The staff , the location , the room size every thing is excellent.

We stayed for our honeymoon and the food and view, service was amazing experience. The only thing is that we didn’t want to swim in the sea. We think they leak the garbage, waste water into the sea. We see bubbles in the sea every day. And they try to remove the bubbles by passing with jetski everyday. It was fun to watch that show everyday.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Meer. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und äußerst komfortabel. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Küche: Die Menüs am Buffet waren einfach Weltklasse – für jeden Geschmack und jeden Gaumen ist etwas dabei. Auch der Wellnessbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen: Spa, Gymnastikraum und Sauna sind vorhanden und laden zum Entspannen ein. Insgesamt ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit einer fantastischen Lage, hervorragendem Essen und einem sehr schönen Gesamtangebot. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Preise außerhalb des Frühstücks und Abendessens sind für türkische Verhältnisse doch ziemlich hoch. Die Klimaanlage in unserem Deluxe-Zimmer war leider etwas laut und wirkte veraltet. Eine automatische Temperatursteuerung gibt es offenbar nicht. Wenn man sie ausschaltet, wird es schnell zu warm und man hat das Gefühl, zu ersticken; lässt man sie laufen, ist sie aufgrund der Lautstärke beim Schlafen störend. Hier wäre eine Modernisierung sicherlich sinnvoll. Ansonsten gibt es eigentlich nicht viel zu beanstanden. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

De prijzen bij de bars zijn veel te hoog, het geeft het gevoel alsof je opgelicht wordt. Een hamburgermenu kost €15,- en een pizza begint vanaf €14,-. Dat is vele malen duurder dan bij een vijfsterrenhotel elders in Europa. De stoelen op het terras, waar je ontbijt en avondeten at, waren meestal niet schoon. De kwaliteit van de gasten is heel erg achteruitgegaan doordat er geen toeristen meer komen, maar vooral lokale gasten. Het label ‘Deluxe’ mag van mij van het hotel af.

Beautiful right on the water. No beach though. You jump in from board walk or via ladder. Has a very nice pool too. The breakfast is excellent. So many choices. Rooms ate very comfortable.

The checkin was not smooth. I was told my payment was not received via booking. I paid using my credit card again. They gave me a higher rate than booking. Several hours later they realized their mistake and refunded my second payment.

This hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of the marina and restaurants. The room was a good size and offered wonderful sea views. The bathroom was also convenient for those sharing, and the overall setup made the stay comfortable. There were plenty of activities available, from the pool and access to the sea to sports facilities. Breakfast was also very good, with lots of options to choose from.

Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut.

Obwohl es sich um ein Nichtraucherzimmer gehandelt hat, hat es in meinem Zimmer extrem nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Zwar wurde vom Hotel sofort der Zimmerservice vorbei geschickt, der versuchte, etwas gegen den Geruch zu tun. Es hat allerdings weiterhin nach Rauch gerochen. Ein alternatives Zimmer konnte nur im veralteten, nicht modernisierten Gebäude angeboten werden.

The hotel complex offers all the facilities you need for a relaxing stay. The rooms are spotless, the staff is friendly, and the location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from a very popular part of the city. Additionally, the food is of high quality and offers a great variety.

The whole hotel is in need of a renovation. Wallpaper peeling off, water stains, chipped paint, loose or missing fixtures, worn furniture.

Estaban en reparaciones cuando fui Es muy alejado del centro de la ciudad, asi como de las playas. Se tiene que invertir mucho tiempo en caminar lo cual puede ser malo para las personas con problemas o que no tienen auto

Das war jetzt unser (geschätzt) achter Aufenthalt im Charisma. Wir sind bei jedem Aufenthalt wieder überrascht über die gleichbleibend hohe Qualität. Das beginnt gleich mit einem freundlichen und zügigen Check-in. Die Zimmer sind bequem und gut ausgestattet, die Mahlzeiten reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Das wichtigste ist aber das nette, hilfsbereite Personal. Alle Namen zu nennen, würde den Rahmen sprengen ( und mein Gedächtnis überfordern). Daher seien hier stellvertretend Leyla, Pınar und Musa aus dem Restaurant genannt und der freundliche Herr aus Gelsenkirchen (?). Wir kommen gerne im nächsten Jahr wieder. NB Wenn man bei den begrenzten Parkmöglichkeiten vorm Hotel keinen Platz mehr findet, wird das Auto (wo auch immer) von hilfreichen Geistern untergebracht.

Tout est parfait ! Chambre spacieuse et très confortable et que dire des infrastructures qui sont toutes parfaites. Mention spéciale pour la salle de sport qui est mieux équipé qu'une salle de sport de ville. À l'inverse, la piscine était très froide, seulement chauffer à 26 degrés... En hiver c'est un peu frais.

Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer, das wir hatten – Zimmer Nr. 3104 – war einfach perfekt. Es war sehr schön und wir haben uns dort rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Abendessen hingegen war sehr abwechslungsreich und ausgesprochen lecker. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal, das stets sehr bemüht war, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen und dafür zu sorgen, dass sich die Gäste glücklich und zufrieden fühlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel gibt es aus meiner Sicht jedoch noch etwas Verbesserungspotenzial. Der Pool war für mein Empfinden zu stark gechlort, sodass man den Geruch deutlich wahrgenommen hat. Die Eier beim Frühstück könnten geschmacklich noch optimiert werden, und es wäre angemessener, wenn heiße Getränke wie zum Beispiel ein Cappuccino im Frühstück inklusive wären. Einige Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. Wir haben unser Zimmer 2x gewechselt, um uns wohl zu fühlen und den Standard von einem 5 Sterne Hotel zu haben.

Tolles Ambiente, sehr höfliches und hilfsbereites Personal (bis auf 2 Ausnahmen, die jedoch kaum ins Gewicht fallen)

QR-Codes sind die Zukunft und sparen Papier. Jedoch sind die Gäste überwiegend im fortgeschrittenen Alter (zumindest während meiner Reise). Ich selbst habe versucht, tagsüber etwas zu Essen auf das Zimmer zu bestellen. Ich habe mich wirklich nicht zurecht gefunden. Am letzten Abend kam ich mit dem Bar-Chef ins Gespräch. Er zeigte es mir dann - offensichtlich gibt es verschiedene QR-Codes, was für mich nicht ersichtlich war. Hier ist etwas Übersichtlichkeit nötig. Auch dass dies 24h aufs Zimmer gebracht wird, war - zumindest für mich- nicht herauszulesen

Fiyat-performans olarak kötü. Bu fiyata değmez. Her şey dahilden bozma bir otel gibi duruyor, boş şezlong olmamasına rağmen extra ücretli localar var. Kahvaltı kötü ve her şey birbirinden uzak. Habire yürüyorsunuz. Bir içtiğimiz kahveydi ama saat 10 olunca koşa koşa her şeyle birlikte onu da kaldırıyorlar. Öğlen yemeğine hazırlık olsa anlarız. O da yok, aceleniz nedir???. Kumandanın pili bitmişti 3 kere aramışımdır ama yine de gelmedi.

У отеля просто восхитительные виды из номера - можно сидеть на балконе часами и любоваться морем и бухтой. Здорово, что есть свой пляж и спуск к воде - не надо специально далеко ехать, чтобы искупаться. Также в баре на пляже очень вкусно готовят. До основной набережной идти около 10-15 минут. Рядом с отелем есть парковка.

Отель немного подуставший, требуется косметический ремонт в номерах и общественных пространствах. Однако, это не мешает прекрасному отдыху из-за открывающихся видов.

We had a very lovely stay the Turkish bath and spa was very nice great area by the water to sun bath clean rooms. The bedding could have been better. There was just a single waffle weave blanket for the cover. No top sheet or comforter. Great breakfast

I recently stayed at charisma de lux . The hotel itself is nice, with good facilities and a pleasant environment. However, the biggest disappointment was the staff. Unfortunately, most of the waiters, waitresses, and even managers were extremely rude and disrespectful. The customer service was weak and far below the standard you would expect from a hotel of this level. On top of that, the staff came across as very greedy, constantly looking for ways to get extra money from guests. This left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. While the property looks good, the poor service and unprofessional behavior ruined the overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel if you value respectful treatment, transparent service, and professional hospitality. Management should seriously address staff training, attitude, and ethics toward guests.

Sehr sauber, mein Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sorgfältig gereinigt. Sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück und Abendessen, vor allem vom Abendessen war ich sehr sehr zufrieden, aber wenigstens türkischer Tee sollte bei so einem 5-Sterne-Hotel gratis sein. Sehr schöne Aussicht.

Die Strandliegen sind aufgrund von Platzmangel eng nebeneinander, deshalb wenig Privatsphäre. Die vorderen liegen wurden schon sehr früh "reserviert". Keine Unterhaltung am Hotel, mir hat zB abends Musik gefehlt. Nach dem Abendessen ist man gezwungen, das Hotel für Unterhaltung zu verlassen und in die Stadt zu gehen. Was mich vor allem sehr geärgert hat, waren die Hotelgäste. Noch nieeee in meinem Leben habe ich so viele unsympathische, unfreundliche, hochnäsige Hotelgäste auf einem Haufen gesehen. Es hat schon mit dem Frühstück begonnen. Die Gäste haben nicht gewusst, wie man sich zu benehmen hat. Beim Frühstück sind manche Gäste mit Pyjama oder halbnackt mit Bikini anwesend gewesen, muss ich so etwas beim Essen sehen??! Am Strand (bzw. Plattform), wo man liegt waren auch sehr viele respektlose Hotelgäste, die einen machen herum, die andere Familie hat ganz viele Liegen für sich reserviert, wo auch der Mann mit seinem nackten Baby den ganzen Tag nur laut und unsympathisch gelacht hat, dann gibt es Gäste mit Tageskarten, kommen irgendwann ab Nachmittag und tratschen und sind sowas von unsympathisch und hochnäsig. Dann geht man zum Abendessen, wo es nicht einmal eine angenehme Musik gibt, kommen Leute her, die keine Ahnung vom Benehmen haben, der Mann streichelt sie, während die Frau ihm Videos zeigt und sehr laut lacht. Haben diese Menschen noch nie ein Hotel gesehen???? Muss man sich gleich so ekelhaft aufführen und respektlos gegenüber andere Menschen sein????? Dank dieses Hotels habe ich begonnen, die Menschen zu hassen! Ach ja, und bitte unbedingt beim Check-out aufpassen und die Rechnung verlangen!! Mir wurde nur der Preis einmal gesagt, ich wollte die Rechnung sehen, dann wurde mir eine Kleinigkeit vom Minibar abgerechnet!!! Bitte aufpassen!!!!!! Ich musste zwar nicht bezahlen, aber schriftlich bestätigen und unterschreiben, dass ich nichts entnommen habe!!! Solche "Fehler" kommen dort anscheinend oft vor!!!!!!

Charisma Deluxe is a hotel that aspires to deliver a five-star experience, and in some moments you can feel the effort. Its greatest strengths are its location and setting: perched beautifully by the sea, with sweeping views, a lovely spa, and small touches such as a pillow menu that show an awareness of guest comfort. Having a Starbucks on the premises was a nice convenience, and the variety of bars around the resort added atmosphere, though the prices were on the high side. Yet, while the hotel tries to present itself as premium, the reality feels closer to a 4-star standard. The most striking issue is the lack of attention to detail—the very element that distinguishes true luxury from mediocrity. Much of the property is in need of renovation: furniture, decor, and facilities feel dated, chipping away at the polished image the hotel projects online. The room situation was a major disappointment. I did not receive the room type I booked through Booking.com, and the explanation I got was that the photos on the platform had been “mixed.” Such misrepresentation not only frustrates but also erodes trust. Dining left an even deeper impression, and not in a positive way. Breakfast was limited, monotonous, and repeated every day, while dinner offered a somewhat better variety but still lacked inspiration. But beyond the lack of variety, there was a serious issue with food safety: flies were hovering over the food at breakfast, something completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims 5-star status. Cleanliness and proper hygiene around food should be non-negotiable, and this was one of the most disappointing aspects of the stay. The natural beauty of the sea outside the hotel should have been one of its greatest assets, but each day the water was dirty and virtually no effort was made to clean or maintain the swimming area. Bathrooms, too, fell short, equipped only with basic amenities and missing the premium toiletries one would reasonably expect.

Das Hotel hat wirklich seinen eigenen Charme. Es ist gemütlich, super Aussicht zum Meer, toller privater Strand, zwei Pools und sehr nah zum Zentrum. Das Frühstück war super, beim nächsten Mal würden wir definitiv Abendessen dazu buchen. Zimmerservice war top, sehr lecker und immer frisch. Mitarbeiter auch alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und man hatte alles was man benötigt. Die verschiedenen Strandbars waren auch richtig gut. Man konnte sich täglich Handtücher ausleihen und hat immer eine Liege abbekommen, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit.

Leider gab es einige Mitarbeiter, vorallem zur Frühstückszeit die nicht so freundlich waren. Ein freundliches Guten Morgen oder ein lächelndes Gesicht sieht man schon gerne. Trotzdem waren sie immer hilfsbereit. Einmal wurde unser Teller einfach kommentarlos abgeräumt ohne zu Fragen, obwohl wir noch nicht fertig waren. Das ging leider so schnell, dass wir nichts sagen konnten. Auch beim Checkout wurde leider überhaupt kein Smalltalk gehalten, ob es uns gefallen hat oder ähnliches. Finde ich persönlich Schade. Die Preise für den Transfer könnten günstiger sein, da der Flughafen keine 100km weit weg ist und man mit dem Taxi etwas über die Hälfte vom Preis weg kommt.

Un très bel hôtel, les chambres sont spacieuses, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Piscine intérieure et extérieure top. Accès a la mer facile mais pas adapté a des enfants. Le buffet pour le dîner est diversifié et bien cuisiné avec beaucoup de choix. Le petit déjeuner est également très bien. Service voiturier pour garer la voiture sans galérer. A 20mn à pied du centre. Très bon séjour.

Pas grand chose à signaler. Le seul défaut c'est le manque d'une couette même légère. Il n'y a qu'un drap et une couverture très fine. Pour un 5* c'est un peu léger. Mais ça fait quand même l'affaire
