GF Isabel

The male staff were really funny and friendly. Place was kept clean and tidy. Great size of balcony in even the standard rooms. Beds were comfy and a good size.

Honestly, the price was not worth it. The hotel is quite rundown with very outdated decor in the rooms and not well maintained. For example, you had to lift the microwave up to open the door as it is jammed otherwise. The breakfast was horrible, really poor quality of food. There were plenty of options which were tried but really low quality food, even the fruit wasn't nice which is a shame. The hotel played loud music at the weekends until 11pm which you could hear so loudly from our room, even tho it was ages away. The rooms severely lacked sound-proofing and you could near everything your neighbours did. It often sounded like they were rearranging future at 12am... I had a good time but am disappointed in the hotel and would not recommend it, it was more like a 3* hotel tbh. Don't waste your money.

Bungalow & its amenities

Rooms were not well lit specially the living room

Mikill hávaði i morgunverðarsal, svakalegt glamur.

Ruokatarjoilut hyviä

Lapsiperheille ok

Been there before great value

Loved the pool facilities. The staff were very helpful. Rooms kept very clean

Lack of plug points but I think that's the Canaries anyhow.

The restaurant, food variety, and quality takes it all.

Location

Beds are not comfortable and poor quality Cockroaches in room and Bathrooms Price is to High and quality is very poor Hairdrier didn’t work, juicer didnt work I don’t reccomend this hotel and i travel a lot

Nada

No es 4 estrellas Necesita urgentemente renovación

Good place for families with children.

Property looks like surviving big economical depression. In rooms no ceiling lights, all equipment much used, no USB ports, infrastructure not renovated last at least couple of years. On booking it is wrongly configured i.e. small childs in Booking are pointed as for free and once we arrived we have been asked to add 400 EUR more… Hotel staff hardly speak English

Wonderful breakfast

Mold in the showers

Loved this hotel

Everything.

El lugar

Location was great, away from the crowded area. Personal was great, helpful. When walking in the resort, everything was very nice, the gardener needs a salary increase, as the green area was maintained by the book.

Accommodation, furniture were very old. It is sad, many investments should be done there. Parking? A nightmare :( We were satisfied with the breakfast for the first 3 days, but after that, nothing changed. Same food.

Great facilities and very good buffet breakfast. Room was clean, comfortable and cleaned everyday.

tranquilidad,

Large pool good food but didn’t like killing 59 cockroaches in my room in 2 days and had to ask twice to clean my room properly. Front desk staff we’re great shame about lack of communication

Layout and the staff

Long walk (5-10mins) from entrance/reception to our apartment. Air con in apartment was useless - not sure if adhering to Spains 27 degrees Celsius lower limit… felt like it!

Overall we had a good stay at the GF Isabel, we had a 1 bed apartment which had enough space for a family of 4, the hotel had enough sun beds, pools and bars .. etc. Only down points were that the kids couldn't use floats in the pool and the half board / full board options are very limited for vegetarians.

My stay at GF Isabel was brilliant. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The facilities were amazing - accommodating to all. Overall it was a lovely stay and I’d definitely be coming back here again that’s for sure!

Comfortable well equipped apartment. Good choice fresh & cooked food at Breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.

Steps and slopes outside to get around complex.

Wifi was awful, and the night shows were too loud for anyone not interested in them.

Absolutely gorgeous, what made this hotel so special was the staff. They were so dedicated and amazing. We will return. The food was incredible, the housekeeping staff were exceptional and the bar/restaurant staff were so professional and fast even though my husband insisted to practice his terrible Spanish with them.

Cleanliness was excellent. Plenty of space in the apartment. Got woken up a couple of nights by neighbours moving chairs around on the tiled floors which reverberates through the building. Also interconnecting doors with other apartments have little sound proofing. Finally, I was half board and evening meals were a bit hit and miss (one evening of the 4 I went to a restaurant as the food offer was not appetising in GF Isabel).

property is clean and very well maintained. The grounds are spacious and attractive and facilities for children are excellent.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Staff were pleasant and lots on for kids. Pool was a nice temp too once you were in. Definitely a hotel suited for younger families I would say.

well appointed self catering bungalow but terrible soundproofing with connecting door to neighbours

Hate to be too critical because we only stayed there one night, but we ran into a few issues: 1. Upon entering the room, we were blasted by the smell of a cleaning agent that required us to open windows and the front door for a couple hours to air out. 2. Didn't have time for breakfast because of an early-morning flight and asked to buy a coffee at the breakfast. I was told I would have to pay for the full buffet price to do so. Only alternative, I was told, was to wait until the bar in the lobby opened at 9 a.m., after I was gone. 3. Maid service knocked on my door before 8 a.m. to ask when we were leaving. Full disclosure: I hadn't put the "do not disturb" hanger on my door, but shouldn't the attendant check with the front desk to see if the room has been vacated? None of these things was a deal breaker by themselves, but put together it didn't add up to a great stay.

The bungalow was spacious, clean and well equipped . Not much dining options unless your all Inclusive .. Less mobile might struggle in the area due to step hills down to the beach / shops / restaurants
