The food was of an excellent standard with great choices in the all inclusive package. There were two à la carte restaurants which were also excellent.

The entertainment was only ok. There were 2 musicians who played indoors with nobody listening which was a shame as they were lovely background music. It would have been great if they were playing on the terrace where all the guests were as it would have created a lovely ambiance.

Second time staying here and it was as good as the first. The location is perfect with a local bus outside the hotel to take you 10 minutes down the road to the town. The staff here are exceptional and pay very close attention to detail. The hotel facilities are great with the beach attached to the hotel being super easy to access and feels private.

Great hotel! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were very friendly and respectful, and they made us feel very welcome. We are deaf, and they treated us professionally and made sure we felt comfortable and happy throughout our stay. The padel court also looks great! 🎾 Maybe next time, the hotel could organise a social padel session where guests can meet each other and play together. That would be a great idea! Thank you for a fantastic stay. We would definitely come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff & Location: Most of the staff (reception, housekeeping, restaurant) were very kind. The hotel has a beautiful sea view and is a convenient 15-minute walk to the town center. The option to upgrade from Bed & Breakfast to All-Inclusive on individual days is great.

The Room: Very uncomfortable. The AC was too loud to sleep through, but turning it off made the room unbearably hot. Soundproofing was nonexistent - we could clearly hear our neighbors' phone conversations. The mattresses were also very hard and uncomfortable. We upgraded to All-Inclusive on our second day. The food was average and nothing special, below what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. By the next afternoon, both my son and I became severely ill with continuous vomiting and spent five hours in the hospital ER. While I cannot definitively prove or blame the hotel, the buffet was the only food we had eaten in 30 hours and prior to that we had eaten completely different things. Because of this, my son refused to eat anything else from the hotel for the rest of our stay, and we had to order our meals online. These things could happen anywhere, but our main disappointment was the hotel's lack of help and empathy. The hotel nurse couldn’t provide basic painkillers or fever medicine due to company policy and simply blamed it on mixing too much food at the buffet. Management seemed far more focused on protecting their reputation than genuinely trying to help us. When I called reception to say we were checking out a day early because of these issues, they told me they will inform the manager. No one ever followed up, and not a single word was spoken by staff during our checkout.

Great hotel

Beautiful modern hotel with breathtaking views and an excellent location close to the city center. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the elevator system made it very easy to access every part of the hotel, including the seaside areas. The atmosphere was peaceful, elegant, and much quieter than many other hotels in Turkey, which made it perfect for relaxation. The staff were truly exceptional. Everyone from reception to housekeeping, restaurant staff, and bar staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. Special thanks to Hatice Hanım from the management team for being so kind, solution-oriented, and thoughtful. We also loved Şerife at the lobby bar, who always served guests with patience and a smile despite the heavy workload, and Bedriye from the spa team, who was extremely kind and helpful. The spa services were very enjoyable, and we were happy with the Welcome Package.

The outdoor pool was beautiful, but unfortunately the water was extremely cold during our stay in late May, and because of the windy weather we could barely use it. A heating system would make a huge difference. The hotel is more designed for adults and older guests than families with children. There were no water slides, animation activities, or music around the pool area, and food options for children were limited. My daughter sometimes struggled to find food she enjoyed, especially during lunch and dinner. I also wish there had been more pastry and nut options at breakfast. The rooms only had electric kettles and no capsule coffee machines. In the city-view room, traffic noise could be disturbing when the balcony door was open. We were also disappointed that the padel court required an extra fee, as this had not been clearly explained beforehand.

Thank you so much - had a wonderful experience. The room was modern and very clean and comfortable. The food was amazing. The beach / pool and facilities were a dream. And the service was impeccable. For a mum coming with her two daughters who had both just had surgery, it was perfect! Thank you again

This hotel calls itself 5 star as does Booking .com. Outside the public areas it only rates 3 stars. Rooms tired and tatty. Food in buffet very poor. Vegetables and meats overcooked and under-flavoured. Same limited choice day in day out.

The beach access was fabulous and the pool was great.

Too many guests, not enough access to sun lounges. Dinning experience felt like a retirement home.

Super séjour! Je pense que c’est l’un des hôtels, avec la meilleure qualité de service, où j’ai séjourné. Le personnel est attentionné et arrangeant. Les repas sont variés et délicieux. Je recommande vivement!

L’établissement va être rénové dans les prochains mois, un petit rafraîchissement ne lui ferait pas de mal 😉

Goed: er was parkeerservice, hulp met bagage, inchecken ging gemakkelijk, geweldig uitzicht, veel bedjes om te liggen bij het zwembad (niet rennen om 7 uur voor je handdoek), sefir restaurant is een echte aanrader (geweldig eten en top service voor €10 p.p. Het eten in de buffetzaal was iedere dag verschillend maar wel kwalitatief goed, voor ieder wat wils en wisselend. Slecht: schoonmaak was vaak tot 15:00 uur bezig (betekend lang wachten op je kamer), minibar is maar 2x bijgevuld, personeel was wat afstandelijk (behalve de ober bij sefir restaurant). Ook eet je in de avond buiten, liepen er agressieve katten die je dan ook kunnen aanvallen als je vis op je bord hebt (werd niks mee gedaan). De bedden waren keihard en ook zat er geen slot op onze voor- en achterdeur en hadden wij wel wat geluidsoverlast van de drukke weg voor het hotel (landzicht). Gasten waren voornamelijk turks en duits. Niet veel nederlanders (vonden wij niet erg)

Wir als Familie waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Personal besonders der Service im Restaurant bereich, die haben alle professionell gearbeitet. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt, werden sicher wieder das besuchen

Es gehört da um dort einiges im Hotel Zimmer erneut besonders die Sanitäter Anlagen im Bad.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer Wunderschönen Hanglage, daher gibt es keinen Strand im klassischen Sinn. Über den Steg oder den Kieszugang kommt man in das Glasklare Meer. Was uns auf den ersten Blick aufgefallen ist war die Sauberkeit. Ständig ist Personal dabei die Flächen sauber zu halten und das über den gesamten Tag. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 6. Etage mit Meerblick, die Aussicht war wirklich atemberaubend, die Sonnenuntergänge einfach traumhaft! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, nur etwas in die Jahre geraten. Die Servicekräfte waren trotz der extremen Wärme fast immer sehr sehr freundlich und vor allem fleißig (die waren so flink, dass wir persönlich gar kein Trinkgeld geben konnten, sondern lediglich in die Tipbox geworfen haben.) Vor allem die weiblichen Mitarbeiterinnen waren unglaublich flink, freundlich und fleißig! Ebenfalls muss ich lobend den Lifequard Murat erwähnen, in keinem Hotel haben wir jemals solch einen aufmerksamen Lifeguard gesehen. Die Augen und Ohren überall und dazu extrem freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit! Viele Urlauber reservieren auch hier die Liegen, allerdings holt das Personal immer Liegen, wenn man welche benötigt. Das war super! Über die Animation kann ich nichts berichten, die war nur am Pool und wir waren täglich am Meer. Wir haben daher nichts davon mitbekommen. Die Abendlichen Shows waren sehr Laienhaft, fast schon langweilig, aber wir haben keinen Wert darauf gelegt, daher erwähne ich es, ohne es in die Bewertung einzubeziehen. Schade fand ich, dass es keine Themenabende gab, die auch entsprechend zelebriert werden.

Wir fanden das Essen leider Fade und die Auswahl war eher gering (Ja, meckern auf hohem Niveau), aber man hat immer was finden können. Lediglich die Desserts, das muss ich leider sagen, waren sehr Enttäuschend. Keine Abwechslung, alles fast gleich. Beim Frühstück gab es immer nur ganzes Obst, welches man schlecht in sein Müsli packen kann, da wünschte ich mir, dass Apfel, Birne, Nektarine o. ä. auch geschnitten verfügbar wäre. Die Backwaren (Simit, Börek etc.) waren wohl Aufbackware, das war auch eher Schade.

Замечательный отель. Да, немного несовременный дизайн, но везде чисто, персонал дружелюбный, очень стараются. Мы с семьей снимали 2 номера: один с видом на море, второй с видом на горы. Обязательно надо брать номер с видом на море. Вид из номера потрясающий (см.фото)! Питание хорошее, ужины с видом на закат незабываемые. Вода в море чистейшая, вход в море с платформ (по лесенке или можно сразу прыгнуть), есть маленький каменистый пляж, лежаков много и на пляже, и у бассейна, всегда есть свободные.

Girişde ve çıkışta resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok kibarlardı. Otel zamnının en güzel otellerinden ama bir tadilatı hak ediyor. Havuz çok güzel ve temiz. Yer bulmak biraz zor. Şezlonglar sabahın ilk ışıklarında doluyor. Tek hoşuma gitmeyen konu plaj bölümü. Deniz derin sığ bölgedeki taşlar denize girecekler için mücadele istiyor. Denizin taşlık ve derin olması bir dahaki konaklama için beni düşündürdü. Kahvaltı öğleyemeği ve akşam yemeği açık büfe olmasına karşılık süper. Hatta şöyle söyleyim japon mutfağının efsane lezzeti sushi yapan bir şef bile var. Tebrik ederim harikaydı. Masalara su bırakmıyorlar. Bu bi eksi. İçecek servisini garsonlar yapıyor. Buda servisi geciktiriyor. İçecek için park barlar yapılsa ve misafirler buradan destek alsa çok daha güzel ve hızlı olur. Denize önem vermiyorsanız konaklama için çok güzel kaliteli bir otel. Gece animasyon da var mutlaka katılın akşam 21:30 da başlıyor. Personele herşey için teşekkürler.

Eşimle 2 günlük bir tatil için gittik çok memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlülerdi çok memnun kaldık. Her yer temizdi, yemekleri gayet güzeldi. Tavsiye ederiz, güzel bir tatil oldu.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and genuinely enjoyed our time at the hotel. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. The staff service stood out as a highlight – everyone was friendly, professional, and very attentive. When we arrived, we were initially given a room with two separate beds instead of the French bed we had requested. However, the staff resolved the issue promptly and even upgraded us to a better room at no extra cost, which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. That said, the hotel itself doesn’t quite live up to a 5-star standard. The entire property could benefit from a full renovation, as the furniture and décor are quite outdated. Another letdown was the evening entertainment, which was poorly organized and not enjoyable at all. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was still good, and I do feel that the stay was worth the money. With some updates, this hotel could truly deliver a top-tier experience.

From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality. There was a small issue during our stay, but the management resolved it quickly and with great professionalism, which we deeply appreciated. Days were spent relaxing by the beautiful infinity pool or walking hand in hand along the private beach, where the sunsets painted the sky in soft, romantic colors. The atmosphere was perfect for couples looking for a peaceful and intimate getaway. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of coming back. The location and views are great and the service was very friendly. The condition of the hotel is good but the decorations are a bit dated. It is all inclusive so the food is good, not great. It is worth the price but the property would be excellent with a small facelift.

Hotel cinco estrelas com instalações compatíveis. Spa com massagem, banho turco, piscina aquecida etc. É um all inclusive com comida variada e muito boa. É um favorito das excursões de grupos grandes que vem para visitar Ephesus e outras atrações. Será reformado no final de 2025.

It was not comfortable because ac was turned off and when complained we were asked to open balcony door and was noisy throughout the night..it was like cutting corners..breakfast was average..

Hotel is a bit tired and needs updating. However the staff were fantastic, helpful and polite especially the restaurant staff, all in all a very good stay, would recommend to friends and family.
