The location to MSG is perfect! If driving in yourself and parking at Dock parking, leaving is a breeze. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean.

The beds and pillows weren’t comfortable.

The location is superb and also the all day coffee and tea bar. The shower is one of the best.

I was given a dark and rather gloomy room at first, and in fairness to the staff, it was changed immediately to a better one after I asked for it. But I do wonder why that was necessary if a better room (in the same category) was available in the first place. Also, housekeeping missed my room twice.

The staff were all so nice. It was great that we could leave our luggage before we checked in early in the day.

Me cobraron el total de la estadia diciendome que solo pasaban mi tarjeta como garantia. Ya la habia pagado antes a traves de Booking. Hasta la fecha no me lo devolvieron. Me la cobraron y no me dijeron nada. Me entere cuando llego el resumen de mi tarjeta. Pesimo !!

Śniadanie na poziomie dobrym, ale nadal mało warzyw, jajecznica z proszku i mnóstwo słodkiego jedzenia na bufecie śniadaniowym.

Estupenda ubicacion, junto a Penn station. El personal es amable. El desayuno tipo buffet muy bueno, merece la pena.. La habitacion para 2 adultos y 2 niños algo justa de tamaño pero comoda. Cafe e infusiones disponibles en la entrada para servirse durante el dia. El gimnasio esta bastante bien.

Es importante fijarse en la reserva si incluye las tasas e impuestos, ya que hay impuestos por cada noche y si como en nuestro caso son 5 noches la cantidad a pagar de mas no es nada desdeñable...

La posizione dell'hotel era molto buona per localizzazione e raggiungere i posti strategici da visitare. La vicinanza con la stazione dell'air train e la metropolitana è un plus per muoversi senza ausilio di taxi per raggiungere gli aeroporti. La stanza era di buone dimensioni , pulita e dotata dei comfort necessari. La colazione è risultata soddisfacente e variegata, seppur non avevamo esigenze particolari.

Accoglienza: migliorerei il lay out dell'ingresso per effettuare l'accettazione per poter raggiungere meglio il desk e cambierei alcuni suppellettili perché ormai datati e rovinati. non è piacevole entrare e girare tra i divani con la sensazione di essere ignorati

The location is superb, just in front of Moynihan Train Station. It's convenient for travelers who traveling to JFK airport by LIRR or Amtrak from another States. The room is clean and not too big (I think it's standard size in NYC hotels), but the bed is comfortable. The breakfast was good, not too many option to get the protein. The staff who assisted us for check in and check out were great, one of them assisted me to printed my paperwork for free in the lobby area. Thank you so much.

Wonderful location, good value for the city, and comfy beds. The shower was spacious and very nice. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

The elevators were a bit frustrating. At one point one of the three elevators wasn’t even functioning. When we checked out, we waited well over five minutes and then ended up having to take the stairs down with suitcases from the 10th floor.

L'emplacement, le petit déjeuner varié, la climatisation, le café à disposition dans le hall, peu d'attente aux ascenseurs malgré le grand nombre de chambres. Le point fort de l'hôtel est son emplacement, juste en face de Penn Station, qui nous a permis d'aller à Manhattan et dans le New Jersey très très facilement!

La douche fuyait, impossibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre, les serviettes changées une seule fois en 5 pour un séjour de 5 nuits. Pas de réfrigérateur, et en période de fortes chaleurs c'était regrettable. Les chambres sont chères, plus de 300 eur la nuit mais c'est Manhattan.

Roof-top bar a classic „add-on“, nice to have but much to noisy = canˋt enjoy. Because roof top is so small it gets easily crowded, even more noisy then. If they would open roof-top for just coffee already in the early mornings, like till 9AM or so, for early rises quick coffee-dosis, would be a great add-on.

I like that’s it’s across from the train station.That there is complementary breakfast but the times could be better some ppl are coming from concerts the night before and will miss breakfast.

Our ac was broke and no one accommodated us .It was til today they was like oh really .But the engineer knew and told us how to work til it was fix .

L’emplacement est parfaite, on peut tout faire à pied et près de la station de métro Penn. Juste un petit bémol, il n’y avait pas fruits au déjeuner autre que des oranges. Sinon, tout est parfaite. Le personnel est très gentil et un stationnement payant juste à côté.

We booked a city view room and it worth it, view was great! Room was clean and spotless, very convenient to public transport and restaurants, hairdryer was great!

Rooms are VERY small, parking not included, very limited options for breakfast, bathroom sink was tiny, no body lotion amenities not even a free water bottle, hot days in NYC and AC was not powerful, definitely value- price criteria was not met.

The location was fantastic, the room and bathroom were clean and the staff were courteous. Breakfast was adequate.

The room was very sparely appointed and had absolutely the bare minimum in terms of amenities (plastic cups, no dental kit and barely serviceable coffee maker). Also, the coffee service at the reception was not well stocked.

The roll in shower had the soap, shampoo and conditioner fastened to wall. I am in a wheelchair, you cannot reach them while sitting on shower bench.

The location was amazing. It was across from Madison Square Garden. Easy access to Amtrak and subways. We had an early train in and a late train out. They held our luggage on both arrival, before check in, and departure day, after check out, so we didnt have to lug it around until our check in/train time. Clean place, friendly staff, and really good breakfast that was included with our stay. Beautiful roof top bar/lounge with pub style food.

The check in was slow after a long international flight. But worse, I took a shower in the morning and the steam set off the smoke alarm in the room. I called the front desk several times without answer. When they did answer they said they would send someone. I was getting a headache so dressed quickly and checked out. When I did the front desk seemed very unconcerned that I had to put up with the noise for 45 minutes without resolution - “I called engineering”

This hotel is located only 5 min foodwalk to Penn station, The building is nice and the room was good. The bed was ok, bathroom was good. They offer also a complementary breakfast. It’s ok but not outstanding. The whole staff was outstanding and very helpful. The location in Manhattan midtown and the great staff were perfect.

This is the 3rd time we stay in this hotel. We like the location which is very convenient for us, the rooms are a decent size, the view is great on the higher floors and the stuff is nice and helpful.

They used to have cold water served 24/7 in the lobby and not anymore. But other than that, everything was good.

The Hotel is opposite Penn Street Station. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable. Good storage and Wi FI. Very good shower. Breakfast was OK.

1) Being told a room was blocked for me and then, later, when I came back, it was not available. All sorted out shortly afterwards. 2) Too many towels left in my room despite my requests. 3) Guest Laundry facility useful but expensive.

Clean, quiet, cool room. Looked after our bags all day until check in at 4. Friendly staff.

Room was ok but a bit small for 4. Could have provided larger free water bottles. Breakfast was simple but ok.

Does The Job. Location Next To Penn Station is the real winner here. No issues with the elevators like some other reviewers are saying. Room was small, but it’s NYC so space is at a premium. Room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was the room could have come with a mini fridge. The area is good; there is a 24-hr CVS around the block where you can grab sundries, snacks, and beverages. The hotel is also convenient to the subway (A,C, E lines). Great location for attending MSG events as well. I would stay here again.

Wasn’t get in and out of the city driving. Close to train station and mid town.

Great location next to Moynihan Hall / Penn Station and close to MSG! It is also close to K-town, good sushi restaurant (Blue Ribbon), Starbucks, Blue Bottle Coffee, a Target, and CVS. The staff was awesome! So nice and eager to help. The rooms were a decent size for NYC and clean. The view was great and liked how you could crack open the window to get some airflow. The breakfast is included and convenient.

The hotel does need a refresh but given the location and value, it was not as big of a deal.

Our stay was very nice! The breakfast was plentiful and had many options. Room was very clean too. Marc, the staff member who checked us in at the front desk, was very accommodating and friendly. He seems like an invaluable and very experienced member of the staff and i hope this review gets him some recognition! Honestly, our stay was made that much more enjoyable because of his assistance and accommodations! Will stay again.

The hotel location was perfect as a traveler since it was steps away from Penn Station/Moynihan Hall. I could see the doors from my room. Despite being a block away from Madison Square Garden (on night 3 of the NBA Finals), my room was quiet. The room was clean, bed was firm (the way I like it) and the shower was spacious. Check-in was listed at 4pm. I was able to get into my room around 3pm. I appreciate on of the attendants seeking me out in the lobby to let me know there was a room available. There was also free breakfast until 9:30am with a variety of options including Gluten free bagels and a pancake making machine. I do wish there was lotion in the room. Maybe it was just an oversight by the cleaning staff. Would stay here again!

I liked that it was next to MSG (We had a concert there). and close to Penn Station. Also that the hotel served breakfast, and best of all it had laundry service. Overall the stay was perfect.

I don't have anything to say about, what I didn't like. We enjoy our hotel, and it's amenities.

No water to take a shower in the morning or to brush our teeth. We were given a bottle of water that was then BILLED TO US! Now we are getting small amounts billed to our credit card (the one we showed for “security”. THIS IS NOT SECURE FOR US!!! I am going to ask the bank to stop paying you.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast choices were very good and the dining area was kept nice. There was coffee in the lobby at all times, and they made fresh decaf coffee later in the evening when we asked for it. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

We had 3 rooms and my Uncle's room was not ready until 5:30pm which was problematic since he is 88. There was a cleaning cart in the hallway of our floor (6th fl) 24/7 and we had to walk around it when exiting the elevator or visiting family's room. The elevators often didn't work and there were long waits which made them very crowded.

The rooms are clean but I always prefer to Get the bigger room

Grab your bucket and head to the ice machine for additional work on your ice (3rd flr)! Maybe it’s a “Gold” member perk? If you want to wait in NYC, head to the elevator where one of the three is always l guaranteed to be out-of-order. We have stayed here twice (2018 & 2022?) before because of the location. Breakfast buffet then was below mediocre where you can count on having empty hot trays and chaos. Sometimes letting go of little things are tolerable in the hopes that there’s some improvement later on. They did extend their dining area and added an auto pancake maker (better for snot proofing). But does it mean they let go of sanitation on other things like cleaning their ice machine? Or cut down on customer safety by cutting down on their elevator maintenance frequency? Run!!
