My first time staying in a local chian hotel. It really surprised me. The stay was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful. The housekeeping was very nice and polite lady. There is a free laundry service. Overall a very good experience

We had a wonderful stay at AT House. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very luxurious, with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the service was excellent. Xiao Yuan was especially friendly, helpful, and professional, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Thank you, Xiao Yuan, for your wonderful service. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend AT House to others!

Location was close to everything.

Unfortunately, our stay did not fully meet our expectations based on the hotel's description and photos. The gym was quite disappointing and did not match what we had expected from the pictures. This was especially frustrating, as the gym facilities were one of the main reasons we chose to book this hotel. The pool/swimming area was also unavailable during our stay, which was another major disappointment. Additionally, the waiting time for the elevators was consistently very long, which became quite frustrating throughout our stay. The restaurant also seemed to have too few tables and chairs for the number of guests. At breakfast, it was often difficult to find a place to sit and enjoy our meal. Overall, several of the facilities did not live up to what was presented or advertised, which unfortunately affected our experience.

The location was very good, located in very pleasant area of Xuhui just a short walk from Xujiahui Cathdral, park, the public library, Metro Station and shopping area. I also liked that the property is pretty new and clean. The rooms are not carpeted so there is no musty smell from carpets. Breakfast, though the selection is not huge, the quality of what is offered is good. There is also free supper every night with porridge, some steamed dumplings/buns and noodle bar. The beds and pillows were comfy. I booked the family room and starry suite…both were spacious and comfortable. Won’t hesitate to stay here again.

Nothing big but I wish that besides the free laundry service, they also had a laundry room where we could wash, dry and iron clothes ourselves, like in other Atour hotels. No iron was provided in the rooms. Also the hotel was a bit busy during our stay so the laundry service took longer. On the last night of our stay, I didn’t send in any laundry as I was worried they wouldn’t be returned in time.

Very comfortable pillow and bed, specious , free laundry done by staff, fantastic breakfast buffet . Zijawei library was 3mins walk away. Loved its Hogswart Hall long table

Location was good. The free laundry was useful when it worked. Breakfast offered a good variety.

The room we had was odd. The king bed was placed against a wall so one person had to literally crawl out of the foot of the bed. The bed also sat on a platform which in the middle of the night, was a real hazard. The pool was “in repair “ and the “gym “ was a single treadmill and some weights in an odd room. We were told that it was“temporary” “ but no sense if there’s a plan for a real gym. This all felt misleading. There’s no luggage assistance which seems to be a trend in China. The front desk staff spoke minimal English and had great difficulty understanding basic requests.

This hotel was perfect for us! And the complementary night snack was soooo good. Great job!

The staff were welcoming and warm, doing what they could to offer a pleasant stay for the guests. The free laundry service and free evening meal, tea, and dessert over the weekend were beyond expectation making the stay even more enjoyable. The subway station is a stone's throw from the hotel making almost all parts of the city accessible. The location also offers a wide range of retail shops, eateries, shopping malls, etc. The value for money is great.

It would have been greater if the staff improved their international communication abilities, although this is a universal issue in the whole country. This may be why the in-room dining service went wrong once because I received a wrong order. Regardless of the country's internet access restrictions, the overall quality of the hotel internet could be improved.

Прекрасный отель, замечательный персонал, всегда готовы помочь, у всех электронные переводчики, поэтому с языком нет проблем вообще. Детям очень понравилось, что каждый день бесплатно пополняли запасы холодного чая и снеков. С едой вообще в отеле все супер. Отличные завтраки, и кроме них еще в 2 часа можно прийти выпить чая/кофе с фруктами и пироженными, а вечером поужинать лапшой или пельменями, и это входит в стоимость любого номера. Кровати мягкие, белье чистое, есть бассейн, хотя об этом нигде не написано. Метро действительно в 2х минутах от гостиницы, но надо учитывать, что это только вход в метро, еще мигут 15 надо идти до платформы. Зато есть выходы прямо в тц, нам очень пригодилось, так как попали в дожди, кстати на ресеншен можно взять зонтик. В общем, только положительные впечатления, всем рекомендуем.

Такого нет, все понравилось. Едигственно немного поменола наши планы стеклянная стена санузла. 😆 Планировали, 2 номера детский и взрослый, но разнополых подростков в один номер со стеклянной стеной не поселишь, пришлось делиться по половому признаку.😂

Room was clean and good size. Good location if you want to be in the french concession area of shanghai. Was fairly far to the bund but easy access to the metro

No pool but was advertised, staff cleaning rooms in the middle of the night and causing loud noise moving furniture and banging

Great location, easy to commute around via Didi. Airport transfer was great and trustworthy. Very comfortable for a family of four.

Atour has its own core strength to keep themselves competitive! Breakfast, afternoon tea, night snack with noodles was included in our booking. Laundry is fuss free and simple. I would say this hotel is 12/10 itself!

A great hotel, walking distance to the train entrance can be really far! Too fantastic that it made us so hard to leave the hotel and explore other part of the city.

Colazione di buona qualità ovviamente più orientata su standard cinesi ma qualcosina si trova. La sera era inclusa una sorta di snack che, per quanto mi riguarda, era pari ad una cena tutto di ottima qualità. Letti comodi, stanza tutta automatizzata e dyson come asciugacapelli. Palestra piccolina ma presente.

Honestly, I really didn’t expect this hotel to be this good. It was such a pleasant surprise! Everything exceeded my expectations — the cleanliness, the service, and the wide variety of choices at breakfast. Everything was perfect, and I honestly have nothing negative to say. For the value for money, I don’t think you can find much better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would book it again without hesitation!

Немного далековато от метро, от отеля до самой станции длинный коридор. Сам отель на 5 баллов, все чисто все современно, шикарные номера.

I have to say how much I appreciate the concept of Atour. You really made our stay feel like we were at home, even though we were far away from home. We felt genuinely relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay. I especially loved how thoughtfully the room was designed. The space was practical, open and well-organized, making excellent use of every corner. The little details also made a big difference the laundry service, free noodle & wonton soup every evening, delicious breakfast with local Shanghai flavours, drip coffee and snacks in the room that were replenished every day. A special thank you to the housekeeping team as well. Every time we returned to our room, it was clean, beautiful and welcoming. I am quite sensitive to dust and food hygiene, but throughout our stay, I never had to worry about either. That really meant a lot to me. The location is also excellent, with the metro nearby and very convenient access to explore Shanghai. Thank you to the whole Atour team for working so hard and taking such good care of your guests. You made us want to come back again. Thank you so much for making our stay feel like home! ♥️

员工完全不会英文，数量不足不足以应对繁忙时间客流，并且效率对比其他酒店过低。酒店电梯太慢等待太久

已经长草亚朵酒店，酒店位置特别好，在徐家汇的中心，周围地铁，美食，散步都很方便，床品舒服以及员工服务特别好，推荐

Super Lage nur wenige Minuten von der Metro entfernt, Abends ab 21:30 Uhr gibt es im Restaurant kostenlos frisch zubereitete Nudelsuppe nach Wahl. Zimmer und der Ausblick sind sehr schön. Das Frühstück war der Hammer, gab sogar Lachs.

Wir sind erst Abends abgereist, unsere Koffer konnten wir abstellen. Wenn es noch die Möglichkeit gegeben hätte Abends zu duschen wäre es perfekt gewesen. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

住在六樓，但是馬路上的汽機車行駛還是聽得到，這點還是比較可惜的。

Понравилось бувкально все! Приехали на 3 часа раньше, были уставшими и увидев это персонал пошел навстречу и заселил сразу же. Работники отеля - главная ценность этого отеля! Они просто чудо, очень добрые, искренние и по-настоящему живые, пытаются во всем помочь. Завтраки ммм. буду по ним скучать, выбора очень много, форель без ограничений, фрукты, мясо, морепродукты, буквально есть все. Привередливые дети находили что кушать и шли на завтрак с удовольствием. А поздний ужин - лапша - это просто волшебно. Лапшу такую вкусную больше нигде не ел. Специально торопились вечером, чтоб успеть покушать) В выходные также есть полдник, тоже очень вкусный. Бронировали семейный номер, 60 кв на 5 хватило места. Убирали номер очень качественно каждый день, также ежедневно меняли полотенца, пополняли минибар и приносили тарелку свежих фруктов. Матрац удобный, какой-то супер эргономичный, подушка просто бомба. жаль, что не нашли в магазинах такую подушку. Локация просто огонь! Метро в 70 метрах, ТЦ в 400 метрах от отеля, начиная от тяжелого люкса вроде Prada, Bvlgari, заканчивая Uniqlo. Много кафе и ресторанов в этих ТЦ. Выезжали рано утром и заказали завтраки с собой - все было готово к сказанному часу, в аэропорту очень вкусно поели! P.S. Парни с ресепшен в 4 утра провожали нас до такси, еще и зонтами укрыли от дождя! Спасибо вам всем, работникам отеля за чудесно проведенные дни! Буду всем рекомендовать этот чудесный отель!

Отель расположен очень далеко от центра и набережной.На такси по пробкам до 50-60 минут.Метро действительно рядом,но спускаешься и до поезда идти 20 минут).В последний день переехали в самый центр и очень пожалели ,что не остановились там сразу.Цена была такой же.

Remek butik hotel, ötletes design-al. Közel van a metró és több bevásárlóközpont is. Jó reggelivel és szuper, ingyenes esti tészta vacsorával. Nagyon jó ár-érték arányú hotel. Reggel 8-ra értünk a hotelbe és engedtek becsekkolni, ami életmentő volt a 12 óra repülő út után.

Taxival 25-30 perc a belváros, este lehet kicsit több is. Egy medence jól jött volna a nagy melegben :)

L’hôtel était propre et agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les nouilles proposées le soir, qui étaient vraiment délicieuses, ainsi que le petit-déjeuner. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu profiter du goûter gratuit proposé entre 14h et 17h. Le seul point négatif concerne le buffet : il n’y a pas assez de pinces pour se servir. Par exemple, une même pince était utilisée pour le lard et les œufs. Au petit-déjeuner, le fromage et la charcuterie étaient placés ensemble sans pinces dédiées, et il n’y en avait pas non plus pour le pain, ce qui fait que certaines personnes se servent directement avec les mains. C’est dommage, car avec quelques pinces supplémentaires pour séparer les différents aliments, notamment pour les personnes qui ne mangent pas de porc, ce serait vraiment très bien.

Séjour malheureusement décevant à cause d’un problème important concernant notre réservation. J’avais effectué ma recherche sur Booking pour 5 adultes et 2 nuits. Booking m’a proposé une chambre familiale pour 5 personnes, que j’ai réservée. Sur les photos, on voyait trois couchages et je pensais donc qu’il s’agissait de deux lits doubles (ou d’un canapé convertible) ainsi que d’un lit simple. À notre arrivée, après le check-in, on nous a remis seulement 3 kits d’accueil et 3 paires de chaussons, en nous indiquant que deux autres se trouvaient dans la chambre. Une fois dans la chambre, nous avons découvert qu’elle ne disposait en réalité que d’un lit double, un matelas au sol pour une personne et un petit canapé non convertible. Il était donc clairement impossible d’y faire dormir correctement 5 adultes. Nous sommes retournés à la réception pour expliquer la situation. La dame présente nous a affirmé que nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes. Je lui ai pourtant montré ma confirmation Booking indiquant clairement 5 adultes, ainsi que les photos correspondant à la chambre réservée. Elle nous a alors expliqué que cette chambre n’était pas disponible et qu’aucune chambre équivalente ne pouvait nous être proposée. Comme nous ne restions que deux nuits, nous avons essayé de trouver un arrangement en demandant simplement l’ajout de deux lits. On nous a alors demandé 280 RMB supplémentaires par lit, alors que notre réservation initiale avait déjà été payée pour 5 adultes. Ce n’était pas une question d’argent, mais simplement de principe : nous avions réservé et payé un hébergement pour cinq personnes. Ce n’est qu’au moment où je m’apprêtais à contacter Booking qu’un autre membre du personnel est intervenu et a accepté d’ajouter un lit gratuitement. Malgré cela, nous étions toujours 5 personnes pour seulement 4 couchages. Ma fille a donc dû dormir pendant deux nuits sur le petit canapé, sans draps ni couverture.

Wyjątkowy hotel, jeden z najlepszych w jakich byliśmy. Za 850 złotych za noc pokój typu suite to rzadko spotykana oferta, tym bardziej o takiej jakości!! Wszystko było w tym hotelu dopięte na ostatni guzik. Już od momentu wejścia do lobby robiło to wrażenie. Potężny wachlarz udogodnień najwyższej jakości, wyjątkowo wygodne materace na naprawdę dużych łóżkach, i duża wanna z widokami na miasto. Rewelacyjna obsługa - pomogli m.in. w zamówieniu jedzenia (oferując dodatkowo swoje konto ze specjalnymi zniżkami - za 2 najlepsze napoje, jakie piłem zapłaciłem w ten sposób zaledwie 35 juanów!). Oprócz tego oferują darmowe pranie, które wykonują naprawdę starannie - co było naprawdę niesamowitym komfortem i udogodnieniem przy częstym zmienianiu miast, intensywności wycieczki i letnich temperaturach w Chinach. Nie ma także problemu w zapakowaniu śniadania na drogę, jeśli musisz wyjechać wcześnie rano. Lokalizacja hotelu jest dobra - bardzo podobała mi się dzielnica, jednak jest on nieco oddalony od centrum. Ale to chyba nie problem, skoro tuż obok znajduje się stacja metra (kilka minut spacerem). Śniadania świetne. Bardzo szeroki wybór dań i przekąsek, które dobrze wyglądają i smakują. Jedynie lody słabe.
