La situation géographique est idéale, très près de la rue piétonne avec des commerces et à deux pas de la gare de Watford. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très grand, mais fais l’affaire pour un ou deux jours

Simplement, il n’y avait pas de balais pour les toilettes dans notre salle de bain.

Upgraded to an executive room on top floor. Good size room with coffee machine and treats. Incredibly comfortable bed and air con worked well. Small bathroom but bath and over bath shower was great for both of us. Staff were all friendly and helpful, particular mention of Pratik who was working the dinning room that evening. We parked in City Park nearby and the special rate for the hotel of £4 can't be beat.

Continental breakfast options were, we felt, a bit average, although pastries were very good.

Breakfast was the same everyday, would have been nice if there was a different variety. Stayed there for 6 nights & the 1st day the room wasn’t cleaned even though we had put the sign up to make up the room. Thereafter, we had to request the hand wash and body wash to be topped up nearly every night ready for the morning. They were only topping ups the bottle halfway. The pump on the hand wash bottle didn’t work properly, we had to keep pulling it up after pressing down, and requested it to be changed, but that wasn’t ever changed.

The atmosphere, the staff throughout were wonderful and friendly. We had dinner in the bar, the food was delicous and there was a lovely lady behind the bar, who was so kind and helpful. The room was so clean and the bed was perfect and comfortable. We.played scrabble on the evening whilst relaxing in the foyer., just a perfect stay for the 4 of us before a day out in London the next day with just a 10 minute walk to the station

Everything from arrival was smooth and quick, very friendly staff and more than happy to help with anything you may have a problem with. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and extremely clean and cosy. We had breakfast on both of our stays and it's the best breakfast I have had in any hotel. The staff worked very hard in the restaurant area, one man in particular was very friendly and happy and my youngest son took a shine to him nothing was too much trouble and he took the time to come over to us for a chat. Didn't catch his name but he is a credit to the hotel. This is our second stay here and it's fantastic we've stayed at others in the area when we come to visit the harry potter studios and this is the best one. Slightly more expensive to stay here but absolutely worth it and will continue to come to this hotel every time we visit. Close to the train station and also close to the restaurants and shops. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Another fantastic stay thank you.

Attention le parking n'est pas à l'hôtel même, vous devrez vous garer au parking de Sutton à 2 min à pieds. L'hôtel propose un prix pour 24h très raisonnable au demeurant.

Wide range of breakfast items from full English to fruit, cereal and pastries. Accommodation was excellent. We wanted a hotel near the train station. Near town and near parking. Air-conditioning was good. Bathrooms well supplied.

Wonderful hotel, stayed here for one night and it was perfect. Great location, great staff, great clean room, would highly recommend. I love that they have a little market shop downstairs for snacks and anything you might have forgotten!

The location is perfect for wembley and not too far from central London. The train station is a 10.min walk away. The hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious. Breakfast is good with a range of different foods.

Hotel was in a good location for town centre and getting to Warner bros studio The staff were very pleasant and the hotel was clean and service was good. Our room a little small but it was all we needed really as we didn’t spend much time there only slept.

It was clean and well kept. The AC in the lobby worked great. Rooms were a good size. We even got a bath tub as requested. The bathroom was a good size.

Even though we had AC in our room, it was limited in how much cool air it could provide. We got by in the heatwave but I would have loved an initial cool blast when we arrived back in our room after being out in the heat. That was really my only complaint.

I expected a much higher standard of facilities and service. There was no safe in the room, no slippers, no toilet brush, and several other basic amenities that I would normally expect from a 4-star hotel were missing

Had a great 1 night stay at this hotel. We attended the house and classic festival, nearby at bushey grounds. Rooms were spacious comfortable and extremely clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a vast selection and was very nice. Have already booked for next year.

Air con in the extreme heat was a welcomed bonus. Security getting into rooms was reassuring.

Cold food, and one member of staff near enough jumped on me when i was trying to take a paper cup from the lobby to pour my coffee in, instead of taking my mug from my room outside. There was 11 of us staying in different rooms and some of the rooms could do with a bit of decorating, especially the bathrooms, as the bottoms of the doors were peeling.Also i would like to suggest having ashtrays outside.

I traveled to London, and to be precise to this hotel before the pandemic for important business trips. I travel a lot throughout the year, and honestly, I struggle to remember the details and exact dates. However, after the covid restrictions lifted, I took another important business trip to London, and I chose to stay at the Leonardo Hotel London Watford.It was late December a few years ago. and because of the cold period I had lower prices. Even though I've traveled to a lot of hotels, I find the quality of the stays at the Leonardo Hotel London Watfordvirtually unsurpassed (As i come from a poor area of Afghanistan i am always impressed by the high level hotels service). The hotel is very elegant with a nice spacious entrance. The location is 20–30 kilometers from Buckingham Palace and Big Ben; however, there is a train station that allows for easy and quick access to central London. One of the reasons I appreciate this hotel is its excellent value for money, which is particularly favorable for someone like me who needs to stay in London for an extended period; the Leonardo Hotel London Watford is significantly cheaper than hotels in the city center,and it is a very relaxing hotel, suitable for business travelers.One aspect I want to mention is the kindness of the staff: years ago, while staying at the Leonardo Hotel London Watford, I lost my phone, and the staff returned it to me (the issue wasn't the money, but the numbers it contained and other important documents; the problem wasn't buying a new phone in pounds or euros). Another act of kindness I experienced during my recent trip to London happened at the bar: I was due to meet some people,two clients, to be exact, and was worried they couldn't to enter the hotel. Instead, I was easily able to treat them to drinks and chat with them inside the bar at the Leonardo Hotel London Watford, and the bartender explained to me that even though they weren't guests, I could bring them to the hotel bar. I stayed for over a week in hotel for work reasons and my working conditions were tiring as I had to wander around the city for many hours a day for meeting people, and also because the journey to London was very long, so due to the biting cold of the London winter (The climate is cold, very humid and the rain is persistent) and the fact that I spent almost the whole day moving around the city and sometimes even outside of London, I returned to the hotel in the evening exhausted and very cold; The room was clean, great decor, but above all the room was quiet with good curtains, i can remember a large tv e a marble bathroom with a good shower. I really appreciated the quality of my night's sleep. especially since I am visiting as a business traveler with a hectic schedule, the quality of rest and the comfort of the bed are the most important things during a business trip. The bed luxury and the wide white duvet were the motivation as I returned to the room in the evening after a long day at work; what a beautiful white duvet! It was very thick and incredibly soft, helping to rest and relax; and the bed and the big white duvet create a cozy and inviting environment, transforming the hotel room into a warm refuge after a cold day spent in the city; I spent relaxing evenings in the comfortable bed reading a book or working on the computer and the internet connection was excellent, All the details made for a wonderful night's sleep, I slept many hours during the night resting in the best possible way. The breakfast was much better than expected, it was plentiful and with excellent coffee with many varieties of good savoury food and good croissants, and I found good breakfast essential for the working day. I'll conclude by saying that I had a tiring business trip, made even more pleasant by the perfect hospitality I received on this subsequent visit.. If I ever return to London for a business trip, I will definitely return there

The room was clean and there was plenty of space. The beds were comfy and the selection of channels on the TV were good.

The beds moved a bit when you sat on them - could do with something underneath the casters to stop this.

Rooms are pretty clean and tidy. Room service is decent. The guy at the reception called Krishna is a wonderful human being. He would always be there for you during your stay for every little thing you need. Great location, pretty close to watford high street which has lots of great food options. Plus You have Harlequin mall at a walkable distance, what else do you need. Great atmosphere great place. Highly recommended.

Stayed for 2 nights prior to attending an event in the area. Having never been to Watford before I arrived by train to Watford Junction around 7.30pm and walked the short distance to the hotel - under 10mins. Greeted warmly on arrival and allocated an executive room. Room was lovely and cool - air conditioning working well, we were experiencing a heat wave in the UK! Room was clean, had 2 bottles of water, 2 cans pepsi max and 1 kitkat in the fridge all complimentary and they were replaced when housekeeping serviced the room. We didn't eat at the restaurant besides breakfast, which was OK. It wasn't the best but by far the worst I have ever eaten. There were quite a few dirty tables and the staff seemed rushed off their feet but we it was ok. We did have a drink in the bar and watched the world cup and it was very comfortable and relaxing. Its a short 5 minute walk to Watford High Street so location is good, but to be honest the one end of Watford High Street is pretty rough! If I ever need to visit Watford again I would defiantly stay at the Leonardo.

Fantastic hotel situated in Watford with very easy access to Watfords shopping centre as well as near enough to the Watford Junction train station at the bottom of the road. Hotel is modern and staff are lovely and helpful. Room was clean and fresh and stated in an Executive room that had a fridge and safe and air conditioning ( I believe all goons have air conditioning). Bar and restaurant area well stocked and food nice. Limited parking on site ( 3 spaces for blue badge holders) but safe parking in a car park 2 mins walk away. I would come back and stay when I’m back in Watford!

The bed was so comfortable and it was a walking distance to many good restaurants. They even gave me a fan to use at night when asked for one.

The TV looked like it had about 6 pixels and the air conditioning hardly worked.

We went during the heatwave and the air con was absolutely wonderful and very much needed! The location was perfect, bus stop right outside the hotel and the shopping centre is a two minute walk across the road.

The only downside was that the breakfast looked a bit expensive, we didn’t opt in for it as we would be out all day and got breakfast out.

The staff called my room a couple times to see how I was, which while was nice the phone is incredibly loud and made me jump as I was not expecting it and thought there was an emergency. No hashbrowns at breakfast, Leonardo's used to do them but have replaced them with sauteed potatoes which when I had them the first day tasted horrible. Breakfast bit pricey

The bed was comfy, when we were finally given the right room.

Check in was an absolute joke. Initially sent a link from “6006814461-8r6f.adx9.r3rp.xv4m@property.booking.com” which having booked with other booking.com properties which have had their accounts hacked and scam emails sent out, alarm bells were ringing not to click their check in online link with such a random email address. Apparently this was a genuine email which other friends have agreed doesn’t give off the most professional energy and instead screams “scam”. Arrived at the property at 2:45pm, check in was 3pm but as we were only 15 minutes early we thought we’d ask. Advised the room wasn’t ready so we went back at 3pm to be told the room still wasn’t ready. We had tickets for an event and needed to get ready in the room and leave by 4pm. I had to prompt the staff to ask when the room would be ready to which she said “I’ve popped a message in the house keeping group chat, it could be 2 minutes it could be 5”. I pointed out check in was 3pm and we needed to be in the room promptly to which we were given an apology and 2 complimentary drinks tokens to pacify us (hold on, there’s more on the drinks tokens farce later). Sat down for 10 minutes only to turn around and see the check in queue was now 10+ people long and out the front door due to only having 1 competent member of staff on the front desk. Rejoined and was checked in at almost 3:30pm (noticing other people in the queue were just standing to aside as they were also having the same issue of their rooms not being ready indicating a serious staffing issue in house keeping or just general organisation and running of the hotel). We reached our room to establish we had been given a much cheaper room than what had been booked. My partner ran down to the front desk to which they apologised and we were upgraded to an executive suite (the difference between the room we had booked being a coffee machine we didn’t have chance to use during our stay so it was an entirely useless upgrade).

Stayed about four years ago when owned by someone else and had terrible room service. Foolishly we tried again. £6 to room deliver so we picked it up. Food really bad but to be fair to the manager they gave a refund when they saw the pictures. It’s all just heat up food so don’t eat there.

We chose to get an upgrade to the executive room, which we were very happy with. Good bed and pillows, we had mini bar and the room was spacious and clean. Location was great, a few minutes walk to Watford Junction station. Close to a food hall and supermarkets. Also mini store available in the hotel.
