Breakfast was excellent

Booking .com charges heavily for the booking . Too expensive through booking.com Kindly revisit the rates as in China it's 600RMB & through booking .com it's 1000RMB. Not at all justifying. We need to review our strategy about such corporate initiatives as booking.com is too expensive.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr gutes Restaurant, freundliches Personal Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel, praktische Zimmer mit allem was man benötigt.

Keine Beschwerden

Keine Klimaanlage, dadurch frühs Verkehrslärm bei geöffnetem Fenster (es war sehr heiß während des Aufenthalts).

Alles war gut.

Parkplatz war am Sonntag nicht geöffnet.

Everything. This is a very lovely hotel. The rooms are even nicer than the photos. The lighting in the room is very good, the bathroom spacious with double sink and lots of counter space. Our room has a separate large closet to put our luggage that we could get dressed in. The breakfast was excellent. The location is great, next to a subway station, a mall with food court and across the street from a small lake and museums. Highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel for family, breakfast was extremely good with so many delicious options. The gym is functional with a large swimming pool, good fun for the kids. We liked the location a lot as it was close to a lot of things, the park near by was a good location for after dinner walking.

++++ -entrance to metro station (Shizishan station, Line 1) just 100 meters from hotel entrance, never seen yet metro such close to hotel, -very convenient to use metro for main sightseeings, just 8 stations to Suzhou Railway Station, -swimming pool, -mattress and bed linen.

This hotel presents itself as a high end hotel, but it is not. I stayed in a Deluxe Bedroom, on the 19th floor. The sound proofing on the windows is horrible. I could hear all the cars honking every morning from the 19th floor waking me up. At times, you could smell cigarette smoke coming thru the vents from other bedrooms. The only good things about this hotel are the breakfast, nearby subway station, and the dry cleaning. The customer service is subpar. I had to checkout sooner than expected. I checked out 1 hr past the deadline, and was charged an additional night. The manager would not waive the additional night because of 1 hr. I have stayed at this hotel everytime I am in China, but have realized there are better options available nearby. Stay there instead.

I think that Nikko Corporate HQ needs to encourage this hotel to be more accommodating to guests! When I made the reservation on Hotels.com, I had written a special request to have hypoallergenic bedding since I am allergic to down. I received a message back that they had a pillow for me but none of their bedding was feather-free. I can’t believe that they can’t figure this out! After all, Suzhou is famous for its gorgeous silk filled quilts! Their Lounge Bar also needs to have a better selection and understand how wines should be served. Since it was New Year’s Eve, we tried to order a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate. They were out of most of the wines on their wine list and finally brought over a warm bottle of a much more expensive bottle of champagne. Finally, their buffet breakfast was nothing special at all and the staff started cleaning it up at 10 am on New Year’s Day! I had only come down at 9:30 as I hadn’t realized that they would close it so early in a national holiday. For a 5 Star hotel, this hotel was very disappointing!

此次將護照遺留在飯店內，等到了浦東機場要辦理登記手續時才發現遺留在保險箱內，聯絡友人去電飯店確認護照在房間內無誤，飯店配合友人之計程車安排送到機場。來得及改次班航班得以與表定當日回到台灣。

まず、駅からすぐの立地であることがよかったです。 変に歩いて、移動する必要がなく、すぐにホテルに行けました。 ホテル内は清潔感があって、さすがに日系ホテルです。 ホスピタリティも充分でした。 朝食のバイキングも色々と種類があって、なかなか楽しいです。ご馳走様でした。

蘇州初の日系ホテルとしてさすがのサービスと快適さでした。 上層階に宿泊させていただいたおかげで、眺めも非常に良かったです。 近くにコンビニなどはありませんが、隣のショッピングモールにスーパーがあります。 ホテル内のThe Loungeの価格もリーズナブルで、外へ出るより良いかと思います。

チェクイン時間がかかりすぎ

施設はとても良いです。 駅が近い。 ただし、回りに何も無いので結局、移動はタクシーでした。 観光、仕事でこられる方は全てを地下鉄移動と考えるなら便利な場所だと思います。

テレビのチャンネル表がわかりやすく置いてあればNHKを簡単に探すことが出来たと思いました。

快適！フロントの人も日本語を一所懸命に話して対応してくださいました。部屋のバスタブと手洗い場の排水がうまく流れなかったので、お知らせしたらすぐに対応してくれました。ゆっくりと過ごせました。エグゼクティブラウンジでも日本語対応してくれ、大満足。

観光地からは少し離れていますが、地下鉄の駅が近いので、不便はありませんでした。 設備も新しく、アメニティーも充実していて、スタッフの方々も親切で感じかよく、 機会があれば、また宿泊したいなと思うホテルでした。

交通の便良く立地よし。

地下鉄1号線蘇州楽園駅/長距離バス蘇州西駅前の交差点の対面にあり、公共交通機関を利用する場合でも、非常に便の良い場所にあります。今回は朝食付きの4泊、2度目の利用です。 前回利用時は、チェックイン時に「予約が見つからない」と言われ、ちょっとトラブりました(Hotels.comで予約/後にチェック方法が悪かったらしく、アップグレードしてもらえた！)が、今回はスムーズに手続きが完了し、丁寧な説明もしてもらえました。部屋は適度は広さで、清潔感があり、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。ロビーに関しては、広いけれどもガランとしており、ソファも出入り口近く(寒い！)に2セットのみであり、配置も含めもう少し充実して欲しいと感じました。 朝食はバラエティに富んでおり、味付けもよく、ついつい食べ過ぎてしまいました。願わくば、焼き立てのパン(特にクロワッサン)があればと思いましたが、必要十分な種類がそろっています。 近くには金鷹、天街などのモールがあり、ショッピングにも便利です。

Enjoyed the stay very much, a quiet, bright and upscale hotel, we stayed in a 3 beds room on the 10th floor , room is just the right size. It's a rainy day and an umbrella is ready in the closet for you. Bathroom is Japanese style with bath tub and shower and comes with a bath salt. A shopping mall is right next store. It is about 20min drive to Shantang street, be prepared for traffic jam.

綺麗なホテルだが、便利が良くないかも

その日は今年初めての雪の降る蘇州でした。とても寒く部屋では快適にと思いましたが、部屋の温度がうまく上昇せず快適とまではいきませんでした。残念です。その他の設備は問題ありませんでした。ホテルで注意するのは水回りが特に気になります。中国ではトイレ事情もプラスされます。流していいトイレットペーパーかどうかも判断しなくてはいけません。日本のように水に溶けるものばかりではないので、すぐにトイレが詰まります。5つ星ホテルはそのようなことはありませんが、安いホテルは要注意です。その他部屋の温度はハイテクもどきが多いのでこれもすぐ試験してください。

加湿器があったりと日本人には欲しいものが用意されている。 チェックインの時には温かいおしぼりをくれたり、チェックアウトの時には水やコーヒーをいただけたりととても親切。 でも他のホテルとの差別化ができるほどの特徴ではないかな。日本人なら泊まるけど、他の国の方はどうかな？

First timer here, but the hotel was great in every aspects. The check in was smooth, they offered me upgraded room, the room was spacious and luxury tastes. Definitely will pick this hotel when I visit the area again!

蘇州地鉄1号線蘇州楽園駅の近くで市内の移動しやすく便利なところ。金鷹ゴールデンイーグルショッピングモールも隣にあり、買い物、飲食にもすぐに行ける。室内施設快適、ゆったり休養できる。TVもNHK他海外番組視聴OK。朝食バイキングも和洋中の種類豊富。

It starts with happy smiles, greetings and a lightning fast check-in. The room was big and already chilly. Two keys to always have the lights on, digital buttons and outlets, adapters and chargers, and even external inputs for the TV. Everything you want from a hotel (comfort, toiletries, plush towels) plus an added touch of technology and elegance. Even the bathroom overhead speaker played the TV so you never miss a beat. internet was fast and reliable and no fumbling with hotel passwords. The gym and pool we're also a hit. The one snag I had in the three nights was trying to order room service... No one understood enough to complete the order. Luckily for me, they had a gourmet buffet which was three levels of delicious!

Nice swimming pool with Jacuzzi, comfort rooms.But the gym has only limited equipment, not good for weight training. The location is a bit far from everything else.
