Goed hotel met een mooie comfortabele kamer met een goed bed en ook een kluisje. Het personeel is heel behulpzaam. Je kunt bij de receptie handdoeken halen voor bij het zwembad. Het is een fijn zwembad met een poolbar. We hebben de laatste avond in het restaurant bij het hotel gegeten en dat heeft ons aangenaam verrast.

Jammer dat de poolbar vroeg dicht gaat en zelfs in het weekend een dag helemaal niet open was.

Hotel perfetto. Posizione ottima a pochi minuti dalla zona archeologica, location spettacolare. Veramente tutto ok.

We chose this hotel to visit the maya ruins near Palenque. The hotel is in the jungle : you can see cute little animals in the threes and beautiful birds, the kids were really happy. There are two pools, really cool for chidren and to relax after you have visited the ruins. The room was quiet, beautiful, clean. The breakfast during weekend was a buffet, really tasty and lots of food : perfect.

We are vegetarians and would have loved more vegetarian options on the menu of the restaurant. (The restaurant is really good, just lacking some vegetarian options to be perfect)

Almost everything was amazing. The hotel is so beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the pools were so nice and well kept. The people working in the garden and the cleaners were all very polite.

The restaurant staff was not at all up to the task. They were rude, not helpful and very slow. I don't know why, but the Thursday we were staying there, the breakfast buffet was not available, so we ordered something off the menu. I ordered a fruit plate which normally should come (according to the menu) with yoghurt and agave. I just got a plate with three slices of melon, pineapple and some other fruit. That wouldn't really have bothered me, if it hadn't taken them 45 MINUTES to bring me this (while there was almost no one else there, btw). And than they had the nerve to act mad when I didn't give them a tip. Really, so disappointing. Also, the first night we got there, it was really late, I was really grateful that we could still eat something, however, as a vegetarian, the only option is pasta with oil. Overall, the restaurant was not at all up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

El lugar es amplio y bonito, las habitaciones están limpias y son cómodas a nivel de cama y almohadas, el contar con 2 albercas ayuda mucho a no tener que caminar tanto de la habitación al área de alberca

El are de bar, es muy escaso, ademas no hubo luz por casi un día y medio, y su generador de luz no es muy potente ya que solo había una sola luz y dormir sin aire acondicionado fue lo peor ya que se sentía mucho calor, y bueno a comparación de otros hoteles si se vía que están más iluminados con sus generadores, y el hotel no tomo alguna medida para compensar ese problema, muy mal en ese aspecto

Me gustó la ubicación, el hotel en general es muy agradable. El personal se portó amable. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, solo que de repente escuchábamos la conversación de la habitación junto a la nuestra. Pero, fuera de eso, todo es excelente.

Qué aceptan mascotas y destinan un bloque especial de habitaciones para los visitantes que viajamos con compañeritos peludos. Los mejores espacios del hotel son los camastros ubicados afuera del temazcal y la alberca pequeña que está en la parte superior del hotel, ambos colindan con una cañada que permite disfrutar el encanto de la naturaleza. Tambien mientras caminas por los andadores del hotel puedes observar a una familia de sereques.

Tout. L'hôtel est implanté dans la forêt à 1,5 km du site de Palenque. Les chambres sont dans des petits bâtiments réparties dans la forêt donc complètement au calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, avec bonne literie et air conditionné. La douche et sanitaire ok. Piscine magnifique avec bar. Grand espace de restauration pour petit déjeuner et autres repas. Wifi nickel sur l'ensemble de l'hôtel. Une très belle expérience, nous recommandons sans réserve.

The pool was nice. The rooms were fine.

I asked them to freeze a gel pack for me and paid extra to get a room with a minifridge, as we had medication that needed refrigeration. They had the gel pack for 2 nights. When I went to retrieve it upon checking out for a daylong car trip, it was not frozen. It was barely cold. I don't know what failure happened but it was extremely upsetting. Luckily our tour company had a cooler and were able to get ice for it to keep it cold during the trip.

The pool was great and the pool bar waitress was really nice and friendly. One member of staff at the reception was great. The room was OK with comfy beds. The waiters at the restaurant were friendly and offered good service.

For a 5-star hotel, most of the reception staff were not offering 5-star service. When we checked in early we paid extra, the member of staff did not even tell us about the facilities in the place nor did he tell us where breakfast was etc (that's basic). The room was just OK but no mini fridges, only coffee on offer which is not 5-star.

The hotel is in the middle of the jungle, waking up is a treat. A pair of macaws stay around the mango trees and add beauty to the place. The hummingbirds abound around the beautiful flowers. This hotel allows extended stay later than regular checkout time for an extra fee. The property is within a walking distance of 20 minutes from Palenque National Park.

Great swimming pool and a secluded location with fabulous biodiversity. Our room was spacious and quiet. Staff are lovely — Beatriz, Josue and Alejandro were really friendly and helpful!

Breakfast wasn’t included in the room cost and meals were quite pricey. Food wasn’t incredible and there were almost no vegetarian options. A lot of items/options we chose ended up being unavailable. It’s a great resort but paying upwards of £25 for a meal for two (including alcohol) three times a day was off putting.

Minpunten: ⁃ Je bent bijna verplicht om elke dag 13€ per persoon te betalen voor het ontbijtbuffet. ⁃ Geen waterdispensers ⁃ Geen supermarkt in de buurt ⁃ Restaurants op 20+ minuten loopafstand ⁃ 1 zwembad werd gerenoveerd, erg jammer en daardoor druk bij het andere zwembad. ⁃ Werkzaamheden recht voor onze kamer. ⁃ Kakkerlak in de badkamer

Tolle Lage um die Ruinen von Palenque zu erkunden. Sehr ruhig in einem schönen Garten gelegen. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Gutes Housekeeping, alles sehr sauber.

Abendessen war eine Enttäuschung, besser außerhalb essen gehen. Speisesaal hat Atmosphäre einer Bahnhofswartehalle.

We had an executive room (next to the pond). Really nice. The booked room (standard) had no view at all. The pool and the garden are beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant may not be cozy but the food is really good. Staff very friendly.

Staff at the reception quite unfriendly and next to no help at all. Hard to believe that at such an important position you find such unmotivated personnel.

Agradecer especialmente la atención de Ildefonso ya que durante mi estancia sufrí una crisis asmática y él me indico el médico al que acudía su mujer y gracias a él pude recuperarme. Tb agradecer la amabilidad de Josué - el camarero de la piscina - siempre atento a nosotros y con una capacidad de trabajo extraordinaria. El personal es lo mejor del hotel, las chicas de la limpieza tb son encantadoras y eficaces. La comida y la atención en el restaurante un 10.

La habitación tenía humedad y se notaba nada más entrar por el olor. Supongo que por el entorno que es húmedo.

Everything was wonderful! This place is like a full-fledged resort, with many amenities, a lovely pool, great restaurant, beautiful grounds. Loved it!

We really enjoyed our two-night stay here. The King room was large and comfortable and the pool--even on a cloudy day--was a good place to relax after touring. The bartender Josue was friendly and attentive. In fact, all of the staff were. We had Alfonso and Christian as servers in the restaurant. I included some photos of our dinner and breakfast there. The breakfast was buffet one day because there was a group inhouse and a la carte the second day. Both menus had savory and healthy options. Well located for touring the ruins and other eco sites nearby.

The hotel was conveniently situated close to the ancient ruins & Palanque was only a shot taxi ride away. The pool area was lovely & the water was refreshing. Water & coffee were provided in the room. The breakfast was delicious, although not included.

The room smelt a bit musty, but was ok once the fan or AC was on.

The hotel is in a perfect location close to the ruins and downtown. Nice grounds with 2 swimming pools and greenery, but they tend to get crowded by large groups of people partying which can ruin the peaceful vibe. The restaurant serves very good food, but its pretty expensive.

There is nowhere for people to get drinking water or to refill their bottles. Considering the heat in the area, you would think having some fountains for guest use would be helpful. The rooms are not very sound proofed, as you can hear everything next door.

Bedroom villas very nice with hammock outside. Pool area beautiful. Food menu was pretty good. Without a car it is difficult to go out to town and eat. we ended up just eating in the hotel.

The dining area is a hall - not much atmosphere - air conditioned to freezing and with loud music. It would be so nice to be able to listen to the jungle in peace.

El hotel se encuentra en una zona que tiene mucho contacto con la naturaleza. Me encantó que estaba muy limpio, las habitaciones y los espacios son de buen tamaño, la cama me pareció muy cómoda para descansar, total confort, las habitacion que me asignaron estaba excenta de ruido, perfecta para relajarse. El personal muy amable sobre todo las mucamas y los botones. El hotel en general está muy bonito, la zona de la alberca muy limpia y agradable.

La televisión no tiene un buen volumen, ni buena calidad de imagen, estaría genial que actualizarán dichos equipos.

The location is near the Queens of Maya tribe in the middle of the jungle so you should consider taking a taxi for the centre.(80 pesos because collectivo until 5 pm). The pool looks amazing and also the place. The staff helped us with everything we needed.

The buffet of the breakfast was okay but expensive not that good. Also the food in the restaurant is not that good. The room wasn’t clean. Also the rooms are not sound proof. The staff not smiling and don’t know English that well.
