حجزي كان بانوراما سويت ، السويت كبير بس الغرفه حقته ضيقه جداً نظيف تحتك محلات وسوبر ماركت كوب مكانه حيوي في بداية السنتر وحوالينك كل شي لكن الفندق قديم وتسكن فيه وانت على اعصابك لحد ماتخرج اولاً ممنوع استخدام اي جهاز كهربائي خاص فيك مثل الغلايه حقت المويه ، ممنوع استخدام شطاف المسافر ، ممنوع الطبخ في السويت ، ولو اكتشفو انك تستخدمها كنسلو حجزك بالكامل ويطلعونك من الفندق!!! ايضا ياخذون مبلغ تأمين عالي300 فرنك يعني اي خراب الله يعوض عليك و مصعدهم صغيرا جدا والحشرات فيه كثير والناموس مليان .

شروطهم ❌ ياتنفذها يا يلغون اقامتك وحجزك .

The room was very small. I knew it would be small but it was even smaller than anticipated.

駅近でCOOPやレストランへのアクセスもよく、目の前にアイガーが聳え素晴らしい立地です。 今回シングル・ルームに宿泊しました。部屋やリネン類は清潔、スイスのホテルにしては珍しく歯ブラシセットがついていました。部屋は裏手に面しているので涼しく静かな環境です。 スタッフの皆さんもとてもフレンドリーでした。

Location was really good, right next to the train station.

酒店靠近火车站，交通上非常方便。酒店的服务人员前台态度都非常好，非常帮忙。他们提供一个茶水间，平时都可以去喝茶喝咖啡，很方便。早餐非常丰富美味。他们的5楼和2楼都有一个平台上面布置了鲜花和桌椅，可以傍晚坐在那里看艾格峰很棒。

我没有不满意的。

삐걱거리는 소리 불편 좁았던점 높은 가격대 발코니 좋았음 220볼트 전원 불편 생수 없이 수돗물 먹으라고 안내 했던부분 암튼 뷰 빼고는 별로 였음

Staff were friendly, room was clean, breakfast was great and location was amazing.

Room was a little tight - but thats often expected with a single room for a solo traveller.

The location is excellent, just minutes away from the train station. Very good breakfast!

アイガービュー　。交通面でもロケーションは最高。スタッフも対応は良かった。電気ポットの使用注意書きや、持ち込みポットに対する罰則の記載など、やや威圧感を感じた。

よくないというわけではないが、8月下旬で2泊一室で16万円を超えるのは為替レートの都合を含めてもやはお得という評価には至らない。ロケーションは最高。

立地が良い。 グリンデルヴァルト駅すぐなので移動で疲れてましたがよかったです。 朝食はシンプル。宿泊者の半数以上が日本人です。

皆さんおっしゃってますが、とにかく部屋が狭い！ 2人部屋を1人で使いましたが、2人で来てたら確実にスーツケースは広げられません。駅近、アイガービューでなくてもよければ正直このホテルでなくてもよいかなというかんじです。全てが狭いのでバスルームで髪を洗ってたら何度か肘をぶつけました笑 スタッフは淡々とした感じ。 朝食の時間が間に合わないのでランチボックスをお願いしたら事前に言われてないと用意できないと言われました。 駅近、いろんなお店があるので、夜結構遅い時間まで爆音で映画？音楽？がどこかから流れてきてうるさいので窓が開けれなかった。エアコンなしで、扇風機だけですが、扇風機もつけるとうるさいので暑い〜って思いながら寝ました。

Buena ubicación, en pleno centro de Grindelwald, con muy rápido acceso a Grindelwald Banhof terminal y a menos de 10 min a pie del teleferico Grindelwald first. Desayuno muy completo y variado, con una linda terraza con vistas directas a las montañas. Café de cortesía todo el día. Parking privado de pago disponible.

La habitación individual bastante pequeña, aunque cama y ducha adecuada. Sería bueno si tuvieran además restaurant para tener posibilidad de cenar ahi mismo.

Hotel familiar! Molt net! Llits molt còmodes! Esmorzar variat i molt bo! Atenció personal excel·lent ! deixen fer pícnic per dinar i sopar, deixen microones, i cuberts! També hi ha juguets per mens! Hotel molt tranquil, i molt ben comunicat! Repetiria sense dubte!

This was amongst the smallest rooms in my life (for the money). Single bed mattress leaning outwards resulting in a poor sleep.

Location is amazing, can't get better than this. It's a stone throw away from the Grindelwald train station and Coop supermarket. The room is simply decorated and brightly lit. Bathroom is clean with a bathtub. There's also a mini fridge. The croissant from the breakfast is surprisingly one of the best we've had. They also allow us to use the breakfast "picnic" area during tea time and we appreciate that a lot.

It's really expensive for a 3-star hotel, but we did booked it last minute and it was during the summer.

部屋が狭かったのと、エアコンがないので暑かった。それでも眺めの良さ、駅からの近さ、ラウンジを使える点、スタッフの親切さで全く問題なく感じられました。

なんといってもアイガービューの部屋はその名の通りアイガーが一望でき素晴らしかった。また、朝食も簡素ながら非常においしかった。ちいさいながら子どもの遊び場があるのも助かった。立地も駅近で良い。

たまたま宿泊した日が熱波の最中だったのだが、冷房がなく扇風機のみでなかなか部屋の温度が下がらず大変だった。朝方は流石に涼しくなりマシにはなった。

Room by the lift was a little noisy. No parasol or other protection from the Sun on the balcony . There was a heatwave at the time, so no balcony use for most of the day, it was too hot (facing South).

グリンデルワルトの街の中心地なので、騒々しいです。更に真夜中まで騒ぐイベントが非常に苦痛でした。疲れた心身の安らぎを得る場所には向いていません。ホテルの『夜は静かにして下さい』という張り紙が虚しいです。街としてのあり方には賛同しかねます。 部屋はちょっと狭いめです。 日本人率と韓国人率は高いです。

なにしろ、駅近で便利。 清潔感があり、ピクニックルームが使用でき、バルコニーで、食事をしたり、休憩できるのが、とてもよかったです。

3人での宿泊のため、部屋のレイアウトの都合なのかとは思いますが、アイガービューの部屋に宿泊できなかったことが残念た

地點超棒 員工用心

Das Hotel Bernerhof liegt super zentral, gerade in der Nähe vom Bahnhof. Ideal war auch die nähe zum Start/Zielbereich vom Eiger Trail. Das Zimmer war hübsch und genug gross, die Betten bequem. Das Badezimmer hatte auch eine gute Grösse. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: man muss in die Badewanne steigen zum Duschen.. TipTop sauber alles. Sehr nettes Personal, das Frühstücksbuffet war auch lecker tiptop, kommen gerne wieder :-).

Eine begehbare Dusche wäre cool... aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau :-)

The room is very small and the price was too high for the room. Not recommended to stay here.

Room was on the smaller side, but not surprising for location. Breakfast was included and was pretty good, would have liked some more fruit options. Location was great, very close to train station, but pedestrian traffic can be busy at times.

No a/c which is also very common but they had a fan and it cooled off at night which made it bearable.

Great location! Right opposite Grindelwald station. The staff was very courteous and always willing to help. Our 5-year old developed high fever during our stay, and the staff at the reception shared valuable information around medical services nearby. We were in the panoramic suite, which is on the top-floor (5th). It had a nice balcony and terrace with amazing Mountain views.

The property - in particular rooms - are showing signs of aging, something that can be addressed in the next refurb.

We had a room with a view of the Eiger and it was breathtaking! The hotel is centrally located with many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and breakfast was good. We had a very positive experience!

The room had no air conditioning and the small fan provided didn't do much. But we opened the windows and door and were able to get a nice cooling breeze as well as a constant view of the Eiger (which we didn't mind at all), especially when waking up in the morning.

アイガーが目の前、駅から3分ととても便利、部屋も広く、ベランダもありとても満足しました。

ベッドのマットレスがやや傾いていて柔らかかった。傾きはマットレスの向きを変えることで改善しました。
