Situato nel centro storico di Chania in posizione comodissima. Struttura moderna e molto accogliente. Staff cortese e disponibile. Un'ottima sistemazione.

Nice new rooms, with comfortable beds and decent breackfast

We stayed at the 0 floor, and it was super loud in the morning because of the breakfast buffet. No place where to dry our wet swimming suits.

Πολυ καθαρός χώρος άνετα δωμάτια και πολύ καθαρά, ευγενικό προσωπικό όσο στην υποδοχή τόσο και στην κουζίνα το πρωινό υπέροχο,θα συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο, έχει και πολύ καλή τοποθεσία.

Hotel pulito, curato nei minimi dettagli e caratterizzato da un design moderno e accogliente. La colazione è ricca, abbondante e con un'ottima scelta tra dolce e salato per iniziare al meglio la giornata. Staff gentile e disponibile, che ci ha dato l'opportunità di lasciare i bagagli in custodia anche dopo il check-out, permettendoci di goderci le ultime ore in città senza pensieri. Struttura consigliatissima.

Unica pecca, il parcheggio. L’hotel è all’interno della ZTL essendo posizionato nell’Old town di Chania, per tale motivo gli unici parcheggi disponibili vicino all’hotel sono a pagamento.

Resepsjonisten var ikke så imøtekommende. Alt så rent ut på overflaten men da vi skulle legge oss og sjekket under laken var det hår og ikke rent ! En av oss våknet med bitt neste morgen … mulig loppebitt og det var ikke bra !

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura, nella quale i punti di forza sono la pulizia eccellente, la posizione nella città vecchia comoda per spostarsi a piedi e la colazione super.

Size of bathroom fabulous and great power shower, plug sockets all in the right places. Spotless clean hotel, Nice to have an elevator, free toiletries. Great location with supermarket next door. Nice to have breakfast in the very cute street.

Breakfast was good but a bit repetitive when you’re staying a week. Hot items were always cold. Breakfast lady not very friendly, in fact none of the staff were very chatty, except for the cleaning lady who also did breakfast one morning and she was again very smiley and friendly.No wine glasses in room. Cute balcony but plastic flowers need to be removed as they obstruct the view.

Το ισόγειο δωμάτιο ενώ είχε ζητηθεί όροφος, η απουσία μπαλκονιού και απλώστρα ρούχων.

Zeer goede ligging. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Zeer lekker ontbijt. Zeer goede faciliteiten. Zeer comfortabel.

Helaas was mijn kamer op het gelijkvloers tussen de receptie en de ontbijtruimte. Gevolg: lawaai tot laat in de avond en al vanaf half zeven in de morgen. Dat was niet de fout van het personeel, gewoon de situatie.

Rummet var lite litet, iallafall dålig förvaring för kläder och resväskor så kändes lite trångt och blev lätt kaos med packningen.

La nostra camera al piano 0 si affacciava sulla reception e la camera non è per niente insonorizzata, la mattina dalle 7.30 era come dormire nel corridoio che portava alla sala colazione

Ik had gehoopt op een rooftop maar die bleek al bijna een jaar gesloten. Onze kamer (nr.1) lag aan de receptie met geluidsoverlast van oa. de ontbijtvoorbereiding. Kamer gaf uitvoering een muur.

The only big problem that this hotel has is the downstairs room.... You can hear the noise that comes from the kitchen in the morning... Which is quite disturbing... And downstairs rooms don't have a balcony... That a pity. Otherwise good quality hotel... Nice people!!!

Όμορφο παραδοσιακό κτίριο εξωτερικά, απόλυτα ανακαινισμένο και μοντέρνο εσωτερικά, τριώροφο με ανελκυστήρα. Πολύ ευγενικοί οι ιδιοκτήτες και το προσωπικό. Μικρά αλλά ωραία δωμάτια με ό,τι χρειάζεται κανείς για ολιγοήμερες διακοπές. Φώτα και πρίζες όπου πρέπει. Δεν με πείραξε το ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν εσωτερικό και έβλεπε το τοίχο του φρουρίου διότι και φως έμπαινε και ήσυχο ήταν για τον ύπνο και έδινε ένα είδος ασφάλειας αφού μπορούσα να κυκλοφορώ ελεύθερα μακρυά από αδιάκριτα βλέμματα. Αν και δεν είχε καφετιέρα μέσα στο δωμάτιο, μπορούσα να κατέβω να πάρω ένα καφέ στην αίθουσα πρωινού και κανά δυό ώρες αργότερα πήγαινα κανονικά για το πρωινό μου.

Το μόνο που δεν μου άρεσε ήταν το ψήσιμο του μπέικον στο πρωινό. Το προτιμώ πιο ψημένο :))

Appena entrato in camera al check-in, ancora con le valigie, ho trovato uno scarafaggio vivo. Inizialmente il personale ha persino cercato di attribuirne a me la presenza, ipotizzando che fosse entrato da una finestra lasciata aperta. Ipotesi subito smentita dal fatto che avevo avuto appena il tempo di entrare in stanza con i bagagli. A quel punto hanno semplicemente liquidato l’accaduto dicendo che “sono cose che possono capitare”. Ancora più grave è stata la superficialità con cui la struttura ha gestito un problema igienico così serio: si sono limitati a rimuovere la macchia a terra e a pulire sommariamente il perimetro del letto, senza cambiare le lenzuola né effettuare una pulizia approfondita. Ho dovuto completare personalmente le pulizie della camera.

La camera, spaziosissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Il bagno eccellente. La qualità della pulizia giornaliera. La bontà dei prodotti serviti a colazione (migliorabile la varietà). La posizione in un punto strategico del centro storico, a due passi da area di parcheggio e dal porticciolo.

Il balconcino esterno poco vivibile, a causa dei segni di deiezioni dei piccioni. Il personale un po' brusco nel giorno di check out: non ci aveva riconosciuto quando siamo rientrati per prendere i bagagli e utilizzare i servizi, scambiandoci per intrusi. In generale, il personale va sollecitato e non è sempre presente in struttura.

La gentilezza e la cortesia dei proprietari è impagabile. Stanze ben arredate, posizione splendida. Centrale ma silenziosa. Ottima la colazione

Lovely hotel in a very picturesque street in Chania. Very comfortable and a nice selection of food for breakfast. I would definitely recommend.

Le personnel de la Salle du petit déjeuner pas très souriant, même quand le client rapporte son plateau... Les femmes de ménage très bruyantes près des portes de chambres, bruits de pas, de chariot que l’on tire, de sachets que l’on froisse, tout ceci très tôt le matin

Tous les équipements étaient modernes! Emplacement parfait, les oeufs brouillés. La réceptionniste était trés gentille.

Ma douche passait du froid au chaud. Les femmes de ménages attendaient dans le couloir en parlant fort et écoutant de la musique et la femme du petit déjeuner etait peu courtoise

Boutique hotel molto bello nel centro storico di Chania, curato, pulito, con ottimi arredi, materasso comodo e bagno ben progettato. Ci hanno riservato la camera col terrazzino più grande, con una bella vista sulla strada e sul mare. Ottima colazione e personale gentilissimo.

We really enjoyed this boutique hotel and its proximity to the resturants, beaches and the walk by the water and the Venetian fortress. The hotel receptionist was very warm and helpful with her great recommendations. The breakfast in the small alley in front of the hotel was very enjoyable.

Excellent and central location, all around you can find good restaurants, shops, everything is needed. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast. The room was very comfortable.

My room was near the lobby and cafeteria, so lobby noise was present in my room as well. And in the morning it was challenging to sleep bit more, cause your here the voices of people who starting their breakfast in cafeteria.

We had a wonderful few days here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was comfortable, spotless, and welcoming, with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. We will happily return. Highly recommended!

O acesso fica dentro da cidade velha não e muito facil chegar mas fica muito proximo doa pontos turisticos,vale a pena superar eate obstaculo

The location in old town is perfect for exploring the city.

The refrigerator produced loud noise so needed to ask to turn it of. Was ok as I only stayed a night, but might be inconvenient if you stay longer.

La struttura é stata completamente ristrutturata a nuovo e posizionata ottimamente. La colazione di qualità, specie il caffe/cappuccino.

Non mi é piaciuto il fatto che la signora delle pulizie ha iniziato a fare rumore dalle 8 di mattina fino alle 10:30, svegliandoci presto nonostante il piano vuoto. La doccia, sebbene nuova, non aveva una temperatura stabile. Ci hanno detto di parcheggiare in un punto sconveniente, dove dopo 4 ore si doveva spostare l’auto e non ci si poteva riparcheggiare piu, se non il giorno dopo (della serie “per fortuna che ho chiesto prima”…).

Very central and nice looking

Very disappointed. Hospitality is about how the customer feels, not how nice is your interior design, location or cleanliness. Those were great. But I felt treated like a 2nd class customer. I booked a city view room, and go a view on a wall and pigeon’s poop. A room on ground floor in between the restrooms, breakfast room and reception. There was no silence at any time of night or morning hours. Plus, the worst, the room door was clearly defective and did not lock from the inside, and whenever I was leaving I could notiche that after closing it from outside it would easily reopen. I promptly showed the problem more than one to the elder lady doing the evening shift who both times dismissed me quite annoyed saying it was fine. Therefore I spent my days out wondering if I would find my stuff in the evening, and nights wondering if someone would just pop in my room confusing it with the restroom. I am a young woman travelling alone, I and chooses to pay for a regular price room to feel safe and confortable and I didn’t. Be careful of how the staff and poor maintencan ruin all the interior design efforts.

The hotel’s location was excellent, making it very convenient to explore the area and very clean. The hotel itself and its facilities were great, and everything was well maintained. The breakfast was ideal, with a good variety of options. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel. If I visit Chania again, I would definitely choose to stay here once more.

The only small suggestion I would have is that it would have been helpful to have some clothespins or a small drying rack/apparatus for hanging clothes.

L'unico piccolo inconveniente è stato che durante il soggiorno il gel doccia in bagno non è stato rifornito. Si tratta comunque di una dimenticanza minima che non ha influito in modo significativo sulla qualità del nostro soggiorno.

The hotel is centrally located with tons to do nearby. The breakfast was great and the staff were all very friendly. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We had a great time and highly recommend the hotel

Not a big deal but there is no access by car so it is short walk up the cobblestones to get to the hotel. Not a downside at all but just to keep in mind when booking.

The room was clean and I liked very much the breakfast with the nespresso machine and the view from the street.

Paid for a double bed but got two singles, found my bed uncomfortable sadly had a broken sleep, however didn't ruin what was a lovely stay.

I really liked the hotel: everything was very comfortable and pleasant, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly; plus, there was a peaceful atmosphere. They changed the towels and cleaned our room every day. I highly recommend staying there if you decide to visit Chania for a short trip.

The only inconvenience was the lack of space to unpack belongings and clothes; there were no extra shelves, so everything from the suitcase—including dresses—had to be kept right inside my suitcase.

Communication not good on finding hotel and parking. Hotel is located in pedestrian zone. Parking area at end of closed street was time limited. When I asked at desk on where to park it was “just go up next street and you will find something!” I speak Greek but Not helpful

It is a perfect location in the center of the old town, just a short distance from the Venetian harbor. The breakfast was delightful, the hotel is impeccably maintained, and the staff is exceptionally friendly.

The mattress was soft and I would rather have a firm mattress for better back support.

Hotel molto carino, di nuova realizzazione, posizione stupenda in una zona tranquilla dentro le mura della città vecchia.

The staff was helpful and friendly, even letting us check in early and upgrading our room to a larger one for free. Everything was immaculately clean. The hotel was beautiful and set on the most charming street. Breakfast was delicious.

We have absolutely no complaints.

Si vous n’avez pas de voiture l’établissement est parfait par contre avec une voiture difficile de trouver un parking surtout le week-end

The bed was very comfortable. The windows isolated all the outdoor noise. Breakfast was sufficent. There was 24 hours reception. The room was very clean and well prepared with complimentary water, tooth brush and paste, olive oil shampoo and body wash.

The ventilation in the toilet was loud and wasnt working the best but it was not too bad
