Je kan in het hotel niet bellen. Slechte wifi ontvangst. Te kleine badkamer. Spiegel in badkamer hangt te hoog voor mijn vrouw...stoeltje moeten vragen zodat zij in de spiegel kon kijken. Ontbijt beetje mager voor 5 sterren hotel

Nous avons adoré l’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel.

Ostuni is a cute white town on a hill and a short drive to the sea with views to the sea and also a sea of olive trees! The room was on 2 floors and really comfortable with water and welcome snacks. The courtyard with dipping pool was needed in the heat and soooo pretty! The breakfast was plentiful with all the nuts and seeds and fruit as well as cakes and sandwiches, you could also order eggs. The plates were adorable! They give you a parking spot and tuk tuk you to and from the hotel as in narrow lanes. These narrow lanes come to life at night with bars and restaurants.

The boutique small size is perfect for a romantic trip for couples. The breakfast and quality of food is unmatched. The staff were so friendly and always happy to help any way they could. The piaggio taxi to take you up and down the town was such a gorgeous service.

This is a stunning hotel in a great location in Ostuni. Beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable room with a terrace to enjoy the sunny weather. We really loved the lovely garden.

Unique historic property with breathtaking panoramic views and brimming with character. Classy decor throughout and huge rooms with every detail considered. Garden is a beautiful, peaceful Oasis. Perfect location for exploring Ostuni and the wider areas of interest like Lecce and Alberobello. Beautiful breakfast selection and wonderful staff.

Beautiful design, very clean, comfy rooms, artwork and location. The shower was the best part of the room! The front desk team was excellent as were the shuttle drivers.

No windows in room, pool was freezing cold and it’s listed as being a hot tub, but it’s not even lukewarm and too cold to swim. Only one Front of house staff in restaurant was friendly. The bar server and breakfast staff were not very friendly at all.

La ville est magnifique du point de vue le plus élevé et l’hôtel est très bien situé . Très belle décoration. Qualité du repas exceptionnel sur le restaurant . Accueil très pro par le gérant , parking , voiture parfait. Qualité du linge et literie ++ Jardin magnifique

Service des vins qui est à revoir : verre de rouge servi pour deux invités d’un même groupe avec deux niveaux différents. Emplacement des invités en intérieur lors de l’apéritif qui était peu ambiance comparé à l’extérieur. Petit déjeuner : jus de clémentine / fruits qui n’est clairement pas pressé mais industriel , dommage pour un hôtel relais et château

Service inexistant Indifférence du personnel pour les européens apparemment Qualité du petit déjeuner très basse ( jus de fruits très dilués à l eau , pâtisseries basiques , peu de pain et beurre au compte goutte). et à l intérieur seulement malgré une belle cour ensoleillée Chambres petite inconfortable , pas de rangement ni placard ( lit défoncé , douche HS , bruits d égouts permanents , porte de la chambre qui ne ferme pas )et bruyante : la salle à manger est proche et on participe au repas depuis son lit 😳

Staff attentive. Rooms clean and comfortable . As a base to stay this was in a terrific location for sure. Evening dinner was superb and breakfast was a lovely selection to start the day. I did really hurt my knee in the Town with a fall and they were so attentive indeed - thank you X

Pool had much green around the edges and the lights in the pool with much algae too - needs more attention for sure coming from someone who has a pool at home ! Lunch time menu was a little poor and the terrace could be made more inviting -

We chose this hotel because it is a member of the Relais & Chateau group and because of its location right in the middle of the commune. The hotel exceeded our expectations in almost every way. The staff were first rate - friendly and very accommodating. No request was too small for them. The facilities are warm and inviting and we had a sincere sense that we were immersed in Italian culture when we were there. The food - outstanding in every way. Bottles of water were constantly provided to us throughout our stay and we received a lovely parting gift of two bottles of water as we left. The view is extraordinary from our window and the common areas. There are many to chose from both inside and out.

There was nothing of major importance that we did not like about the stay. We would love fewer tourist throngs in the commune's public spaces - but the hotel cannot control tourism in the area. There is a substantial financial penalty if you book a stay, but do not pay up front when you book. Something to consider.

Zaplatili jsme si apartman, avsak dostali jsme pokoj, ktery neodpovidal fotkam ani cene. Nejhorší bylo, ze pokoj byl bez oken. Chabě zařízené pokoje, fotografie neodpovidají realitě.

Great stay. Le. Volte room was quite nice. Dinners at Cielo were fantastic. I can’t recall their names, but the restaurant staff were excellent.

The breakfast was well laid out with lots of choice. My own personal preference as h don’t drink tea or coffee would be for better quality fruit juices and more choice. All eggs cooked to order was first class.

We stayed at La Sommita after our wedding in Ostuni, and from the moment we were picked up and brought to the hotel, everything was exceptional. The staff are wonderfully friendly, courteous, and professional, they truly make this hotel stand out. We were delighted to be upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely stunning. The view from the terrace was breathtaking and the perfect spot to enjoy a sunset spritz. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering plenty of variety and fresh options. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ostuni. It captures the authentic charm of Puglia, has the intimacy of a boutique hotel, and feels absolutely perfect.

Lage top, Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Restaurant exzellent, fantastische Räume, Blick von der Terasse unbezahlbar. Viele kleine tolle Bars und Restaurant in unmittelbarer Umgebung…

Sanitäranlagen teilweise ausbesserungsbedürftig, Abflüsse in den Waschbecken verstopft , Wechselschalter zwischen Kopfdusche und Handtusche hat nicht funktioniert. Kein frischer Orangensaft, sondern Konservenware. Getränke insbesondere Aperitive sehr hochpreisig

Absolutely stunning location in a magnificent hotel. Service was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and accomodating and the breakfast and dinner which was served in the most beautiful gardens was fabulous . All the best that Italy has to offer. Ostuni slso offers fabulous nightlife with bars and restaurants coming to life in the evenings

The staff was so attentive to our every question and need and were so pleasant every step of the way. From the front desk to the driver and everyone during our stay. The hotel was first class, clean, great views, food and easy access. We even had help with our Italian language tips along the way! Can't say enough good things about the people and the property.

Splendid hotel in the best part of Ostuni in our view. Really unusual layout, full of character and class. Incredible views from the roof terrace and a really excellent breakfast. The parking arrangements were very slick and the ride up to the hotel a joy. Wonderful bar a few yards from the hotel (Gipas 111) was a real treat at night too and the restaurants in the area (including the hotel’s own one) are top-class. We’ll be back, no doubt!

Hotel is gorgeous! Located centrally to all dining/shopping in Ostuni. A quick 20 min drive to stunning beach/coves and beach clubs where you can safely go swimming. Breakfast was excellent and hotel staff very attentive.

We loved everything about La Sommita! Such a wonderful experience from the moment we are greeted at the parking lot, even before stepping into the hotel to the moment we left! The warmth, the professionalism and the great authentic hospitality of everyone was simply wow! The hotel is beautiful, simple and yet very elegant and charming, and the team helped us in booking the wine tasting, the olive tasting and the bike ride through the olive fields! Make sure to try their massage! So worth it! The breakfast delicious! The highlight of our trip to Puglia! We fell in love with Ostuni and we know for sure that La Sommita was the reason! Thank you!

Simply lived up to all expectations. Meet and greet at collection point very timely. Vanessa at reception experienced and professional. Body massage from lady in spa was exceptional. Room comfortable and clean. Breakfast delicious. Well worth the money. Happy to recommend.
