The location, the view, the layout of the resort is kind of like you’re in the forest as well as at the beach I would definitely recommend this place

We stayed in a villa which was lovely with amazing views and beautiful rooms. Spacious and immaculately clean. Well stocked with drinks.

The à la carte at the restaurants was not great food or selection and service v fast so not able to enjoy location. Having said that the buffet is a bit chaotic. Food was good with a lot of choices.

You have to run to find a table for dinner breakfast and hard to find a sun-bed in the sea or pool. So crowded. They should find a mechanism for this. You do not pay money not to have even sun-bed

The food was excellent, plenty of it in various locations. The slides - OK, a bit old, the animation team was good.

Rooms are spacious, but extremely dirty, bathrooms, balcony, bedrooms - the cleaning staff is very lazy, and is a disgrace. The resort is not up-to-date. Generally quite dirty everywhere and lacking care in all aspects.

Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό !! Αλλά θα ήθελα να εστιάσω στις δραστηριότητες .. ήταν άπειρες και διαδραστικές !! Ενα τεράστιο ευχαριστώ στην Αναστασία και στην Αννα που ήταν τρομερές !! nothing to write home about

its a family hotel. expect huge crowd with children of all ages. as a solo traveller i had no business there. mediocre food, short supply of sunbeds, beach towels, parking space, pathetic attempts at cocktails and theme dinner nights. thin, grey towels. id encourage this hotel to consider voluntarily giving up at least one of its stars. having said this i must note friendly, hard working staff

Excellent resort in a great location. The property is huge, covering 42 hectares, with plenty of facilities and activities. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

2023 yılında gelmiştim ve memnun kaldığım için bu sene tekrar gelmeye karar verdim. Keşke gelmeseydim. 8 saatlik yolculuktan sonra saat 14.00’te otele tam zamanında gelmeme rağmen odam hazır değildi ve akşam 17.00’ye kadar bekletildim. Odaya girdiğimde minibar boştu, su bile yoktu. Sağlık nedeniyle kullandığım ilaçlar için sürekli lobiye inmek zorunda kaldım. 3 gün boyunca hem odadan hem resepsiyondan defalarca söylememe rağmen sürekli “getireceğiz” denildi. Su ancak 4. gün, 2 şişe olarak getirildi. Öğle yemeğinde de durum farklı değildi. Kahvaltıdan sonra restoranın temizlenmesi gerekirken, öğle yemeğine ilk gelenlerden olmama rağmen birçok masa hâlâ kahvaltıdan kalma şekilde temizlenmemişti. Ortalık ketçap ve yemek kokuyordu. Üstelik etrafta yaklaşık 10 çalışan olmasına rağmen kimse ilgilenmiyordu. 2023’e göre temizlik ve hizmet kalitesi ciddi şekilde düşmüş. Bu kadar para verip karşılığında ilgi ve hizmet görememek büyük hayal kırıklığı. Sadece bar çalışanı Alp Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür ederim. İşini gerçekten düzgün yapan, ilgili ve güler yüzlü bir çalışan. Benim için bu otelde son konaklamaydı. Bir daha gelmem.

Wir hatten wie die letzten Jahre auch, wieder einen traumhaften Urlaub im Pine Bay Holiday Resort. Die Anlage ist ein Traum, jeder Mitarbeiter ist freundlich und versucht, jedem Gast es recht zu machen. Wir kommen seit 2019. Bei der Ankunft wurde einem vermittelt, dass man herzlich willkommen ist. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich. Es ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Die Pools waren wie das gesamte Hotel Traumhaft. Alles Sauber , es gab ein wunderschönes Hallenbad, einen großen Pool beim Hauptgebäude mit Kinderbecken und einen großen Pool beim Aqua Park mit Kinderbecken. Das Angebot an Aktivitäten ist riesig: vom Wassersport über Fitnessangebote bis hin zu verschiedenen Ausflügen. Sehr tolle Lage: eine ganze Bucht für ein Hotel.

Facilities was great.

Housekeeping was poor. They didn’t change towels everyday and didn’t washed the washrooms. Even I wrote a note for it, they didn’t do it.

The staff was really friendly and helpful (both kyrgyz and turkish), very good service. The lady who cleaned our room was lovely, kept our room squeaky clean. I accidentally forgot my watch in the room and the hotel found it on the same day and kindly sent it to me via post.

The facilities were not that clean, a bathroom in our room was too old, nearly falling apart. It felt like the hotel has not been renovated since 90s. We had a room with a sea view, but we could barely see it. Would I stay in this hotel again? Probably not, but I am so grateful for the kindness we received from the staff.

Rezeption alle 3 sehr unfreundlich und uninteressiert an den Kunden. Die Bungalows liegen an einem sehr steilen berg. Wenn man auf zimmer schnell muss oder zum essen musst man Berge steigen. Das Meer ist schön aber so steinig das es sehr sehr weh tut an den Füßen sogar im meer weiter drin sind Steine. Liegen finden am meer ist immer ein Täglicher Kampf weil keine Handtücher karten system gibt, nimmt jeder Besucher soo viele Handtücher mit wie er will und lässt es natürlich am Platz liegen obwohl er Beispiel aufs zimmer geht. Wenn man ab 13 uhr kommt bekommt man schwer Handtücher ich musste 1 mal 45 minuten auf neue Handtücher warten. Was die Putzfrau vom zimmer beruflich betreibt weiß man nicht ?? Die Toilette bei Rezeption nähe auch die einzige hat jedentag sooo gestunken wie ein gewöhnlicher bahnhofsklo und das 5 tage lang so lange ich auch dort war. Kellner und Barkeeper waren ganz ok und nett. Aber ich werde nicht mehr kommen Man könnte wenigstens angeben das es berg Lage ist Badezimmer sehr sehr alt Abendessen ist der gleiche scheiss mit die Tische, erstmal rumlaufen ob man was freies bekommt. Ein hotel für 2400 Gäste ok aber gemeinsame Aufenthaltsräume viel zu gering Nachdem abend essen findest auch schwer platz zum sitzen und was trinken.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Pine Bay Hotel. Das Essen war wirklich super, abwechslungsreich und es gab eine große Auswahl. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist riesig und wunderschön, allerdings sollte man sich darauf einstellen, dass man dadurch auch einige Laufwege hat. Die Bungalows sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten unserer Meinung nach eine Renovierung vertragen. Der Strand ist sehr schön, nur die Steine waren für uns etwas störend. Unser persönliches Highlight war definitiv der Aufzug zum Strand – unglaublich praktisch und etwas, das wir so bisher noch nicht erlebt haben. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

El enclave. El personal, especialmente Marlen, un camarero que fue muy atento con nosotros. La comida era variada y rica. Nos gustó mucho el puesto de pizzas y gofres.

Por decir algo, el apartamento, aunque era espacioso no estaba en tan buenas condiciones como cabría esperar por lo que cuesta. Las sábanas tenían manchas amarillas.

Sahilde çay yok. Dondurma yok. Sanki herkes havuza girmek zorundaymış kimse denizde yüzmüyormuş gibi bir hava var . Dondurma ve çay için sahilden tepeye tırmanmak zorundasın. İnsan denizden çıktığında ilk aradığı şey çaydır. Akşamları eğlencenin olduğu amfitiyatroya gidip dönerken yine tırmanış yapıyorsun ter kan içinde kalıyorsun. Böyle bi otelde sürekli dönen buggyler olması gerekirdi ama Buggy sadece ilk geldiğinizde valizinizle sizi odanıza bırakıyor bir daha yüzünü görmüyorsunuz. Sahildeki alakart balık restoranı tam bir fiyasko . Ana restorandaki çiftlik balıklarının aynısı var sıcak helva istedik tatlı olarak ikiside kömür olmuş 2 adet helva geldi. Balık restoranı sahilin en ucunda ve zifiri karanlık bir yol aydınlatma yapılmamış . Denize saat 10 gibi pislik geldi kaldığımız her gün boyunca . Ara arada öğleden sonrada gelmeye devam ediyor su köpürüyor. Ayrıca sahilde kaya gibi taşlar var 92 den beri var olan bir otel o kayaları çoktan temizlemesi gerekirdi.

Everything was great! The gardens, the entire property, the beach, the food. The staff from the restaurants are so polite and prompt, the food was excellent for all the needs, tasty and diverse. The communication with the reception and many more details are making the location a premium choice for some relaxing days!

Das Meer ist der Hammer und liegt in einer Bucht. Es gibt verschiedene A la Cart Restaurant die sehr schön sind und das Essen super schmeckt. Die Kinder fanden die Pools super. Es gibt für jedes Altersklasse Pools. Ich kann es nur empfehlen da es für den Preis unschlagbar ist.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this resort. The location is beautiful, and there is plenty to do, so you never have to worry about getting bored. Despite the size of the resort, the atmosphere felt relaxed and pleasant. There was entertainment every evening for adults, which was a nice addition to the stay. Some performances were not for all ages. We also really enjoyed the wide variety of food and drinks available, with plenty of choice throughout the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious and cleaned every day, which we appreciated. The resort itself is quite large, so you do have to walk around quite a bit. Personally, I saw this as a positive—it was a great way to naturally get some extra exercise while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

The resort is a little older in places and could use some updating, but we didn’t find this to be a major issue and it certainly didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. One small annoyance was guests putting towels on the sunbeds very early in the morning to reserve them. This is more a matter of human nature than a hotel issue, and it was actually resolved quite easily. When we wanted a sunbed, we simply removed towels that had been left unattended after checking whether anyone was using them. I don’t have a lot of experience with all inclusive resorts but we enjoyed our 3 days there. Enough days to unwind before we carried on to the next adventure.

İlk günümüzde bize kirli, her şeyiyle eksik, internetsiz, sinyalsiz, restorana ve havuza tam 15 dakika uzakta bir oda verdiler. Şikayet edince de zaten hakkımız olan ve vermeyi bile unuttukları şarabı verip, bir restoranda yemek ikram ederek kandırmaya çalıştılar. Her yere mail atmama rağmen “minik sorunlar” diye geçiştirildik. Minik sorunlar diye bahsettikleri kirli çarşaflar, internetsizlik, bir gram gelen su, patlak lambalar, pis koltuklar ve bomboş bir buzdolabıydı. Defalarca kez iletişime geçtik ancak minik sebepler diye aşağılanıp üstüne bir de “size zaten yemek ikram ettik o yemekler kişi başı 30 Euro” gibi üstten konuşmalarla hakkımızı açıkça yediler. Müşteri memnuniyeti asla ama asla ön planda değil. Odadaki dolap gün içinde bittikçe dolduruluyor yalanı ayrı bir sorun. Bin kez arayıp söylememize rağmen bir kez bile dolap dolmadı. Paranızla rezil olmak için harika bir yer

Müşteri memnuniyeti 0. Bunun patronlarla büyük alakası var çünkü çalışanların hiçbir suçu yok. Bizzat gözlerimle bir patronun bir çalışana “bunu yapmamışsın sabahtan beri sonra yemek yemedim hala diyorsun, yiyemezsin zaten” diye aşağılayarak bağırdığını gördük. O sıcakta çalışan insanlara bu kadar vicdansızca davranılması çok kötü.

The hotel’s location, beach, and facilities are good. There are lifts providing access to the beach, so getting there is not a major issue. However, the hotel is built on a rocky hillside, which may make it less suitable for elderly guests or people with limited mobility. That said, its elevated location offers spectacular views. I would say the food is okay, except for the desserts, which are all excellent. All the staff members are exceptionally polite and attentive, which may be the hotel’s greatest strength. Guests staying for a certain number of nights are also offered a complimentary à la carte dining experience, which is a very nice benefit. Overall, I think the hotel is worth staying at. As long as you do not have very high expectations, it can provide a very enjoyable holiday experience.

The main problem is that the dining area is extremely crowded and smoking is allowed. As a result, finding a table is very difficult, and even when you manage to find a good spot, you may have to eat surrounded by cigarette smoke. It often feels like a game of musical chairs. The rooms are quite basic, in my opinion. There was also a slight unpleasant smell, although I am not sure whether this is a general issue or was specific to the room I was given. The sea is beautiful and Blue Flag certified, but I found it slightly dirtier than in previous years. There is also a large pebbly area, so bringing water shoes would be a good idea. The views are wonderful, but there is not enough shade around either the pool or the beach.

El acondicionador estaba agotado y no lo repusieron hasta que lo pedimos (al tercer día), se gastó el gel de ducha de uno de los baños y tuve que pedirlo también. La habitación un pelín anticuada, pero muy bien.

If you start from the fact that this is not a 5 star hotel and ignore little details overall this was a great hotel for a family with young children. The room was spacious and clean. The buffet was actually pretty extensive, had lots of options and even when coming towards the end of the time slot was kept full, which is usually not the case. We tried one of the Greek restaurants and I did not like the food, fish was dry, appetizers were not great. Next to the pools there were also different food options available through most of the day, which was quite convenient. The swimming pools and slides were nice and the kids had a lot of fun. Beach was ok. They had evening shows, which were generally entertaining. Cocktails and drinks were available in many locations in the hotel and quick to get.

Room had a moldy smell specially when leaving AC off. When coming to the pools or beach you need to go around to try to find chairs. However, the staff was pretty good about removing unused towels and emptying chairs. We were in block C which was a bit of a walk to get to the pools our beach.

Location is the paradise. Food was delicious and healthy. Unlimited cocktails everywhere. The see was very good.

It’s overcrowded in August, especially the main restaurant. The rooms need renovation. The staff do its best, but the hotel is still overcrowded and you may feel not comfortable with facilities and lack of attention.

Die Lage und die Natur der Anlage sind wirklich wunderschön. Besonders die Bucht, der Strand und die grüne Umgebung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die gesamte Außenanlage bietet grundsätzlich viel Potenzial für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Leider entsprach der Aufenthalt in mehreren wichtigen Punkten überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen an ein 5-Sterne-Hotel. Die Zimmerreinigung war sehr enttäuschend und aus unserer Sicht deutlich verbesserungsbedürftig. Auch das Essen war sehr eintönig und wiederholte sich häufig; insbesondere beim Mittag- und Abendessen hätten wir deutlich mehr Auswahl, Abwechslung und Qualität erwartet. Auch die Qualität der Getränke hat uns nicht überzeugt. Insgesamt hatten wir bei vielen Speisen, Getränken und verwendeten Produkten den Eindruck, dass eher auf günstige Materialien und Zutaten gesetzt wurde, was für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie sehr enttäuschend ist. Zusätzlich fanden wir die Preise für die privaten Familien-Cabanas bzw. Liege- und Ruhebereiche am Strand unverhältnismäßig hoch. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden diese Bereiche deshalb kaum genutzt. Bei vergleichbaren All-Inclusive-Hotels, die wir beispielsweise in Antalya erlebt haben, waren solche Leistungen entweder inklusive oder deutlich angemessener bepreist.

Es war sehr schön, die Anlage war sehr nett und schön. Die Animationen am Abend waren sehr toll. Das Essen war sehr gut. Noch was besonderes was ich erwähnen möchte ist, ich habe ein Superior Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, nachdem das Personal an der Rezeption erfahren hat, das wir einen Behinderten Kind dabei haben, haben sie uns eine andere Option angeboten auch mit Meerblick aber viel nähere zu den Aktivitäten, Pools und Restaurant. Dafür möchte ich mich bedanken!

Das einzige wirklich auch einzige was mich gestört hat war, wir wollten auf einem Behindertenparkplatz parken, 2 waren auch dort beschriftet, diese waren jedoch von 3 Autos verparkt (natürlich ohne Behindertenausweis). Ich habe es dem Personal mitgeteilt sie haben gesagt sie werden sich darum kümmern, jedoch ist innerhalb der 5 Tage gar nichts passiert. Und die Autos haben sich aber regelmäßig gewechselt! Ich hätte hier eine Lösung erwartet! Denn jeder der diesen Parkausweis hat benötigt auch breitere Parkplätze! Wir konnten bei den anderen Parkplätzen nicht einmal aussteigen, und jedesmal wenn wir was gebraucht haben mussten wir das Auto rausfahren!

I felt the need to write a longer review because I genuinely believe that the rating this hotel currently has on Booking.com does not reflect the experience we had during our stay. First of all, the staff is wonderful. I would especially like to mention the Asian staff members, who are incredibly kind, friendly, and always smiling. Everyone was doing their best to make sure the guests were comfortable and had everything they needed. The cleanliness is at a very high level. Our room was cleaned every day, fresh towels were provided regularly, and the entire resort was very well maintained. The staff works every day to keep the hotel, the pools, the gardens, and all the common areas clean and in excellent condition. The food was excellent. There was something different every day, with a very good variety of dishes. I especially have to mention the desserts – they were absolutely delicious! It is clear that the hotel has a very talented pastry chef. The beach and beach bar were among our favorite things about the resort. The beach is beautiful, with small pebbles and a gradual entrance into the sea. The sun loungers are also very comfortable and well maintained. At the beach bar, you can enjoy excellent non-alcoholic cocktails every day. I would also like to highlight something that we really appreciated: you do not need to bring your own beach towels. You can take as many towels as you need. This is actually quite rare in hotels of this type and was a great convenience for us. The pools are cleaned every day and are very well maintained. Honestly, I really cannot understand some of the negative reviews we read before coming here. Of course, everyone has different expectations, but our experience was genuinely very positive. The staff makes a huge effort to make everything as good as possible, and this is noticeable throughout the entire resort.

Alles klopt aan de negatieve recensies. De hygiëne laat sterk te wensen over, het hotel is erg gedateerd en het buffet is elke dag hetzelfde. Het merendeel van het personeel lijkt geen zin in te hebben, vooral de medewerkers van de receptie komen arrogant over. Qua faciliteiten is het misschien een 5‑sterrenresort, maar qua beleving, hygiëne en verzorging absoluut niet. Zonde van je geld, ik kom hier nooit meer terug en zou het niemand aanraden.

La baie est belle. Les équipements sont top, bien espacés et entretenus. Malgré le monde on ne se sent pas étouffé. Le personnel est au petit soin.

Le manque de transat du au nombreuses personnes qui en réservent des tout le matin. Certains en ont deux, un au sôeil et un autre à l'ombre. La cohue le soir au buffet. Il faudrait allonger le temps de repas de 30 minutes.

It was an amazing experience at Pine Bay resort. the reception desk and all the staff are very good, facilities including swimming, beach, Aqua park are very good. the variety and taste of food was delicious. We had taken the all inclusive option so it meant good food and drinks throughout. we also liked the night entertainment at Panorama. Fish at Marina was one of the best we ever had. the spa and massage services were nice. Overall very good experience.

Tesis büyük fakat 2500 kişilik kapasiteye sahip olmadığından yetersiz kalıyor. Yemek çeşidi çok gibi gözükse de dişe dokunur bir yemek olmuyor yenebilecek bir yemek varsa da uzun kuyruklar oluşuyor. On devait avoir une chambre vue sur la mer, on avait une chambre vue sur la piscine. Nous sommes venus avec notre enfant de neuf mois et vu que notre chambre était carrément plein de pieds. Le bruit de l’extérieur était comme à l’intérieur. Il se réveillait tous les heures car les activités et etc durer jusqu’à 23 heures si je me trompe pas, si ce n’est plus. La comida estaba muy bien, con mucha variedad, y el sitio, aunque había mucha gente, estaba bien gestionado. El sitio está muy bien para ir con amigos y niños, por la comodidad de tener todo incluido.

El local necesitaría una reforma. En especial la moqueta de la habitación tenía muchas manchas, la cisterna no funcionaba bien, la puerta del baño estaba un poco defectuosa... en general, necesitaría un poco más de mantenimiento. La limpieza tampoco era lo mejor.

Great choice of swimming areas - short walk to the beach, many pools to choose from, a great indoor pool for when it gets too hot outside. Tasty food in the main restaurant and a big choice of it. Comfortable and big beds. Water pressure in the showers was great.

The hotel is a bit dated - you can see the carpet in the room and furniture is old and our carpet did not look clean. So is the bathroom (our bathtub was yellow, as if it was not possible to clean it anymore). The food in the snack bars located near the beach was far below expectations and sometimes served on dirty plates. Our room was cleaned daily, but the cleaning team continued to forget to leave fresh towels, and we sometimes needed to follow up 3 - 4 times before we got them. We were also missing shower gel in the room upon arrival and it took staff 2 days for the bottle to be refilled. This stay was much overpriced compared to our expected quality.

Dit was een fantastische locatie en er was genoeg te doen: een rustige koffiecorner met piano, drukkere en minder drukke zwembaden, een strand, een marina. Het eten was goed, veel keuze en afwisseling op de dagen. Op meerdere locaties een bar, water kon je zo pakken. We missen het! Zowel voor mijn 17-jarige als mijn 10-jarige als mijzelf was het superfijn. Vier nachten/vijf dagen geweest

Het bed dat erbij was gezet voor de derde persoon was een hard opklapbed ipv een volwaardig bed. Dat was jammer

Het is een zeer groot domein met voor elk wat wils, en voldoende afwisseling aan activiteiten, zowel voor gezinnen met kinderen als voor groepen vrienden. Het buffet is heel uitgebreid en vers. Heel fijn dat het resort over meerdere stranden beschikt.

Wat oudere accomodatie.

We hadden duidelijk vooraf aangegeven dat 1 persoon glutenvrij was (ook bij inchecken). Achteraf bleek er alleen een "dieethoekje" te zijn waar de crackers in het glutenvrije deel ook nog eens niet glutenvrij zijn. Pas bij wijzigen tijd voor de ene dag á la carte zeiden ze dat er een formulier was voor allergenen. Mijn vrouw spreekt ook nog eens turks. het lijkt of ze haar niet willen begrijpen. Ze is gedurende de vijf dagen van ons verblijf steeds zieker geworden.

The sea was exceptional, and the food was also tasty. I’ve been so many hotels in different part of the world. I think this would be one of the best in terms of to sea and also food quality.

They need to buy new tennis rackets and table tennis rackets as well. The rackets are really poor for the hotels reputation. It’s not much but we paid €20 to play tennis at night and the light went out and the rackets were broke and there were only two very old balls. It was the same for table tennis that’s out there every day but their rackets are broken. And I asked one of the entertainment team crew to give me good rackets but somehow he didn’t even though I saw there were better ones. Yeah they can definitely fix these issues quickly.

Freundliches Personal

Hotel ist als barriefrei und rollstuhlgeeignet beschrieben. Es git keine rollstuhlgerechten Familienzimmer, dies wurde uns bei der Buchung nicht gesagt. Trotz Anfrage bei der Buchung wurde uns ein Zimmer mit Badewanne reserviert. Türen zu schmal und wir konnten nur ca. 20 % der Anlage nutzen aufgrund der nicht gegebenen Barrierefreiheit. Leider ein Flop für uns.

J’ai adoré qu’il y ai plusieurs piscines, l’aquapark avec les toboggans, la base aquatique pour les petits avec plusieurs toboggans. Tout est propre. Les sanitaires, le ménage au top dans les chambres. Tout est nettoyé chaque fin de journée jusqu’aux vitres dans le restaurant, les ascenseurs, partout … les fast food au bord de la mer et piscine sont varié et très bons. Les boissons aussi.

Il y a beaucoup de montée à faire pour aller d’un lieu vers un autre si on est dans les petites maisonnettes. La nourriture n’est pas assez varié dans le restaurant self service.

Das man steil hoch gehen muss. Nichts für ältere Menschen. Und sehr voll ,wenig personal am tischen. Kein vernünftiges Internet im Zimmer

Animasyonun yanında barda çalışan Farma diye bir bayan çalışıyor o kadar suratsızdı ki gidip bişey almaya çekiniyorduk . Üç aile gittik her kez aynı şeyi söylüyordu . Çok pis tuvaletler . Odalarda olan tuvaletler o kadar pisti ve kokuyordu tiksiniyordum tuvalete girmeye . Animasyon çok çok zayıftı . Bir köpük partisi bile yoktu.

Hotel is old, unmaintained and dirty. Pools are dirty, all sun beds are "reserved" with towels, especially on beach side or close to the slides. If you leave for lunch there is no way you can get place to sit and/or rest after you come back. Pools are dirty and with particles and/or trash. Some facilities are "closed" unable as they are broken.

De ligging van het resort is prachtig. De zwembaden waren schoon en er was gedurende de dag voldoende keuze om iets te eten. Het eten bij het strand vonden wij lekkerder dan bij het zwembad. De avondshows waren erg leuk en ook voor kinderen worden verschillende activiteiten georganiseerd, zoals keramiek schilderen.

De grootste teleurstelling was onze eerste kamer. Wij hadden bewust extra betaald voor een Superior zeezichtkamer, maar kregen een kamer waarbij het “zeezicht” slechts uit een heel klein stukje zee 5 cm2 tussen de bomen bestond. Verder keken we vooral tegen een boom en een groen bekleed terras aan. Zie eerste 2 foto’s. Na onze klacht kregen we de volgende dag gelukkig een kamer op de bovenste verdieping met het zeezicht dat wij bij deze boeking hadden verwacht. Zie eerste twee foto’s en laatste twee om het verschil te zien. Ga er dus niet vanuit dat je krijgt wat je hebt geboekt! Bel vantevoren! De kamers zelf zijn erg verouderd, hele oude tv, jaren 80 meubels en naar onze mening niet 5-sterrenwaardig. Ook de schoonmaak kon beter. Zo zaten er vreemde witte vlekken op de stoffen rand van het bed. Het eten was uitgebreid, maar vaak al (bijna) koud en tafels en stoelen waren regelmatig plakkerig. Het resort was tijdens ons verblijf ontzettend druk, waardoor zowel bij de zwembaden als op het strand nauwelijks ligbedden beschikbaar waren. Het strand bestaat bovendien uit veel stenen, waardoor waterschoenen eigenlijk noodzakelijk zijn. Daarnaast hebben wij helaas meerdere keren verschil ervaren in de benadering door sommige personeelsleden. Wij hadden het gevoel dat buitenlandse toeristen vriendelijker werden benaderd dan Turkse gasten die, zoals wij, uit het buitenland komen. Dat vonden wij erg jammer.

As piscinas, os jardins e as áreas comuns estavam sempre limpos e organizados. A oferta de bares e locais para alimentação é vasta e diversificada ao longo do dia. As refeições Buffet oferecem uma grande variedade de opções, com ingredientes frescos e pratos de excelente qualidade. Já nos restaurantes à la carte cada refeição foi uma verdadeira experiência. Sem dúvida excelente relação qualidade-preço.

Ao almoço e ao jantar eram assegurados garfo e faca. Ao longo da refeição faltaram talheres, sobretudo de sobremesa. Quando era solicitada água, era entregue apenas uma garrafa de plástico, faltando sempre o copo. No buffet nem todos os alimentos estão identificados. No entanto, desagradou-me profundamente: o facto de algumas famílias deixarem objetos a marcar mesas e espreguiçadeiras; o desperdício alimentar de muitos hóspedes. Considero que o fornecimento de água para consumo dos hóspedes poderia ser feito através de alternativas às garrafas de plástico de 330 ml, como garrafas (de vidro) reutilizáveis, dispensadores de água filtrada ou estações de enchimento de garrafas. Além de reduzir significativamente o consumo de plástico descartável, esta medida reforçaria o compromisso do resort com a sustentabilidade ambiental, algo que muitos hóspedes valorizam cada vez mais. Acredito que seria uma iniciativa muito bem recebida e alinhada com a elevada qualidade e imagem do resort.

Alle spezial Wünsche mussten nochmal gegeben werden, da die 1. ignoriert wurden. Zimmer war zu weit weg und auf dem Berg. Der weg dorthin war jedes mal eine tortur. Cola& Co. ohne Kohlensäure.

Top Lage ! Die rutschen. Das Personal.

Die Sitzplatz Belegung an den Strand liegen und beim Frühstück und beim Abend Essen! Da wird eine Tasche an einen Tisch gelegt und sofort sind 6-8 Plätze belegt. Oder 1 hotel eigenes Badetuch wird auf 3 liegen quer gelegt und besetzt. Laut den Hotel Regeln ist es verboten. 🚫 Aber keiner handelt strikt um es zu unterbinden.
