L'emplacement. La propreté. 2 personne étaient au dessus de la moyenne : la femme qui nous accueille pour le restaurant, et le monsieur en salle qui a un costume très sympa.

Chambre 2111 : il y a un bruit constant des hélices dehors. Dès 6 heures du matin, on est réveillé par le bruit du staff car ils sont derrière. Le wifi coupait dès que l'on passe la porte des toilettes. Nous n'avons jamais eu droit à 2 serviettes, mais une seule pour 2. De la chambre 2105, il n'y a aucune vue, alors que c'est mis en avant dans les annonces. Les vitres sont opaques. La climatisation se remet en route dès que l'on sort. On avait toujours trop froid. Restaurant : on nous a tellement poussé à prendre le buffet au dîner, même si nous le voulions pas. Également sur ce que nous devions prendre à la carte. Très désagréable, nous ne sommes pas revenus. Je trouve la qualité de la nourriture en dessous de ce que l'on peut attendre d'un 5 étoiles. Pire chose qui me soit arrivée dans un hôtel : pour nos 2 chambres, la lumière et une sonnerie se sont mis en route toutes les heures à partir de 1h du matin, empêchant tout le monde de dormir. Un cauchemar. J'aurais mieux dormi dans une voiture. Je suis réellement déçu, ce devait être un souvenir merveilleux pour la famille.

I had forgot my charger in the room, and when I sent my friend to check it, they said it was not found. I was 100% sure the charger was plugged in the socket and forget to take it with me. So make sure to take all the belongings with you while you leave, or else you might not get it back.

Over all the stay was good. Excellent breakfast. They got some good pubs on top with some good quality food. I would strongly recommend that. about 30 meters you have Kochin metro also. This hotel is located right at the city center only.

I had a very disappointing experience at check-in. After completing the check-in process, the front desk staff informed us that the swimming pool was not functional. This information was not disclosed on any third-party booking platforms, and we were charged the full room rate that included access to the pool. Despite this inconvenience, no alternative facility or compensation was offered. This lack of transparency and poor customer service was extremely disappointing.

I liked the location - proximity to metro and several restaurants. Views of the metro-line and city in general is beautiful.

I felt the room interiors needed some upscaling to give customers the luxury experience they expect from a popular hotel chain.

It is very close to the city, I lost my payment when I tried with the phone pay, I haven’t received any support from your side to sort it out, I have added some screenshots of the payment that I made at the first time. Pls do some needful

First of all the booking system also well faked on not showing or warning that my booking didn’t included the breakfast. My bad experience started there

My room was only provided one bath/face towel for 3of us, shower shampoo bottle and hand wash dispenser both was empty. Totally not expected this type of services from a five star hotel my second room also no conditioner in the dispenser totally disappointed we book this hotel for a family weekend out but never book again or recommend to anyone unless they totally improve

Took so long dor the Food to be served at the restaurant. Old sofa, didn't get to bring the luggages down on checkout even though I informed them of checkout time in advance.

I was unwell for the first day if our stay. Comfortable bed and a room away from the lift lobby made it exceptionally quiet. Great choices for breakfast buffet. Great location to train station.

I really liked this property. The location is excellent, with convenient access to everything. The services provided are very good, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is also a highlight, offering great and tasty food.

The power, AC switches, and electrical outlets feel quite outdated and would benefit from an upgrade to more modern standards

Old rooms, they need renovation to qualify as a 5 star. Front reception area and the overall ambience needs a thorough upgrade to give a good welcome feel. The rooms smells of cigarettes, though I changed to another room available.
