Personalul în general amabil. La restaurant fetele nu stăteau o clipă. Tot timpul aranjau mesele. Mâncarea a fost bună, deși putea fi ceva mai variată. Camera curată, îți schimbă prosoapele în fiecare zi dacă doreai. Parcarea păzită, deși eu am apucat cu masina in afara barierei pentru ca era full. show-uri de animație în fiecare seară și inclusiv ziua foarte multe activități la piscină.

Păi sejurul a debutat cu o problemă. Problema generată de booking. În rezervare nu erau trecute 3 pers ci numai 2. deși se vedea clar ca am plătit pentru 3, domnișoara de la recepție spunea ca nu ma poate ajuta ca acolo figurează doar 2. A trebuit sa sun la management și in prima faza inclusiv ei ma trimiteau să vorbesc cu booking. Efectiv preț de 30 de min. (Poate chiar mai bine) eram pe dinafară, nu puteam sa fac check-in-ul. Într-un final, s-a rezolvat dar soluția lor inițială era să plătesc extra pentru cea de-a treia persoană. La restaurant, față de acum 8 ani, mi s-a părut mai puțină mâncare. O parte din personalul din restaurant de la băuturi strâmba din nas dacă cereai mai mult de un pahar de vin. Ca să nu mai zic ca un tip m-a mințit în față ca mi-a dat Pepsi Max, iar paharul era cu zahăr. În cameră nu am avut papuci, a trebuit să cer la cameristă. Pentru un hotel de 5 stele cu all inclusive ar trebui să includă și halate. Iar minibarul să fie umplut de fiecare dată.

das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und höflich. Die Ambiente war sehr schön für Familien geeignet. Das Animationsteam war eine 10/10

Keine Möglichkeit in den öffentlichen Räumen TV anzusehen z.B wichtige Fussballspiele. Und die öffentlichen Toiletten waren leider nicht sauber.

За жалости почти нищо.

Още от самото настаняване започнаха проблемите. В сайта пише, че настаняването е след 14:00 ч. Ние пристигнахме в 13:40 ч. след 16 часа път. За толкова огромен хотел няма нормален паркинг — има около 70–80 паркоместа, които са нонстоп заети. Спира се в едно огромно, неасфалтирано пространство, осеяно с кал и прах, а аз карам ниска кола. Трябва да носиш куфара, защото ако го дърпаш по земята, ще стане ужасно мръсен. След това ни настаниха чак в 14:50 ч. — чакаме час и половина след 16 часа път. Още оттам хотелът не ми допадна. Карам електрическа кола и още при резервацията ми казаха, че ще имам паркомясто с достъп до контакт. Такова място обаче не се намери. Има станция за зареждане, която изисква турска SIM карта и турски номер за регистрация. От рецепцията не искаха да ми съдействат — само вдигат рамене и ме гледат като телета. Аз искам да си платя, за да заредя колата, и просто ми трябваше да се регистрирам с техен номер, за да получат SMS за активиране на профила. Храната е, меко казано, смешна. Салатите са с най-евтините продукти, месото е жилаво и всичко е студено. Оризът три вечери подред не беше сварен. Плодовете са супер оскъдни и едни и същи вече пети ден. Напитките са разредени и неприятни — колата е като степче. Климатикът работи мега слабо, а отделно ти дават една карта и като излезнеш от стаята и тока спира добре че намерих друга карта с която тръгна и не сме го спирали 5 дни и вътре беше 25 градуса ако спираше щеше да е 30. Като цяло не препоръчвам изобщо за тези пари. Отелно плажа който уж има към хотела се налага да се пътува с техен автобус който е супер трудно да се доредиш за него винаги е пълен на макс. А плажа е на над 2 км от хотела.

не реально викликати таксі в готель через убер, до центру кушадас ціна 4,90€ через додаток, але ніхто не поїде бо ви мусите замовити те що стоїть біля готелю за 10€, не смачна кава, рвані покривала на ліжку пора б замінити, до інших дрібниць придиратися не буду, бо ми на позитиві в подорожах

Food was about the best part.

Very disappointing stay – we will not return Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this hotel. Two adults stayed for two weeks, and having visited Kusadasi regularly for over 15 years, this was genuinely one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had. The biggest issue was the service, particularly at the bars. On several occasions, asking for a drink felt like a huge inconvenience to some members of staff. We experienced eye-rolling and an attitude that made us feel uncomfortable simply for ordering drinks that were included in the all-inclusive package we had paid a considerable amount for. The quality of the all-inclusive drinks was also extremely poor. Many were so strong and unpleasant that we simply couldn’t drink them. One evening, we asked for a daiquiri and the waiter openly seemed annoyed about having to make it. The drink we received was almost entirely alcohol with barely any mixer and was undrinkable. After experiences like this, we eventually gave up and started making our own cocktails and buying our own wine to have in the evenings. Considering the price of staying at the Ramada on an all-inclusive basis, having to make our own mojitos every night was ridiculous. The room was very average and certainly nothing special for the price. It was basic, with a lamp that was falling apart and a light that didn’t work. Nothing about the room felt particularly luxurious or memorable. There were also some safety concerns around the pool area, including holes/gaps that could potentially cause someone to trip or seriously injure themselves. The sun loungers are packed incredibly close together with virtually no personal space. At times, you are literally inches away from complete strangers while trying to relax in swimwear. Far too many loungers have been crammed into the available space, making the pool area feel uncomfortable rather than relaxing. Finally, there was very little evening entertainment aimed at adults.

The food was varied and generally delicious. We were a family of eight, and we were satisfied with both the breakfast and dinner options. The hotel’s general areas were clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough. The adults-only relaxation pool (+18) was also nice and much more comfortable than the general pool. The staff were definitely one of the highlights of our stay. They were very kind, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. Overall, considering the price we paid, we felt that the service and facilities offered good value for money.

The general pool was too crowded, and the water was a little cloudy. I am not sure whether this was due to the number of people using the pool or the chlorine level. Another issue was the sunbeds. Many guests were reserving them with towels, so it was difficult to find an available sunbed when we went to the pool. When we complained about this, the staff told us that they could provide us with a sunbed if we contacted them, which was a nice gesture. In the end, however, we did not need one. The snack area was average, and I would not say the food there was particularly tasty. The patisserie was also okay but nothing special. Unfortunately, after eating at the fish restaurant, one of the adults in our group experienced vomiting and diarrhea. The other seven members of our family had no problems, so we cannot say for certain that it was caused by the restaurant, but it was still an unpleasant experience. Overall, we were happy with our stay and felt that we received good service for the price we paid. However, I personally would not choose to visit in July or August again, as the hotel and especially the general pool were simply too crowded for my preference.

Sauna und Hamambereich

Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und es wird nichts erneuert. In unserem Zimmer hatten wir einen kaputten Duschkopf und auf dem Balkon hatten wir ein Wespennest (dieser war leer aber nicht entsorgt) Die Betten waren einfach Matratzen oder Absicherung. In den Schränken hat es sehr unangenehm gerochen und der Fernseher war leider defekt. Einige der Pools waren zwischenzeitlich für den Tag abgesperrt. Es gab sehr viele Katzen dort, die natürlich dann auch das Geschäft vor den Pools oder auf den wegen erledigt hatten. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit da kaum einer dort Englisch spricht.. Das Essen jeden Tag genau das selbe essen, man hatte das Gefühl manchmal dass es einfach vom Vortag aufgewärmt wurde. Viel zu viele Menschen und viel zu wenig Liegen, diese werden übrigens bereits um 6 Uhr morgens reserviert und das Personal unternimmt nichts dagegen. Manche Liegen bleiben dann so bis zum Mittag unbenutzt aber reserviert. Die Geschäfte im Hotel überteuert und die Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich. Auch das Personal vom Fotoservice sehr unhöflich zum Teil auch respektlos.. wegen einem Euro haben die so einen Aufstand gemacht Ich würde das Hotel nicht noch einmal besuchen wollen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen

Bu tatil benim için dinlenmek ve güzel vakit geçirmek amacıyla planlanmış olmasına rağmen, hayatımda geçirdiğim en kötü ve en hayal kırıklığı yaratan otel deneyimlerinden biri olmuştur. Otelin genel hijyen ve temizlik durumu kabul edilebilir seviyede değildir. Odalar, havuzlar, havuz çevreleri ve otelin ortak kullanım alanları yeterli şekilde temiz ve bakımlı değildir. Otelin birçok bölümünün son derece eski, yıpranmış ve özensiz şekilde tamir edilmiş olduğu görülmektedir. Benim ayrıca ciddi bir sağlık geçmişim bulunduğundan, bu durum benim açımdan sıradan bir rahatsızlık olarak değerlendirilemez. Tatil amacıyla geldiğim bir otelde hijyen konusunda bu kadar ciddi sorunlarla karşılaşmak benim için kabul edilemez bir durumdur. Dahası, yanımda bulunan misafirim karşısında son derece mahcup oldum. Beni bu otele getirdiği için kendisi de büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadı ve yapılan tüm masraflar konusunda bana destek olmak zorunda kaldı. Kendisine karşı mahcup olmam, yaşadığım hayal kırıklığını daha da artırmıştır. Bir otelin yalnızca oda sunması yeterli değildir.

Das Essen und die Auswahl war ziemlich gut. Zimmer geräumig.

Zum extrem steinigen mini "Hotel-Strand", fährt man 2,2 km mit einem sogenannten "Shuttle", der alle Stunde fährt, bis 16:00 Uhr. Letzte Rückfahrt 17:00 Uhr. Das Hotel sollte dringend mal überprüfen ob der Shuttle-Dienstleister sich noch an die vereinbarten Kriterien hält. (Altes verrauchtes Fahrzeug, Fahrer Umgang etc.) Am Strand ist es sehr schwer ins Wasser zu kommen, am besten Schwimmschuhe tragen. Die Kabinen, Duschen, Schließfächer im Spa-Bereich fallen regelrecht auseinander. Der Großteil, des ständig wechselndes Personals sind scheinbar Schüler bzw. Praktikanten.

Бяхме гости на хотела от 15.08.2026 до 20.08.2026 г.Часът за настаняване е 14:00 ч., но ние бяхме настанени в 16:00 ч. Накараха ни да чакаме два часа, като по никакъв начин не предложиха компенсация за това неудобство. След настаняването в стаята, установихме, че топлата вода тече едва едва. Обадих се на рецепция, като ми казаха, че ще пратят техник. Всеки ден звънях за този проблем-само ме лъжеха, че ще пратят техник. Никой не дойде. По време на целия престой нямаше нито един работещ канал на телевизора. Пак ме излъгаха-че не било проблема в тях (в хотела). Третият човек беше настанен на разтегателен диван, който беше толкова крив, че едвам се спеше на него. Храната в ресторанта беше вкусна, но всеки ден ЕДНА И СЪЩА!!! Това не подхожда на 5* хотел! Цената за престоя беше 1550 евро при резервацията, но при плащането платих 1560 евро. Проблемът бил в моята банка. Което не е вярно. Казах ни , че ни минибарът е безплатен и се зарежда всеки ден. На втория ден от престоя ни казаха, че се зарежда само веднъж-преди настаняване. Никакво съдействие от персонала на рецепция за нищо. Отгоре на всичко си тръгнахме болни-в ресторанта и около басейните постоянно имаше кашлящи деца!

Odaların temizliği 5 yıldızlı bir otele göre çok kötü. Mutlaka denetlenmesi gerekiyor. Yemek seçeneği çok az ve sürekli benzer yemekler çıkıyor. Sezon dolayısıyla çok kalabalık ve çok fazla çocuk var bu da havuzlardaki hijyen konusunda çok fazla sıkıntı yaratıyor. çocuğumuz kusma , ishal ve ateş şikayetleri yaşadı. Sonrasında bizde. Ve diğer misafirlerden duyduk bir çok cocuk ve yetişkin aynı otelden aynı şikayetlerle hastaneye başvurmuş. Bu otel yönetimine bildirildi ama bi sonuç alınmadı. Bir daha gelir miyim asla ve kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Ramada zincir otellerin adına güvenerek tercih ettim büyük hayal kırıklığı. Ayrıca otel kapasitesi yüksek olmasına rağmen asla yeterli havuz ve şezlog alanı yok insanlar iç içe oturmak zorunda. Ayrıca resepsiyon kesinlikle rezalet odamıza bile kimse göstermedi. Tek söylemek istediğim sadece 5 gece rahat bi tatil yapmak istedik baştan aşağı fiyasko

The bed was comfortable. We didn't particularly enjoy any other aspect of this hotel.

Please read this review before booking. Cleanliness: We found hairs in the shower & on the floor when we arrived in the room. The pool area gets cleaned very superficially, such that the previous day's trash would still be there in the morning. There is cat feces in grass area near the pool, and it smells like pee. I also came across a dead bird head right in the same area. Food: As a vegetarian, I had a hard time finding food to eat. You are limited to a carbs, salad (poor quality), and dessert. My mother found the meat dishes to be bland. Also very few vegetarian options in the snack bars, and poor quality. Children go ahead and touch the desserts and pastries, and nobody warns them. Staff: The staff who clean the restaurant area always seem like they are in a rush, and grab the plates while you are still eating. They collect the plates in such a noisy manner that we found it difficult to sit in the closed areas of the restaurant and I ended up getting headaches. The staff was also very rude towards us. Although everybody brings plates of food to the pool area, the staff members (namely Adil Bey) targeted my mother only and warned her in a rude manner. The next day he warned us for feeding the cats some cat food, even though (again) everybody else also feeds the cats. When we asked why we were targeted specifically, we got an extremely confrontational response and felt like we were being scolded. Extremely unprofessional approach that we by no means deserved. Cats: There are dozens of cats and kittens in the hotel property, near the pools and restaurant area. The cat house that they have is in complete disrepair and not used by the cats. The cats are not being cared for as half of them are visibly sick. Crowding: People who own apartment units in the hotel property also use the pools in addition to the hotel guests, so the pools are always crowded. You need to wake up early to put a towel on the pool chairs.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Leider sind wir dieses Mal sehr enttäuscht. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass sich das Personal deutlich mehr Zeit für die ausländischen Gäste als für die eigenen Landsleute nimmt. Wir wurden mehrfach nicht beachtet und hatten zudem das Gefühl, dass wir aufgrund unseres Kopftuchs teilweise auffällig oder anders angeschaut wurden. Auch das Angebot im Hotel hat uns enttäuscht. Alkoholische Getränke sind ohne zusätzliche Gebühr erhältlich, während das Hotel nicht einmal einen Iced Coffee anbietet. Ein frisch gepresster Orangensaft kostet zudem 200 Lira, was wir unangemessen finden. Ein grosses Lob geht lediglich an Hasan vom Restaurant. Er war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, uns zu helfen. Von der restlichen Betreuung sind wir leider sehr enttäuscht. Nach dieser Erfahrung war dies für uns definitiv das letzte Mal, dass wir dieses Hotel buchen.

The hotel is average overall. The facilities are generally satisfactory, but the service could be improved significantly. In particular, the reception team would benefit from additional training in customer service. Staff should be more welcoming, approachable, and willing to assist guests, as a friendly attitude can make a significant difference to the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, the staff’s behaviour negatively affects the hotel’s overall performance and reputation, despite the facilities being reasonably good. The management should be aware about this to improve the performance of the hotel.

Food was repetitive and not of high standard. WiFi poor. Evening entertainment was not good, especially the white party. Staff in general were not very friendly, exceptional being the bedroom cleaners.

Прекрасный отель. Чудесные бассейны. Очень милый и приветливый персонал. Все у них быстро и с улыбкой. Вкусная еда и напитки. Большая парковка. Красивая территория. Довольны отелем очень и готовы его рекомендовать абсолютно всем!

Сильно не очень пляж. Каменистый заход в море. Ноги переломать можно легко. Но это вряд ли зависело от отеля. Видимо им выделили такой кусок побережья.

Het eten was zeer slecht en de shuttle naar de strand was ook heel erg slecht, een busje van de jaren 80/90 die maar om het uur rijd. In de nacht worden etensresten geserveerd. En veel voedsel is bewerkte goedkope troep. Totaal geen 5 sterren waard.

Stranden tilknyttet hotellet var ikke bra. Hadde de satt ut en gåflåte, hadde det vært mulig å kommet seg uti (veldig steinete bunn). Dessuten er det 3 km til stranden, ikke 1,6 km som de oppgir. De bør forby gjestene å legge ut håndklær for å holde av senger, ved bassengene. Hotellet hadde oppgitt at det var voksen avd for middag, den var stengt..Mye støy og kaos i spisesalen. De har for dårlig varmeelementer, ofte kald mat

Her şey dahil konseptinde olmasına rağmen oturma alanlarında tatlı servisi bulunmuyordu. Tatlıların olduğu bölümde ise oturup yemek yasaktı. Tatlıyı alıp oturduğumuz yere götürmek istediğimizde de buna izin verilmedi. Her şey dahil hizmet veren bir otelde böyle bir uygulama görmek gerçekten hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Yemeklerde beklediğimiz gibi değildi Bu nedenle maalesef otelden memnun ayrılmadık ve bu deneyimi başkalarına tavsiye etmekte zorlanırız.

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were well maintained. The food was good with a reasonable variety, and the atmosphere was relaxing. We would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.

Sehr gutes Essen, grosse Auswahl, für alle etwas dabei. Schönes grosses Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick. Sehr freundliches Personal. Grosse Poolanlage mit viel Liegen, für diejenigen, die gerne am Pool sind.

Der eigene Strand ist leider nur mit einem Shuttelbus erreichbar, der bereits um 17.00 das letzte mal zurückfährt. Wenn man später zurück möchte, muss man mit dem Dolmus fahren, der natürlich was kostet. Leider steht das in der Beschreibung nicht, dass der Strand nicht bei der Hotelanlage ist. Am Strand ist die Auswahl eingeschrenkt. Bei All Inclusiv ist das zu wenig. Die Sonnenschirme am Strand sind teilweise kaputt und zu klein.

We stayed here recently and while the hotel looks the part, the experience fell well short of what you’d expect from a 5-star property. Wi-Fi & Connectivity Internet was unreliable throughout our stay and was completely unavailable for the entire first day. When we raised this, we were told it was an ISP issue - not reassuring when you’re paying 5-star prices. We are still in a dispute with Booking.com over compensation for this. Food The food was repetitive with very little variation day to day. By midway through the stay, the menu felt stale and uninspiring. Not what you’d expect at this level. Entertainment This was perhaps the biggest letdown. The kids’ disco ran for a full hour with no other activities for children - it dragged badly and felt poorly thought through. The live music was equally underwhelming; a solo guitarist playing to an almost empty room doesn’t quite set the mood. Pool entertainment was limited to the same one or two games repeated daily - a paddle board challenge and a swim race. For a hotel of this billing, there’s real room to be more creative and varied. Overall This hotel markets itself as 5-star but in our experience it’s a 3 to 4-star at best. If you’re choosing it for the entertainment or connectivity, I’d manage your expectations carefully.

Номер, с постоянным запахом из канализации. Семейный номер 4102, канализацией воняет в туалете, на кухне, у стиральной машины. Кондиционеры не чистились года 2, бахрама пыли милиметров 5. Кондиционеры из-за этого не включали, потому, что, кто знает, что там за бактерии живут.

Около нас имаше компания от англичани(говореха на английски) предполагам, които през по-голямата част от престоят ни вдигаха среднощен шум(бягане по коридора на деца, които викат в 12,01 или 02 през ноща; крещящи родители по тях или общуващи си от верандата към друга без да ги засяга колко е часа.

Her yıl en az 2 kez ziyaret ettiğimiz ve kendimizi evimizde hissettiğimiz otelimiz de, odalar temiz ve hijen konusunda iyiydi, bu sene yemekler ve içeçekler çok daha kaliteli ve güzeldi , personel genel olarak çok yardımsever , özellikle animasyon grubundaki arkadaşlar çok cana yakınlar coco ve spidera selamlar, dış mekanda bulunan bar ve yemek yenen yerlerde çok başarılıydılar. özellikle +18 havuzu bulunması da bizi çok memnun etti çocuk gürültüsünden kaçmak ve sakince havuza girmek isteyenler için çok güzel bir uygulama ve onun yan tarafındaki bar bistro bölümünde de çok güzel şeyler yedik içtik özellikle Esra hanıma teşekkür ederiz.

Alakart restorandan açıkçası memnun kalmadık Türk mutfağına gitmiştik ,lezzet olarak çok kötü değildi ama vasat diyebilirim, bunu orada çalışanlara da ilettik , birde plajı ne yazık ki kötüydü otel için ayrılmış bölümün temizliği yapılmamış ve taş doluydu , oysa yan plajı pırıl pırıl temizlenmişti, ayrıca sauna ve hamam bölümünün bakım ve restorasyona alınması gerekli, bence böyle güzel bir otele yakışmıyor

I am owed 390 Euro and I want MY MOMEY back...... shame on the department that is dealing with this!!!!! This was my first time at resort, This place is very much for families or those who want convenience. Lots of food and drinks. Pools were great, and there were lots of activities in the resort. The staff was nice and everything was in one place.

The hotel was very loud at night, with barely any soundproofing. On some nights, we could not sleep until 1–2am. The food was bland and really disappointing. There was a lot of choice, and it is great for families or people who want everything in one place, but food is a big part of my holiday experience, and it just was not enjoyable. Breakfast was probably the worst. We mainly ended up going out for breakfast and dinner near the marina. Pools were amazing but the sunbeds/lounge chairs go very quickly which is expected at peak time. If you want a sunbed/lounge chair make sure to run out and claim them early in the mornings! The beach was also very disappointing and a real let-down. There is a free shuttle that takes you to and from the beach, but when you arrive, only a small section is reserved for Ramada guests. They serve food and drinks there, but the beach itself is stony. We ended up going to Ladies Beach or Long Beach instead, which I highly recommend.

Wonderfull place, totaly great breakfast, the drinks and special Ramada coctails are amazing. The reception is nearly parking lot, and the beach is in 15 minutes walk

Τα πάντα ήταν τέλεια. Φαγητό και ποτά ήταν διαθέσιμα όλη μέρα. Καλό φαγητό. Ωραίο, ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο με ωραία θέα. Το προσωπικό σε όλα τα πόστα ήταν άψογο. Τέλεια εμπειρία συνολικά.

Globalement tout mais surtout le Miniclub, les animatrices étaient très sympathiques, souriante et à l’écoute. La vue exceptionnelle. Les repas ainsi que le reste étaient parfait. Les chambres propres. Personnels très souriants et attentionnés.

Petite déception pour la piscine intérieure pas chauffée alors que c’était noté chauffée. On a donc pas pu se baigner. Mais rien de très grave.
