Jediný velký plus byla opravdu snídaně - bohatý výběr všeho - a vše bylo chutné , chodili jsme hned na 6:30 takze jsme se vyhnuli i davu lidi . Další věc byl skvělý výchozí bod .

Vzala jsem pokoj s rozkládacím gaučem - jenže v momentě rozložení gauče se opravdu v pokoji méďa hýbat a stále musíte přes postel přeskakovat … Co asi ale pro mě bylo nejhorší - noční hluk, když člověk neslyšel jak se napouští vodu do wc , protože k záchodu jsou jen posouvaci dveře , tak strašný zvuk vydává klimatizace - jenže když člověk vypnul klimatizaci - začal strašný jekot s odsávačky nebo co je nad hlavou …

Las instalaciones muy limpias la habitación limpia y ordenada y cómoda. Tenía todos los elementos necesarios para una estancia de tres días. El personal respetuoso y la ubicación excelente.

We loved the location. Close to the things we wanted to do/see. Breakfast was great. Staff was accommodating. Baggage storage option allowed us to tour more, even after checkout.

Il terzo letto è un divano letto da aprire ogni sera, anche perché da aperto impediva di muoversi nella stanza. Camera per 3 persone molto piccola, armadio piccolissimo per 3 persone.

They are short staffed. We ordered for an extra blanket to a staff member but he never returned. I wish their breakfast has extended timings. People come to NYC to experience the night life which means they sleep late! Also, they seem to control their Air conditioner settings. It was getting hot in the nights.

Prima di tutto la camera non è adatta a 3 persone Ho chiesto di cambiare mi è stato detto che le dimensioni sono le stesse.non si riesce a muovere Nonostante le recensioni parlino di un' ottima colazione io l'ho trovata male, non c' era niente di dolce nemmeno una brioches o biscotti o torta E io che non mangio di mattina uova o pancetta mi sono trovato malissimo Lo sconsiglio vivamente non fatevi caso alle recensioni che dicono che è molto buono

The location is perfect, our room was cleaned every day, breakfast was great (just go early it can get crowded very fast) and they gave us free water bottles every day, room size was nice for nyc standards

Shower was bad, no pressure for hot water, some little maintenance needed in the room, but since the hotel is probably always full they don’t give attention to it, after 8am just get a breakfast somewhere it will be very crowded.

The hotel was in a very convenient location, just a few steps from Times Square, the subway, and all the main attractions in the immediate area. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and was fast, and the TV was also excellent, with a good selection of channels. The bed was comfortable and spacious, and the air conditioning worked very well, allowing us to cool the room exactly to our preferred temperature. A nice bonus was the option to slightly open the window, which is not always possible on higher floors. Our room had a long and spacious entrance hallway, which effectively eliminated any potential noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms. The room faced a somewhat busier street, but we always felt completely safe in the area. There were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel also had a smaller but perfectly adequate gym. There were enough elevators to handle even the heavier traffic during breakfast hours relatively well. The breakfast area itself was spacious, and even on busy days we were always able to find a place to sit.

The hotel had a rather small and confusing lobby, and the reception area itself felt poorly organized. The concierge desk looked more like a doorman’s table than a proper concierge service. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was somewhat disappointing. We did not feel entirely comfortable walking on the carpets or using the bathroom. Upon arrival, we checked the room carefully for bed bugs, and fortunately everything was fine in that respect. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower was barely large enough for a larger person. With the bathroom door open, there was practically no space left to move around. Breakfast was chaotic every morning, mainly because of the large number of guests, and the situation was made even worse by the barriers and queue-control systems placed around the breakfast area to manage the flow of people. What shocked us the most was the tableware provided at breakfast. We felt as if we were eating in a prison cafeteria, using paper plates and plastic cutlery, while coffee and juice were served in paper or plastic cups. Proper plates, cups, glasses, and metal cutlery were completely absent. We stayed at the hotel for more than a week, and the breakfast selection was exactly the same every single day, which became quite repetitive and annoying after a while. During one of the routine room cleanings, the housekeeper effectively asked for a tip by leaving a card with a QR code in the room. The card also included her name so that the payment could be assigned directly to her.

Tive a minha carteira roubada no quarto, o que gerou um sentimento de muita insegurança e stress.

La ubicación es un mil!! La habitación es amplia para los standards de New York, la velocidad del check in, la amabilidad del personal, en especial cuando tuvimos que dejar las maletas para irnos más tarde! Las dejan bajo llave, y el señor que nos atendió fue muy amable!

Ero preoccupato leggendo le recensioni su ascensori, colazione e dimensioni camere. In verità sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso. Le camere non sono grandi, sono piccole, ma per me che in albergo ci sto solo per dormire e fare doccia va più che bene (erano solo 3 notti e questo può incidere). Colazione, non era vastissima come scelta, ma c'era un abbondanza sia salato che dolce e (andando in orario giusti...mattina presto) riuscivo tranquillamente a fare colazione senza dover fare file interminabili. A volte ho atteso l'ascensore, ma il massimo saranno stati 5 minuti di attesa. Posizione comodissima.

Camere, anche se per me andava bene, non troppo grande, il divanetto doveva essere richiuso ogni mattina per potersi muovere. SOPRATTUTTO due cose: - ho dimenticato i miei occhiali da vista, ho contattato telefonicamente più volte l'hotel, ho anche mandato messaggi, nessuna risposta!!! Avevo un'amica in vacanza a NY sarebbe passata a recuperare facilmente...non ho notizie dei miei occhiali - hanno preso cauzione da due camere a mio nome 100+100 dollari, sono passati più di 10gg da checkout e ancora non ho avuto indietro i soldi.

Posizione centrale a 7 minuti dal centro di Times Square e altrettanti minuti dalla metro. Hotel che da tutti i servizi che servono e a buon prezzo rispetto alla media. Camera tripla piccolina, bisogna adattarsi un po, bagno piccolo ma non manca niente. Colazione buona, anche se nelle ore piu tarde si può trovare un po di coda cosi come per l ascensore ma niente di esagerato. Consiglio di non chiedere i piani piu alti per non aspettare troppo l'ascensore alla mattina.

The he elevators took too long… waited 15 mins still didn’t come so I took the stairs from 12th floor to lobby. The rooms are small it’s equipped with space saving in mind….the AC was not that great got better air with cracking the window open and the water pressure in the shower was horrible.

⭐ 0/10 — Extremely Unsatisfactory Stay I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Hyatt Place New York/Times Square. I booked two rooms through Booking.com, paying approximately $250 CAD for one room for one night, expecting at minimum a comfortable and peaceful place to sleep. Unfortunately, that was not the experience at all. One of the rooms had an air-conditioning unit making a loud and disturbing noise. However, the AC in the other room — where two of us were staying — was even worse. It was making an extremely loud banging noise that sounded like someone repeatedly hitting or banging directly above the ceiling. This happened when I was almost asleep and completely disrupted my sleep. I had already driven approximately 9 hours from Toronto to New York, so getting proper rest was especially important. Instead, I had to get out of bed while half asleep and go down to the front desk to report the issue. A staff member eventually came to the room, inspected the AC, and acknowledged that there was a problem with the unit. He said that the AC was damaged/needed repair and disconnected the air vent. While this stopped the terrible noise, it also meant that we were left without air conditioning. At that point, we tried to sleep again, but the room became uncomfortably hot. We simply could not get proper rest. I therefore had to go back to the front desk again at approximately 3:30 AM to complain about the situation. By then, a huge portion of the night had already been wasted dealing with a problem that should never have occurred in the first place. The receptionist eventually offered to move us to another room. However, the staff’s facial expressions and overall reaction made us feel as though our complaints were an inconvenience to them. When guests are dealing with a serious room problem in the middle of the night, especially after a long drive, I would expect empathy and a more professional response.

Breakfast was so busy, but I don't think that could be helped with it being free and only open till 10:30 or so.

Housekeeping was inconsistent, but that was not an overly big deal. 3 people in the room and only two towels left once, but it got remedied quickly. Biggest issue is I was charged more than I booked it for and was not given the refund on the "deposit" to get the credit card in the system. Not pleased with that--only $39.28 more than I reserved the room at, unless they charged us for the 4 waters or an extra bath towel or blanket they left in the room, I don't recall any extra charges.
