Sauna not very hot, need to use two separate lifts to get to room, room fridge doesn’t keep anything cold even after swapping for a ‘different’ fridge, room A/C doesn’t work - even after I adjust the fan/mode/temperature the room is still too warm, double bed is very small to sleep 2 people

The corridor is a bit dark. We travelled in winter, the room is a bit warm as the windows can't be opened and the aircond lowest temperature is still a bit warm for me.
