My wife and I recently stayed at the Hilton West Palm Beach to celebrate our nine-year anniversary, and it was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff made our special occasion feel incredibly memorable. Breakfasts were a highlight of our mornings, thanks to the outstanding service from Latoya and Josh. They greeted us warmly each day, went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, and made us feel celebrated on our anniversary trip. We also want to recognize Lulu, the dining room hostess, who was so pleasant and accommodating. She welcomed us with warmth and made sure we had the perfect start to each day. Her kindness and attention really made our anniversary feel that much more special. Josh at the pool deserves a huge thank you as well. He went above and beyond serving cocktails and creating a relaxing, festive atmosphere. Enjoying his excellent service while lounging by the pool was one of the highlights of our trip. One added bonus that sealed the for us was the god cart transportation that took us to all entertainment and restaurants We couldn’t have asked for a better experience to mark our nine-year anniversary. We highly recommend the Hilton West Palm Beach for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion with top-notch hospitality!

The staff are very nice. NIKKI checked us in. The gentleman in front of us was given a hilton swag bag and gave it to my daughter. The room was very clean and the room attendant assigned to 933 was super sweet. The pool attendants were nice and the sever by the pool were friendly. There was a gentleman by the showed us all the way to the bathroom

Beautiful Lobby ..Room was very clean. King Size bed is the way to go Price was reasonable .. short distance to everything. Kira our waitress for Breakfast was a delight.

Five stars for front desk staff. All staff are amazing!!! Bambi from Philly makes you feel so welcome. Incredible bar tender in the evening!!! Four stars for the limited dining choices, one restaurant that is closed two nights we were there. Had to rely on leaving the hotel for evening meals.

The hotel staff were wonderful. Everything was very clean. The amenities are spectacular and the location is spot on. With so much to do in West Palm, you can’t go wrong here! The decor was beautiful, inviting, and comfortable.

This comment is mainly about the meeting services. Your team put on an excellent meeting with catering for 4 days and roughly 150 people. All of the food was excellent and the service was flawlessly courteous and on point. That does not just happen. Obviously this hotel is well run. The employees are working effectively together. Most hotels fail at this. I want to commend each person involved. Thanks. The food was consistently a cut or two above what was expected. Also a shout out to the pool area. Well run also.

I am having the BEST experience here at the Hilton WPB. The atmosphere, food and service are amazing. Lotoya at Mezze where I had ly breakfast was friendly, accommodating and really quick! I also had an encounter with housekeeping when I had to ring back to my room and Elba (sp?) Was one of the sweetest people. I'd HIGHLY recommend staying here!

It was my first time visiting West Palm Beach, and my stay was wonderful. We really enjoyed the hotel; it is beautiful, and the service is top-notch. Every area is well-maintained, and everything is very clean and elegant. My children really enjoyed the pool and the play area. I definitely recommend it, and we will be back.

We had the best experience at this Hilton for a weekend stay with our family. We expected the beautiful grounds and rooms, but it was the staff and hospitality that really blew us away. Everyone from the valet attendants to the bell hop to our servers when dining were lovely. Nikki at the front desk and Nina at breakfast were both amazing! We can’t wait to come back.!

The service and amenities was great.

No control of children diving, jumping, horse playing, playing ball. Kids just overwhelming the entire pool. Also, Unattended children in Jacuzzi. No area for adults to enjoy the pool. Hotel failed to monitor activities. Will not return.

We drove 6 hours to get here and just wanted to use the pool and we were rudely told it’s closed for a private event. Spent 30 minutes of sun time talking to the manager who finally made it right but the whole situation was uncalled for. We just wanted to hang by the pool for a hour before dinner. A whole pool should not be closed for an event when customers paid to use it and were not told ahead of time.

Very helpful staff, but typical HHonors amenities were absent (executive lounge, drinks, munchies). Can't understand why a major metro property as beautiful as this would not have Diamond member perks on site.

Such a beautiful property! Had such an amazing girls day with my mother and daughter! Sam at the pool took care of us! She’s so sweet and attentive, she took her time to get to know us and the few other people around the pool (it wasn’t very busy). She recommended the pina colada and it was the best pinas we ever had !!! We had more than we anticipated getting but they were too delicious!

I had meal (breakfast) and my server Nina and her manager Katie were beyond nice. You rarely meet such wonderful people. Your front desk staff, a guy (kid) has no hospitality etiquette. He is still very wet behind his ears.

Heartfelt thanks for making us feel so special and for making Father’s Day such a memorable day for our family all around! Because there are so many of us, it’s rare that everyone can get together outside of the holidays (about 20 of us!!), so this celebration meant a great deal to us. We came down to go to the Hilary Duff concert and everyone was so kind! Conner and Josh at the pool/bar were amazing! So kind and attentive. Zach and Tim were so hospitable and ensured we enjoyed every moment. The room was beautiful and the food was delicious. Valet and the bellmen were quick and always helpful also !

Absolutely phenomenal. The staff from beginning to end including Niko and bar servers who were constantly helping my whole family. A special shout out to all who were at the front desk and throughout the entire hotel. I couldn't have had a nicer, beautiful and fun stay this weekend with my grandchildren and other family. Front desk was a little rude and poor customer service skills. Poor communication. Construction going on was also very loud and disturbing. I feel like for the price people pay for this there should be some sort of warning for this and /or accommodation for the inconvenience And breakfast is super expensive. Not even free coffee

We had a lovely time at the Hilton West Palm Beach! The first thing we noticed upon walking in was how pleasant and upscale the hotel smelled, haha. Our room was nice and clean. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The location conveniently had lots of restaurants across the street. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing and pretty as well.

I ended up at this hotel sort of by accident, but it couldn’t have been a better type of accident aesthetically very pretty extremely comfortable beds and pillows and super quiet and clean overall it was a fantastic physical product. However what made it even better was the people even checking in at 2 AM completely exhausted and jetlagged the employee was very kind and efficient this morning. I was struggling to get boarding passes that needed to be printed and Danielat the front desk went above and beyond. He not only helped me get my boarding passes, but also let me know about a food and beverage credit on my account and was overall just super sweet and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. I would certainly love to come back for more of a leisure trip with my family it was that nice.

Everything about this hotel was top tier, the airport shuttle, to greeted by Nikki at the front desk, she was very nice and assisted us the whole time of our stay, from the guy that took us downtown in evenings every day, he was so nice and helpful as well. The pool, and restaurant was nice. I’ll be back! Thanks again

The room was fine, but when I flushed the toilet, it gurgled in the shower. I could smell a faint sewer smell, but it disappeared. The last day I was there, I came into the room and the sewer smell permeated the room. I contacted the front desk and no one answered. I went down and told them about the smell. She reported it and said someone would come check on it. She also said a manager would contact me-that never happened. That was disappointing. The maid did pour something down the drain that took care of the smell thankfully.

The service was extremely disappointing. The team charged the wrong card, and when I asked them to correct it, the receptionist was unable to assist and refused to take responsibility. He repeatedly insisted everything was fine, despite clear errors. I was also overcharged for breakfast, and no one could explain the charges - they simply refused to help resolve the issue. The staff said, " You can resolve this later if charged incorrectly" - super lazy. The check-in process took over 30 minutes, yet it was still handled incorrectly in the end. Although clear instructions was provided and a prepaid with company card, they charged my personal card (left for deposit) instead. Even after confirming during check-in that everything was correct, they still processed the payment incorrectly. Very poor service, unhelpful staff couldn't check-in with supervisor on how to. A frustrating experience.

The service is always great at this location. Even with 2 big events this wknd, the staff was great. Only 1 vegan option at the restaurant so that needs work but room service for one item was great every time. Valet was very busy but still great experience. The executive suite upgrade for diamond members was nice and a note and some macaroons for us and apologizing for the long wait for our room even though we didn't complain.

Everything about my day was fabulous room was clean quiet check-in was smooth and easy with the app. When I needed assistance from the front desk, danielwas outstanding at helping me navigate purchasing something from the gift shop went the extra mile to help one of the hostesses in the restaurant was helpful one making sure I had the correct decaf cappuccino that I ordered the biggest drawback is the valet checking out after calling down 20 minutes ahead of time. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my car check out and leaving should be as easy as coming perhaps on Sundays you should hire morevalets.

This is perhaps my best experience with Hilton. Everything was clean, neat and organized. Attention to detail was impeccable. I needed an icepack for my knee and the delivered it right away. The hotel has courtsey shuttle service. The afternoon driver not only gave me a ride to the beach but also gave me a nice tour to Palm Beach. The checkin and check out was very efficient. Kudos to the team.

We’re only one day into our 3 day stay here, attending the Kingdom Warfare Summit but I didn’t want to wait to leave a comment about our incredible breakfast at the Mezze restaurant in the hotel. First of all, best coffee of our trip and an excellent breakfast overall. The highlight that has prompted this early review was definitely our experience with the most delightful Mezze employee, Nina. Sweetest disposition, energetically attentive and perfectly personable. We learned how to spend our time in West Palm Beach because she took the time to answer every question we had all while taking great care of all her charges this morning. To our great disappointment, she will be off during the rest of our stay but we know how to proceed thanks to her recommendations.

The prices are outrageous for breakfast- two eggs fruit coffee and OJ for $45 is beyond comprehension. My room consistently had a smell of sewage from the bathroom even after I let engineering try to fix it it returned. Convenient to the convention center with easy walk inside or outside. Pink pineapple was a rare treat.

I came to West Palm Beach by myself for a conference, and I wasn’t expecting something as simple as breakfast service to leave such a lasting impression. Kadia Barker was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. Her genuine friendliness brought a sense of comfort and warmth during my stay, and I sincerely want to thank her. Small acts of kindness mean a lot when you’re traveling alone, and I truly appreciated the way she made me feel welcome. She made my mornings brighter, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.

I stayed at this property for 3 nights while attending a conference at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. The hotel in general and staff were outstanding! The room wasn't exceptional but was modern and clean. I would like to point out that the water pressure in the shower was phenomenal! (not something I would normally comment about but it was too spectacular not to!). Also, their elevators are the best I've experienced at any hotel property in a long time. They are super speedy and I never had to wait more than 30 seconds! The convention center is literally next door and less than a 2 minute walk. Numerous excellent restaurants are also within walking distance. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would stay here again when in the area.

She was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Thanks to her, we were placed in a beautiful room that made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is outstanding. The rooms are chic, elegant, and thoughtfully designed with a calming, muted color palette that creates a sophisticated and relaxing atmosphere. The property is well maintained, stylish, and perfectly located. Having also stayed at the Canopy West Palm Beach, I can honestly say there is no comparison. The Hilton West Palm Beach delivered a far superior experience in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting West Palm Beach. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton West Palm Beach. The room was beautiful and service was excellent. Juan was very welcoming to me and my girlfriend who are moving to the area. We definitely recommend this hotel!

The beds were so uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep during our entire stay. The hotel needs new beds these were so sunken that if I tried to lay down on my back I ended up sitting upright.

As always, the Hilton WPB is superb. Service excellence and beautiful property. Daniel at the front desk is highly professional and knowledgeable and made this a great experience. Connor and Josh at the pool are welcoming and super helpful. Rooms are spacious and new. The recent holiday weekend was disappointing however due to many non-guests somehow accessing the pool. Not a good thing; changed the atmosphere and not for the better. However management here seems very dedicated to protecting the brand. Been coming here for years so I am confident that was a temporary blip that the team will address. I hope so, because this is a gorgeous property that offers tranquility and relaxation for travelers willing to pay for that. It offers so much, I will keep coming back. It’s literally an oasis.

I’ve stayed at Hilton WPB many times , and recommended it to family and friends, but it’s not as nice as it used to be .. I understand it was Memorial Day weekend but you way oversold resort passes around the pool, what has been a classy hotel , now seems to want to attract a booze consuming trashy crowd !plastic cups in the pool and jacuzzi, the cabana and lounge chairs are dirty . Please put a limit on resort pass crowd !!

We recently stayed at this hotel for the weekend and overall had a good experience, but there are definitely areas that need improvement. The hotel itself is very nice, well-kept, and the pool area was definitely our favorite part of the stay. The shuttle service was reliable, the valet staff was fast and extremely friendly, and the pool staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Food and drinks were also very good. However, there were several inconveniences that affected the experience. The biggest issue was the lack of pool chairs. Unless you are willing to pay extra for a cabana, you may end up waiting hours just to get situated by the pool, which is frustrating during a relaxing vacation. The rooms also need some updating. Ours was dusty, the carpets looked old and dirty, and honestly it may be time to replace them with flooring. Our shower also had a defect where water would leak out and form a large puddle outside after every shower, and the sink handles were broken. Front desk service could also improve. While not everyone was unpleasant, some staff members gave the impression that they were doing guests a favor instead of providing customer service. The beach experience was probably the most disappointing part for us, especially traveling with children. Having to carry, unfold, and fold beach chairs ourselves with no umbrellas or shade available was a huge nuisance. I came to relax, not deal with that setup every day. My advice: avoid the beach area if you are traveling with small children. That being said, management did provide vouchers for some of the inconveniences we experienced, which was appreciated and a nice gesture on their part. Overall, despite the negatives, we still enjoyed parts of our stay and would recommend the hotel — just maybe not during high season when overcrowding becomes more noticeable.

I had a great stay at the a Hilton hotel, the room was spacious and clean. Convenient check in and check out. The pool might be crowded in the afternoon but mornings are great. Staff was nice and friendly. Great place to stay and very relaxing.

We had a wonderful time at the Hilton Palm Beach Gardens, all thanks to our amazing pool host, Lulu! From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with open arms and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed for a perfect stay. She is incredibly attentive and so easy to talk to—we truly enjoyed our conversations with her. If you are visiting this hotel, do yourself a favor and ask for Lulu. She is the best!

From Juan at front desk check & throughout me stay was unprecedented hospitality, the staff to Michael in security enabling me into my room with key fail, and was present to do in 2 minutes from time Daiel & Juan at front desk engaged Michael.

Service, staff and accommodations were excellent, very disappointing the gouging prices for pantry items and such, but I guess that's common.

There for q conference. The room was tidy but there were no bathrobes, the fridge and drawers hadn't been dusted. Over all friendly staff, and great location.

Very nice property with nice fitness center and pool large enough for laps. Fantastic breakfast! Server Nina was the best.

We recently spent a wonderful weekend at the Hilton West Palm Beach celebrating our anniversary, and thoroughly enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. The property is beautiful, relaxing, and perfectly located — we loved being able to walk to the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and CityPlace, and the live music at La Palma Lounge added such a fun touch to the weekend. What truly stood out, however, was our breakfast experience at Mezze. Our server, Nickesha, was incredibly attentive, warm, and thoughtful throughout the meal. She made us feel genuinely special as we celebrated our anniversary, and even surprised us with a couple of complimentary mimosas — such a kind and memorable gesture. The breakfast itself was delicious, but Nickesha's outstanding hospitality is what made the experience unforgettable. We left feeling very appreciated and are already looking forward to returning!
