Chambre non conforme aux attentes , très bruyante. Inconfort lié aux bruits des autres chambres ( très mal insonorisées) et des conduites d’eau des autres chambres ( chasses d’eau et douche) dont le bruit « ruisselé »++++ dans notre chambre !

кофе на завтраке невкусный: выпечка из пакетиков. Подушки были комковатые, пришлось достать жесткие подушки из шкафа. Если кому-то это важно, в отеле нет лифта, а коридорчики узкие и лестницы достаточно крутые. Поскольку мы жили на втором этаже, нас это не сильно напрягло, но имейте это ввиду.

Für uns war es ein Reinfall, für über 300 Euro pro Nacht, bekamen wir ein Jugendherberge!!! · Die Lage, das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühsctück war ausreichend · 3 -te Stock ohne Aufzug (Aufzug nur für Personal!!), Waschbeckenabfluss verstopft, Duschkopf Halterung war defekt, keine Instandhaltung, bestellt wurde 2 einzelbett und wurde 2x80cm breite einzelbett zusammen gerückt, Distanz zum Wand zu beide Seite ca. 38 cm zu einsteigen!!, die Hoteladresse ist falsch gewesen, nach 2,5 Stunden suchen hat man endlich das Hotel gefunden, nach Ankuft haben wir sofort reklamiert, Lösung wurde versprochen, aber hat garnicht geschehen

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026This property was in a perfect location. Straight out into the bustling streets of Venice’s San Polo. The room was comfortable and daily house keeping. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I didn’t have breakfast there, but there are literally hundreds of places on your doorstep to choose from. Easy to get to from Tronchetto car park on the regular boat service to S Toma on line 2. I would definitely use this hotel again.
The interior definitely has seen better days. The entrance stairs had a bit of a smell and everything was very dated. If you have mobility issues, this isn’t the place to stay as the stairs are narrow. That said, it was good value for money and a great location, so it’s a trade off and would happily use again.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Понравилось всё: Местоположение отеля, то,что не слышно шумов из соседних номеров. Удобства в номере: Кондиционер, фен в ванной, электрочайник с кофе и чаем и холодильничек.
Достаточно тесный номер был у нас. Но я предполагаю что соответствует той цене,которую мы заплатили . Короче, чтобы ночевать вполне хватает!

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Mir hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist ideal, da alles leicht und schnell erreichbar ist. Das Personal war außerdem sehr höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Was mir leider nicht so gut gefallen hat, waren die zwei einzelnen Matratzen auf dem Doppelbett. Eine durchgehende, große Matratze wäre meiner Meinung nach besser gewesen. Dadurch war der Schlaf leider nicht ganz so bequem.

Το οίκημα παλιό (λογικο), αλλά θα μπορούσε να έχει ανακαινιστει, το δωμάτιο κάπως στενάχωρο, το πρωινό σχετικά φτωχό., αλλά το κυριότερο στο πρωινό ήταν ότι δεν σου έδινε την αίσθηση της σωστής συντήρησης των τροφών.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026En premier, l’accueil par une charmante demoiselle qui nous a très bien informés sur le fonctionnement de l’hôtel. L’hôtel au calme est bien situé, il a l’intérieur d’un château avec de belles tentures médiévales et une haute charpente de poutres entremêlées. Petit-déjeuner copieux et goûteux dans un joli cadre.

La chambre était un poil plus petite que ce à quoi on s'attendait mais finalement c'était pas grave. Globalement nous sommes satisfait, le quartier est chouette et l'hôtel est très calme.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Me gustó la ubicación. La habitación era de buen tamaño para tres personas. Tenía secador y ofrecía gel de baño. Como llegamos después de las 8 de la tarde, nos dejaron un sobre en recepción con la llave. Al llegar se estaba fresco y en la nevera nos regalaron botellines de agua, que es de agradecer con el calor que hacía.
Tenía una pequeña gotera en el cuarto de baño que caía sobre el lavabo. Nos tocó la primera planta, muy bien, porque el hotel no tiene ascensor para subir las maletas.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Für den Preis war die Lage vollkommen in Ordnung, 15 min zum Bahnhof und ein paar Minuten von der Rialtobrücke entfernt. Frühstück war in Ordnung - typisch italienisches Frühstück (Croissants, Wurst, Käse, Früchte, Müsli, etc.). Wir hatten das Zimmer ganz oben - wenn man einen Koffer hat, muss man erst mal die Stiegen rauf kommen! Das Zimmer selber war super und sehr groß.
Ich fand es sehr cool, dass es eine Dachterrasse gibt, die man auch nutzen kann... jedoch sieht es da oben eher nach Baustelle aus. Hier könnte man sicher einiges besser machen!

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Pomocna obsługa, czysto, przytulnie. Wcześniejsze dwie noce spędziłam w innym hotelu przy pl. św. Marka - doskonała lokalizacja ale pokój klaustrofobiczny i zniechęcający a w tym miło było wypić rano kawę a wieczorem prosseco. Ten znajduje się nieopodal mostu Rialto. Czy jest mniej turystów? Nie😆 Jeśli poczujecie przesyt ludżmi, polecam wiejską wyspę Mazzorbo na chillout w odizolowaniu, z której przejdziecie mostem do przepięknie kolorowego Burano oraz zrobienie wycieczki na wyspę Lido, którą przejedziecie na rowerze elektro za 40€. W pokoju jednoosobowym miałam podwójne, wygodne łóżko. W łazience bidet. Wieczorny check in po godzinie pracy pracowników - w mailu link do automatycznego otwarcia drzwi budynku, przy recepcji podpisana koperta z kluczem. Na łóżku nie było tej obleśnej kapy, która niby ma dodawać elegancji a jest siedliskiem wszelkiego zła🤣 Dzięki! Komfortowo było nie musieć jej zdejmować, serio. Polecam ten hotel!
Cienkie ściany, które dotkliwie odczułam, gdy sąsiadka miała pijacką czkawkę i w środku nocy przez 2h czkała za ścianą a niosło, jakby stała nade mną😆

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Det føles som om du bor i en mørk, gammel kjeller. Skapet med komfyr og vask inni fungerer ikke og står på rommet som søppel. Det er ingen toalettartikler (bare håndsåpe, og det er alt). Den eneste fordelen er beliggenheten og frokosten. Men det er absolutt ikke verdt pengene.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Kleines Hotel. Etwas schwierig zu finden (wie alles was nicht am Canal Grande liegt). Empfangsdame sehr freundlich. Hotelzimmer groß, altmodisch (hat aber sein Charm). Frühstück klein und klassisch. Generell für den Preis alles in Ordnung.
Klimaanlage zentral gesteuert ?! Mir hat gerade nicht gestört, aber ich finde jeder sollte selbst die Zimmertemperatur bestimmen.

There could have been a wider selection at breakfast, better pressure in the shower and the shelves in the bathroom should have been fixed in place.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Schöne, zentrale Lage des Hotels. Viele Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe, aber dennoch ruhig. Bahnhof/Parkgarage fußläufig erreichbar. Gutes Frühstück, das sein Geld wert war. Es gibt sogar eine Dachterrasse. Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Klimaanlage vorhanden (und funktionstüchtig).
Zimmer etwas klein (aber ausreicheichend für die Übernachtung).

Reviewed May 31, 2026The location is fantastic. Not far to walk to just about anywhere. There is a great piazza just around the corner with good meal options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was well designed, even though cosy (standard for Venice), it had everything we needed, and a warm charm in the decor made it feel authentic.
The bed was a little hard, as were the pillows, which would be easy to change.
