The room was spacious and came as a studio apartment type of accommodations. Breakfast was sumptuous.

The location was not near any of the tourists' spots. So, going anywhere will take up some time.

テレビは海外放送がほぼ無く、観るべき番組が無かった。 バスルームのドアノブのネジ穴が緩く、数回の使用で外れた。 水洗トイレの水の流れが弱く、簡単に詰まってしまった。 ドアの施錠が十分にできない。

The hotel is located near a metro station and right next to a large, modern shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and shops. In the evening, there are often lively activities in the plaza right across from the hotel entrance. Within the hotel’s complex, you can easily find local eateries, fruit stalls, a hair salon, and a 7eleven convenience store — very convenient for daily needs. The room was clean and well laid out. Housekeeping staff went the extra mile — they even helped us take out laundry from the washing machine and left a proper mouse pad on the desk when they noticed we were using cardboard. The room was fully equipped like a small apartment, with useful amenities such as an iron, washing machine, cooking utensils, and tableware. Good soundproofing and a spacious bathroom with a full set of personal toiletries. The hotel also offers free coffee in the lobby and a gym with a good variety of equipment.

The breakfast area was small, a bit stuffy, and the food selection was quite limited. The staff at the front desk spoke very little English and seemed a bit unsure when checking in international guests. If you’re coming from the main road, the hotel entrance can be hard to find. The map directions aren’t very accurate, so it’s best to ask a security guard for help to avoid going in circles.

交通非常方便。從酒店出來，立即可以進購物中心。然後，下到B1，找地鐵站的通道，走七、八分鈡，就可以搭上地鉄，完全不會淋到雨。購物中心有許多歺廳，地下室又有美食街，不用擔心會餓肚子。出酒店右轉到旁邊的步行街，立即可以找到水果店、7/11等

出張で何度か利用したことがあるホテルですが、長期滞在向けです。部屋にある洗濯設備、大きな冷蔵庫、料理の出来る厨房設備等が特徴です。近くにはショッピングセンター、コンビニ、レストランもあり、買い物や外食にも便利です。

I like the location. It is located next to a mall and easy access to MRT.

Not all receptionists are helpful, some do not seem to bother to answer questions. Only one lady was polite and helpful. 1 out of 4 that I meant throughout my stay.

It was good location however taxi could not arrive at front of the hotel. The room was clean. The breakfast was very nice especially Chinese food.

A very nice, clean, well-equipped hotel. We really liked our apartment, there was nothing missing. It is in a good location, shopping mall, small shops, restaurants. The city center is a little further away, but it is not a problem with a taxi or subway. We will gladly choose this hotel again next time, it was very good.

It would be nice if staffs could speak English well.

The breakfast must have more vegetarian options without refined wheat and sugars. Without eggs, it's not possible to finish the breakfast. Otherwise vegetarians are forced to eat high glycemic foods.

The staff hardly speaks English. This needs to change. The staff is very very courteous and no complains. But they cannot understand English. On a business trip, one is always tight on time. The standard answer is 'Wait a minute'. Then they go looking for someone who speaks English. Till then, we have to wait, though we are on a tight schedule. Also should have an international coffee shop with sandwiches, pasta n pizzas.

Friendly and helpful staff and as we were upgraded the room was above our expectation. We enjoyed the breakfast and in the evening there are dozens of restaurants very close by. It's excellent value for money with a very modern shopping mall right beside it.

I like the comfortable bed and the functionality of the room. The staff were all very helpful and the lady who register us for breakfast every morning will try to recall my room no. It was a very comfortable stay.

It is difficult to find the actual location of the hotel. If we return later than 10pm it is confusing to find the way back to the hotel. It is also a little far from tourist attraction. I am also not familiar with the drying function of the washing machine

I feel obligated to warn others that although the room is advertised to have a balcony, it is inaccessible.

The room amenities are great. It's very comfortable. I've stayed here many times.

The location is great inside a shopping street opposite of a big mall. It was full apartment with extra kitchen and washing machine. Staff is very friendly, breakfast was good with nice choices.

It is little old and worn out. The apartment was little smelling and not able to open the windows to get fresh air.

住過廈門盛捷, 所以相信該品牌, 來了蘇州繼續入住. 不過感覺蘇州的盛捷較為老舊, 公共設施配套較少. 不過房內住的還算舒適, 早餐也行, 比較像商務酒店. 房內的空調有點冷, 而且對著頭吹受不了. 酒店位置位於綠寶廣場, 號稱蘇州夜宵一條街, 逛街購物飲食都方便.

入住時，尚未到chekin時間，櫃台服務人員很貼心詢問後，協助辦理提前入住 整體住宿環境都很好，位於綠寶廣場旁也很方便；遇到房門無法自動上鎖 也立即派公務人員來處理，非常的有效率

近住宅区、位於商業広場内、居住環境很好、距離地鉄站也不遠。館内及房間内的感覚相当明亮 舒適。 適合商務出差及各種形態的旅遊。

很方便旅遊或出差地。就早餐選項少了點。

過去にも何度か利用しており、「勝手知ったる何とか・・・」とゆう感じで宿泊しました。今回の部屋は一番奥で、エレベータからちょっと遠かったのが難点でしたが、それ以外は部屋や施設に関しては特に問題はありませんでした。 ただ、到着日にフロントで換金をお願いしたときに、「今日はできないけれど明日ならOK」と言われ、翌日の昼頃に換金をお願いしたら、「換金できない。自分で銀行に行って下さい」と言われた。出来ないのなら、最初から・・・　と思いましたが、ちょっと不信感を持ってしまいました。次回は空港で換金した方がよさそうだなと思いました。 それ以外は、スタッフの方は相変わらずフレンドリーであり、住み慣れた自分の部屋という感じで気持ちよく過ごす事が出来ました。

Very nice and clean room and beds, staff attitude were terrific, location is extremely convenient, Will choose to stay in next trip for sure, only one disadvantage is no cab could stop in front of the hotel, need to stop in a reception and walk like 2 to 3 minutes, it became less convenient if raining, and Suzhou rains a lot.. however overall it's a pleasant experience!

Good location which is 1KM away from the MRT station. Located near the food street and shopping mall. No problem to find food or restaurants for dinning. Good for both business or leisure.

I always stay at this hotel when I am in Suzhou, because there are many good Restaurants and amenities stores around the Somerset Emerald Hotel. Most important, it belongs to the Ascott Group.
