Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch funktionierte reibungslos. Zudem gab es ein fantastisches Frühstück und eine sichere Parkmöglichkeit für mein Motorrad war ebenfalls vorhanden. Mir hat es so gut gefallen, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt spontan verlängert habe.

Letto rotondo,comodo e ampio. Camera pulita e spaziosa con balcone. Colazione abbondante e servita in giardino. Staff disponibile e accogliente. Parcheggio libero su strada.

Mancanza di ascensore con camera al terzo piano e gradini scivolosi e irregolari. Un ragazzo ci ha aiutati in check in con una valigia (erano 2) ma anche in discesa pericoloso.

We enjoyed our stay, the location was great, walkable distance for the whole Pamukkale. Breakfast were also very tasty, but we would appreciate if they tarted at least 7:30 or 7:45 not at 8:00 as many tourist go there to be able to beat the big busses and be there for the opening of the Pamukkale travertines which open at 8:00 (changed this year from 6:30). But it still did not change our experience - it was amazing!

Camera ampia con balconcino. Bellissima piscina pulita. Colazione con prodotti di qualità. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Struttura pulita. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ad accompagnare lo staff ci sono molti amici a 4 zampe molto carini.

Bisognerebbe anticipare, almeno d'estate, un po' la colazione che viene servita dalle 8 in modo da poter iniziare la visita del sito appena apre. La colazione è molto abbondante e si rischia di non finire tutto.

Das war alles sehr angenehm und sehr vertraut. Sie haben sich sehr gut um einen gekümmert. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Die besten Plätze draußen waren aber schon früh weg. Die Zimmer waren groß genug und auch sehr sauber.

Kein Aufzug leider und ich hatte oben ein Zimmer. Das Bad war sehr klein und eng. Ist zu weit weg vom Geschehen, ohne Auto ist es in der Hitze zu anstrengend zu laufen.

Su 6 hotel che ho cambiato durante tutto il viaggio in turchia questo è stato il migliore! La camera col balcone era incredibile, colazione buona, staff cordiale e non invadente.

I turchi devono ancora capire cosa sono le lenzuola e le coperte perché con un letto così grande la coperta era minuscola!

La struttura è accogliente e pulita, dotata di una piscina all'aperto, il parcheggio è sulla strada adiacente, la colazione è molto buona. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile

Le stanze andrebbero un po' ristrutturate, presentano diverse parti obsolescenti

Nos gustó todo, el personal muy amable, el lugar una maravilla, los desayunos una delicia, es un lugar bello y perfecto. Nos recomendaron un sitio para cenar y un acierto total, me da pena que no pude hablar con ellos porque mi idioma no era tan bueno para mantener una conversación pero me voy con una sensación bonita y con ganas de regresar.

Un personal muy amable y serviciales desde el primer momento. Un desayuno muy rico para empezar el día e instalaciones muy buenas para el precio que tiene el hotel, sin duda repetiría.

Hotel con piscina a 900m dal centro dove ci sono ristoranti, bar e accesso a Hierapolis. Personale molto cortese e colazione Turca buona e abbondante. Bel balcone con tavolino.

C’est bien pour 24 à 48 heures le plus de l’hôtel c’est qu’elle a une piscine et c’est très apprécié. Apprenti il fait très chaud. Le petit déjeuner est très très correct et l’emplacement aussi. Le personnel était très gentil

La colazione (abbondante, varia, buona e un contesto bellissimo) e la gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità dei gestori.

Dans notre chambre seule la cabine de douche nous a convenu(trou dans le plafond, robinet du lavabo pas fixer, porte fenêtre qui ne se verrouille pas ...)

Un peu loin du centre

La struttura ben curata, pulita e personale molto gentile, ce una piscina che dopo la calura del viaggio stata impagabile, per chi come noi viaggia in moto hanno un bel parcheggio interno custodito, anche se in giro tutto tranquillo, sembra un po fuori rispetto al paese ma sia per la cena che per la visita sono davvero 10 min a piedi comodissimo posto molto tranquillo... consigliato

The breakfast could've been better

Struttura carina, in ottima posizione con un bel giardino. Camere semplici, ma con quello che serve per un soggiorno breve. Staff in generale molto gentile.

Unico appunto è che al momento del pagamento sembrava non essere possibile pagare con la carta se non andando in un’altra struttura legata all’hotel. Alla fine la macchinetta per i pagamenti è stata portata in struttura dalla proprietaria.

The staff are super friendly and offer great advice for how to get around the Pamukkale and Denizli area. The facilities are super clean, and breakfast was SUPERB.

Friendly staff was very accommodating. Lovely pool. Our balcony room had a view of the hills. One morning I looked outside to see a hot air balloon descend behind a hill. There are several hotels nearby and I would suggest you drive. They had onsite parking. Breakfast was Turkish tasty with so many side dishes, plum jam, a variety of cheeses, several types of bread and rolls, fruit and one morning a cheese omelette shared for both of us. Very affordable accommodation

As it states in their description there is no elevator and all rooms are up at least one flight of marble stairs. We just had to be careful where we walked as everything was marble. There are some plumbing rules, but that seems to be common in this part of Turkey, that is old and historic.

Service by the staff at the front desk and at breakfast was excellent. They also assisted with calling a taxi.

Location, little far from center

Excellent location with great amenities. Comfy bed; nice, hot shower and delicious breakfast. The outstanding part is the people: friendly and very helpful! We had trouble with our rental car and the gentleman went above and beyond to make sure we got on the road again. The young lady at the front desk gave us excellent advice for our visit to Pamukkale. Highly recommend!!

The breakfasts were the best breakfasts I have ever had on a holiday or at home. I have travelled widely around the world and these breakfasts were exceptional.

Excellent staff, very helpful. Nice big spacious room, very clean. A little bit out of town, walkable but nice and quiet away from the main street. Lovely courtyard and pool and breakfast area and very nice breakfast too. Cute dog! The hotel helped us arrange a driver and car at a good price, to visit Aphrodisias for the day which all worked out very well.

Good accommodation, convenient when visiting the travertines which are located a few minutes away by car. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast also served in the morning.

The location.

We were 2 couples in 2 adjacent rooms. Around 1:30 AM I felt a terrible rush on my hands, turned on the light,, and found about 5 bed bugs in the bed. I took pictures of the bites and the bugs, caught 2 of them, and called the receptionist. He acted professionally, he switched our rooms and we were able to sleep from about 3:30 AM onwards. In the morning, our friends were already eating breakfast and we joined them. We then spoke with the manager to explain what happened, mentioned that we took photos and said we wanted to file a written complaint and request a refund. The manger raised her voice, refused to provide a complaint book and said that because she gave us another room and we had breakfast, the hotel owed us nothing. We were bitten by bed bugs during the night and now risk taking them home with us. Unfortunately the manager's attitude made the situation worse, showing no concern or accountability for the problem.

Dobre położenie. Można dojść do południowej bramy w ok 10-15 min. Parkowanie przed hotelem. Pokój po zmianie był czysty. Wi-fi było ok.

Pierwszy pokój był bardzo brudny. Łazienka brudna, a krany rozwalające się. Drugi pokój był na trzecim piętrze bez windy. Śniadanie bardzo podstawowe, przynoszone do stolika.

C'est un excellent rapport qualité prix. La chambre à le nécessaire pour passer une nuit durant un road trip/escale pour visiter le site de Pamukkale, qui se situe à 5min en voiture. L'hôtel est très mignon. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux avec vue sur la piscine de l'hôtel. Le personnel est très gentil et il y a également deux chiens et plusieurs chats très mignons. Il y a aussi un parking privé. Nous avions la chambre 67 au dernier étage avec vue sur les terrasses de Pamukkale. De plus nous avons eu la chance d'assister au réveil, aux vols des plusieurs montgolfières autour de nous, magnifique moment. Nous recommandons ++

Das Melrose House Hotel war wirklich eine gute Wahl. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gibt sehr leckeres Frühstück, welches immer extra frisch zubereitet wird. Zu den Sinterterrassen ist es nicht weit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.
