We went on a family holiday to celebrate Kevin's 60th birthday; we took his 2 kids and their partners and our best friends. We could not have been happier with the location, staff and service. The rooms were high quality, spacious and very warm; we were there in winter! Absolutely, we will be back

Great stay. All the staff were lovely and helpful. The evening drinks/ canapés were such a nice way to start our evening. Breakfast delicious! Location was quiet being next to the park and a short flat walk into town. Attention to detail 10/10 would recommend.

Staff were excellent, they were always on hand and couldn't do enough for us. Canapes and drinks are provided at 6pm each day, which is a great time to meet and talk with staff and other guests. The hotel is only 5minutes walk from the centre of town so very easy to get to all the activities and transport.

Great location. Not too big being a boutique hotel. It was quiet day and night. The staff were extraordinarily professional, welcoming and friendly without being overbearing and remembered our names. They appeared really invested in the place and in the guests experience. Just faultless. We loved the hospitality at the evening canapés and as music lovers we really enjoyed the record player playing in the background. The breakfast is better than anything you’d get in a five star hotel with great service. Really exceptional.

Location is perfect. Staff are exceptional. Friendly, welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was very appreciated and the suites are roomy, warm and comfortable.

Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful. Enjoyed meeting other guests at pre-dinner drinks, a very nice touch. And the breakfast was excellent.

Pity about the road works outside the hotel, which made it a bit tricky to find. But helpful email from Lucretia helped us find our way. A little further from town than I expected (but still only 10 minutes walk). $40 per night parking possibly a bit steep, but actually well worth it.

Staff and concierge were absolutely brilliant - so helpful and friendly. Very central so ideal for walking in and out of the town. Breakfast was excellent with many individual touches.

Car park is very small and being charged additionally for parking when paying premium to stay there was slightly disappointing.

Great location and excellent service. Boutique art series feel to the hotel and very good breakfast. Staff were very accommodating.

Queenstown council is forever doing roadwork which can be an issue at limited times but staff managed this well.

The plugs were hard to access - hard to use with converters. Also felt that curtains that covered the walls were a fire hazard. Did not like the open bathroom wall design.

The hotel is beautiful with a cosy feeling once you step inside. Great location to get around Queenstown. The staff was so friendly. We loved the happy hour 6-7pm sitting in front of the fire enjoying a glass of wine. The bedroom was beautiful and spacious. We also were very impressed with breakfast.

Loved the hotel itself—beautiful touches and great location. But the staff really made it shine. They have a happy hour every day where they bring people together and make you feel like a part of a family away from home. Everyone seemed happy, the rooms were great and the service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Super helpful staff upon arrival and the room was spectacular. Comfortable, clean, well equipped and stocked. We could not have asked for a better final nights stay to close out our wonderful trip to New Zealand.

Great breakfast and evening drinks with canapés was a highlight. Staff were incredibly helpful and go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. Location is just a short walk from central Queenstown and jetty.

The hotel was clean however it didn’t meet my expectations of a 5 star hotel. Room decor was dated and in some areas worn in the main lobby. The room was very noisy, it is opposite the main road and the courtyard is not very private because people walk past and crest a lot of noise ( probably from the hostel down the road) along with the cars. The hotel is more of a bed and breakfast place. It isn’t advertised as this . The breakfast gets dull after a couple of mornings as it’s the same offerings and the room where breakfast is served looks like a school canteen. Overall I wouldn’t recommend staying here for the price it charges and the services received . Feels like an upmarket bed and breakfast with a hefty price tag and no beautiful mountain views , only the road and the noise to go with it

This hotel was top notch in every way! All the staff were helpful, courteous, and l excellent. The breakfast was amazing as well. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. I will 100% stay here again and recommend it to others!

Great staff, comfortable rooms & fantastic breakfast! Their cooks, Milko, Marv and Mariel, were incredible. The Happy Hour every night was also delightful! And Diego, Jo, Cam & Lu made our stay very memorable. Even met the owner, Ken, who was super gracious!

The level of hospitality from the staff (not just front reception but from those in the kitchen as well) made the stay all the more worth it. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable - one of the best sleeps we have had in a while.

Maybe some sort of sunscreen blinds instead of a heavy curtain so you can have some privacy without having to darken the whole room

The team was very helpful and the facilities were excellent. Very convenient location to get the bus up to the mountain each day. The owner even droppped my ski boots to me at the airport after they were left in storage! Thanks for a lovely stay, we'll be back next year!

Such a lovely special boutique hotel in an excellent location next to park. Very close to town & almost no hills! Great breakfast & kind staff. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Queenstown. Drinks & nibbles in the evening a bonus.
