Reviewed Aug 5, 2026The room was very dirty and had a strong smell of smoke. After informing the staff, we were told that there was nothing they could do and that no other rooms were available. The staff were unfriendly, looked unhappy, and showed no warmth or smiles. We stayed at three different hotels during our trip, and this was by far the worst experience.

My friends and I went for a graduation trip and it basically rained the entire time we were in Hinton so we were stuck at the hotel quite a bit. I feel it’s a good affordable place for young people to stay. Definitely not for families
It wasn’t really nice but can’t complain. Was not there for the hotel

No soap for washing hands. No paper towel. The soap provided was a small bar which when reused is a source of contamination. I hate that part. I would like liquid soap dispenser. Some other basics were missing like breakfast and good greetings from staff.

Reviewed Oct 1, 2025Room was very clean. Would recommend as a stop on your way to Jasper National Park. Only down side was that we could hear everything other guests were doing. Building makes a lot of noise and no way to not hear others walking around and getting ready very early in the morning.
