Great value and close to town.

Wifi not great and bags left in reception on day of checlout. Could do with a secure luggage room.

No se salva nada, el unico el de recepción que no sabia ni donde meterse.

Cada vez entiendo menos la puntuacion de booking, ya no me fio un pelo. Las almohadas y el colchón mojadas de la humedad, humedades en las paredes con fuerte olor, limpieza inexistente, el baño ya ni te cuento, creo que en la carcel estan mas limpios, pelos en las sabanas y almohadas, Pedimos cambiar habitación y a cual peor. Hemos dormido por todo el mundo con hoteles de precio economicos y no recuerdo encontrarme uno asi con tanta puntuación como este.

The pool is very nice and kept clean. It is a good value for what it delivers.

While the hotel is in town, it’s about a 10 minute walk uphill to most of the restaurants and shops. Also breakfast was not included nor was the free tea and coffee that other reviewers have mentioned. Or at least this was never offered to me. I also found small red ants in my bed and around the room, probably since I was on the ground floor. The WiFi was very poor.

The staff were friendly, kind and very accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean with a private seating area outside which led to the swimming pool. The pool was well kept and perfect for a swim after a hot day of visiting the travetines. Great and filling breakfast included. Free tea and coffee available all day. Perfect location for visiting the travetines and for restaurants nearby.On the day of departure, the staff kindly allowed us to wait in the public areas until our bus in the late afternoon.

Las habitaciones eran cómodas y limpias, con un balcón muy agradable donde podíamos sentarnos a disfrutar del aire puro de Pamukkale, lo cual fue un gran plus. El desayuno lo tomamos pagando un extra, pero estuvo muy bien, con opciones suficientes y de buena calidad. El hotel cuenta además con una piscina, aunque no pudimos disfrutarla ya que durante nuestra estadía hubo días nublados y frescos. En general, una experiencia tranquila y confortable, ideal para descansar.

Mustafa y toda su familia super atentos ,la comida muy rica y cerca de todo lo turístico, en 10 minutos caminando estas en lo mas turístico de Pamukkale como Hierapolis,piscina donde se bañaba Cleopatra,piscinas y termas de calcio o algodón como se le conoce y el museo . Además Mustafa me ayudo con mi Vuelo en Globo mas económico que en otros lados así que feliz lo recomiendo 100%

No tiene incluido el desayuno, hay que pagar extra si quieres desayunar en el sitio. Hay un restaurante cerca con muy buena comida y atención, también hay varios restaurantes, supermercados y sitios para comprar recuerdos cerca, además de estar bastante cerca a los sitios de interés.

Se siente solo el pueblo, en las noches no hay muchas actividades de distracción. Hay mal olor en el baño de las habitaciones.

Oui c'était un logement agréable, tranquille et paisible. La piscine était propre. Les propriétaires très gentils.La chambre propre et les lits très confortables. Bon qualité-prix. Le site ́était juste à 700m.

Konumu güzel, havluların çarşafların temizliği güzel fakat, banyo çok kokuyor dayanılcak gibi değil, otel görevlilerininde suratı 5 karış, artısı güzel bir havuzu var ve odalarda balkonlu veya bahçe katı havuz manzaralı, pamukkaledeki otellerin çoğu köy evlerinden çevirme butik oteller ve bahçelerinde de ufacık havuzlar olup yada hiç olmayan oteller olduğu bu yanlarında epey geçerken 1 gece kalmak için havuzunda serinlemek için kabul edilebilir ama en çokta koku yüzünden tekrar kalmak istemem.

Yataklar rahat, havuzu temiz, çayı kahvesi var. 1 gece konakladık ama gayet memnun kaldık. İşletme çalışanları çok ilgili ve saygılı.

Odaların çarşafları ve koltuklar temiz değildi

Auf unserer Rückreise aus dem Urlaub haben wir 3 Nächte im Safir Hotels Silivri übernachtet. Frau Arife an der Rezeption hat uns mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit das Gefühl gegeben, zu Hause zu sein. Auch Herr Ali vom Valet-Service war sehr hilfsbereit und sympathisch – dank ihm konnten wir unser Auto problemlos und sicher parken. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück könnte allerdings besser sein. Insgesamt waren wir als Familie sehr zufrieden und werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder wählen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, etwas älteres Hotel mit tollem total gepflegtem großen Pool.Alle Zimmer ruhig nach hinten gelegen, zentrale Lage an Hauptstraße, Eingang zu Pamukkale ca. 10 Fußminuten entfernt, ausreichend Parkplätze Schräg gegenüber das sehr gute und günstige Pamukkale restaurant mit Laden, der 24/7 offen hat.

Geruch im Bad, uns wurde allerdings ein größeres zimmer im Nebengebäude angeboten, das wir ablehnten, weil wir den privaten Balkon bevorzugten, vermutlich gibt es dort kein Geruchsproblem.

El alojamiento no correspondía en su totalidad con las fotos del anuncio… la habitación estaba muy limpia, pero fue muy incómoda, los enchufes estaban a una altura poco adecuada y no podías enchufar los dispositivos ya que se quedaban colgando y no tenían apoyo, tuve que desenchufar el frigorífico para poder cargar mi tlf y por consiguiente no pudimos tener fresca la comida que llevamos. La cama muy incómoda el colchón de muy mala calidad y viejo. El desayuno estuvo muy bien, abundante y bueno.

I liked this Hotel too much, It is well located to see Pamukkale, the staff is friendly, it has an amazing swimming pool where you can enjoy also at night The rooms are clean, and confortable. I was there twice, I would stay again in the future I recommend the Hotel

冰箱中有前一位客人留下的起司蛋糕和糖果，也許清潔人員沒有足夠的打掃時間 位於泳池旁的房間，去游泳很方便，但可能是因為在一樓的原因加上設備較舊，未開門通風的狀態下會有些味道

We stayed for two nights, so that we had enough time to visit Pamukkale and Laodikeia. The hotel is very close to the south entrance of Pamukkale, so it's easy to walk there. The pool was refreshing and a nice place to get to know some other guests. Our room was not in perfect condition (there was a problem with the sink, so there was water on the floor in the bathroom), but it didn't bother us too much. There is good breakfast and the staff is helpful. Tea and coffe for free.

Zum Glück hatten wir diese Bleibe nur für eine Nacht gebucht. Der Ausblick war schrecklich. Personal unfreundlich und um den Pool herum sah alles wie eine Baustelle aus. Nie wieder!

Ci dovrebbe essere più controllo per la piscina, bambini che urlano tutte le ore secondo me ci vuole una regola per gli orari,soprattutto nella pausa pranzo!

Strutta piccola ma bene organizzata personale gentilissimo gli abbiamo chiesto di tenerci gli zaini anche se avevamo fatto già il check-out e ce li hanno tenuti per un intera giornata senza chiedere niente consiglio

First of all it was too expensive. Definitely not worth it. The bathrooms, showers, and furnitures were outdated. Open electrical outlets and not safe for kids. If you looking to even spend a night I wont recommend this establishment.

Ailecek kaldık Otel görevlileri profesyonel değil öyle birşey beklemeyin . Otel eski, temizlik konusunda problem var .Açık havuzu var,dinlenme ve odaları ufak dokunuşlar ile çok daha hoş bir hale getirilebilir. Biz sadece birkaç saatliğine uyumak için kullandık.

Bir gece konaklama amaçlı bir otel için idare eder . Otel eski ve bakıma ihtiyacı var gibi. Temizlik yeterli idi. Havuz temiz ve güzeldi çocuklar eğlendi. Çalışanlar gayet güler yüzlü idi

Der Pool war sauber und gut. Man läuft ca. 10-15 min zu Pamukkale. Die Zimmer waren sauber doch leider war das Bad in einem sehr schlechtem Zustand, jedoch war der Preis so günstig, dass es alles in allem akzeptabel war. Für eine Nacht ist es Ok.
