffet was the best experience! Thank you to all at Adler, it was the best trip!

Complimentary tea or coffee with the daily cake time would have been nice but no qualms otherwise.

Absolutely worth the price. Amazing service. Breakfast was so good, we booked a dinner. Dinner so good, we ate there twice. Spa was amazing. Rooms spacious and clean. Loved free e-bikes.

The location is perfect, and the spa facilities are truly excellent. Our room faced the town/church and the sounproofing was exceptional, allowing me to sleep soundly despite the church bells ringing frequently and being located on a lower floor. The room was also spotlessly clean. Every service person we met was exceptional, and the breakfast was outstanding with a fantastic and ample selection. The hotel also provides high-quality e-bike rentals. The staff was incredibly flexible with the rental time when possible. A few things are important to note for future guests. The central air conditioning made our room too warm, but we were provided a fan upon request. Also, be aware that if you open the windows with no screen, the noise and mosquitoes can be a problem. Few minor hiccups were upon our arrival. A power outage in our room delayed our access to the spa, as it took them over an hour to send someone. That was unacceptable for such a hotel and the price paid. Once we finally got to the spa, we were told they were closing.We were told by the receptionist that the spa was open 24 hours, but later found out it closes at 8 p.m except for the exercise room.This was most likely a simple language barrier. Despite these issues, we were able to thoroughly enjoy our stay, especially since we dedicated a rainy day to using all the great amenities.

The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. We loved having a balcony. The spa is amazing as is the food.

Our balcony was above a cafe so sometimes smelled like smoke from cafe patrons.

Exceptional facilities. Perfect location. Overall an amazing experience. The pools and saunas are really impressive. Great place to stay and relax for holidays.

Staffs at the reception could really improve their friendliness.

Das Essen war hervorragend. Die Zimmer sauber, gross und schön. Das Personal freundlich. Der Spa-Bereich und die Erholungsmöglichkeiten angenehm. Die Lage des Hotels sehr gut (direkte Nähe zu Seceda und Seiser Alm). Sehr erholsam insgesamt.

This is truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything, down to the details, was a 10/10 and of the highest quality. The staff is exceptional as is the spa, grounds, rooms & food. An outstanding experience all around!

What truly sets Adler apart is the atmosphere: luxurious yet unpretentious, with every detail carefully considered. Whether we were relaxing in the spa, hiking nearby trails, or enjoying a quiet drink on the terrace, we felt completely at ease. We left feeling renewed and already planning our return. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of nature, luxury, and wellness, this is it.

The hotel was great - it is Booking.com I have a problem with. I booked a room with a balcony and probably stupidly, assumed it would have a view of the mountains. Instead, we were on the first floor, directly over an entrance to the hotel where people congregated to smoke. Our "view" was of a courtyard and if we craned our necks, some hills. This is not the first time this has happened to me (i.e. a not-very-clear description of the room) and next time, I will book directly with the property.
