The reception team was absolutely wonderful and helped us arrange a taxi for our early morning flight. Thank you to the whole team for a lovely stay! Highly recommended!

The hotel is almost kitty-corner with our favorite places for breakfast and drinks in Catania (Savia and Spinella, two historic cafés in front of Parco Bellini). It was exactly what we wanted so we could meet our local friends and socialize.

The room was a somewhat standard size for this type of accomodation. Had it been larger, I would have been surprised!

Забронировали первый попавшийся вариант, но отель оказался просто замечательным! 10 из 10: красивое место, аутентичная атмосфера, высокие потолки и очень приятный персонал. Нам также помогли с заказом такси, за что отдельное спасибо. Большое спасибо всем, кто поддержал нас в такой непростой ситуации. Надеюсь, что мы еще вернемся — уже при более спокойных обстоятельствах!

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026The location is ideal, as it's only a short walk from the main touristic areas. The receptionists were nice. The bathroom was nice, with lots of room around the sink and I liked the separation between the sink and the shower/toilet area.
The room was kinda cramped and small, with a huge armoire taking up space and the (tiny) single bed right in the middle, which made it difficult to navigate with an open suitcase. My main gripe was that the windows didn't close fully, meaning there was some heat seeping in, and most importantly it was sooooo noisy outside. My room looked into a courtyard, and there must be a restaurant or something that shares the courtyard because there were sounds of clinging plates and dishes (among other noises) from 6:30AM until nearly 1:30AM, which made it difficult to sleep or just relax.

Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale, facendomi sentire a mio agio fin dal mio arrivo. La camera era confortevole e ben tenuta, mentre la posizione dell’hotel è comoda per visitare la zona. Un’esperienza piacevole che consiglio a chi cerca un soggiorno rilassante e di qualità. Ci tornero volentieri!

Costo della colazione un po' eccessivo, considerato che nelle vicinanze ci sono bar rinomati dove farla a minor costo. Per il resto nulla.

Bir ambarın içinden geçerek otele girdiğim ilk deneyimdi. Üstelik ambar alanı korkunç pisti. İlk şok sonrası yarım kat merdiveni aşınca yüzyıl öncesinden kalma bir asansöre gelebiliyorsunuz. Asansörün önünde iki insan 1 bavulun ancak durabileceği bir bekleme alanı var. Önce ilk kapıyı açıp, sonra tahta kanatlı eski kapıları açarak asansöre giriyorsunuz, sonra tekrar açtığınız tahta kapıları kapatmanız gerektiğinden 2 kişinin bavulları ile 1. Katta bulunan resepsiyona ulaşması başlı başına bir dert. Banyolar görünenden eski ve üstelik pisti. Bazı koridorlarda göçen zemine bavul takılmasın diye tahta parçalar konulmuştu. Otel öyle bakınsızdı ki, biz bavulumuzu bile boşaltmadan 2 günü geçirdik. Bu sitede bu otelin yer almış olması bile müşteriler için üzücü.

There wasn't always someone at the reception, even at hours when there should have been; the shower just had a mix hair and body wash in a one use bag; the room was clean but the stairwell was filthy. It was a tad noisy but not nearly as bad as some reviewers make it out to be.

La posizione è ottima per visitare la città e vicinissima a via Santa Filomena con tutti i suoi splendidi ristoranti e locali. Lo staff è fantastico, persone di una gentilezza superlativa. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Reviewed May 28, 2026The property was well located near Bellini Park, and right on the Main Street that runs down to the Duomo. I added the breakfast, which had a nice selection of food items, and a nice patio to eat on.
I had a room that was near a neighboring kitchen, and the noise was enough that I needed ear buds and white noise to sleep. The other rooms might have been fine.

Small room, small bed, but fine for solo travel. Shuttle service to airport starts at 4:40am, so if your flight is before 6:30am or so, you'll need to find different transportation.

Insonorizzazione. Capisco sia una struttura con qualche anno ma le finestre forse andrebbero rifatte. Purtroppo si sentiva ogni rumore dall'estero. Per il resto tutto ok.

La camera era piccola e molto rumorosa. I corridoi angusti e totalmente senza luce: in alcune parti non funzionavano i sensori di movimento e dunque si procedeva nel buio più totale. Sconsigliata se si è in viaggio di lavoro.
