This hotel was awesome! Great location, room was so clean. We walked to the waterfront, City place, and downtown easily.

El desayuno variado y bueno, pero quizá por ser un fin de semana especialmente concurrido, no había donde sentarse a desayunar cómodamente. El suministro de cubiertos, tazas, café y otras cosas, insuficiente, demorado y enredado. Se oían los ruidos de los carros de la calle y la maquina de sacar hielo en la noche. .nos quedó cerca de la habitación.

En el desayuno se acaban las cosas rápido y se demoran en llenar , pues ponen poco para la cantidad de personas , además hay muy pocas mesas para desayunar , tienes que coger la comida y sentarte por donde puedas. Es lo único malo que veo del hotel

Hyatt Place WPB is Amazing. Great location and the staff was really good as always. Front desk was very friendly and the Hotel was Clean. Would highly recommend this property if going to the Palm Beach area.

It was a very nice hotel, very pleasant staff. Room was lovely.

Struggled to find anything in the walkable area around the hotel, so gave up in 40 degree heat and went back to hotel and had bar snacks for a meal. Probably normal for Americans, we found it a bit weird.

I like space and location

My checking time was at 12 pm and got there at 1pm I had to pay for early check in and then I had to check out early bc of family emergency I felt like it was not fair for me to charge for extra money for checking after 1 when original check in time was at 12pm

Breakfast was excellent And their workers are very good.

The room wasn't very spacious and the bathroom was very awkward; the door seemed like it would touch the toilet and to close it I had to squeeze into the small space between the toilet and the shower The parking was a bit expensive, not because of the price but because of the lack of space; it was impossible to find an available space, you had to wait for someone to move to park.

I did not find the staff well trained or the cleaning/hospitality staff (breakfast) very lax in meeting flatware needs and maintaining a clean area. When I asked for more flatware to be put out, the concierge handed me plastic ware. Really?

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. At approximately 4:00 a.m., a guest on my floor began screaming, yelling throughout the hallway, repeatedly slamming her door, and creating a major disturbance that affected everyone on the floor. During this incident, she directed a racial slur toward me, calling me the N-word with a hard "R." As an African American guest, this was not only offensive but completely unacceptable. The disturbance continued for well over an hour, lasting until after 5:30 a.m. Police were called to the hotel, yet the situation remained unresolved for a significant amount of time. When I left the hotel around 8:00 a.m., the guest was still occupying the room despite the disruption she had caused to numerous paying guests. When I returned after 6:00 p.m., the room door had been completely destroyed, which appeared to indicate that authorities or hotel staff ultimately had to force entry to remove her. By that point, the damage and disruption had already occurred. What is most frustrating is that an entire floor of guests lost sleep and experienced an unsafe, hostile environment, while the individual responsible remained in the room for hours. I understand that hotels cannot control every guest's behavior, but I do expect prompt action when a situation involves harassment, racial slurs, excessive noise, police intervention, and a clear threat to the comfort and safety of other guests. This experience left me feeling disturbed, exhausted, and very dissatisfied with my stay. I hope management reviews its procedures for handling severe guest disturbances so that other guests do not have to endure a similar experience.

Always our first choice for a hotel stay because of location, cleanliness, and kind staff. Quiet hallways, easy parking, especially if we are at the college or museum events.

Average hotel. Charges for everything but air. Breakfast was average. Staff liked to talked between themselves. Only clean your room every other day, not acceptable in hotel like this one. We will not return.

My second stay at this location for the governors hurricane conference. Friendly and efficient staff, breakfast is great and included, hotel is very quiet, the water pressure in the shower is amazing, nice rooms with separate seating area and small kitchenette. Great location, close to everything. My go-to spot when I’m in town!

The positive: you cannot beat the location. An extremely walkable area. Easy access to city place and clematis street. However, the street noise was unbearable and caused me to move hotels mid stay. I understand that a hotel cannot control outside noise, but steps can be taken to mitigate them ie better windows, thick curtains etc. I have stayed at multiple hotels in major cities and the noise was never a factor. The hotels only response to my complaint was to provide ear plugs. No offer to move to a higher floor or a more interior room. They stated ear plugs should have been in the room indicating this is a known issue. I travel to WPB often for business and this was my first and last time staying at a hyatt.

The hotel is in a Great location. Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Would def come again if we are ever back in west palm! Noise level can be a little loud at night but it didn’t bother us.

The hotel is located near restaurants to one side and a 30 minute walk to the beach on the other. The included breakfast was very good. The room was clean. Overall a great time in Palm Beach.

The only thing I had trouble with was the parking— I couldn’t find info online about where parking was, but this was probably more my fault. I pulled into the wrong garage, then finally called the front desk to see where I should go and they directed me around the corner.

Spacious room with sofa and fridge - perfect for stay of several days. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of items. Great location in a really nice area - walk to City Place, the Marina and Norton Museum of Art. Lots of restaurants in the area.

The beds. We had a king bed with pullout full sized mattress. Bed seemed lumpy. Pull out was dirty. The Floor behind the pull out was filthy with a used vape cartridge on the floor. It was difficult to regulate the temperature in the room as well.

We had a great 2 night stay. The hotel is in a great location for getting to restaurants, waterfront, parks and the beach. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! The only disappointing part was that I had requested early check in (on the Hyatt app and in a personal email) because our flight got in at 9am. There was no acknowledgement of me asking for it and we were told our room wouldn't be ready until 2-3pm. Luckily they could keep our luggage secure while we went out to explore and get food. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely come back!

This is the nicest Hyatt Place I’ve ever been to. The staff is friendly and attentive. The location is great. It’s walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and the beach.

Great location and very clean with a great breakfast selection. However the noisiest rooms in West Palm Beach so we spent 2 sleepless nights . Beware, the very noisy AC units are right next to the beds. Who approved this design for Hyatt?

We stayed at the Hyatt Place West Palm Beach/Downtown for the final two days of our recent pre-Christmas visit to the Palm Beach Gardens, Singer Island, West Palm Beach area. We redeemed two Category 1-4 Hyatt free night certificates for our stay. The hotel was very centrally located, making it very easy to get by car to Palm Beach, to other nearby attractions, and to the airport. It was also within walking distance of the West Palm Beach GreenMarket, which was great fun to visit late on a Saturday morning. Our room was located on the top floor of the hotel, with a view across the street into another building. We have stayed in a bunch of Hyatt Places in various locations, and the room here seemed just a little bit smaller than what we are used to experiencing elsewhere in this same brand. Although the shower and toilet were behind a door, the two sinks were not; rather, they were located directly across from the beds. This, too, is not the typical room design for Hyatt Places that we have experienced elsewhere. Having the sinks located separately from the rest of the bathroom is something we have seen in a few other hotels recently, but we prefer the typical Hyatt Place design where the sink, the toilet, and the shower are all located behind the same door for privacy's sake. We appreciated the opportunity to use our Category 1-4 Hyatt free nights at such a desirable location, even though this was not the fanciest of hotels. It was perfectly adequate for our needs, and we would stay here again.

Size of the room

size of the bathroom way too small for grown man, no shower head. location of TV was off center, Not one bottle of water provided. with the price - you would expect 2 bottles of water per day or more or add $10 to total for it and don't make me go to store or downstairs to buy it. Standard a little bit higher then Motel 6 or Econo lodge with price way up there.

Great property with super helpful and friendly staff members in all departments. Location was perfect for us. Hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Couldn't have been a better experience. Walk to the Norton Museum of Art and several nice restaurants. Short drive/Uber ride to Worth Ave and the Breakers in Palm beach. Highly recommend!

The elevator was out for the whole 3 days I stayed at the hotel. Breakfast staff have an attitude. Cleaning service only replaced the towels. I was surprised they didn’t have a pool.

It cost $30 extra to park at the hotel WTF! The elevator was slow as hell. They only have one working elevator since the other one is broken. The price was way too high. I'm never staying here again

Very clean hotel with good breakfast options included. We knew there would be a parking garage fee ahead of time, so that was not an issue. My particular room had some street noise come through on the third floor - but nothing that ruined my stay. Great area for shopping, restaurants and Palm Beach Atlantic University tours.

The pros about this hotel are: Location-walking distance to all the downtown shops/restaurants, etc… also close to beach! Affordability: best price for a clean, well appointed, brand name hotel in a great location. Con’s: No pool… and unfortunately there are several travel sites that state that they DO have a pool… We ended up getting a day pass to use the pool at the Hilton.
