Very typical holiday in express room - very near to Lincoln town Centre. Please note that you can pay for the parking on a machine once you get into the hotel and don’t have to mess around with the machine outside in the car park.

Easy to check in, good location and parking available. Breakfast included was okay, staff were pleasant.

I thought it was a bit expensive

The staff were very helpful from the time we arrived until we left. We were allocated a room at the back of the hotel which was quieter bearing in mind the overnight roadworks taking place over the weekend. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast offered a good deal of choice.

Excellent modern hotel Staff 1st class made us and our dog welcome All went out of the way to make our stay special!!!

Staff were pleasant & professional, but had limited knowledge. One staff member was excellent a real problem solver and a friendly helpful attitude.

Hot breakfast could be lukewarm, depending on when things were refilled. Some of the pastries weren't as fresh as they could be. Coffee was passable. Lack of disabled facilities showed a lack of thought & understanding of needs of people with mobility issues.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well prepared for our arrival. Breakfast was decent and provided a good start to the day. The location was excellent for our needs and made getting around very convenient. Our host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and everything had been thoughtfully prepared before we arrived. The check-in process was smooth, easy, and straightforward. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to return.

Both members of the checking in team were very miserable. Checking in and ordering drinks at the bar seemed to be a chore for them both. Absolutely no conversation from them just direct approach. no manners at all.

The room was very noisy!!!!! Never before in 50 years of overnight stays have I stayed in a hotel where earplugs were provided. Appalling!. The bed was too small and the pillows inadequate. Nowhere was a £11 carpark fee indicated. Will not stay here again.

Location, it was very convenient to the town center

Room was comfortable, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

It was a little noisy - it was next to a road that was having roadworks done. It wasn't terrible and it didn't stop us sleeping - and earplugs were provided.

Good location, within the heart of the student campus, but quiet in August. Great lounge/bar area downstairs and a good breakfast spread. One eve, the hotel hosted approx 20 cyclists on a weekend tour. They stored bicycles upstairs in their rooms, with no inconvenience to other guests

There were lots of confusing roadworks directly outside the hotel, making navigation by road to the carpark very complicated. Not the hotel’s fault, and they compensated by not charging us for the weekends parking

Everything the breakfast I wouldn’t give to my dog. Plates and cutlery not cleaned properly! I got a drink from the fridge! £3.60 for a lucazade! Dirty/ unkept hotel! Everywhere you looked it was so unclean. No cold water in the bathroom just hot. Staff not friendly or welcoming.

Extremely clean, bathroom was spotless, shower was hot and perfect pressure! The receptionist went through the allergen list with me. Bed was extremely comfy and room was quiet!

Some more options at breakfast like fried eggs or omelette would be nice.

£69 one night stay with breakfast for 2. I asked for a rate the following night as I wanted to extend my stay. £159 for 1 person the following night. It’s good value at £69 but I would not be willing to pay £159. £11 parking fee for 24 hrs.

Lot of road works close to the hotel. Extra fee for parking. Breakfast is slightly chaotic (the small buffet room gets too crowded) and there could be a greater choice of fresh fruit.

The friendly staff the reception clean and open. The room was comfortable the air con could be controlled to your liking. You have a kettle so can make your own drinks which was nice they have an area to hang clothes.

The room didn't have shelfs so could only hang stuff or move towels to have a space to store stuff you can't hang. The location was a bit further than I expected but that didn't effect experience

We thought £30 was an excessive charge for the dog, especially as our dog made no mess and the room was definitely not clean when we arrived. Not quite sure what the £30 charge was for!

Location and views are nice. Bed comfortable.

First room was not clean so had to change rooms. Shower was not pleasant due to weak water pressure and going hot and cold. The hand soap was empty and not replaced. Room service on tidying and changing towels etc was okay and didn’t replace milk.

The hotel was good value and in a convenient location for exploring lincoln.

I can't remember the staff members name, but she was 10/10 excellent. I can't say enough about how above and beyond she went for us. I do apologise for not remembering her name. She helped with an early book in and help with parking. She was great!

Found the place to be very clean and near the centre of Lincoln. Had a problem with getting into the room but was quickly solved by the owner. Wasn't the best view from the window but didn't matter.

There was a lot of road construction and we had some challenges navigating to and from the hotel when we tried to go to the center of Lincoln, but I expect that won't be an issue once the construction is finished.

Good sized clean room with excellent bathroom. Lovely little lobby bar which stayed open late.

Price was probably higher than if I booked direct which is worth noting for the future.

Staff excelent. Room a good size, clean and tidy. Breakfast ok. Luke warm. And we ate early.

We had two curry's different types, both were not very good. One had chicken in bread crumbs, terrible. The other had chicken chunks again not good.

Consistently good hotel, I have stayed here before and never had any problems here. Breakfast is basic but delicious and nice to have it included in the price. Use the reception to pay for parking - it is more expensive over the phone.

We were there : August 16th to August 19th what a Wonderful location, excellent quick check in, a very knowledgeable man about the area on reception called “Robin”, He made our little break extra special helping with our family members 70th birthday breakfast, helping me to put a banner on the table and helping seating us all, Thank you Robin, also a big shout out to “Mia” who sorted out all the amazing breakfast checking there was always enough of everything. Lincoln is a wonderful city and we will definitely come back and definitely stay at this hotel again 👍

Traffic noise on Saturday night was very bad even from 5 floors up, boy racers till early hours, although we appreciate this is not the hotels fault.

Breakfast well prepared and plenty of choice and amount . Restaurant staff very pleasant and helpful.

There were massive roadworks around the hotel that blocked access. We took the diversion and evening staff helped direct us to hotel car park, sorted out payment and showed us where to get late night food.

Very close to Lincoln Town centre you can walk there. Convenient for parking. Staff always lovely.

Carpet a bit grubby in the room. Shower head wouldn't hold when having a shower and kept turning. Shower gel wouldn't pump and had to keep pouring into hand to use. only minor bumps in an otherwise lovely stay.

The breakfast was excellent, a wide variety to suit all tastes, well cooked and unlimited. What’s not to like?

Had to do a one night stay while works were happening at my house in Lincoln so was just an overnight and not a leisure visit. But the car park was good, staff friendly, room clean, comfy bed and my room had a fold out sofa bed as well as the double bed so I could stretch on and enjoy some film watching

it is not the hotels' fault but the roundabout outside was having a lot of roadworks which made getting in and out of the car park a little tricky and although I was at the back of the hotel there was still noise from the overnight works which are apparently going on until September so be aware
