I like how clean it was.

Please let the customer know that the parking is not included and that it will be 45 per night. I did not know this until I was at the property so I had to pay.

El diseño del hotel, la zona de la piscina y el gimnasio. La habitación es tipo apartamento y tiene de todo (lavavajillas, lavadora-secadora, frigorífico, microondas, vitroceramica…). Su ubicación, se pueden visitar muchos sitios andando y en bici. También si necesitas que te acerquen a algún lugar tienen un cochecito tipo suttle y es gratuito. A market que es una cafetería y supermercado donde puedes desayunar, comer o cenar y a nosotros nos dieron un vino para consumir allí, se agradece el detalle. Y Bradley el recepcionista, es muy amable y eficiente, nos ayudó mucho en cualquier cosa que necesitamos.

Que el parking sea tipo valet, y el precio de este, muy caro. Más limpieza en la piscina. La cama no es tipo king y se nos quedó algo pequeña (éramos 2 adultos y un niño de 7 años). Nos dieron opción de una supletoria, pero intégrarla en la zona del comedor, no nos gustó la idea, demasiado incómodo.

Fantastic stay, exceptional communication. Great front desk staff (special mention for Michaela at check out!). Clean and tidy rooms and communal spaces. Perfect for families with young children.

The location was great. Front desk staff was Great! Pool Bartenders were very nice too! Room was large and well equipped. You can walk to restaurants and bars. Complimentary drink at check in was a nice touch! George and Bradley at the front desk were very helpful with restaurant suggestions etc.

A few Girls in the Cafe Market were not so friendly. Definitely order from the bartender's upstairs as they have the same menu!

Very clean and friendly staff! We stayed in a room overlooking the pool and it was very quiet! The room was large and comfortable and has everything we needed! Great location! Very walkable to shopping and dining!

The staff were excellent, particularly the two women on reception who I unfortunately didn’t get their names. Facilities were lovely, room was great and the location was perfect - just a short walk from lots of bars and restaurants and with onsite parking if needed. Highly recommend.

The hotel was lovely. Everything seemed practically brand new. We especially enjoyed the pool with ample seating and nice, shaded bar area close by. The bartender Pam asked to learn our names and even remembered them the next day. She went out of her way to make our time special!

It was clean and quiet

The parking was expensive $45 a night. While waiting for Valet we always got bit with mosquitoes. The couch was small in the living room. There is no privacy when booking the 1 bedroom with view. Constantly had to shut the slide

The hotel was great. I appreciate the hard floors instead of carpet in the room. Everything was super clean and modern. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool unfortunately. The staff are lovely. The Blind Monk restaurant was good. Smaller portions than expected. I had the saucy chicken one night and the hanger steak the second night. My cocktail “Age Verification Required” was delicious! One drawback is that there is only one elevator. Not the worst thing. The hotel wasn’t crowded so it worked out.

Overall I have to say the hotel was as great as I hoped for it to be - if not almost better - with mini room for improvement. Located in a great area (which I learnt is important in West Palm Beach!) where walking around even at night felt safe. Within a 30 min walk over the bridge, you get to Palm Beach easily, within a max 10 min walk you get to a beautiful area "the placa" with many shops and restaurants. What was one of the highlights - the shuttle bus driver of the hotel. He was genuinely so nice and driving around with him not only made the stay much easier, but also we had good laughs with him. so big shout out and thank you again to him! as for the hotel: we had a one-bedroom-studio and it was very well equipped with literally everything that we needed in the kitchen. it was clean. the AC was quite. it had a good vibe. washing machine and dryer in the room. The pool is also really nice to relax. the smell of the hotel, from the moment you enter, was also fab. really nice was also the little market / coffee place to grab breakfast from near by, with fresh and high quality offering. would def stay there again if in WPB!

the only thing we missed was, that the lounge area - located on pool level - didnt offer drinks after sunset. would have been nice to get a good night cap in the hotel after dinner. also did we not use the valley parking, as it would have been 45 dollar per day, but used the parking house at the placa mall - which was half the price.

After a delayed and tiring flight we checked into the hotel in the early hours and were greeted by Bradley who was just the person to boost our spirits! He was very friendly and kind and offered us margaritas and lovely chocolates. In addition we were upgraded to a beautiful suite which was spotless. We also appreciated the complementary drive to the station by the electric buggy. We had to check out the next morning, otherwise we would have loved to stay longer.

This place is amazing! Bradley was very nice as soon as we got here for our girls trip, gave us all a margarita! Our room was amazing 2 bedroom suite way more than we expected for the price we paid. They had a shuttle that took us all around yesterday that we really appreciated. Waking back at night we felt safe and the hotel was close to where we wanted to be! I highly recommend!

Service, room quality, and amenities. All were top tier. From checking in, my experience with AKA was awesome. I was greeted with a room upgrade and 2 margaritas with the wife and I. The staff as so nice and helpful. I felt like I was at 5 star hotel without paying 5 star hotel pricing. Would definitely stay here again for a mini getaway.

We were very well received by Bradley, who was extremely friendly and gave us tips on things to do and places to visit. The room is beautiful, everything is very new and spotless. Highly recommended, 10/10.

The A-Market is very convenient and staff in the market and hotel are especially nice and helpful. The location is very convenient to surrounding areas.

Shuttle service to take you to surrounding area is only after 11 AM - Maybe instead of no service, they can have a rosemary square, norwood, clematis, and palm beach circuit.

I’m so glad to share my amazing experience while visiting AKA hotel! Brian from the front desk checked me in for my stay. Brian was very kind and professional he explained where the property restaurant location & their market place grocery store. I was happy the grocery store was so convenient. Gorge he was also AKA front desk evening attendant who gave exceptional customer service by referring me to nearby attractions in the area and how far away the Beach. I can’t thank AKA for providing me with Excellence. The rooms are spacious & beautiful. AKA has a nice swimming pool, lounge next to the pool, comfy pool chairs, clean white pool towels + great amenities. Kudos to Michael who was very attentive! AKA West Palm is such a great addition to the hospitality options in the area. It is a short-to-extended stay hotel that has a market, bar, spa, in close proximity. I was greeted warmly and was briefed on the amenities and how they could make my stay enjoyable. I rarely unplug on vacation and this was the most stress free stay I’ve ever had. Clean room and common areas, staff is gracious and helpful. I will definitely be back.

I had a great experience with this hotel. Unfortunately, my arrival was delayed because my flight was canceled, causing me to miss the first two nights of my reservation. However, the hotel was very understanding and accommodating throughout the process. I communicated with Manager Bradley via text, who was professional, responsive, and extremely helpful. He worked with me to resolve the issue and was able to arrange a refund for the two missed nights, which I greatly appreciated. The customer service was excellent, and the staff demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this hotel to others and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was both inviting and peaceful. Housekeeping did a fantastic job ensuring everything remained clean and organized. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a truly enjoyable stay. The placement of the facilities for not being directly on the beach. Offered complimentary convenience. The night male concierge is a great member to aka.

40$ fees for holding onto your ticket; 20$ fees for misplacing it in the garage. Thats robbery & inequality if someone is visiting it shouldn't be any morethan 8$ to use the garage for such limited convenience & limited time visiting. Garage needs another level or 2.. pool could have been deeper along with a jacuzzi or fountain since more people come to drink & sunbathe. My room i was staying in flooded in the living area from the dish water 1/2 of my 7d stay which resulted in chores,bad odor and not worth the value paid. I don't like housekeeping attitudes either.

This was an absolutely amazing stay. I decided to celebrate a part of my graduation celebration at Hotel AKA West Palm and it was quite the treat. All of the staff are impeccable and very friendly. I was greeted by Brian and Jorge. Usually when I write down a special occasion on the notes for a hotel they don't do much. But here they went above and beyond! Eriel was so sweet and decorated my room for me and The General Manager Adam left a hand written note. This was my favorite evening of my graduation trip and I am so happy I spent it with them! I will for sure be back for my next milestone!!!!

AKA West Palm Beach is in a great location - just a few minutes walk from the Waterfront Promenade, restaurants, spas, and shopping. My suite was spacious, clean, with a nice kitchen, balcony with seating, and views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Very comfortable bed and sofas. The manager Bradley was very kind and helpful; Dolly the valet was friendly and efficient. Will definitely stay at AKA on my next visit.

Bradley at the front desk at AKA West Palm made my experience exceptional from the moment I arrived. He was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive throughout my stay. It’s rare to come across someone who balances efficiency with such a warm and personable attitude, but Bradley did exactly that. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless, answered questions with patience and kindness, and created the kind of atmosphere that makes guests feel truly valued. His attention to detail and commitment to excellent service did not go unnoticed.

I do not want to overlook our stay at this hotel. While celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, my wife and I decided to spend two nights at AKA West Palm Beach on our way back home. We reserved a room after reading positive reviews from other travelers and chose to stay here. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that did not have a very pleasant view, and my wife felt a bit uncomfortable. I decided to go to the front desk and explain what we were hoping for. We were assisted by the manager, Bradley, who was extremely professional, attentive, and courteous above all else. Taking our anniversary into consideration, he kindly offered us an upgrade at a very thoughtful rate, which we gladly accepted. We truly appreciate his kindness and excellent customer service. Overall, I believe choosing this hotel was a wonderful decision. It is beautiful, cozy, well located, and has an incredible staff. Thank you, Bradley.

All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Very comfy bed and spacious bathroom. The hotel was hosting a neighborhood block party when we arrived, so we got free drinks at the on-site market and tickets for free food from the vendors. We were only here for one night, so we didn't get to use the pool, but it looked lovely. We had dinner at the Blind Monk and it was fantastic!

The rooms need black out drapes. They only have room-darkening shades.

This hotel was awesome, everything you needed all in one. Pool was great and our room over looking the pool and water was beautiful. Dimitri at the front desk (along with all the staff) was super helpful and nice the entire time I was there. Definitely going back.
