Todo el personal fue muy amable, en especial la señora de la cocina. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la entrada sur a los travertinos y de los restaurantes. La pileta, impecable, muy disfrutable para días tan calurosos. Muy bueno el desayuno. Y nos tocó habitación con vistas a los travertinos

Uns hat es sehr gefallen, die Aussicht auf Pamukkale war spitze aus unserem Zimmer. Die Betten war sehr bequem und das Frühstück aus gewöhnlich gut. Kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen

Abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade gratuito a una stanza ampia con vista sulle terrazze di travertino: al mattino, dal letto, abbiamo ammirato le mongolfiere che sorvolavano la valle. Accoglienza calorosa, personale gentilissimo e pulizia impeccabile. La piscina è un vero momento di relax, con docce e servizi esterni molto comodi. Colazione turca ricca e gustosa: uova, frutta fresca e meze gözleme fatti al momento. Consigliatissimo!

Non c'è l'ascensore ma il personale gentilissimo ci ha aiutato con i bagagli

Estuvimos solo una noche pero muy cómodos. Desde la habitación veíamos los travertinos y los globos al amanecer. El personal muy amable, y el desayuno fabuloso. La piscina muy bien para refrescarte.

Todo nos gustó mucho, pero no esperes grandes lujos. Es un hotel funcional, cómodo y acogedor.

Struttura un po’ datata, non ci sono venuti incontro con la colazione che avevamo pagato perché uscendo di casa molto presto per andare alle piscine di pamukkale non avevamo modo di usufruirne all’orario prestabilito quindi avevamo chiesto di poterla fare il giorno prima arrivando in mattinata ma ci è stato detto che non era possibile

Posizione strategica per visitare Pamukkale a piedi. L'albergo è molto carino, tutto colorato in stile caraibico, con una bella piscina aperta 24 ore su 24. Abbiamo fatto il bagno la sera tardi ed è stato eccezionale. Il personale è discreto e gentile. Ottima la colazione, tipicamente turca, servita al tavolo. Eccellente il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Super consigliato!

La camera era sporca. Ho trovato in doccia anche la carta dello shampoo e del balsamo degli ospiti precedenti, non mi era mai successo.

Bellissimo hotel con vista sui travertini da cui dista pochi minuti di aiuto. Stanza e bagno ampi, belli e confortevoli. Prodotti da bagno disponibili. Ottima colazione servita al tavolo con ampia varietà di salato e dolce. Piccola piscina di cui abbiamo usufruito con piacere dopo la giornata torrida in escursione. Piccolo parcheggio privato davanti all'hotel.

La.vue sur les traversins est intéressante, surtout au lever du soleil quand on voit passer les montgolfières. La localisation de l'hôtel est parfaite pour visiter le site mais aussi profiter du resto bar du centre du bourg. La chambre triple est de bonne dimension, les matelas confortables, la salle de bain spacieuse. Petit dejeuner servi à table agreable. Mais le vrai attout du lieu est la poscine, très agréable et qui donne un point de vue sur la maison.

La decoration est un peu désuète, notamment le mobilier de la.chambre était un peu défraîchi. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur or les chambres avec vue sont au 2eme étage. Pas de souci pour monter les bagages mais personne de l'hôtel ne nous a proposé le moindre coup de main.

Este hotel nos ha sorprendido. La arquitectura es curiosa. Las habitaciones muy grandes y cómodas. Y con un diseño original. Tiene una piscina muy bonita que además permiten usa las 24 horas. Esta ubicado justo enfrente de Pamukkale, desde la habitación se ve la montaña blanca, y por la mañana te regala la vista de los globos por el cielo. El desayuno muy bueno. Recomendamos este hotel.

Niente, tutto perfetto

Free parking at the door, the host was welcoming, the pool was fabulous. The room is a great size and was very clean. Superb breakfast. Close to the town and to the town gate of Hierapolis. There are lots of food options close by.

El desayuno muy completo

La habitación estaba limpia, pero al día siguiente no nos hicieron la habitación, y estuvimos 2 noches. Nos dieron a elegir entre dos habitaciones, porque la que habíamos pedido con vistas y un poco más cara nos dijeron que la TV era pequeña, pero hubiera sido mejor coger la habitación más bonita. Por la mañana al amanecer se ven los globos en el aire con los castillo de algodón.

El desayuno y la pileta nos encantaron

Camera classica con un grande bagno, senza infamia e senza lode, per una notte va benissimo. Piscina pulita purtroppo non abbiamo avuto modo di usarla perché era nuvolo. Colazione buona e abbondante, ti portano vari piatti al tavolo con varietà salate, marmellate, pane.

Un albergo dove manca l'attenzione alle piccole cose: fili elettrici che spuntano, tenda rotta, bagno senza chiusura della doccia. attenzione è un albergo senza ascensore.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer im EG. Für meine Zwecke war das Zimmer ausreichend groß. Leider gibt es zu wenig Möglichkeiten um Kleidung aufzuhängen. Alles wirkt sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und mehr als ausreichend. Es gibt einen schönen Pool. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider hat das Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank und keinen Wasserkocher. Eine kleine Bank um den Koffer abzulegen wäre sehr gut. Es bräuchte mehr Gelegenheiten um Kleidung aufzuhängen.

Very good considering it was such a budget option. Well located near Dolmus stop, and a short walk to the travertines. Comfortable room. Good breakfast. We did not use the pool but facilities looked good, better than the photographs.

Чистенько аккуратненько, молодцы, персонал очень дружелюбный и душевный. Исполняли все прихоти вовремя. Завтрак 🍳 отличный все было вкусно, Хусеийн повар на завтраке молодец, очень хорошо обслуживал всех. Очень приятно было чувствовать себя.

A true little gem! Amazing location within minutes walk to the incredible white travertine’s. Check in was quick and friendly and same as check out. Wonderful breakfast in relaxed atmosphere. Everything at this property was perfect!!

Nos alojamos a principios de abril. Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación grande, bonita y con vistas a las “Pamukkale travertines”. Sobre las 22:00 se quedó atascada la cisterna y no era posible desengancharla, por lo que no iba el váter. Nos cambiaron a una habitación sin vistas y el internet wifi no funcionaba. Cuando reclamamos otra vez nos decía el hombre de recepción que no tenía más alternativas. Como no estábamos convencidos, al final nos dijo que probáramos el wifi en un par de habitaciones más que estaban vacías, pero esa red wifi no funcionaba en ninguna de esas habitaciones. Al final, con mala cara nos subió a la ultima planta a otra habitación mucho más pequeña y sin vistas. En principio funcionaba el wifi, pero en cuestión de media hora dejó de ir. A las doce de la noche cuando fuimos a utilizar el váter nos encontramos con la sorpresa de que la cisterna estaba desarmada y que tampoco funcionaba. A estas horas ya estábamos agotados después de mover 2 veces las maletas de habitaciones y que al día siguiente madrugábamos y teníamos que conducir todo el día y lo dejamos estar. Al día siguiente cuando hicimos el check-out el recepcionista solo hizo que ponernos excusas. Las fotos son de tal cual estaba el baño en la última habitación que nos dieron. En conclusión, lo que podría haber sido una estancia genial terminó siendo la peor que hemos tenido en años.

The property is well located to Hieropolis and the town of Pamukkale. Easy 5-10 min walk. The staff is exceptional! They were there to help, make suggestions and help out . They did this cheerfully and with a smile.

The property is well worn and could definitely use some sprucing up.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, they helped us with directions every time we needed. The room was beautiful and huge, everything was very clean and breakfast was also nice.

Viewpoint in the name of the hotel can be a bit misleading.

My wife and I stayed here while travelling in Pamukkale. 2 nights. We stayed here based on the reviews. It is well priced and decently located. We were able to walk to one of the entrances to the Travertine Terrace's. There is a few decent restaurants close by, walking distance. Not lots of shopping or anything exciting. You stay here for the convenience of the sites close by. Very safe area. No issues there. The building and rooms are very clean. Bed is comfortable. Nice breakfast each morning made fresh. Not fancy but thoughtful. The staff here are excellent Gave us some suggestions for food when we arrived and they were good. Help arrange a shuttle back to the airport and it was a better price, not too mention more convenient, than i could arrange myself. Also available on Whatsapp to answer any question. Nos ha gustado mucho, para empezar la atención ha sido extraordinaria, la habitación es muy grande y las vistas de los globos al amanecer nos ha encantado y el desayuno es muy variado y muchisima cantidad. Ha sido una estancia perfecta.

The price was good and rooms were great for a night stay, there is parking in front. Overall a good stay, the hosts are very friendly and happy to help.

Medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk. Prachtige uitzicht naar de ballonen in de ochtend en travernes. Zwembad 24 uur geopend. Ontbijt heerlijk en veel, heer Ramazan en Mevrouw Hatice van keuken zorgt ervoor. Aanrader!!!

Hotel is in a very convenient location to visit Pamukkale especially if you want to get there first thing in the morning to avoid the crowds. Breakfast in the dining room was very good and the pool looked clean and inviting although It was too cold to swim when we were there. In October.

Hotel was a good value for the price, although the room was rather sparse and needs some updating.

Hotel is just near the tourist spot. Food is awesome, we had a feast. There's no elevator but the staff helped us carry our luggages.Wifi is a bit spotty though. Our room have an amazing view of Pamukkale and the hot air balloons.

Muy buena ubicacion, la cama era muy comoda y extragrande, la habitacion tenia aire acondicionado y una gran cristalera al exterior, el personal muy atento y simpatico, nos recomendo que hacer y nos informo de las actividades en Pamukkale. Tenia parking para coche en el exterior y una piscina, todo a muy buen precio!

El desayuno no lo puedes escoger, te traen el desayuno cerrado y es un poco justo a mi parecer, ademas nos toco una habitacion donde el lavabo no tenia la suficiente succion para llevarse el papel, un poco incomodo.

Buona la posizione dell’hotel, a pochi passi da uno degli ingressi della Hierapolis, parcheggio comodo per chi arriva con l’auto. Bella la piscina, sicuramente nelle giornate calde estive un plus! Letto comodo!

Purtroppo la pulizia non è eccellente, appena entrati in camere ho trovato in bagno un capello sul pavimento non nostro, le lenzuola visibilmente non stirate ed era presente un solo set di asciugamani anche se eravamo in 2 (fatto notare é stato subito aggiunto), la porta della camera non si chiudeva bene, ventola del bagno davvero rumorosa, doccia solo fissa abbastanza scomoda, presa elettrica da un lato del letto non funzionante e anche le luci sopra il letto dallo stesso lato. La colazione turca di questa struttura non ci ha entusiasmati.

Very nice hotel with Pamukkale travertin wiev. Friendly and very helpful receptionists and tasty breakfast with also kind worker. Clean and large room. I highly recomendet.

The place was very nice, comfortable, clean, and the staff was very friendly. We got a room looking at Pamukkale Travertine and in the morning around 7:00. we were surprised to see a lot of air balloons going up in the air! Only the bathroom is a bit outdated, need some painting, repairs, flash in the toilet got broken the next day.

Прекрасный вид на Памуккале с балкона, вечером приятно посидеть у бассейна с подсветкой и поболтать. Очень приветливый и дружелюбный персонал. В наличии своя парковка. С утра можно увидеть полет воздушных шаров прямо возле вашего балкона.

В целом всё хорошо с точки зрения цена/качество. Отель не новый и это надо учитывать: не стоит ожидать люкса, повторюсь в остальном все хорошо, на твердую 4.
