Skvělá poloha. Dá se chodit všude pěšky. Navíc je hned u autobusového nádraží, což je dobrý výchozí bod na výlety. Snídaně klasické - jogurty, wafle, karbanátky,… možnost zabalit s sebou nebo nechat připravit na výlet.

Breakfast was good, cafe staff so friendly! Location was convenient 2 Times Square.

Bed was hard, needs a topper. No mini fridge. Elevator was jammed a couple of times, long waits. Reception desk, not very friendly, though they brought us pillows and blankets promptly.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de autobuses, paradas de metro y times square. La habitacion tiene de todo (secador, plancha, cafetera, nevera...) y estaba todo muy limpio. El personal del hotel super amable, te ayudan en todo y la mayoría hablan español, lo que facilita mucho todo. Desayuno completo y te ofrecen una bolsa por si te quieres llevar algo para después. Nos han regalado dos entradas para el museo de historia natural, que nos ha encantado. También te ofrecen cada dia una tarjeta de 20$ para gastar en un bar al lado del hotel. El último día nos guardaron las maletas sin ningún coste hasta la hora de irnos. Si algún dia volvemos a Nueva York nos volveremos a alojar aqui sin ninguna duda!! Muchas gracias por todo

La habitación, buena cama y tamaño.

Armario pequeño. Desayuno repetitivo y sin variedad de dulces, no había galletas ni bollería. Tampoco embutidos o queso ni fruta fresca.

El personal del muy amable, el personal del desayuno excelente, especialmente Teresa. Todos muy amables y nos permitieron ingresar antes a la habitación y luego quedamos en el Lobby hasta el horario de ir al aeropuerto! Muy predispuestos y accesibles !

As foto nao mostram como o hotel realmente é. Nas fotos do booking parecia ser um hotel novo e moderno mas. A vdd encontrei um hotel bem antigo, com moveis ruidos e carpete velho. O café da manhã apesar de incluso era bem fraco, quase nada fresco.

The only good thing about this hotel was its location. Unfortunately, everything else was very disappointing. The hotel was extremely crowded, with long lines and too many people around the pool area. Things were constantly missing, and the overall level of cleanliness was far below what I expected. Sadly, this hotel does not meet the standards I associate with Marriott. I was very disappointed with my stay and would definitely not choose to stay at this hotel again.

El cambio fue para mejor, aunque no se cumplieron todas las expectativas. Falta Un Buen lobby para recibir a las persona. Lo que me aprece importante es que aparece como hotel 4 estrellas y considerando este factor no cumplió para nada con las expectivas.

Hotel simples, mas acolhedor. Bem localizado, a 10 minutos a pé de Times Square. Entrada para o metro (linha azul) na mesma rua, a 1 minuto. Zona segura, mesmo à noite. Bastantes restaurantes nas proximidades, para vários preços. Funcionários simpáticos e solícitos. Boa insonorização dos quartos. Apesar de muitos clientes se queixarem de tempos de espera elevados na fila para o pequeno almoço, não senti esse problema; nos 7 dias que estive no hotel, não tive que esperar, talvez por ter ido muito cedo (antes das 8 horas) ou muito tarde (depois das 9h30). Curiosamente, os clientes eram incentivados a levarem consigo comida do pequeno-almoço, mediante a distribuição (não todos os dias) de um saco de papel para esse efeito.

O pequeno almoço não tinha muito variedade, pelo menos pelos padrões europeus; por exemplo, só havia queijo tipo Filadélfia e não havia produtos de charcutaria. Havia serviço de quarto todos os dias; a cama era feita e as toalhas mudadas, mas a limpeza era deficiente (por exemplo, os cabelos na banheira ou no lavatório não eram retirados).

The breakfast area always crowded and too noisy and loud.

Very disappointing stay Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room was extremely small and did not look clean. The bedding was in poor condition, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. The street was also very noisy, so it was impossible to keep the window open. The elevator was another major issue — we sometimes had to wait nearly 30 minutes for it. The breakfast was very poor as well. There was almost no variety, and the same 1–2 options were served every day. Overall, we were very disappointed with the hotel. The cleanliness, room size, noise, elevator service and breakfast were all below our expectations. Definitely not worth the price.

Partiamo dal presupposto che non è un 4 stelle per gli standard europei. Le stanze sono classiche, non rumorose e abbastanza pulite. La signora della colazione è pazzesca, gestisce tutto velocemente ed è veramente brava. Inoltre la colazione è buona ed è possibile portarti via qualcosa come frutta, acqua, caffè. (Non ci sono salumi - o brioches però si possono fare i waffle da soli al momento)

Il problema maggiore è il fatto che gli standard non sono quelli di un 4 stelle, altrimenti in se per se l’hotel non è male. Soprattutto io non consiglierei proprio Time Square come location dove alloggiare a New York perché c’è molto degrado. Inoltre davanti all’hotel c’era una manifestazione dei lavoratori per il rinnovo dei contratti. Sono onesta, la reception ci aveva avvisato piu volte di questa cosa, e pensavo fosse molto più tranquilla la situazione, invece erano pesantissimi, quasi non ti lasciavano entrare in hotel e ti urlavano contro “vergogna- no check in check out” continuamente.

Posizione ottima, pulizia, personale molto disponibile e gentile. Consiglio di usufruire del buono giornaliero, specialmente per il Gotham Bistrot, dove abbiamo mangiato un ottimo hamburger.

La camera andrebbe rinnovata, c’erano segni di usura sulle porte del bagno e sugli arredi. Per il livello della struttura e del personale, meriterebbe una qualità più alta. Da migliorare la colazione, buona ma ogni giorno sempre uguale, americana ma non internazionale. Da apprezzare comunque per la qualità di quanto proposto, e per la cortesia e la capacità di gestione del personale.

I liked how fast we were checked in and the breakfast staff were very polite fast and nice working. it was clean and wifi was okay. our housekeeper raven was very good at what shes doing the food were fresh rooms were good.

There were a protest outside the hotel and they were screaming in our ears as we go in and out the hotel that was very annoying and unbelieveable, my parents of 60 years olds didnt need to be screamed for staying in a hotel. Also the protesters dont stop screaming at night even though we were in 22nd floor we heard them. Me and my fiancee were planning to visit here at winter but we will get somewhere else. There were trash bags outside and a giant rat baloon infront of the hotel.

We were booked in as a wedding block. The block for 90 rooms was confirmed nearly a year ago. We were also promised an entire floor for hospitality from 1pm for lunch etc. This all indicates guests would arrive from 1pm. Rooms were not ready at that point however in absolute disgust the rooms were not even ready by 4pm the official check in time. Not a single room. Not one of the 90. Our transport to the actual wedding event was booked for 6pm. At 5pm still no rooms. At 5pm we were offered ironing boards in the lobby. My teenage daughters got ready in the toilets and in the lobby. We finally got a room at 530pm. Transport had to be delayed for everyone. So the question of why this happened? The New York Jets were late checking out and they knew they had double booked. They had been hopeful the jets would have left a bit earlier. Also the entire hospitality floor that was promised to us was also a lie as there was an entire other conference on who came into our hospitality room and ate our food So two examples of the Marriott double dipping an maximising profits and earnings Do better No bride should be chatting with management an hour before her event and begging for her guests to get her rooms

Strajk pracowników tej sieci hotelu i koczowanie tych że pracowników pod hotelem i ciągle hałas a także to że przy wyjściu albo wejściu do hotelu mówili ci żebyś się wstydził że w ogóle wynajełem pokój w tym hotelu to było słabe ,rozumiem walczyć o swoje ale co ja im szkodzę że wybrałem ten hotel a nie inny.

Ho soggiornato da Fairfiled by Marriott per una settimana ed è stata complessivamente un'ottima esperienza, nonostante qualche piccolo appunto. Partendo dalla posizione: è perfetta per visitare NY, la zona è tranquilla (per gli standard di NYC) e intorno c'è di tutto (ALDI, Starbucks, 2 Bros pizza...). Il personale è sempre stato gentilissimo, abbiamo anche chiesto assistenza per la doccia e la tv verso le 22 e sono subito arrivati ad aiutarci. Per quanto riguarda invece la camera, era complessivamente pulita e il servizio di pulizia passava tutti i giorni facendo il letto e cambiando gli asciugamani. Pro della stanza: letto comodo, temperatura facilmente regolabile, ferro da stiro in stanza, tv con Netflix, bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo disponibili. Per quanto riguarda invece la colazione: l'offerta era abbastanza limitata ma comunque buona. Per la parte salata c'erano uova e 'hamburger', per la parte dolce porridge, waffle, yogurt, cereali, frutta, pane, marmellate. Da bere invece caffè americano (espresso no), tè, succhi e acqua. Spesso c'era fila per colazione ma l'hotel dava la possibilità di prenderla da asporto e mangiarla in camera, fornendo dei contenitori dedicati. Tutto sommato è stata un'ottima esperienza, e il rapporto qualità/prezzo/posizione è buono.

Da Booking dovevamo avere camera con vista ma siamo capitati al 12esimo piano, perciò non l'abbiamo avuta. Abbiamo avuto diversi problemi con la doccia perché era veramente scomodissima, c'era soltanto il piano per terra con una tenda che non arrivava fino al pavimento perciò l'acqua usciva sempre e allagavamo il bagno. La stanza era inoltre davvero poco illuminata e sia in bagno che in camera c'erano poche superfici dove appoggiare cose o appendere asciugamani. In generale era anche abbastanza datata.
