The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the Moldovan lady at reception. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her first name, but she was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was okay, with a decent selection. The bartender was also very nice and professional. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and really appreciated the kindness of the staff.

It is was not possible to regulate the air conditioner in the room. It looked like the panel was broken. It was so cold that I had to wear a sweatshirt and cover myself with bath towels. There were no blankets just a thin sheet. Eventually we opened the window. I also expected that I can have a swim in the pool before breakfast, but that was not possible. It opened after breakfast. We checked the water later and it did not look clean either.

The location and the walk into the old town. The private parking was good, but cost extra 15 Euros.

Der Pool, der eigentlich sehr schön ist, war überhaupt nicht sauber. Das Wasser war ganz trüb und nicht sauber, wahrscheinlich, weil dauernd einige Tauben am und im Pool waren. Und es hat sich leider niemand vom Personal darum gekümmert.

Location in the centre of the Old Town. Despite that carries a good size swim pool which is good as the beach 8 kms. distant. Staff were excellent. Breakfast superb with a great selection of fruit, cereal , juice, cold cutts cheese and meat, with a good selection of add ons. Hot dishes provided as was cakes biscuits everything yo would want.

Nothing to dislike. Tourist Tax was the highest we came across but that is nothing to do with hotel.

The location was excellent, just a 5–10 minute walk from the Old Town, while still being far enough away from the noise. A big thank you to the cleaning staff, who did a fantastic job throughout our stay. Our room was clean and tidy every day when we returned from exploring. Fresh towels were provided, the beds were made, and the floors were cleaned, which made it a pleasure to return to the room each day. I would also like to mention the lovely lady who served us hot drinks at breakfast. She was very friendly, welcoming and attentive.

The hotel feels somewhat outdated, and we found the pictures online to be a little misleading. However, there were no unpleasant or unusual smells during our stay. One of the main inconveniences for us was that the air conditioning could not be adjusted by guests themselves. We had never experienced this before, and having to contact reception whenever we wanted the temperature adjusted was quite frustrating. If you are feeling too cold one minute and too warm the next, you simply have to put up with it until reception can make the adjustment. The gym was also not air-conditioned. There is also no iron in the rooms. The entire hotel has just one iron, located on the ground floor, which we found very odd. Having to leave the comfort of your room and take your clothes downstairs to iron was frustrating, particularly when the iron did not work on some days. We also noticed that the plug socket appeared to be coming away from the wall when unplugging the iron, which did not feel safe and is certainly something the hotel should address. There are no tea or coffee-making facilities in the rooms, which we found unusual for a four-star hotel in the 21st century. Parking is not free, although we found an affordable car park within a five-minute walk of the hotel, so this was manageable. The breakfast was disappointing overall. It may be enjoyable if you particularly like cakes, pastries and sweet treats, but the savoury options were quite limited and poor. Overall, for a four-star hotel, we felt there were too many inconveniences during our stay. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again

Mancanza in bagno e in camera di ganci o appendini dove appoggiare asciugamano o indumenti ecc. inoltre un po' "assurdo" che in piscina, carina con sdraio e comodini, manchino degli ombrelli e quindi si è obbligati a stare al sole!!! inoltre mi è capitato di andare in ora pranzo ma non c'era bagnino e nessuno a cui chiedere il telo da mettere su sdraio.

Staff molto gentile. Ho soggiornato solo una notte, la sera dopo avevo il traghetto per partire, l’hotel nonostante il check out mi ha fornito i teli con la possibilità di usufruire della piscina e dei servizi.

El desayuno era super completo. La limpieza es excelente, huele genial y esta siempre impoluto. El personal es muy amable, especialmente Patricia, del equipo de limpieza.

Las habitaciones y el baño son un poco antiguas por lo que se paga. Las almohadas son muy finas y no puedes regular la temperatura del aire acondicionado de la habitacion)

Die Lage war sehr gut und es hatte eine Garage, welche man zwar gegen Aufpreis benutzen konnte, aber so das Auto immerhin geschützt war.

Es ist bereits ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Super zentral gelegen, 5 Minuten bis zur Einkaufsstraße und Hafen. Zimmer modern, geräumig und sauber. Hatten die Junior Suite mit 3 Personen für 1 Nacht vor Abflug. Pool vorhanden.

Frühstück erst ab 7 Uhr, Lunchpaket bestand aus abgepackten harten Gebäck, altem Obst, Wasser und Saft. Braucht kein Mensch. Hatten Hotel nur wegen frühem Abflug gebucht, dann lieber ohne Frühstück buchen

Hotel je zelo lep, novejši, sobe zelo lepe, ciste. Vsakodnevno menjajo brisače in čistijo po tleh. Zajtrk je zelo raznolik in obilen, od jajčk, slanine, hrenovk, salam, sira, zelenjave, sadja, jogurtov, kosmičev, sladkih peciv…tudi kavo strežejo ob zajtrku. Vsi v hotelu so zelo prijazni. Zunaj je lep bazen. Se se bomo vrnili.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel z wyjątkowo ciepłą i przyjazną atmosferą. To miejsce, w którym naprawdę można odpocząć i poczuć się zaopiekowanym. Gościnność całego personelu była na najwyższym poziomie od recepcji, przez barmana i barmankę, ratowniczkę, aż po panie sprzątające. Wszyscy byli niezwykle uprzejmi, uśmiechnięci i pomocni, co niestety nie zdarza się już tak często. Basen jest świetny, a wnętrza hotelu są piękne i bardzo zadbane. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługują również pięknie pachnące kosmetyki w pokojach – żele pod prysznic i kremy do ciała były naprawdę wysokiej jakości. Śniadania nie były najmocniejszą stroną hotelu, jednak ogromnym plusem było to, że w dniu naszego wyjazdu, gdy wymeldowywaliśmy się już o 6:00 rano, personel sam zaproponował śniadanie na wynos. Czekało ono na nas przygotowane na recepcji, co było bardzo miłym i profesjonalnym gestem. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and all staff are extremely helpful and nice. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel has a lovely pool and the pool area is cleaned daily. There is plenty of choice for breakfast. If anyone complains, they must be very fussy. The fitness room has everything needed for a quick workout.

The pool area loses sun in late afternoon but it's a very minor issue compared with all the plus points.

I liked the fact that thr hotel solved a problem with a malfunctioning air conditioning sensor. In general staff, including the manager were very helpful.

Exceptionally one member of staff was unhelpful and unsympathetic when we drew attenrion to a problem. While happily resolved by colleagues, we did not appreciate her attempt to blame us for the problem.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nahe am Zentrum. Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption und an der Bar. Frühstück war gut.

Das zweite Heißgetränke (Kaffee oder Tee) wäre beim Frühstück kostenpflichtig gewesen. Ansonsten war das Frühstück gut. Im Bad haben Handtuchhalten für die normalen Handtücher gefehlt, für die Duschhandtücher waren Halten vorgesehen. etwas zu wenig Ablagefläche im Bad.

Le fait que la piscine ne fonctionne pas. C était il y a plus d une semaine. le fait que l une des salarié nous mente en nous disant qu elle était en panne depuis la veille alors que visiblement elle n avait pas été mise en fonctionnement depuis longtemps.

Personale gentilissimo, quasi familiare, struttura all'altezza del posto, perfino il bagnoschiuma aveva una fragranza che ho gradito tantissimo.

I cuscini erano quasi inesistenti, la tavolozza del water era rotta da un lato ed era un po' instabile.

Our air condituoning wasn’t working well and we were told in the morning it was centrally worked from downstairs and should have come down to have to turned back on.. it was hot we were tired so didn’t think to do that so didn’t get a great nights sleep. There was a 2 coffee rule at breakfast which I’d never come accross before in my life.

Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas y la piscina estaba mala. No la pudimos usar, lo cual supimos cuando llegamos al hotel, ya que nadie nos avisó. Hubiera sido bueno saberlo, ya que uno de los motivos por los cuales elegimos el hotel fue poder disfrutar de la piscina, lo cual no pudimos hacer.
