Beautiful well kept private villa with own pool. Clean, great service. Well located. Staff very attentive and helpful.

we were greeted by staff on our arrival which was after 9,00pm and shown to the villa everything was explained

we found the lighting was a little dull if we needed to do something that needed a bit brighted light.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, location to beach and Icon shopping mall, restaurants, the private pool and gym were also a great bonus.

It’s a bit tired in places, needs a refresh.

Absolute privacy.

Fantastic location, close to the mall and shopping spots. 2 min walk to the boardwalk and lots of options for dining near by. Quite as it is slightly tucked away from the hustle bustle of the main area. If you want to venture out for more shopping and massage options, take a left when you exit the property and the main road offers a lot of other options. You can walk all the way around to the back entrance of the icon mall. Easy and not as many hagglers.

Enjoyed everything.

The location is sensational, the layout of the villa and complex is great. The breakfast was very generous with a wide selection.

Villas are spacious, clean and situated so close to Sindhu Beach and the breakfast has improved from our last visit 2 years ago. Staff were very helpful.

Not so much a dislike but just a comment that there were a couple of small maintenance issues that could've been addressed although they didn't impact on our stay.

Nous n’avons pas pu dormir durant tout le séjour c est a dire 3 nuits, bruit infernal ( le va et vient des scooters )toute la journée jusqu’à 01h du matin et reprise à 06h. La villa est vieillotte, les stores en bois ne fonctionnent pas du coup il faut oublier la grasse mat car la lumière rentre dans la chambre. Le matelas du lit principal doit être changé. La piscine est à l’ombre donc froide. Le café du petit déjeuner est imbuvable.beaucoup d’effort à faire pour mériter un 4 étoiles. Par contre le personnel est sympa. Das Zimmer mit dem private Pool ist perfekt und sehr schön gestaltet. Wenn man mit Kindern verreist, ist es ein absolutes Highlight. Sehr gute Frühstücksauswahl. Das Hotelrestaurant ist eine gute Alternative, wenn man doch nicht zum Essen suchen rauslaufen will. Sehr ruhig gelegen, aber in wenigen Fußschritten ist man direkt am Strand und das neue Icon Mail ist in 5 min erreichbar.

Der Zeitpunkt des Cleaning Services war uns bis zuletzt ein Mysterium. Andererseits ist die Villa so geräumig, dass man einfach nur in den Außenbereich umziehen muss, wenn der Cleaning Service da war. Der Außenpool ist sehr schön, nur leider war das Wasser zum Teil leicht grün.

Loved the outside area and the pool was a good size in the villas also their main pool was lovely and the position was great. The staff were lovely and so helpful

The outside shower wasn’t that great the Water pressure was just not there. Just didn’t like the access to the beach with all the market ladies hassling you every time you walked by.

Wir hatten die Villa mit den 2 Schlafzimmern und dem eigenen Pool gebucht. Die Zimmer bzw. das ganze Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber in gepflegtem Zustand. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und die Betten bequem. In 5 min zu Fuß ist man bei der Icon Bali (große Mall). Die Pools sind alle sehr schön.

Unsere Villa lag nah an der Straße und der Straßenlärm war nachts störend. Man muss genaue Zeiten zum Frühstücken angeben, an die sich dann aber das Hotel überhaupt nicht gebunden fühlt - und zwar egal, ob man in der Villa oder im Restaurant frühstückt. Die Qualität des Frühstücks lässt zu wünschen übrig.

The buildings are over due for repair & maintenance. Villa 116 needs attention; on the outdoor decking boards and door way step, there is a globe that doesn't turn off in the bathroom and floors were not cleaned at start of our stay. It seems to be under staffed and no atmosphere. Going to the Zodiac bar for happy hours was actually quite sad.

Friendly staff .. great location .. very comfortable facilities with the private pool .. definite recommend .. my partner & myself will definitely be back

Traditional style villas, quiet, great location, shaded sun lounges, nice outdoor area with couch and 2 lounge chairs, friendly staff, pool great temperature. Walking distance to many cafes along beach, market stalls and IKON Shopping Centre. A basic breakfast could be sent to your villa or eaten at their Restaurant on site.

Wat een heerlijke villa! Echt genieten van de ruimte, het zwembad en de buitendouche was heerlijk. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en hebben we bij de villa laten bezorgen. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je zit zo op de boulevard bij het strand. We zouden hier zeker teruggaan.

Zoals in de recensies al te lezen was, ligt het resort aan een doorgangsweg naar het strand dus het geluid van scooters hoor je goed 's nachts. Ze bieden standaard oordopjes aan. Geen bezwaar voor ons want op de heerlijke bedden val je zo in slaap.

ロケーションはとてもよかったです。サヌールエリアは初めて泊まりましたが、ビーチに近く、散歩をするにもご飯を食べに行くにも抜群に良い場所です。ホテルのプールも静かでのんびりできました。朝ごはんもおいしかったです。

2ベッドルームのビラでしたが、メインではない方のレインシャワーがカビだらけでした。メインルームのシャワーが綺麗でしたのでそちらを使いました。

Water pressure was quite low. Having a good shower was quite difficult.

Tolle Villen mit eigenem Pool. Die Lage für die Zeit in Sanur ist wirklich super. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, man kann es in die Villa bestellen. Der Service ist wirklich super.

Très bel établissement à taille humaine, tout proche de la plage. Nous avions une villa 2 chambres avec piscine privée, tout simplement exceptionnel. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux avec beaucoup de choix

Les villas donnent sur la rue, donc un peu de bruit, mais la direction nous avait prévenu. Franchement après 22h, nous avions plus aucun bruit

Perfect location, relaxing time spent around the private villa pool. Close to beach and numerous restaurants, bars and shopping.

Only slight negative is they need to keep maintenance up as the property gets older.

Beautiful peaceful villa. Just steps away from the beach and great restaurants. Staff at the villa were absolutely gorgeous. We had no issues at all. The breakfast was delicious with amazing choices and delivered to the villa if requested. We will be coming back and staying again.

The location is the best redeeming feature of this place

It is very tired and needs a total overhaul. The shower both inside and outside ones didn’t work so the whole time we couldn’t have a proper shower . The bidet hose wasn’t functioning correctly. The blinds were broken so couldn’t block out the light so there was no chance of a sleep in. The aircon rattled all night. Bed sheets and pillows were stained and yellow as were the mattress protectors .staff are nice but I think they are battling to try to make things hold together. The pool area and gardens are kept nice and clean. Unfortunately unless there was a major upgrade I choose to stay here again

It is beautiful and clean villa with a huge pool. The community pool is great and quite private

I booked 2 adults and a child via booking with breakfast and paid in advance, and when we arrived to the villa they wanted an extra charge for my daughters breakfast even though it was already paid for so I don’t think that was fair. We got only 2 breakfast per day, no towel nor bed for her. I did not want to discuss about it as I am on holiday but I did not like it and will not return.

スタッフが顔を覚えてくれたのが良かった。安全に過ごせた。 蚊が気になったので事前に伝えると蚊取り線香を付けてくれたり、ベーブマットなどを用意してくれたり、配慮してくれたのが嬉しかった。 朝食も魅力的でまさか日本食があるのにも驚いた。 ヴィラのプールも塩素消毒も毎日してくれるし、掃除もしてくれる。 何より場所も一番良かった。

人気宿なので早めに予約しないと取れない。 とにかく決まったらとっとと抑えた方がベスト。 大きくはない宿で、こじんまりしているので、早く埋まります。 おススメの宿です。

The toilet and bidet in 107 not so good, but the shower was great. The toilet and bidet in 106 were good but the shower was very poor

The villas are amazing, clean, tidy and have everything you need. It is set back from the noise so very peaceful but only a short walk from everything. Having a private pool was fabulous

Нам понравилось абсолютно всё. Большая комфортная вилла, отличная зона отдыха с бассейном на улице. Есть все необходимое, включая халаты и тапочки. Очень удобная кровать, дополнительная для ребенка - тоже, причем за какие-то смешные деньги. Завтрак роскошный, и его можно заказать прямо на виллу. Есть общий большой бассейн с лежаками.

Горячая вода шла с небольшими перебоями, но это не раздражало. Мыться можно, просто медленно :) Отличная возможность замедлиться в отпуске.

Eigenlijk was alles top geregeld! Heel mooi hotel, met een groot centrale zwembad, een eigen zwembad bij de villa met terras en Bali-bed. Het heerlijke ontbijt werd 's ochtends gebracht om in de buiten 'woonkamer' van de Villa op te eten. Super! En het personeel verdient een pluim. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De waterdruk van de douche en het bad was niet zo goed op sommige momenten. En als je de villa aan de straatkant hebt, dan moet je tegen brommergeluiden kunnen. Ik vond het op zich geen probleem. Er zijn ook villa's / kamers die niet aan de straatkant zitten.

No atmosphere, no thermostat working on aircon in villa, lifting and rooting decking boards. We got back to our villa and our pool chairs had been taken with ghastly cushions left and NO communication. As we were leaving people were arriving and were offered a welcome drink, we weren’t no a night but it come down to the inconsistency of the service. And when I mentioned I’d been ripped off my money changer in street would it be worth reporting to police staff memebr sniggered and said yes we know they aren’t good so why would you mention as you check in not to use as good service thinking outside just ticking a box on a form as that’s how the how stay felt like they were ticking boxes

Staff not overly interested. We arrived an hour early for check in, not able to check in early even though place was very empty and not booked out. They suggested we leave our bags go for a walk and come back. Fine. Get back and no one at counter. Our bags just left out front for anyone to help themselves to. Was not a great start.

The beach is only meters away. It is a hidden oasis!

The villa we stayed in was in need of maintenance but still good. The restaurant was unusual but we ate off site at the many options nearby

Room could have provided some wine glasses and bottle opener only coffee cups were provided. Reception was often unattended when needed.

We had a group of 10, the units on the road side were very noisy as they are right on the road, you needed earplugs. We also had a couple of pest issues.

Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend renoviert werden. Beim Pool gäbe es einen Whirlpool, der jedoch defekt ist.

Location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the Sanur beachfront. Staff were pleasant. The size of the 1 bedroom villa with pool was great.

The villas are "tired", worn and outdated. Faucets that don't work properly, doors that won't close or open just make it feel lacking.

The villa was huge, very clean and genuinely private, with an excellent private pool that we used almost every day. The staff were available 24 hours and handled everything smoothly, and we loved having breakfast served in our villa for extra privacy.

The lighting in both the room and bathroom was very dim, which was our main complaint. The outdoor shower has no roof, so it could be inconvenient when raining, and we also couldn't find charging sockets near the bed.

The location was fabulous. The breakfast was delicious and lots of variety.

The private plunge pool was poorly maintained with green algae in the corners, there was absolutely no smell of chlorine and after one downfall of rain, the pool turned green. The main pool also turned green without rain. The water pressure in the villa was dreadful making it almost impossible to have a shower. We mentioned it to reception but there was no change after maintenance “looked at it”. The housekeeping in the villa was not very thorough with dust all over the broken wooden blinds and all other surfaces which played havoc with my Asthma.

Weg vom Trubel war es in der Villa ruhig, gediegen und gemütlich. Das Tolle Frühstück in der Villa war purer Feriengenuss

Awesome location 👌 2 bdrm villa was huge - bedrooms & bathrooms, very large beds. Great outdoor areas to sit n relax, good pool size & pool was refreshing. Breakfast to villa was nice.

In need of some repairs/updating but they have said this will start in November 2026. A bit over priced for what it is at the moment.

Very spacious villa, delicious breakfast and great choices. The lap pool was fantastic. The staff are lovely and incredibly attentive.

Needs some general maintenance around the property, although the manager did inform me that this would be addressed over the next six months.

Beautiful villa in a quiet complex with mainly adults. Excellent location just a 2 minute walk to the beachfront. The breakfast was lovely with a varied choice and could order and choose a time for the next morning for convenience. Staff were lovely and friendly as the Balinese always are. Will definitely be returning.
