Rooms are very spacious and includes various amenities. Breakfast is nice and diverse. Room cleaning service people like Nagaraj ji were really kind and respectful. And so were the people at desk. Overall I believe I will miss this place.

Great experience overall, Debashish (Dev) in the Oakleaf Lounge was super helpful. The great staff here is what makes this hotel worth its name. Dev was very professional and considerate, and understood my preferences with respect to food very soon, and would go above and beyond in serving certain items for breakfast. This special treatment definitely adds a feather to the cap of Oakwood. I wish all the staff of Oakwood success in their respective roles!

We recently stayed at Oakwood Residence, Whitefield, Bangalore for a month and it was an amazing experience for me and my family. Right from the time we checked in (around 4am in the morning) and the time we checked out, the entire staff right from the security guards and the front office desk staff (Ankita, Surjan, Sebak, Prem and others) was always helpful and wished me and family each time we entered and left the hotel. They always greeted us with a smile, opened the doors and elevators for us and always asked us for our well being. I think that the overall experience of your stay depends on all aspects of the services that are provided by the facility. We were situated in a super deluxe 2 room accommodation with a good sized kitchen and all the appliances needed. The cleaning team were simply amazing, starting right with Nagarajan, Neelamoy and Sneha. They made sure that our room were cleaned thoroughly each time we asked them and also they catered to our last minutes needs such as getting us fresh towels, making beds, changing sheets, vacuuming and wiping the floors, restocking our dishwasher and washer dryer. They always were cordial and smiling regarding our ask. One of the other major aspects of anyone’s stay is the food at the facility and the staff that serves you and I would say since I travel a lot for my work, it was one of best experiences especially for my family. The entire staff starting with Sanjay, Koushik, Subham, Tanu, Sagar, Jay Chandra, Deva, Ankush were always eager and happy to help, they catered to all our needs and then some. We were especially pleased that they celebrated my daughter’s birthday at the hotel with a cake and candles and the whole deal. This was really a pleasant surprise to all of us as we came back in the evening after a long day outside the hotel. Overall, I was really glad with the entire experience and would highly recommend to anyone planning to stay there for any duration. Always a pleasant experience staying here. I'd request to keep the swimming pool open till later in the night, so we could actually use it when we get back from a long day at work.

Nothing in particular. The experience from Checkin to Check out was excellent. The rooms were good. The pillows were too soft and not comfortable. Also parking spaces for cars, mostly filled up.

We stayed at Oakwood Residence with family for over a month when we moved to Bengaluru, and we felt completely at home. All the staff from the front desk to maintenance and the restaurant are thoroughly professional. They are extremely courteous and always ready to help. In particular, Ankita and Shrayansh at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. ​The apartment also has great amenities, including a gym, a restaurant, kids play area, swimming pool and most importantly direct access to the Nexus Neighborhood Mall. The location is incredibly convenient, whether you are commuting to the IT parks (Ecoworld, Bagmane, ITPL) or sending kids to the international schools in the Sarjapur corridor. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a short- or long-term stay.

It was a decent stay, but did not look like a 5 star experience. Breakfast was very average on all the days, and they did not have some vegetables like mushroom, spinach, etc available. Not a very grand stay as well.

I had a truly pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality and professionalism of the staff throughout my visit. Every team member was attentive, courteous, and highly efficient in ensuring that all requests were handled promptly and with genuine care. Their warm attitude and willingness to help created a welcoming atmosphere that made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The service standards, attention to detail, and commitment to guest comfort were clearly visible in every interaction. Food was lovely, compliments to the chef. Very good room which was pool facing and great privacy

We stayed at this property for 15 days while relocating to a new city with my family and looking back, choosing this hotel was honestly one of the best decisions we made. From day one, the entire staff was consistently polite, warm and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. What truly stood out, though, was the level of care and comfort they made my parents feel, especially since I had to be outside for most of the daytime because of relocation work. A very special mention to **Jwmwi**, our housekeeper. She went far beyond what one would normally expect. My parents are not used to travelling much or staying in a completely new city for long durations, but she made them feel genuinely comfortable and at ease every single day. Whether it was helping them get accustomed to things around the apartment, assisting whenever they needed something or simply being kind and attentive, she handled everything with so much warmth and patience. As a son, it genuinely gave me peace of mind knowing my parents were being looked after so thoughtfully while I was away during the day. My mother especially became very comfortable around her because of how caring, patient, and warm she was throughout the stay. That kind of empathy is rare and deserves appreciation. The food experience throughout the stay was excellent as well. Breakfast every day had a great variety and never felt repetitive. There were plenty of healthy and regular options, a wide selection of coffee and beverages, and desserts as well. We also dined multiple times at Oakleaf, and honestly every meal there was consistently good regardless of what we ordered from the menu. If I had to point out one minor area for improvement, it would probably be communication at the front office occasionally, but it was never anything serious enough to affect the warmth or comfort of the stay. Overall, this was a wonderful experience for us as a family during an important transition phase in life. Thank you to the entire team for making those first 15 days in a new city feel comfortable, welcoming, and memorable.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this service apartment. A special mention to Manager Agilan for his excellent hospitality and professionalism. From arranging car bookings to providing helpful advice on rentals, everything was handled seamlessly. He was always available and ensured that even adhoc requests were taken care of promptly. The entire staff was extremely courteous, kind, and helpful at all times. From the security team assisting with unloading luggage, to the reception staff arranging medicines for urgent needs and coordinating cab services everyone went above and beyond. Even the senior staff personally helped with carrying luggage to and from the room, which was truly appreciated. We stayed in a two-bedroom deluxe apartment, which was perfect for a family of four. Additional requests, such as accommodating an extra person, were handled smoothly. The booking process was also very convenient and efficiently managed over the phone. Overall, it was a perfect stay. Mr. Agilan’s leadership clearly reflects in the high standard of hospitality maintained by his team. I would highly recommend this place for both short-term and long-term stays.

Mr. Sebak, the young person, and other hotel personnels and the Taxl Driver had helped to get to the Manipal hospital after my father had fallen and injured in the room due to perkinson's disease, last yr 2025 April.
