La posizione fantastica, molto comoda. Tutto sommato se scegli l'hotel solo per la posizione e il costo va bene.

Le camere sono davvero tanto piccole, gli spazi sono davvero ristretti. Non c'è neanche un armadio ma solo delle mensole a vista.

Ottima posizione centrale a Lisbona e vicina alla stazione dei treni e alla metro, camera organizzata in maniera intelligente e dotata di tutto il necessario. A mio parere merita sicuramente più delle due stelle riportate su Booking. Staff disponibile e gentile, reception 24h. Non abbiamo potuto provare la colazione a causa dei nostri orari ma è disponibile una comoda macchinetta per bevande calde/snack nell’area comune.

The location is hard to beat - right in the heart of Lisbon, just steps away from Rossio station, the metro, and major sights. It made day trips to Sintra and getting around the city very straightforward. The room was on the smaller side, but clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and having the option of free luggage storage after checkout was a practical plus.

La atención del personal, sobre todo el de limpieza y la ubicación.

No me gustó el acceso a la habitación ya que tenía que subir unos escalones y salir a una terraza exterior para llegar a la misma.

Très bon emplacement en plein centre ville, près des transports. Petit déjeuner convenable. Les chambres sont très fonctionnelles. Le personnel très agréables. L’hôtel propre et bien insonorisé. Je n’ai pas été déçue....

Seul inconvénient, le personnel ne parle pas le français. Surtout pour la réception car c’est important. Le personnel à fait son maximum pour nous comprendre et essayer de répondre à nos questions. C’est L’ESSENTIEL !

Très satisfaite du personnel toujours souriant et disponible ainsi que de la propreté de l'hôtel. Cependant j'étais très déçue et contrariée par la Direction qui n'a pas fait un effort pour nous faire bénéficier de la gratuité du petit déjeuner alors qu'il était inclus en offre estivale sur Booking. Nous étions 4 amies et avions réservé au moment moment individuellement et au même tarif pour 4 jours. A Cause d'une erreur matérielle au moment de la resa, 2 d'entre nous n'ont pas eu cette offre, après quelques échanges, la Direction n'a rien voulu entendre et nous a fait 10% sur un petit déjeuner de 15€ qui nous a semblait dérisoire. DOMMAGE !!!

Excellent location for exploring Lisbon, with all the major sights easily accessible. The room was small but impeccably clean, and the hotel's commitment to cleanliness was evident throughout. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with recommendations and any questions we had.

The staff were professional and personable, where very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Our gratitude goes to Carolina and Daniella at the front end and all the staff that made our stay a memorable one.

Hotel in posizione super centrale, molto comodo per chi come noi arrivava in metro dall'aereoporto (consiglio fermata restauradores). Stanza di dimensioni un pò limitate ma molto pulita e ordinata come tutto il resto dell'hotel. Staff gentile e cordiale

Ho soggiornato al GAT Rossio e mi sono trovato molto bene. Il punto di forza principale è sicuramente la posizione, davvero comoda per visitare Lisbona e raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni anche a piedi. Molto buoni anche i servizi dell’hotel: ambienti curati, personale disponibile e tutto il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole.

L’unico piccolo aspetto da segnalare riguarda i rumori durante la notte: nelle ore notturne viene scaricato il vetro nei locali della zona e, soprattutto nelle camere che affacciano sulla strada, può risultare leggermente fastidioso.

De locatie was perfect: zeer centraal, vlak bij de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden, het openbaar vervoer en station Rossio. Ik verbleef op de vijfde verdieping en kon ’s nachts heerlijk rustig slapen. Het bed was erg comfortabel en het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. De sfeer in het hotel was relaxed, wat het voor mij als solo reiziger een ideale uitvalsbasis maakte

De badkamer was erg klein en ik vond het jammer dat er geen bidet aanwezig was. Daarnaast waren de voorzieningen vrij basic: geen tandenborstel of tandpasta, geen kleine koelkast en geen echte kledingkast. Tegelijkertijd is het een tweesterrenhotel, dus dat past ergens ook bij het verwachtingsniveau.

La ubicacion es EXCELENTE al igual que la cama, las almohadas, el AA. El metro esta a media cuadra. Hay muchos comercios y sitios de comida solo a pasos del hotel. Esta muy centrico. EXCELENTE. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

La colazione: 15 euro sono troppi per una colazione che non tiene conto di eventuali intolleranze o non prevede opzioni per celiaci, inoltre i prodotti da forno non erano il massimo della freschezza. I biscotti erano durissimi e anche la torta di carote era molto asciutta. Un po’ lenti nelle pulizie.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la proximité de l’hôtel. Le personnel est très gentil, disponible et à l’écoute pour répondre à toutes les demandes. La chambre était propre et bien entretenue, avec une vue agréable sur la ruelle. Les équipements étaient également propres et en bon état. Une expérience très satisfaisante, je recommande cet hôtel

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, notamment à proximité des restaurants de la ruelle. Cependant, cette proximité peut entraîner quelques nuisances sonores le matin. Je me réveillais parfois tôt à cause du bruit des poubelles et des bouteilles jetées dans les conteneurs. Cela reste un point à prendre en compte pour les personnes sensibles au bruit.

Se proprio dobbiamo trovare una difetto le dimensioni della stanza non sono grandi e il wc è in un’ altra stanza rispetto alla doccia (non c’è il bidet)

Location was the best

Overall, I had a very good stay. The location was perfect—central and close to restaurants and many attractions. However, my room did not look like the one I booked, and I had to change rooms several times during my five-day stay. For the price, a kettle with basic tea and coffee would have been a nice addition. Everything else was great.

Le lit n’était malheureusement pas du tout confortable. Je n’arrivais pas à dormir correctement et je suis descendue à la réception pour leur demander de changer le matelas ou de trouver une solution. On m’a répondu qu’ils avaient uniquement ce type de lit et qu’il n’y avait pas d’autre possibilité. Étant donné que je souffre de sciatique, ce matelas était particulièrement inconfortable pour moi et m’a causé beaucoup de douleurs au dos. Je suis vraiment déçue qu’aucune solution n’ait pu être proposée

The room and the bathroom were a bit small, the bedroom lacked a wardrobe. Furthermore the sink wasn't in the bathroom but was directly in the bedroom, I found this a bit strange. This wasn't a major problem, but I would have preferred a traditional bathroom. Overall, however, my stay at this hotel was pleasant.

Staff are excellent, particularly João at reception who could not have been more helpful with our room and with local recommendations for dinner. The location is the best aspect of this stay.... right in the center of it all with loads of shops and restaurants and a convenient Telpark parking location just 3 minutes walking. Room was on sixth floor with lift and was surprisingly very quiet.

La ventana de mi habitación daba a un pasaje donde frecuentemente había personas consumiendo drogas. Además, durante la madrugada había bastante ruido por el recojo y manejo de la basura de los contenedores, lo que dificultaba el descanso.

⭐ Excelente localização e ótima experiência Para quem nunca ficou hospedado neste hotel, vale a pena saber que a localização é realmente fantástica. Está mesmo no centro da Baixa de Lisboa, numa zona com uma enorme variedade de restaurantes, supermercados, takeaways e todo o tipo de comércio. Tem praticamente todos os transportes à porta — metro, elétricos, funiculares, autocarros e táxis — e fica também muito perto de bairros tão típicos e bonitos como Alfama, Mouraria e Príncipe Real, tem a Baixa pombalina, o Chiado, o Castelo de São Jorge (que se vê de alguns quartos do hotel), da Avenida da Liberdade e do rio Tejo. Para quem vem a Lisboa para assistir a concertos ou espetáculos no Coliseu dos Recreios, Teatro Politeama ou Teatro Nacional D. Maria II, é uma excelente escolha, pois fica tudo á volta da mesma rua. Nas proximidades há também boas opções para comer. Recomendo o restaurante do recentemente inaugurado Hotel do Benfica, mesmo no canto da rua, e também uma visita à Casa Alentejana, ao fundo da rua, onde podem provar excelentes pratos da gastronomia alentejana. Se são como eu que não gosta de pequenos almoços nos hotéis, tem muitos, muitos cafés com excelentes opções de pequenos almoços. Outro ponto muito positivo é o staff, extremamente simpático e atencioso, o que torna a estadia ainda mais agradável. No Le Gat Rossio temos, portanto, tudo o que precisamos à porta para umas excelentes férias em Lisboa. Recomendo vivamente!

Casa de banho muito, muito pequenina. Para quem está á espera de uma casa de banho de tamanho aceitável, pode ficar surpreendido com o tamanho das casas de banho. As box de duche têm um tamanho bom, mas os resto é é minúsculo.

O hotel é perto do movimentado centro histórico e de estação de trem e metrô, muito fácil se locomover para outras cidades.

A princípio do quarto, com cheiro ruim, rapidamente goo resolvido e pude desfrutar da cidade sem aborrecimentos.

大変機能的で清潔感のある居心地のよい空間でした。4泊しましたが、ルーム係の人は常に清潔を保ってくれました。フロントのスタッフもフレンドリーで、ちょっとした相談にも適切に対応してくれました。 あと、立地は本当によかったです。ちょっと離れたところに行くにも鉄道、トラム、バス、ツァーの発着点、すべて近くにありたした。とても便利で、疲れた時も休みに帰ってまた出かけやすい立地でした。 あと繁華街にあるにも関わらず、防音が優れているのか静かで、ゆっくり休むことができました。本当にお世話になりました！

できれば冷蔵庫と電気ポットがあればさらによかったかな。

Que un día no nos hicieron la cama y no nos cambiaron las toallas del baño, pero por lo demás todo correcto, hemos dormido allí 5 noche y muy bien.

1. O facto de não haver acesso de entrada para os taxis, uber e bolt, pois a maioria das vezes tem havido confusão em relação ao ponto exacto da recolha. 2. O sistema central de arrefecimento e de aquecimento deve ser melhorado, poisa há quem sinta as temperaturas de formas diferentes!. Espero nao ser cancelada pelo hotel!! Obrigada!

O hotel é muito bem localizado, café da manhã ótimo, equipe excelente.

O quarto para 3 pessoas estilo duplex era um pouco apertado o banheiro, pouco espaço para colocar as coisas pessoais e bagagens e escada bastante ingrime, com uma diposição que dificultava um pouco o acesso.

Está ubicado a pocos pasos de estación de metro y tren. La atención brindada por los recepcionistas fue correcta. Nos ofrecieron dejar nuestro equipaje en guarda hasta el momento del check-in y luego del check-out.

El acceso al cuarto fue a través de un patio en un piso superior, con algunos obstáculos no recomendables para personas adultas mayores o con movilidad reducida. El piso del cuarto era de alfombra que no estaba en las mejores condiciones de aseo. No cuentan con refrigerador en la habitación (muy necesario en temporada de verano), pero en su defecto nos ofrecieron bolsas de hielo sin cargo.

Konumu harikaydı, direkt merkezde her yere yürüme mesafesinde bir otel. Temiz bir otel. Hiç sorun yaşamadık.

Hayatımda ilk defa bu kadar küçük bir odada kaldım. O kadar küçüktü ki lavabo banyoya sığöadığı için yatak odasına konuşmuştu. İki kişi biraz zor hareket ettik. Gidecekler için önden bilgilendirme olsun.

A localização é excelente, passos da estação rossio e da praça mais charmosa, o quarto muito confortável, ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente, atenção aos hóspedes e disponibilidade de guardar bagagem antes do check in. Voltaria novamente!!
