Loved the breakfast and location

I didn't understand how arriving close to 1am that I was still charged so much for the previous day. Being that check-in was at 4pm and we arrived 8hrs later...

la persona que me atendio a las 2 am aproximadamente del dia 15 septiembre. me dijo que tenia overbooking , me dio vuelta la cara cuando le hablaba y me dejo un papel con direccion de otro hotel a 17 millas. supermaleducada y luego me cancelo la reserva. me perdi medio dia solucionando el tema x telefono hasta que logre hospedarme en este hotel que habia reservado desde julio y donde 2 veces me confirmaron la reserva. tuve pesimo momento luego de un largo viaje con demoras y una persona mayor. esa chica debe ser DESPEDIDA

Breakfast was varied but availability of items also widely varied, e.g., ran out of waffle batter one day, no eggs one day. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent - felt safe and had great access to tourist areas.

Staff personability was ... average. Almost no eye contact on check-in and not very personal.

מנקים החדר פעם בשלושה ימים ארוחת בוקר זוועה. הכל פחמימות אין שום ירק! מגישים בחד פעמי .

Es cerca de todo, súper buena ubicación, la habitación es bonita y tranquila y me gustó que siempre había mucho silencio y podías dormir sin incomodarte por ruidos. El desayuno era rico, muy americano pero delicioso y todo impecable en el comedor.

Quizá el personal hubiera sido más hablador. Eran muy amables, pero quizá es un tema cultural que son reservados y hablan poco, como para darte las indicaciones al llegar al hotel. Tampoco me gustó que en las políticas no nombraban algo de un depósito de daños de 150 dólares, que te devuelven 5 días después de salir (todavía no han pasado esoa días). Yo lo hice con mi tarjeta pero por fuera de Booking, no desconfío de ellos, pero deberían decirlo en las políticas y así estás informado.

Lokalizacja była bardzo dobra, blisko do niektórych obiektów do zwiedzania. Śniadania dla Europejczyka były zjadliwe ale nie w naszym klimacie.

W pokoju dwuosobowym było tylko jedno krzesło do siedzenia. Jedno z nas musiało siadać na łóżku a z racji naszego podeszłego wieku nie było to zbyt wygodne.

Nice hotel in a good location

Paper thin walls, we woke up early every morning with the screams of little children in the room in front of us

The location is perfect. We were walking everywhere - to the lake, to the riverwalk, to all the attractions. The Sears tower is two blocks away. I liked that on checkout they have an option to leave tips online, separate for housekeeping or breakfast or other. After the checkout we were able to leave our bags in the storage for $5 per bag (our plane was later and we picked them up around 3:00 pm).

First day our body wash in the shower ran out. We had to use the bar soap. They refilled it for us next morning.

The staff was rude the house keeping was very rude to my fiancé and tried entering when she said no house keeping, they also said a few cuss words something about “I got a mother fucking master key I will just go in this bitch”. And the old man at the front desk was very rude to people of color for some reason.

Public transportation is convenient, and several major attractions are within walking distance. Unfortunately, these were the only real positives of our stay.

We arrived after 11 PM with our child and a fully prepaid reservation, but were told the hotel was overbooked and for a while it appeared we might be left without a room; when we finally got one, the sofa bed was broken and we had to prepare it ourselves. During our three-night stay the room was never cleaned, towels were never replaced, clean towels were unavailable when requested, and the bathtub was stained and moldy. Breakfast was extremely poor quality with powdered-style eggs, unpleasant-smelling meat patties, sugary cereal and cheap white bread, with almost nothing fresh, and despite the stay being prepaid the hotel also placed an unexplained additional charge on our card.

Staff were amazing, every interaction I had with them from the front desk to the cleaning lady made my day better. Any questions we had were answered thoughtfully and quickly.

Hotel in ottima posizione. A piedi si arriva a toccare tutti i punti turistici. In un quartiere di uffici molto tranquillo. Colazione buona ma bisogna farla prima delle 8 se no poi c'è troppa gente e si fatica a trovare posto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Que no se aseguran de tener lo suficiente para que el cliente disfrute su estancia. No teníamos jabón para el cuerpo solo una botella que estaba completamente vacía y no la rellenaron antes de darnos la habitación.

The buffet breakfast was the best! Wide variety of food including my favorite, fruit and yogurt! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. When we arrived before check-in time and wanted to check our bags before we hopped on the L train to the Cubs game, the front desk agent found a room that was already cleaned and available and gave us the keys to the room. I like that the location is close to public transportation. We had the best time ever for the 3 days we stayed at the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chicago Downtown!

Great location, we was there for 6 days.

A nightmare in Chicago. As soon as we arrived the room has some garbage on the floor, the barhroom was dirty. We complain on the reception and they said that nobody Can help us at night. At the next day nobody goes to clean the room, we got atonished when they said that the cleaning lady only goes twice à week to make the room. In the description said that the breakfast is good, but everyday we lived the “hunger games” you Can’t have eggs or à cup of coffee. The people on the kitchen was rude and when we complain in the front deal they said that the breakfast is complementary it’s not their reponsability, attached you will find the pictures of the garbage.

The room ventilation was very noisy (like a plane turbine) if you are in upper floors. We were in the 8th floor. We find it difficult to sleep with this constant noise. We were told the whole building was like that but it's not true. It's a problem that they can't or won't change.

My family and I were very disappointed with the condition of our room. We arrived late, and the room was clearly not ready for guests. It was uncleaned, featuring stained bed sheets, a used towel left behind, hair on the floor, and an empty shampoo dispenser in the shower. The front desk simply handed us clean linens, we had to change the sheets ourselves late at night. Management only offered a small compensation, which was inadequate given these conditions; a complimentary stay would have been appropriate. While the breakfast was good, it runs out quickly, leaving nothing if you do not arrive very early. Additionally, the hotel has no on-site parking, guests have to pay expensive parking elsewhere. This stay was definitely not worth the money.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéale. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres et en bon état. Le petit déjeuner est très bien mais il y a beaucoup de monde. Pas simple de trouver une place assise. Le personnel de l'hôtel est agréable et serviable.

Le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours. Même si vous le demandez. Il faut attendre la 3ème nuit pour que les lits soient faits et les poubelles vidées. Ce n'est pas du tout le standard des autres hôtels. Et surtout personne ne nous avait prévenu de ce fonctionnement pour le moins original. Le personnel du bar n'est pas agréable. Au checkout, laisser vos bagages à l'accueil est payant ! 5$ par bagage. Encore une fois, jamais vu ça dans aucun autre hôtel. Ca revient vite très cher.

Lo que recomiendo es la ubicación, es central, segura, y cerca a todo, parques, restaurantes, metro, bus etc..

El desayuno es muy regular, limitado y poco variado. Un día muy temprano se acabaron los huevos y solo dieron salchichas, la mayoría de los huéspedes quedamos sin poder comer. Por otro lado la limpieza a la habitación no es diaria, es cada tercer día. También si quieres dejar las maletas en recepción te cobran 5 USD por guardar cada maleta.

Me han pasado un cargo de 57$ en ls tarjeta que dejas como garsntia y no me dicen por que, tampoco booking ayuda cuando el pago completo ha sido tramitado por booking y ponia q no tenia q pagar nada q los tax estabsn invluidos
