The room was not as described plus the breakfast was digusting both mornings it was not breakfast buffet it was served in my room by the hotel receptionist.

Любим этот отель и именно эту часть пляжа White Sand Beach. Уже не первый раз выбираем номер на первой линии с выходом к бассейну — по вечерам здесь слышен шум волн. Музыка из Oodie’s в этом корпусе совсем не мешает и практически не слышна, а в Sabay Bar музыка не играет позже 23:00, поэтому ночью здесь спокойно и комфортно. У отеля отличный бассейн, и в период нашего проживания всегда можно было найти свободные шезлонги, что сейчас большая редкость. Мы отдыхали с 6-летним ребенком, для семейного отдыха это место достаточно комфортное. Персонал замечательный: всегда приветливые, внимательные и готовы помочь в любой ситуации. Именно благодаря атмосфере и людям сюда хочется возвращаться снова.

Из минусов: в этот раз было много шумных гостей, устраивающих вечерние пикники у бассейна, из-за чего иногда терялось ощущение спокойного отдыха. И, к сожалению, сам отель уже заметно «устал» и нуждается в ремонте. Мы бы с удовольствием продолжали приезжать сюда даже за более высокую цену, если бы номера были обновлены.

Didn't stay as they overbooked and cancelled me the morning of arrival..

Die Lage (Stradteil des Hotels) ist nicht zu toppen. Bester Strandabschnitt. Alles in Gehweite. Schöner Pool. Unbedingt Strandseite buchen.

Erheblicher Renovierungsstau, wohin man blickt. Klappstühle am Strand gebührenpflichtig. Frühstück gräßlich. Bett nicht so bequem.

Die Lage, die recht bequemen Betten, der Pool ist super und das Frühstück ist ok, wird allerdings schnell langweilig weil es immer dasselbe gibt…

Die Öffnungszeiten des Pools…🫣 19.00 Uhr Feierabend ist eindeutig viel zu früh 🙄

Great location on the beach. (Definitely stay in beach side room rather than Hill side of road). Rooms are good size, close proximity to pool, beach, views and restaurants

This is an excellent budget option on White Sand Beach for rooms on the beachfront (not the hillside rooms) which either walk out to the pool or are the floor above with balcony. The rooms are generously sized. The pool is kept exceptionally clean and always has some areas of shade throughout the day. The water temperature is also refreshing and not lukewarm like many that have sun on them all day. Wasn't busy when we were there so easy to grab a chair by the pool at any time, though sometimes not so much shade, even with the umbrellas. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The price for this hotel does reflect the age and condition of the rooms. Beds and pillows are on the firmer side, bathrooms are dated and of the two rooms we had - both had some fixtures that were worse for wear and /or not working. Bathroom fans are dusty etc. The upstairs rooms are accessed by stairs - the stairs from the reception end are tall and shallow and steep - not recommended for anyone with accessibility considerations - the downstairs rooms would be more suitable.

Vi hade ett rum precis vid poolen. Läget är nice, bara att gå barfota ner på stranden. Nära till restauranger och 7 eleven. Poolen var stor och bra.

Sängen var obekväm, man kände fjädrarna. En bäddmadrass hade löst det problemet. Städningen kan absolut förbättras. Frukosten mindre bra.

My room beautifully appointed and was directly in front of pool and beach.. The hotel is at the northern end of White Sand beach, close to all amenities cafes and restaurants and markets/music venues..

Breakfast was not in my building but on the other side of the road... and not particularly good. Even though it was paid for, I had breafast elsewhere.

The pool was nice with plenty of sun beds however the part of the hotel I was staying in you had to cross the main road to get to it.which wasnt ideal and wasn’t advertised as such.

Breakfast could have been better. Didn’t really like the plastic plates.There was a miserable looking member of staff that was staring at me which made me feel really uncomfortable so i had to move seat so as out of eye contact.

We zaten aan de heuvel zijde dat is dus niet aan de zee kant om teleurstellingen te voorkomen. Wij zaten er prima het was een ruime kamer en hadden geen geluidsoverlast wat ik bij sommige mensen las. Het is een gedateerd hotel. Dus als je een fancy modern hotel wil moet je hier niet zijn. Voor ons was het prima. De weg over en je bent aan zee. Personeel super vriendelijk. Ruime badkamer. Douchegordijn zou handig zijn. Werd prima schoongemaakt. Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding .

Het was prima maar het hotel zou wel er van opknappen als het ene beetje opgefrist werd aan de buitenkant en ook binnenkant.

Die Lage am White Sands Beach ist ideal. Bzgl. der Ausstattung sollte man immer im Auge behalten was zum einen die Übernachtung kostet und in welchem Land wir uns befinden. Das Personal war stets hilfsbereit, jedoch besteht zum Teil eine Sprachbarriere da nicht jeder Englisch spricht und/oder versteht. Letztlich hat aber alles funktioniert und das Reinigungspersonal war stets freundlich. Für Backpacker, die hier beispielsweise ihre Reise mit ein paar Tagen traumhaftem Strand ausklingen lassen möchten, war das Hotel vollkommen in Ordnung.

Ja, der Frühstücksraum ist schon recht unansehnlich und hat den Charm einer Jugendherberge aus den 80ern. Das Frühstück selbst ist recht eintönig, gehörte auf unserer 4-wöchigen Rundreise eher zu den besseren.

Avoir une baignoire sans rideau de douche qui couvre le tout. On met de l’eau partout et le cordon du pommeau de douche est trop petit pour moi. 1m83. Une cabine de douche serait mieux. Avoir du beurre non salé serait un top au petit déjeuner.

Aamupala ei kiovin monipuolinen, mutta makuasia toki. Aamupalan ovivahti nainen kovin nyrpeä naamainen, ei hymyä. Niin rannan kun uima-altaiden aurinkotuolien Varaaminen etukäteen oli inhottavaa. Yleensä aina varattu, vaikka kukaan ei käyttänyt tuolia useaan tuntiin. Sängyistä tuntui jouset läpi ja edellisten jäljiltä huoneessa oli roskia, esim. Sängyn alla.

Cookies Hotel was in a great location with many things available within walking distance ie fruit stands, restaurants, and the nightly market. Live music at a few different bars could be heard nightly. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beach and pool kept us rebooking for more than a month after our original stay. It is also easy to get around the rest of the island from here. We can't wait to return!! Koh Chang and Cookies holds a special place in our hearts.

There is nothing to not like. It is an affordable accommodation in an older hotel so some things are dated, but not uncomfortable.

Die Lage zum Meer und der Pool waren top.

Das Frühstück ist leider ungenießbar und wir haben trotz Bezahlung lieber draußen gegessen, der Raum ist wie eine Abstellkammer, sehr ungemütlich und das Essen ging leider gar nicht....und ich erwarte nicht viel!

Жили в здании у моря с выходом к бассейну. Очень хорошее расположение, в двух шагах от моря. Приветливый персонал. Бассейн прекрасный. Рядом биг си и севен. Вечером выносят столики на побережье и можно поужинать с прекрасным видом.

В ванной текет сантехника. Что с раковины, что с унитаза. Вода на полу постоянно.

Чудове розташування готелю для пляжного відпочинку, поруч багато ресторанів та маркетів, пральня і т.д. Пляж дуже чистий та доглянутий, кожного вечора з сусідніх ресторанів виносять столи на берег моря для романтичного відпочинку, проводять фаєр шоу.

В деяких номерах чутно гучну музику з бара через дорогу (майже до 01.00 ночі кожен день). Простуватий сніданок.

Gefallen hat uns besonders die direkte Lage zum Strand und zum Zentrum. Zimmer sind zur Poolseite sehr ruhig. Zimmer sind sehr sauber, es wird jeden Tag gereinigt.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und es braucht eine Grund-Renovierung. Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Frühstücksbuffet für Europäer eher mau, lieber außerhalb frühstücken gehen.

The hotel is in reality nicer than on the pictures, having multiple facilities ready for a longer stay. Rustical furniture is matching well with the tropical island mood.

"It's not my problem" is not what you want to hear when resolving unexpected situations. There was no issue with the hotel itself, but with the early morning transfer to the airport. Lack of support hurts anyway.

Dass Zimmer war einfach nicht sauber und die Bettlaken waren auch verschmutzt. Wurde aber sofort richtig sauber gemacht von den Reinigungsarbeitern
