Reviewed Sep 14, 2026I loved the location first of all. Close enough for a walk by the river or to the old centre, but also to Coop for some food shopping. Then the staff is very helpful and kind. The apartment was nice, too, and comfortable. The shower - fabulous! The apartment has all you need to have a practical and comfortable stay. And the hotel has a garden. It's so nice to go out and have a cup of coffee there.
There is nothing I can think of at the moment.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026First and foremost the staff at the reception were exceptionally pleasant and helpful - thanks for that. The hotel is in a great location - a short walk from the conference centre and the Altstadt and the breakfasts were great.
A comfortable chair in the apartment would have been nice (there was only a desk chair), but there was nothing that I didn't like.

Con la Basel card puedes circular gratuitamente por todo Basilea, incluso coger el bus número 50 al aeropuerto. Disponible el café e infusiones durante todo el día, totalmente gratuito. Se agradece. La habitación muy espaciosa y la cocina totalmente equipada.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Camera molto accogliente, ben arredata e pulita, dotata oltre che della cucina anche di ferro da stiro ed asse da stiro. Buonissima la colazione varia,ben preparata e bel allestita. Hall della struttura bellissima, dotata di divanetti e vari giochi per il tempo libero, c'è inoltre un tavolino allestito per i più piccoli con colori e fogli. Lo Staff è semplicemente straordinario,gentile e disponibile pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema ( l'asciugacapelli della mia stanza non funzionava, me ne hanno subito dato uno sostitutivo che ho potuto tenere per tutta la durata del soggiorno). Posizione perfetta, in 15 minuti di camminata, attraversando il ponte si è praticamente nel centro storico.
Assolutamente nulla, non c'è nulla che non sia stato perfetto

Voor ons helemaal prima. Mogelijk voor sommigen niet luxe genoeg. Wel alleen probleem dat we de eerste dag niet konden parkeren in de parkeergarage.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Tolle Unterkunft, sehr modern und passend eingerichtet, schön ruhig zum Hof gelegen. sehr nettes Personal - bei der Hitze war die Klimaanlage gold wert.
Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht komplett ausschalten, so dass sie die ganze Nacht (leise) brummte.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026W Adagio jesteśmy już 4 raz. Bardzo doceniamy lokalizację, blisko Renu, do ważnych miejsc jak Muzeum Sztuki, Muzeum Tinguelego, katedra można dojść pieszo. Wokół restauracje. Doceniamy też Basel Card.. Personel przyjazny, uśmiechnięty, życzliwy. W tym toku szybko zmieniono nam pokój, który nie pasował do naszych potrzeb. Wszędzie czysto. Planujemy wracać. Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Ich war schon 4 Mal bei euch und war immer sehr zufrieden! Dieses Mal war ich 6 Stunden in meinem Appartement eingesperrt, da das Schloss mit der Kette klemmte. Der Mann probierte von außen das Schloss auszubauen. Das Ganze hatte nur mit der klemmenden Kette zu tun. Auf meine Frage wie lange das Ganze noch dauert bekam ich keine Antwort.. Ich habe anstatt am 20.8. am 19.8. Ausgcheckt. Diesen Tag muss mir Rückvergütet werden! Ich hoffe das dies klappt denn ich komme im November wieder. Gruß K. Fässler

Mobiliettj vicino al letto scomodi, forse meglio non metterceli o trovare una soluzione alternativa, sopra la vasca la pittura scrostata.

Das Bett war sehr unbequem, ich hatte immer Rückenschmerzen morgens. Ein Fliegengitter wäre gut, denn die Klimaanlage hat nicht so gut funktioniert

Nella camera era presente un solo asciugamano per due persone. Nel bagno mancavano i campioncini di shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Ad agosto con temperature di trenta gradi nel letto è presente il piumone ma non il lenzuolo

Studio description detailed a bath-tub as amenity, instead we got a barrier-free room with a walk-in shower and a fairly highly installed toilette (which is, I suppose, an accessible design standard), but both rather uncomfortable for us. Room was noisy due to people in the inner garden, cigarette smoke got in so it was difficult to open windows to get fresh air in. Also, almost each day at around 7/7:30 am the gardener/staff started banging around tools, mowing the lawn, leaving little opporutnity to rest in the morning.
