Petit déjeuner parfait - les piscines - nous avions une chambre avec accès direct à une des piscines - étaient bien Resort sympathique

Nous étions logés de l autre côté de la route , a priori un problème- mais pas du tout, au contraire très bien

I didn’t receive the type of room I booked for. While the room I received was nice, there was a soccer field in front of the patio so children would play there all day and evening. I felt like I was on the playground at an elementary school during recess

Wij verbleven met ons gezin, twee volwassenen en twee kinderen van 11 en 9 jaar, zes nachten bij KC Grande Resort & Spa. We hebben hier een ontzettend fijne tijd gehad. Wat ons meteen opviel, was het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. Ze denken echt met je mee en kijken steeds naar wat er mogelijk is. Dat maakte ons verblijf extra prettig. Ook voor de kinderen was er iedere dag wel iets te doen. Daardoor hoefden we ons geen moment te vervelen. Het resort is bovendien prachtig gelegen aan het strand. Het restaurant heeft een mooie ligging en het eten vonden wij erg lekker. Ook het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en biedt voor ieder wat wils. Wij hadden samen met de kinderen twee geschakelde tuinvilla's en dat was echt ideaal. De kamers zagen er fantastisch uit, waren mooi ingericht en vooral heel netjes en verzorgd. De geschakelde villa's gaven ons als gezin voldoende ruimte en tegelijkertijd waren we toch lekker bij elkaar. Vooraf was ik een beetje bang dat er, zoals ik online had gelezen, olifanten over het strand zouden lopen. Gelukkig hebben wij die tijdens ons verblijf helemaal niet gezien. Voor ons gezin was het een heerlijk resort met een fijne sfeer, prachtige accommodatie, lekker eten en vooral ontzettend vriendelijk personeel.

Jammer was dat onze kamer bij aankomst nog lang niet klaar was, waardoor we behoorlijk lang moesten wachten voordat we erin konden. Dit kwam omdat er iets kapot was en ze dat eerst wilde maken. Daarnaast was Koh Chang in juli en augustus erg rustig en was de zee door het weer regelmatig te wild om te snorkelen, waardoor er buiten het resort en de watervallen niet heel veel te doen was. Ook hadden we vooraf verwacht dat Koh Chang wat levendiger zou zijn, maar daar was het in deze periode relatief rustig. White Sand beach was nog het drukste van alle stranden.

De directe ligging aan het strand. We hadden een beach villa en keken letterlijk op de golven. Het was heerlijk eten en ze hebben zelfs een aparte Healthy Vegan kaart buiten de normale kaart.

Super Resort! Schöne Pools, toller Strand, riesiges Frühstücksbüffet, neu renoviertes Zimmer. Es hat uns wirklich gut gefallen!

Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: in der Regensaison weht dauerhaft die rote Fahne am Meer. Dabei sind die Wellen gar nicht so hoch. Bitte ändert das auf gelb und setzt Rettungsschwimmer am Strand ein für die Sicherheit.

We had a fantastic stay here and were really satisfied with our room. The room was clean, comfortable and well‑maintained, everything exceeded our expectations. A huge shout‑out to Kong Cherry from the front desk. She was incredibly nice, helpful and patient. She gave us great local tips and made our whole trip much smoother. Her warm service made our stay so pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel, we would love to come back again.

Tolles Hotel, gut gelegen am wahrscheinlich schönsten Strand der Insel. Es gab ein fantastisches Frühstücksbuffet mit allen erdenklichen Speisen.Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals ist zu betonen.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit einer tollen Pool- und Gartenanlage direkt am Strand. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ein feines und vielseitiges Frühstücksangebot mit immer frisch zubereiteten Speisen. Wir hatten eine Gartenvilla die einen super Komfort geboten hat mit ausreichend Platz. Mittels Verbindungstüre war das zweite Zimmer direkt erschlossen…ideal für Familien wie uns. Wir würden das KC Grande auf jedenfall wieder wählen und waren mit unserem Aufenthalt wunschlos glücklich.

Hotel Exceptionnel. Je suis venus pour la 3ème fois et c'était toujours aussi bien. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est incroyable et le personnel et très attentif et d'une grande gentillesse. Rendez-vous l'année prochaine.

Hotel overall was beautiful and sits on beach. And has 3 pools

The hillside rooms require you to cross the street and walk up and down and incline. Which means when you leave your room in morning you don’t want to go back until it’s time for dinner or bed . So choose your room wisely , the extra $ to get ocean front is worth it I also didn’t enjoy the dinner live music And down

Leider war das Wetter nicht das Beste . Und das Meer sehr wellig..Da kann das Hotel nichts dafür.

Das Frühstück war super! Das Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Pool direkt am Strand ist einladend.

De prijs kwaliteit verhouding was erg goed.

Het was laag seizoen dus er waren wat onderhoud werkzaamheden. Maar dat is natuurlijk heel logisch om dit in dit seizoen te doen. Daarnaast zou misschien een idee zijn om het zwembad op 4de verdieping adults only te maken.

I think more should be explained about the rooms. We were in the building across the road which was fine other than our view was a wall ! Next time I would ask for a high room which would give a better view

My favorite hotel on Koh Chang! Huge thanks to the team for their care and hospitality I’ve been visiting this hotel for many years, and honestly, there is simply no alternative to it on Koh Chang. Everything here is ideal: the best beach location and top-notch quality. I’d like to give a special mention to the staff. During this stay, there were ongoing renovation works, but Mr. Brook, the manager, did everything possible to resolve any issues promptly and make our stay as comfortable as possible. A huge thank you to the wonderful The Beach restaurant team (Breakfast Team: Saita, Tip, Aom, Son, Pol, Ko, Neang)! The hostess at the restaurant reception, Saita, is an absolute sweetheart and the friendliest person there! She was buzzing around us during breakfast like clockwork, creating an amazing atmosphere right from the morning. About the restaurant and rooms: Restaurant: The sea-view design is beyond praise. The food is good (our only small wish for the future would be to ALWAYS have fish available on the breakfast menu). Accommodation: The villas and rooms are spacious, with an interesting and stylish design. Minor details: It’s a bit inconvenient that you can’t exchange beach towels directly at the beach or front desk. However, credit where it’s due — whenever we called from the room, they delivered them very quickly, and they were also changed during daily housekeeping. Despite everything, our stay was wonderful, as always. We will definitely be back!

Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen. Die Villas sind wunderschön. Auf das Frühstück haben wir uns jeden Morgen gefreut. Es gab so viel Auswahl und alles hat geschmeckt. Die Anlage ist wunderschön. Direkt am Strand und mit mehreren Pools. Der große Pool am Strand hat uns am besten gefallen. Das Personal war immer nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

The location and atmosphere are absolutely stunning, with white sandy beaches, beautiful beachfront villas, and everything you need for a perfect relaxing getaway. Very good breakfast with verity of food. Wounderfull walking on the beach with the sunset.

Unfortunately, one major issue significantly affected our stay. During all seven nights, we were unable to get a full night's sleep because geckos inside the room were making noise and repeatedly waking us up. It became a nightly problem and had a real impact on our overall experience. We truly enjoyed the resort, but this issue needs to be addressed with a proper and lasting solution.

We had a fantastic stay at KC Grande on Koh Chang—perfect for a family getaway. Right on White Sand Beach, the resort offers beautiful views, plenty to do, and a relaxing vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Jia, Tom, and Boy at the pool bar, who made our days even better. Koh Chang is absolutely worth the visit, and KC Grande is a great place to stay. Highly recommend!

We had a beach front villa which was amazing and met all expectations. Breakfat was fabulous.

I didn't find the staff overly friendly like they are at other resorts. There was not hot water connected in the sink and no plug either. This made it very difficult to have a shave. We did bring it to staff attention, but they told us to use the bath!

Bow, Cherry and Mangpor were very nice ans helped us a lot. They give us good advices for the trip and helped us exploring the island. And the Rooms were also perfect. The pool was nice and the food was good. It was a unique experience.

We had an absolutely incredible vacation here! The location is perfect, and the rooms are beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. What really set this stay apart, though, was the staff—everyone was so genuinely kind and welcoming. The beach atmosphere was also immaculate, making it the perfect spot to unwind. This was our second time in this resort in the past 3 years and as last time we've enjoyed every second of staying here. Visiting Koh Chang 3 years in a row this is for sure among the best resorts on the island. As last time we stayed at a garden view villa with a side view of the ocean, humangous villa with a huge bathroom, great amenities, excellent breakfast buffet that serves all kinds of breakfast choices from around the world, lovely swimming pools, including a pool bar, attentive staff and all you can ask for in a vacation. Definitely our choice when visiting Koh Chang. Thank you for yet another great stay.

Очень удобный номер, разная система освещения, отличная уборка. Очень просторный, 100 кв.м. Вид на море. Номер очень чистый, есть джакузи на балконе. Удобная кровать и подушки. В номере правильно расположена система кондиционирования. 3. Хорошие завтраки. 4. Отличный чистый бассейн.

1. В пляжном ресторане не очень вкусная еда. Рядом в кафе, рядом с отелем все намного вкуснее. Очень жаль, так можно было бы обедать и ужинать прям на лежаках. Мы заказывали пару раз разные блюда и все не понравилось.

Hyggelige og imøtekommende personale som alltid var tilgjengelige. Eksepsjonell frokost og frokostlokale med sjøutsikt. Flere basseng med solsenger nok til omtrent alle gjestene. Poolbar og toalett i nærheten av basseng. Fantastisk hage og hekk som personalet vedlikeholdt hver dag, man kommer tett på dyrelivet. Små detaljer som mulighet til å spyle sand av føttene etter en tur på stranden settes pris på. Bungalowene var eksepsjonelt godt vedlikehold og man kan ikke se at hotellet har forfalt. Det er absolutt ingenting negativt å benevne om stedet eller de ansatte. Låsen på inngangsdøren vår ble defekt under oppholdet, vi sa ifra med en gang dette ble oppdaget. Hotellet hadde egen servicemann som fikset dette umiddelbart. De tilbyr også fasiliteter som treningsrom, kids Club, to restauranter, spa på stranden, parkering med lademuligheter, bryllupspakker, og de viste fotballkamper fra VM under frokosten.

Det var en del gjester som syns det er greit å rope, skrike og være høylytte iblant hverandre og opptrer meget uhøflig ovenfor personalet. Disse folkene stiller urimelige krav og har ikke satt seg inn i Thailands estetikk og skikk. Personalet opptrådte meget profesjonelt i respons.

יש למלון עוד אזור מעבר לכביש מרוחק ולא קשור לכלום. לאחר בקשה להחלפה הזיזו אותנו לאזור ממש מול הים וזה שינה את כל החופשה שלנו לטובה :)
