Overall Ambience was good. Staff was reasonably good, until the very last day with the Checkout process.

As part of the Checkout Process, I didn't appreciate that they sent someone to check the room for any consumption when I was still there, after they had asked me if I had consumed anything, which I answered "No". After checking, during checkout, the person still asks me the same question - did I have anything from Mini Bar. This is after them sending someone to my room while I was still there, to verify and confirm that nothing has been consumed. I told him, you have confirmed that there is no consumption, and still you are asking me. He didn't have anything to say. I found that absolutely, non trust worthy.

Property is just mid range and not a 5* experiment

There is no hotel lobby. The checkin service very poor and definitely not a 5* experience

The resort itself is awesome, and overall we had a good experience. However, a few staff interactions were disappointing. The receptionist lady was not very welcoming and had a bad attitude while explaining things to us. Also, while we were at the pool, one of the staff members spoke to us in an angry manner, which made us feel uncomfortable. Apart from these incidents, everything else was good. With better staff attitude and hospitality, the overall experience could be much better.

It was lovely staying.. Sandipa was one of the highlights of our stay. Her cheerful attitude, thoughtful service, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely cared for. She handled everything with grace and professionalism. A big thank you to Sandipa for making our stay special

Very nice stay within the city to relax and enjoy. Sandipa, Karan and Swaraj helped us out in the reception to have a nice check-in and Checkout experience.

The location is superb within the city and not have to drive too much to reach the destination, atmosphere feels good with all the lovely staff and the stay was for my daughter’s birthday and the it was really amazing especially miss Sandipa gave us an amazing surprise with the cake and celebrating my daughters birthday. I would recommend everyone to consider if you’re planning for family getaway.

We checked in on 12tth August. The Resort is well maintained, very clean, pool is large and very clean. Restaurant is excelkent. Other facilities are also good. Staff is courteous and well mannered. Mis. madhu needs special appreciation for excellent managerial skills. Worth the the money.

It's a family trip, and we enjoyed a lot we planned weekend trip to this resort just it's near to our flat and everything was good presentable staffs and special mention to the che ur his great dishes and his staff we are helping us 3 member of us and Housekeeping staff was extremely supportive and really had a good experience thanks to madhu for her hospitality thansk to all

I booked this place for business travel for 3 days. The place, the ambience, the maintenance, cleanliness, behaviour of the staffs and food are awesome and it was overall a great experience staying here. Looking forward to visit the place again. Sandipa greeted with great smile and behaviour, guided for seamless check in and was always checking about the experience of the stay.

I would like to thank the staff for incorporating our requests from the early planning stages to executing them seamlessly, such that we could focus on the event and our families on the day. Every detail - from the food to coordination with the decorator to arranging rooms and placing of furniture at Rajgarh Hall - was executed very professionally, as was the check-out and closing of matters. This time around, the entire restaurant staff had a very unfriendly feel. The staff either was very tired or overworked...not sure, but at any time, breakfast, lunch, tea or dinner...at both restaurants the feel was very unwelcoming and 90% of them seemed absolutely uninterested. Big contrast from all the other staff.

Beautiful grounds. Various amenities like tennis, pickle ball, basketball and badminton. The pool is the highlight with a lap pool and a relaxing pool. Clean and comfortable rooms with excellent service.

Food was a mixed bag. Breakfast was very good. Dinner à la carte could have been better tasting for some dishes

The rooms were very spacious. The staff was friendly. The place was neat and tidy.

All the suite rooms are on the 1st floor and this information is not mentioned anywhere. I had booked suite rooms and was travelling with parents who are 82 and 80. So, not ideal. Also, the lawn is given for private parties which is OK. But they should not allow mike and loud music. This get together was from 12 noon to 5 pm with Mic and Music. This meant we couldn't sleep in the afternoon as it is next to the guest rooms.

Great place to stay within one of the finest community surrounding the club. We really enjoyed peaceful vibe the place offered and staff behaviour that was clearly exceptional. We also took a full day cab that needed person driving us to wait for several hours while we attended school interviews and one assigned to us was Niranjan Singh who was extra helpful and nice offering us required information and being patient all the time.

The hotel stands out for offering numerous amenities and services that cater to different guest preferences and needs. Whether it was the spacious rooms, quality dining options, or convenient facilities, there was something for everyone. I recently visited Palm Meadows Resort, Bangalore, with my mother, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The location is simply amazing. Despite being within the city, the moment you enter the property, it feels like a relaxing holiday destination. The resort is beautiful, extremely clean, well-maintained, and offers all the amenities expected from a five-star property. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality of the entire team. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous, professional, attentive, and quick to assist. They took such wonderful care of my mother, who is a senior citizen, and made our stay extremely comfortable. A special mention to Dijung, who assisted my mother with her wheelchair, patiently showed us around the property, and was incredibly polite and caring throughout our visit. His dedication to guest service was truly commendable, and he deserves special recognition for the outstanding experience he provides. The spa experience was equally impressive. The receptionist took the time to explain the different oils, therapies, and treatments, helping us make informed choices. My therapist, Brooklyn, was exceptional. The massage was deeply relaxing, and her professionalism and expertise made it one of the best spa experiences I have had in a long time. The restaurant was another highlight. The food was delicious, service was prompt, and the staff attended to guests with great warmth and efficiency. Every meal was enjoyable. The swimming pool is absolutely stunning and, in my opinion, one of the best in Bangalore. My sincere apologies if I have missed mentioning anyone by name, but every member of the Palm Meadows team contributed to making our visit memorable. Pleasant atmosphere good service

A wonderful experience from start to finish — absolutely faultless. The team at Palm Meadows Resort were superb throughout, with special thanks to Sunic, Niranjan, Navdeeb, and Deepak for their outstanding hospitality. A particular highlight was the driving tour of Bengaluru organised by the hotel, which provided a fantastic way to experience the city, including visits to the Shiva Temple, Botanical Gardens, National Art Museum, and Royal Palace. I would highly recommend Palm Meadows Resort to anyone visiting the area.

Breakfast options were not good. Staff was not that cooperative in morning in reataurant, neither had time to manage more people. The cot for baby was given to us qothout informong that it was freshly painted. The room service was slow.

The impressive variety of swimming pools is worth mentioning. The hospitality was excellent throughout our stay, with friendly and attentive staff. We loved the small open balcony that overlooked the lawn area.

The poolside and lawn areas are popular spots for hosting events like birthday parties - something to keep in mind if you are looking for absolute, silent seclusion. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but it was kept very clean and functional.
