Everything was perfect about this property. It was close to the beach and had plenty of other places to go like for ice cream, Mexican food, souvenir shops, and more! The breakfast was amazing and the service was great!

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Hotel is clean and staff is wonderful.

The pool needs attention and updating it was a little sad looking. Also the ice machines were broken on several floors.

Good location. Walkable. About 5 minute walk to beach access-code. Can walk to shopping , nail shop and restaurants . Variety of breakfast options . Clean inside and out. Well lit parking lot

Minor issues-taken care of quickly-door to room not slamming shut. Had to make sure that it closes. Refrigerator not turned on but clean. Spoiled milk in breakfast refrigerator- no harm . Immediately discarded . None are a deal breakers. My third visit . I love staying here.

This location has excellent staff; very polite and attentive!

Every ice machine on every floor was out of service except the main floor, which was very inconvenient with small children. The breakfast selections were good but very limited. The pool had absolutely NO shade, no umbrellas, and it was not very appealing.

Wonderful hotel, highly recommended!! The room was clean and comfortable, location is great. They have private access to the beach. The young lady at the desk when checking in was welcoming with a bubbly personality and a friendly smile. Breakfast area is spacious and clean.

Breakfast was great. I liked having the ability to do laundry. The housekeeping staff were very nice and kept our room clean. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very pleasant. Also, the ocean view was amazing!

The plumbing was a bit slow..as in slow to flush, slow to drain showers, and water pressure in the sinks were a bit low.

Not really an easy path to walk across the street area the beach area. I drove to a parking lot and paid $15 to park for the day so that wasn't too bad.

Convenient location

Only way o beach was to walk. It was not all that far but we have bad knees and I was told there was no rides offered to guests with difficulty walking. Be we made it 😇😇

The pool and hot tub was nasty. Not maintained. Paint was peeling off. Lots of debris in pool. The breakfast had a lot of variety but hot food was cold. Lots of stains in hallway near rooms. Shower door didn’t close all the way.

The room was great and spacious. The breakfast was great also.

The pool was a disaster! Furniture was dirty and old and broken. No umbrellas, not enough lounge chairs; the ones that was available was dirty. The pool water looked dirty; I did touch it! The pool area needs a new make over. The pool area was unexceptable for swimming. In my next visit to Orange Beach, I will visit to see if things have changed!

Second time here love the area closed to restaurants Walkmart and the walk to the beach not far.

I booked to nights my check out was Saturday I tried to book another night they said it was full. Unless a cancellation. So we decided to go to another hotel. On my way out I hear another couple asking to stay another night and the staff member make it happen without any problem.

The parking area is rather small. Definitely a first come, first serve kind of basis, then park wherever you can fit. Can become a hazard if there were any type of issues that required immediate evacuation.

The first world we was given the air conditioner was so loud we could not sleep . The Employee cause the fire alarm to go off. They over charged my card double. Just woke up by screaming Lady one morning about 3 or 4 in the morning.

The quiet, clean comfort of home away from home.

I love the location ❤️ close to everything you need to make sure that your vacation is successful. Close to the beach.

Room had fridge, microwave, coffee pot and smelled so clean!! Literally smelled like dyer sheets. Location to beach was great. Food choices and ice cream within walking distance. Staff was super great at answering questions and friendly. Breakfast was amazing! And usually hotel bfasts are just meh. But food was well seasoned and super yummy. Favorite was the cheddar biscuit muffin thingies. Great place for the money. I was really looking for cheapest option for hubs and I to run away over night. Exceeded all expectations!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with staff making sure that plenty of food was available for the entire 3 hours the breakfast buffet was open.

Even though I chose the bold coffee, it was incredibly weak.

The desk agent that checked us in wasn’t friendly snd took s long time. When we arrived, no greeting. I gave her my name and she said something about restarting the system. It seemed like we waited a long time. My husband finally asked what she was doing snd shortly after, she asked for I.D and checked us in. Same with checkout. There were multiple employees at the desk at checkout. Granted one of them was having a conversation with another guest, so I later d the keys dow beside them and left. I didn’t get the feeling we were appreciated or welcomed

This is the hotel I always stay in..I love the fact that it's not actually on the beachfront and I love to walk over to the beach and come back getting some steps in....This is an AMAZING hotel..staff so friendly and helpful on EVERY level!!

Breakfast was great if you went when they first brought the food out...I was soooo disappointed that they couldn't keep the food stocked.. No waffle mix several times when it was roughly 45 minutes left before breakfast was over... No waffle mix was brought back out...Maybe it should be 2 ppl to tend to that task alone because the high traffic of breakfast being served either 2 ppl should help stock or more things should be prepped to not run out..several guests were disappointed behind this..

The facilities were very clean. The Beach access was a little bit of a walk but I was happy that we had access non the less. The Beach access also had some boards at the entrance that need to be replaced so some one does not get hurt. The breakfast was very good I do wish there were more options like cheese danish. The bed could use a topper it was a little hard and I do recommend more than 4 pillows for a king size bed or maybe some king size pillows for the bed. But all in all it was a good stay the staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

I loved the outdoor walkway along the canal. I enjoyed coffee outside with the wildlife.

Our AC unit had some issues. It was very loud and did not really cool the room. We turned it off so we could sleep. The room was a little warm.

Overall,it wss a nice hotel,staff and location.

I'm not sure if it was just my particular ac unit but it was loud,rattling and extremely annoying both nights of my stay,so I couldn't sleep peacefully.

I paid extra for a room with a balcony but didn’t stay in the room long enough to enjoy it. lol.

Nice views across a lake to the woodland beyond. Bright and clean breakfast room. Good size room with good shower. Well located with shops and restaurants nearby, a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the centre of Orange Beach.

No options to buy food in the evenings. No bar at the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location with very easy beach access—you just walk across the street and you’re right on the beach, which was a big highlight. The breakfast was also good and a nice added benefit. I will say the general manager was friendly, greeted me multiple times, and was professional when I brought concerns to his attention.

There were several issues with cleanliness and maintenance that stood out. In my room, the cabinet door connected to the refrigerator and microwave was broken. The floors were dirty, including both the carpet in the room and the flooring in the bathroom. Some of the furniture also had noticeable dust on it. The elevator was consistently dirty during my stay—the carpet looked dingy and didn’t appear to be cleaned at all. The gym did not have air conditioning, only a fan, and there was no sign letting guests know ahead of time. I was told the air was out, but a simple notice would have been helpful. The hot tub also appeared like it needed to be cleaned. When I shared these concerns, the general manager apologized and mentioned this wasn’t the normal standard and that he would check on it, as well as offer some points. While I appreciated the response, the issues still impacted my stay. Overall, the location and staff friendliness are strong points, but the hotel really needs improvement in cleanliness and upkeep.
