Pretty nothing good about the stay

Room was so dirty , lot of dust

The bed is very comfortable, even if the cushions might be a little bit thick for some people. Breakfast is good, with enough choice even for Western people.

Sometimes there seems to be not enough staff at the reception, and some queue may form.

Great experience At One Atria cafe. Spread has a good variety and prepared well. Chef Noor was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Lovely hospitality at Radisson

Great food and service ...The food was amazing and the buffet was curated with dishes of all cuisine and evrything tasted wonderful ..Chef Noor made the experience more delightful

The location was an ideal one

The staff were not coordinated. In the sense, if I asked for water to be sent up to the room, it wouldn’t come on time. I would have to call them multiple times only to hear that ‘I wasn’t aware, maybe, my colleague was the one who spoke to you.’ Then, once, I ordered a Chicken burger and got raw chicken. It was replaced but the fact that such a hotel would make a mistake like this baffled me. They dint even offer a compensation for it.

We stayed two nights at Radisson Blu Bangalore and were repeatedly disturbed by noise from the banquet below. On night one, carpenters worked through the night; multiple calls to the helpdesk produced no resolution. On night two the event ran until about 10:30 pm; staff lowered the volume after I complained in person, but noise remained loud enough to disturb our family. Several other guests reported the same issue. The hotel should have offered a room change, effective soundproofing, or compensation. The property also felt worn and poorly lit. We won’t return — avoid.

Excellent food options and tasty.

The Manager named vanaja was really kind and the room and the hotel was clean the room tiles were literally sparkling clean.

Location is centra. The hotel is not maintained and is not worth the cost. The paneling is warped. The flooring on the corridor is stained The rooms smell of cigarette smoke and insecticide. The staff are friendly. However some do not have the ability to think outside the box to assist with the customers enquiry. I would not stay in the hotel again unless the hotel is renovate.

Very bad experience Tried calling in room service for 15 mins at around 1.05 pm no response called front office again no response , went all the way from my room 135 to the front office and very pleasantly expressed my frustration I was promised that some one will call - nothing happened I eventually called the in room service again at around 1.30 and was lucky to get hold of them and managed to place my luck order . I was promised it will be delivered in 25 minutes Eventually after a few reminders I got lunch delivered at 2.40 pm Requested to speak to GM but could not Very bad experience

Beautiful stay with many food varieties. People are friendly also getting welcomed at the door by the door man he was very helpful. Location is perfect to visit the city centre.

Overall a good stay, Amazing food served in the restaurant. Lounge area next to the pool is good place to hang out too, Such a shame that access is limited when they have Functions going on....
