Room is clean and spacious enough for luggage space. Breakfast is the same over our 3 days there but food has a fairly good spread to suit most travelers.

Nothing really. Perhaps parking. We parked in an automated lot where cars are stacked in a purposed built building. Makes it inconvenient to retrieve items. A compromise for being in the centre of town.

The bath flooded out the bottom of the tub onto the floor. This may have been because plumbing could not handle the torrential rains, nevertheless it was unusual. It cleaned up ok but maintenance may be required on the floor below (3).

The bed was too hard and very small, we only got one small pillow per person, there was no space for storing your clothes, the refrigerator was very loud and there was no real air conditioning, only a fan that barely worked so it was too hot. With that said we also got the cheapest room, maybe the more expensive rooms are better.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026L'ubicació es excepcional, estàs prop de l'estació de tren i busos, al costat tens dels millors ramens que he menjat i moltes altres opcions de restaurants, el castell de Matsumoto està a menys de 10 min caminant. L'habitació estava impecable i l'staff molt atent. Si esteu per Matsumoto, busqueu de fer una excursió a Kamikochi, val molt la pena.
Crec que tot i la part positiva, el preu està per damunt del que ofereix. No es res fora d'òrbita, però si que ho comparo amb les altres experiències en aquest viatge o passats.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026The hotel is well located, within walking distance to Matsumoto station. The staffs were really nice, I met a cleaning senior lady and a senior gentleman, I really admire their dedication to work at this age, which was very inspiring. You can see many info from the TV in the room, Landry room occupancy, restaurant recommendations, wifi password and etc.
The breakfast is at the restaurant on the ground floor, it was decent, but could have been better, as the restaurant didn't seem to care about refill the food when they were gone. I am not sure if it was because of the room type I booked, the room looked a bit old, the bathroom light was extremely dark, which made the shower a bit unpleasant. I used the Landry on the 3rd floor, the washer was a bit dirty, I saw some hair on the door of the washer.

Als ik iets moet noemen: thee en koffie ligt niet standaard op je kamer maar kan je wel in de lobby gratis pakken.
