Only downfall was told the shuttle came every half hour for pick up and we stood outside in very hot weather for almost an hour and it never came so we had to take alternate transportation.

Location was great. Clean. The pool was freezing cold but hot tub was really nice!

We were charged parking per day even though we stayed at the hotel. We were not aware of that beforehand. Parking charges should be included in your hotel stay.

Couldn’t enjoy the pool, the water was too cold and paying to park.

The staff were extremely courteous and friendly. We loved our little balcony. The fire pit area was lovely. And the location was perfect.

The pillows were not great. Air conditioning was uneven and had a smell. Bathroom had crack in the tub tile where the rod was installed and peeling wallpaper.

That it was within walking distance to several places.

I didn’t like the fact that our rooms were over $1200 and I still had to pay a $15 parking fee to park on the property. This started a few months back according to the front desk clerk.

Had a queen suite, lots of room. It was very comfortable. Having a tv in the bedroom area and a tv in the living area was great.

I reserved a room with a jacuzzi, fireplace and balcony back in September just to show up and be told they don't have my room. They blamed it on the app and didn't seem to care that they gave my room away. Not to mention I called 2 days before to confirm the reservation and was told everything was in order. This was also my birthday weekend and the whole reason I picked the hotel was for the Jacuzzi room. I was beyond disappointed and it ruined my weekend. I also emailed the property and no one bothered to email me back. Needless to say I will never stay at a Hilton ever again.

This is a very nice hotel! Our room was updated and very clean! Staff was very friendly and professional. They made check in very fast and efficient. We will definitely stay again.

LOCATION!!!! Steps away from the Sky Park and Ober Gatlinburg. A block off the main property. The room was huge. We booked the King Suite. The bed was comfortable even had a pull out sofa bed. Room had great amenities like a keurig, mini fridge, even a microwave. Had 2 TVs. We had the Jacuzzi room, it was a tad small for two people but still excellent. Parking is charged which is understandable because everywhere in the area has paid parking. Keep in mind breakfast is an up charge too. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel instead went down the road to the Pancake Pantry, and that was by far the best breakfast I have had. All in all an amazing stay and great hotel

The only thing I didn't like was the chain was broken/missing from the window shade so we couldn't open them and the room was pitch black during the day. As well as the Jacuzzi automatically shut off after 15 to 20 minutes. Everything else was exceptional.

Such an expensive hotel and we received room.with full of roof covered without any nature view from the window. Breakfast is very very poor for such price. I felt like guilty while eating my breakfast how staff is treating.

I always chose a hotel for its pool and fitness center. Fitness center was great but the indoor pool was colder than the outside temperature. I didn't get in at all.

We were there only 1 night. But is was just what we needed.

A great location for the nice restaurants. A balcony to enjoy the outlook.

The people by the pool and fire were often loud.

La ubicacion es excelente. Cerca de todo. Ouedes ir caminando a cualquier lugar. El hotel es muy bonito y bien decorado. Las habitaciones amplias y camas comodas. El jacuzzi, la piscina y el pequeño gimnasio le dan un valor agregado extra. El desayuno buffet esta bien aunque se puede mejorar y tener mas variedad de alimentos. Frente al hotel hay un rio y pude ver los osos. Eso me gusto mucho.

The condition of the room was not up to par for the price I paid. As you can see in the pics, the carpet is shredded, baseboard messed up, wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. I complained to the front desk. I was told that’s just how it is. We are doing a complete renovation in 2027, so maybe you can come back to enjoy the new rooms. It’s doubtful I will return. Also, the elevators are extremely slow. These are pics of Room 329 on 10/10/2025

This was a fantastic hotel in a great location. Totally walkable to main strewn and all the fun but tucked behind so it is nice and quiet. They have a local black bear that hangs out around the property - so that’s kind of cool! Breakfast is AMAZING!! order off the menu or dine at the buffet (or a combo of both). Delicious and amazing value. Hotel staff were very friendly and super accommodating. We wanted to add an extra night and they worked to ensure we could keep our existing room and not have to move everything to a new room (we had two rooms in our party) The beds were very comfortable and the room was so quiet - even being close to the elevator. Rooms were clean and the shower was awesome. This was our first time in Gatlinburg and it was amazing! We would come back in a heartbeat!!
