Amazing location, great ocean view rooms and terrance, nice and helpful staff!

No lifts was challenging, the sash windows were not all perfectly functional.

Whole stay was lovely, breakfast really good. Rooms were clean.

I didn’t notice any WiFi. The room was really stuffy even though there was a fan. Unfortunately we were in room 24 at the front and the noise from early hours of the morning was awful. I would definitely stay here again, but ask for a room at the other aide of hotel which I presume are sea views.

Seaview was amazing and outside areas made it special. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice.

Loved the character of the hotel & the lovely rooms. Also a great location on the seafront & close to restaurants & shops.

Loved the location and view of the beach and sea, super kingsize bed, and the breakfast was phenomenal. The staff were exceptional.

As it was the middle of summer a mini fridge freezer would have been a wonderful facility, and needed.

We expected three star accommodation and The Hotel and their staff exceeded our expectations in every area. Particularly the amazing Seaview room and the wonderful breakfast made our stay so lovely and special. Our daughter has disabilities and she had no problem accessing everything she needed to in the hotel. Thank you very much for making our bank holiday extra special.

The only thing we could’ve hoped for would be a slightly larger room, but with the amazing sea views, in room coffee facilities and lovely plush towel towels, we hardly noticed.

It would have been good to have been able to open the window abit more. Obviously the room is very small and there is no lift, which limits who can stay at the hotel. It is also very expensive, but I know that visitors pay for the view (provided the room has a sea view) I would not contemplate staying at the Albion unless I had a sea view!

Breakfast was good & plenty of variety.

I had a nice single room. The mattress was smaller than the base which looked a bit odd when walking into the room. The base on one side was exposed. The mattress wasn’t that comfortable

Wonderful location overlooking the bay at the rear of the hotel. Great nights sleep on a very comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of pubs and eateries close by to hotel if you chose to do so. Overall loved it and we will return in the future.

No parking which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for some. Very hot as our room caught the early morning sun, but it was during a heat wave!

Amazing location. Spacious room with a stunning sea view and nicely fitted bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful, Hermes who was at breakfast both mornings was lovely and knew what I needed to help with our baby - cushion for high chair etc. House keeping staff were helpful. We were always offered fresh milk and cold water for our room.

No lift for buggy which can’t be helped, although staff were very happy to lock it in the luggage room whenever we needed. A cot was provided but didn’t come with fitted sheets only a flat sheet folded under.

Stairs are harrow, hard with luggage and kids and dogs and people with disabilities.

The location was amazing, right next to the beach. Staff were were nice and helpful, room was cozy and very nicely decorated

The bathroom was a bit dirty, rug had a big stain right next to the door Another negative feedback would be that there was live music until late at night, would have been nice to be made aware of that when we checked in. We had a child with us and sleep was a struggle

No concessions for having to park in the public car park as it was very expensive. Hard beds and pillows which made it difficult for us to sleep.

Room in loft was unbearably hot no fans no air con ! We ordered lunch , my partners did not arrive ! Mine was such a low standard it was uneatable !plus very expensive ! Absolute chaos in bar and lounge where you order lunch ! So hot we left our room at 3am to sit in the garden . Very very dissapointing for such a lovely situated hotel ! What a waste ! Won’t return

Great place, room was amazing, loved the views.

The hotel is simply lovely. The room was charming, clean and comfortable. The staff where lovely and friendly. The Lounge/bar and terrace is beautiful and the location is perfect. I cannot fault this hotel and would very highly recommend it.

Our room was up 5 flights of narrow stairs. Hotel does not have a lift but staff did carry suitcase upstairs for us.

The staff, room with sea view, were lovely. And breakfast was the best, cooked perfect for me.

Pillows were to hard for me. No lift i was not told, but the staff carried the case up the stairs for me.

Parking was a problem,you had drive around until you found a parking place,as the car parks were full.

I booked two rooms. A twin and a single. The twin was on. The single was a box. No fan . I was charged £190 for the single . The double was only £15 more. Totally outrageous pricing

Location was amazing and the terrace was lovely, as was the views. The property was impeccable, very clean and all staff members were friendly and helpful.

The rooms were smaller than expected but had everything you need in the room.

3 etages à monter pour accéder à la chambre par un petit escalier. Chambre sous les toits avec une temperature ne permettant pas de dormir confortablement (température proche des 30 degrés malgré 2 ventilateurs. ). Moquette tachée et nettoyage de la chambre très approximatif..

It was a central hotel on the high street and facing the sea front . Our room was lovely and clean , the team are all great and nothing was too much trouble . Had a great stay and the breakfast was ace . Would defiantly stay here again

Loved the building as we pulled up outside and the interior of the hotel was just as lovely. Friendly, helpful staff and great bar and restaurant areas inside and overlooking the beach. Perfect location. Our room (No:28) was really comfortable with sea views and a large bathroom and the Housekeeping Team had added 'Happy Birthday' bunting for my husband's birthday which was such a nice touch. Thanks everyone. We look forward to coming back soon.

Breakfast choice was very good, however we did ask for poached eggs with mushrooms instead of avocado, food was delicious but we only got half a large mushroom each, this is my only complaint, I think a whole mushroom would have been nice.

Expensive room needed a little more care and attention - marked furniture. No complaints about cleanliness though / it was super clean.

Ambience is superbly superb. Beginning from the reception to the each corner of our stay at hotel was perfectly catered. The staff is amazing.

The room was very nice, especially the bathroom. Had a sea view room with a balcony, shame about the tree obscuring the view. Location excellent, right on the beachfront. Breakfast was 5-star with very friendly staff and excellent choices.

the hotel is great, the Team could not do enough for us :) the breakfast was great, i especially liked that it was cooked to order. the rooms are lovely, really clean and spacious. the Team and coffee selection was amazing.

only thing i didn't realize when booking was that the balcony was shared, we stayed during the heatwave so we kept the door open at night and i didn't sleep very well because it didn't feel very secure ,however this will not stop us from coming back and booking the same room again.

Friendly staff. Needed more supplies for the room such as tea bags. They brought them up no issues at all. Clean facilities.

Attention to detail was great, especially addition of floor fan, open windows and fresh water upon arrival in heatwave! Extensive and well cooked selection at breakfast. Really enjoyed the granola and yoghurt pots! Especially appreciated being able to leave our cases safely at the hotel, after checkout, in order to make the most of our last day in Broadstairs, without dragging luggage around with us.

My room was lovely with excellent views of Viking Beach. The bed was so comfortable and the colour scheme so calming and relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wished I had booked another night. The breakfast was also very nice and the breakfast menu had lots of choices which made it difficult to choose as everything sounded lovely. The staff in the hotel were also very nice and helpful, particularly "Lucy" who gave us great advice and information on visiting surrounding areas. We visited Sandwich on her advice and it did not disappoint and we had lunch in the Bell Hotel recommended by Lucy.

There is no lift, but this can't be helped as it is an old building.

Perhaps air conditioning might be good but then again you are by the sea with a cool breeze so it’s probably not required.

Rooms are very stuffy and hot, and it’s SO LOUD. Didn’t get any sleep. Don’t book unless you’re partying out late and not worried about sleeping.
