Our stay here was fantastic. I couldn’t be more happy with choosing Villa Fiorita for my stay. The room was even better than it looked in the pictures. Spacious, clean and modernly furnished. The hot tub in the room had really nice view of the sea. The pool on the rooftop with the bar and stunning views was a highlight. The breakfast also had quite some nice options with also options to order a few hot plates on the breakfast menu. The iced coffee was amazing. To top the whole experience the staff in an around the property (the staff at the reception, the staff at breakfast, the staff at the pool bar, the valet and concierge) all were extremely nice, warm and helpful people. Really made our experience exceptional.

The hotel is stunning and extremely well located. The walk to the centre is less than 10 minutes and the cable car station is just outside. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. They even sorted an early breakfast and packed lunches for the day we were out really early for our Etna hike. The views are breathtaking and sitting by or in the pool to enjoy them is heaven. We will definitely come back.

All the staff, no matter what their position, were so kind and helpful and made our stay their exceptional. The location is beautiful with spectacular views and perfect to walk into town, or take the cable car to the beach.

My stay at the Villa Fiorita was lovely - everything was perfect. All the staff were super friendly and kind. The breakfast was so nice, location was just outside the main street so everything was close but still felt quiet and cosy without noise. The cable car to Mazzaro, Isola Bella was right in front of the hotel - which was very handy. Room was cleaned every day perfectly and hotel was always quite quiet even with many people staying. Thank you so much for making our trip comfortable and enjoyable.

נתחיל מזה שהמלון בוטיקי יפה ומרשים ונמצא במיקום מנצח ממש על הרכבל והירידה לים ועל הכניסה לרחוב הראשי של העיר העתיקה. כשמגיעים עם רכב ניתן להעמיד אותו בחזית המלון ולקבל שירות של שינוע לחניון הלוך וחזור מתי שרוצים לנסוע שוב (מכיוון שאין חניות באיזור העיר העתיקה) כשהגענו למלון גיליתי שננעלה לי המזוודה בטיסה ועובד האחזקה עזר לי במשך שעה עבד עד שהצליח לפתוח לי אותה. כל בוקר התקשרנו לקבלה וביקשנו קפה ומאפה לחדר והגישו לנו מיד ללא דיחוי, בכלל כל הצוות היה נהדר מאוד שירותי אדיב וחייכנים בצורה פנומנלית. יש לי סטנדרט מאוד גבוה למלונות והמלון הזה ניצח! בהחלט אמליץ בחום וארצה לחזור לשם שוב! תודה

The hotel was immaculately kept. The attention to detail is amazing! The staff were attentive and superb. The hotel is gorgeous and the views amazing. We especially loved the stunning outdoor heated infinity pool and the luxurious outdoor area around the pool. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Taormina! Thank you to all the staff.🙏

L’emplacement, le calme, le personnel aux petits soins surtout au petit déjeuner, le confort des chambres, la vue, la piscine, le petit déjeuner très varié et délicieux, l’accès facile aux téléphérique pour descendre à la plage.

Het is een prachtig luxe hotel, super schoon, heel aardig personeel en het heeft een onwijs goede ligging. Het eten bij het zwembad is heerlijk en het uitzicht is prachtig. Het is rustig en echt een plek om aan de drukte van de stad te ontsnappen, ondanks dat het bij het centrum zit. We zouden hier eigenlijk 4 nachten verblijven, maar hebben dat verlengd naar 8 nachten omdat we het er zo heerlijk vonden. Het personeel hielp ons hier heel goed bij en zorgde ervoor dat wij zo min mogelijk hoefden te doen voor de kamerwissels. Het ontbijt is ook lekker, uitgebreid en heeft een mooi uitzicht. We hebben in drie verschillende kamers verbleven en allemaal waren ze voortreffelijk. Wij hebben niets negatiefs te zeggen over dit hotel.

Unser Zimmer war Zimmer Nr. 101 - tolles sehr geräumiges Zimmer. Der Whirlpool/Jakuzi hatte ursprünglich ein Problem, was jedoch vom Personal unmittelbar behoben wurde. Die Lage des Hotels, die Aussicht, die Lage des tollen Pools sind einfach nur traumhaft schön. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, sehr nett, sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr exklusiv und hochwertig. Das Personal im Frühstücksbereich hat sich sehr proaktiv gekümmert. Vielen Dank dafür.

This hotel is really lovely. It’s in a perfect location, 2 mins from the cable car to the beach and a 3 minute walk into central Taormina. The rooms are lovely and big with sea view balcony, the pool area is amazing 😍 great pool bar service, breakfast sooo good and the staff were super friendly. Ten days of sheer bliss. This hotel is a rare find - absolutely beautiful property with perfect decor and a perfect location, two minutes walk from Corso Umberto with the most amazing staff. If you're looking for something a cut above the usual this hotel has it .... and plenty of it!!

Wish I could give 10 stars. Hotel is beautiful. Room,pool all top notch. The entire staff from the front desk to the breakfast staff to the pool staff are as helpful as can be. We just checked out and are already planning to go back.

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Fiorita. The location is perfect; just a short walk to the town and cable car. The hotel was spotlessly clean and modern..The pool area in particular was beautiful. The service was fantastic from all the staff especially the barmen. Breakfast was very tasty and good value. Would definitely recommend and hope to return one day.

This might be our favorite hotel we've ever stayed at! Beautiful interiors, extremely comfortable bed, excellent pool, delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and the location is extremely convenient. You're a couple minutes away from the cable car and many good restaurants are within a 15 minute walk. Despite its central location, rooms were very quiet. No noise from the street or even other rooms or the pool. I'm sensitive to noise at night and had no trouble sleeping well. I loved that it didn't feel overcrowded too. The valet parking is worth it.Taormina is a nightmare for parking and the valet option made it so easy. Marija was fantastic and super attentive!

This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in! From the welcome we received when we stepped out of our taxi to the farewell when we left - everything was perfect. It is a lovely hotel, well located with wonderful sea views. The staff were exceptional - always helpful, always friendly - we were treated like we were the most important guests they had staying. Our room was spacious and super-clean, with very comfortable beds and a fabulous shower. Breakfast was amazing - just the way they displayed everything made you realise the care they take. The pool area was never busy and the pool itself was lovely - just the right temperature and ... those views! This isn't a four star hotel - it is definitely five star! We will be back!

Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered, and we felt incredibly well looked after throughout our stay. What impressed us most was the consistently high standard of service. The team should be immensely proud of what they have created. We have travelled to many wonderful places, but Villa Fiorita will remain one of our most memorable hotel stays. Great location just 2 minutes from the entrance of old town and across the street from the gondola to the beach. The atmosphere is perfect for an adults only hotel with a great pool, wonderful restaurant and renovated space. The room we stayed in was really spacious and had great sunlight with a balcony. Relative to some of the higher end places in Taormina I felt it was great value and very clean. The staff was really excellent -- they went the extra mile for us on any request and anticipated things we needed -- for example we were in a larger group staying in multiple rooms, but each morning they had a large table put together for us to enjoy breakfast together. I'd highly recommend staying here again to anyone looking to get an A+ experience!

We had the most incredible experience at this hotel. As many others have stated, the location can’t be beat. Just a very short walk to the main street, but quiet and secluded. The rooftop pool is spectacular, and there are many other cozy seating areas throughout the small property. This is truly a boutique hotel ; every aspect of the experience has been carefully and thoughtfully presented. Upon our arrival. my husband fell quite ill. Salvatore (a real gem) and his colleagues at the front desk took such incredible care of us during our stay- guiding me as we sought out medical attention and making sure that I had delicious meals brought to the room. The same was true of the breakfast room manager and staff. They couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful making sure that I was well cared for and bringing trays up to my husband. We have stayed in many outstanding properties all over the world, but nothing has come close to what we experienced last summer at this lovely hotel. Kudos to the team at the Villa Fiorita. What could have been a terrifying and disastrous experience was soothed by the loving attention of the staff at this hotel You will always hold a very special place in our hearts.

Das Hotel hat eine top Lage mit Blick auf das Meer, welches man auch beim Frühstück, an der Bar oder vom Zimmer aus genießen konnte. Man ist in weniger als fünf Gehminuten am Anfang der Hauptflaniermeile und direkt vor der Tür fährt die Seilbahn zum Strand ab. Die Mitarbeitenden sind alle ausnahmslos freundlich, zuvorkommend, bemüht, wir haben uns rundum gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Zimmer hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht und mehr und der Meerblick von der privaten Terrasse lud zum Verweilen ein. Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen, die Schwierigkeit war, sich bei der tollen Auswahl zu entscheiden. Alles in allem würden wir immer wieder dort bleiben!

we were the first guests in room 101 ... we came for 2 nights and ended up extending to 5 nights .. that's how good the room is and the location of the hotel. upper part of Taormina .. walk to all the restaurants and amazing shopping.

I can’t say enough good comments about this wonderful hotel. We arrived by car and Taormina isn’t the easiest town to drive in much less park. They were waiting for us, helped us with our luggage and then parked the car. The service was just like this for three days. The views from our beautiful room as well as the breakfast terrace were magnificent. The hotel is ideally situated next to the funicular and a short walk to the main pedestrian street as well as a bus stop that you can use to travel to further areas ( ditch the car). The pool area is beautifully laid out with an infinity pool heated to an ideal temperature. Every morning we were treated to the best breakfast buffet of all the hotels we stayed at on this trip supplemented by a variety of items that could be prepared at your discretion. Everyone at the hotel was so kind and charming and truly interested in making your stay wonderful. Best hotel in Sicily!!

This is an outstanding boutique hotel. Everything about it is beautiful. The infinity pool overlooking the town and the sea is spectacular. The breakfasts were by far the best we had in Sicily. The service at every level was simply amazing.

We loved everything about our stay! The staff are lovely and really look after you, the pool is amazing for relaxing, and the breakfast was incredible! The location is perfect too, close to everything but quiet enough to relax. Would love to come back one day and stay again.

This hotel is perfect. Located so close to Corso Umberto and all the main streets in Taormina, but still felt quiet, peaceful and removed from the crowds. The staff are literally the best we have ever experienced anywhere - without exception, everyone was friendly and welcoming, but always professional and efficient. Villa Fiorita feels luxurious but in no way pretentious or overly formal, and you feel like all the staff truly want to help you relax and enjoy your stay. Our room was spotless, with high quality toiletries, and without doubt the most comfortable pillows ever! The bed was also extremely peaceful, and with no noise at all we slept exceptionally well every night. Breakfast could not have been better, so much choice and all of the highest quality, served by such a lovely team. The terrace areas with their beautiful views made a perfect setting to start each day. For anyone with allergies or a dietary intolerance we felt very reassured that all food served was safe and the staff were extremely flexible offering specially prepared alternatives. Same at the pool bar where we ate on several occasions. The pool itself is stunning, and the views are incredible. Villa Fiorita is not the cheapest hotel but for us every penny felt justified. We cannot fault it and would highly recommend to all.

We hebben een fantastische ervaring gehad in dit hotel in Taormina. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, werden we warm ontvangen en voelden we ons meteen welkom. De ligging is echt een enorme troef: prachtig uitzicht en ideaal om de omgeving te verkennen. Alles ligt op wandelafstand, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakt. De kamers waren netjes, comfortabel en goed onderhouden, met oog voor detail. Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte, was de service. Het personeel was vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd bereid om net dat stapje extra te zetten. Ook het ontbijt was top: vers, gevarieerd en met lokale producten. Kort samengevat: een zorgeloos verblijf op een toplocatie. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug en kunnen dit hotel zonder twijfel aanraden aan iedereen die Taormina wil ontdekken.

There is a reason Villa Fiorita a 5/5 on TA. It really is as good as people say. Other hotels may have similar views of the Med - not hard in Taormina. It is the staff at Fiorita that make it a truly exceptional stay. Marija - we can’t say enough about her. Breakfast, lunch, dinner - doesn’t matter, she seems to always be there, with a cheerful smile, and happy to help. Ettorio, Vittorio, and the entire front desk team; we can’t say enough about them. We were sad to leave. Of course, all the basic hotel things were perfect too - clean rooms, lots of help with our luggage, good recommendations for dinner, etc. Truly, Fiorita is special and we will be back.

Customer service was attentive and kind. Front desk staff took the time to give us a tour of the property and of our room. Restaurant staff was very attentive and kind. We had the breakfast included option and breakfast items were delicious and well presented. Grounds are beautiful from the restaurant and bar areas to the pool area. Pool was heated in off-season. Spa treatments were amazing. The location hotel was thankfully not on the main street area (instead just outside the main arch entrance) and we appreciated this as our hotel was quiet. But, main street area was a very short walk away. Close to the property is the walking path down to the beach. It is definitely a steep hike, but we wanted the exercise. For those who don't want to walk, the cable cars that take you down/up from the beach is located a short walk from the property. The walking path up to the Castle on top of the hill was also close to the hotel.

The Villa Fiorita was a 5 star experience across the board. My wife and I stayed four nights in April and I can’t imagine coming back and staying anywhere else. We love Maria!!! She has been so nice and helpful during our stay. The pool and view is gorgeous, the lunch/breakfast is better than a lot of “main strip” restaurants, the rooms are very comfortable and the decor of the hotel is eclectic & beautiful. The location couldn’t be any more perfect. 5 min walk to basically anything you would need and off the main strip enough to be quaint and private. 10/10! I’m not sure why this isn’t a 5 star hotel, as we stayed in multiple 5 star hotels the week leading up to this stay and the Villa Fiorita is better than them all!

I would find it hard to fault anything about this hotel. Everything was exceptional. While the hotel is relatively recently renovated (and you can tell from the facilities e.g. the pool beds are spotless), the staff are what make this hotel a wonderful experience. In particular, Marija and her male colleague at breakfast and lunch provided superb service and are a true asset e.g. remembering where we sat in the mornings and previous orders. These are small things but show attention to details and hard work. Similarly, the bar staff are excellent and the outdoor and indoor bar areas are also beautiful and relaxing. I hope management recognise that they are extremely lucky with the quality of their staff. Food is excellent. Toiletries and complimentary mini bar drinks good quality and welcome. Thick robes in the rooms. While we stayed in early April, and perhaps during the summer months it may not be as noticeable, but the balconies/terraces do not get much sun other than very early in the morning and are in shade for much of the day. This is just something to be aware for future guests, rather than a criticism.

The gym was closed during our stay. I’m not sure if this is under renovation or because it was early in the season.

The scenery is great, the staff are very warm and friendly, and the hotel facilities are perfect.

WAUW! Deze plek is echt schitterend mooi, het uitzicht adembenemend én wat een vriendelijke medewerkers. De vrolijkheid en het plezier waarmee zij werken is een 11 waard. Het ontbijtteam is zo lief! En de housekeeping en het maintenance team werken hard; alles is brandschoon en netjes onderhouden. Dank jullie wel!

We stayed in Taormina for 5 nights, early November, and were lucky enough to have perfect weather! Twin share, sea view. The location of the hotel was perfect - close to the bus station, cable car, and main street shops and restaurants. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Not only did they help organise a taxi pick up to the train station (25 euro), they also packed a little box of their in-house made lemon biscuits for our travels because I mentioned I loved them and was hoping to purchase some. The daily buffet breakfast was delicious - which included fresh to order off their menu (recommend nutella crepes and ham and cheese omelette) - scrumptious! The view from our balcony was beautiful - good for the soul! As was the view from the pool and deck areas. All drinks in the room were included and replaced daily. The hotel also thoughtfully left a beach bag and towels for trips to the beach. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Taormina!

Nothing - although if you have difficulty negotiating steps - there are a couple of flights down to the dining area, pool, and to rooms on 3rd floor.

This hotel exceeded all expectations in every way. My luggage never made it to the airport in Palermo and our car had a flat tire as we rolled up to the hotel and....they took care of everything! From tracking the luggage to fixing the tire - all so we could enjoy our experience in Taormina! Beautiful hotel! Spacious rooms with private patio seating. Infinity pool is so inviting! Breakfast in the morning on a beautiful terrace with so many choices. Wonderful staff - so helpful in every way: restaurant suggestions, booking activities and making you feel like family. It deserves more than a 10 - thank you for everything!

Villa Fiorita is 5 stars from the moment you walk through their doors to the time you say goodbye. From the staff to its location, the rooms we had 38, food, decor, cleanliness and let's not forget the pool with an amazing view. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful boutique hotel on the hill, with different terraces and corners to sit and relax. Our room had a beautiful terrace with lounge beds and Seaview. So beautiful to wake up to! Nice breakfast with very attentive staff. Really liked that we could leave the car in front of hotel and staff took care of it. Bonus in the little streets of Sicily! Location was perfect. Beautiful views and on the edge of town, almost across from the gondola to go to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful hotel. Excellent staff. Perfect location. We loved our 4 night stay here. The hotel is really lovely with lots of wonderful common areas to enjoy. Our room, while small, had a great balcony with the perfect Taormina view. As the driver, I really appreciated how easy driving to and from the hotel was.
