Extrem viele Ameisen auf dem Balkon; sehr staubiges Zimmer; defekter Schlüssel-Kartenslot (war bekannt), so dass wir mehrfach abends ohne Strom und Licht in der Suite standen; Frühstück mit wenig Auswahl (schmeckte jedoch gut); Lunchpaket statt Frühstück bestand aus einer kleinen Flasche Wasser für zwei Personen, einem Tee, Zwieback und einem abgepackten Supermarkt-Croissant-> keine Gleichwertigkeit zum bezahlten Frühstück, die wir von anderen Hotels gewohnt sind

It's a small hotel that provides personalized and gracious service. Located on a pedestrian street, it is close to the main shopping street in Olbia with lots of restaurants. The lobby is striking with its classy appearance, and our room was well appointed with a comfortable bed, minibar, in-room safe, and writing desk. Breakfast was delicious.

Vi vender altid tilbage til La Locanda Del Conte Mameli, fordi det har en perfekt beliggenhed meget tæt på Olbias centrum og lufthavnen . Personalet er meget imødekommende og hjælpsom. Det har en god varieret morgenmad med lokale specialiteter og hotelværelserne er moderniserede og med gode senge. Vi har været så heldige at vi fik en gratis opgradering af vores værelse, en fantastisk overraskelse. Tusind tak for det og vi kommer tilbage næste år uden tvivl!

Cada mañana nos recibía con una gran sonrisa y una actitud encantadora, haciendo que empezáramos el día de la mejor manera. Queremos agradecerle de corazón por su atención y hospitalidad. Lovely historic building beautifully restored and furnished. Everything was perfect - the cleanliness, location and excellent breakfast. Special thanks to Nadia and Valentina at reception and Barbara for looking after us so well at breakfast.

The location of the hotel was very central. The breakfast included freshly baked pastries and the restaurant staff were very friendly. The reception staff were also extremely welcoming and helpful.

Die Lage ist super. In 100m Entfernung ein von Hotel gestellter Parkplatz. In 150m Entfernung in der Haupteinkaufsmeile. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die ältere Dame, die uns morgens immer unsere Getränke gemacht ist ein Engel von Mensch. Man hat das Gefühl gehabt, sie ist erst zufrieden, wenn man selber glücklich ist. Sie hat den Tag mit Ihrem Lächeln schon gut beginnen lassen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war auch super hilfsbereit. Ich vergass den Balkon in der Suite zu erwähnen, der ein Traum ist. Bis ca. 15:30 Uhr kann man da im Schatten chillen.

Wir hatten die Junior Suite unter dem Dach und leider ist die Klimaanlage etwas zu klein dimensioniert, sodass es abends erst um 3:00 Uhr richtig kühl wurde im Zimmer (wir hatten aber auch 35 Grad). Die Suite eine Etage tiefer hat diese Probleme sicherlich nicht.

The taxi I ordered at the front desk didn't have a meter, so I paid an inflated price. The driver explained that this rate had been agreed upon with the hotel. I would expect the hotel to protect its customers from so-called taxis.

Our Amex card was charged without our permission for a second room for our first night. We thought it was an honest error since at check out we used our Amex card for the one room we actually did book for two days. Hotel refused to refund unauthorized charge. Aside from that we found the room too small too open our second suitcase. Location and breakfast were OK.

In close vicinity to the bars and restaurants in the area. Although the hotel do not have parking facilities, we were provided with access to a nearby public parking. Comfortable clean room equipped with all amenities. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff especially the breakfast lady Barbara, such a wonderful person. We will surely visit again Olbia and will book at this hotel.

The front desk woman Valentina was exceptional-she helped before my arrival by coordinating a transfer and finding a dinner reservation late night on a day when many restaurants were closed.

The room was very crowded for two people with 2 pieces of luggage each but the positives outweighed any negative

Sehr schön ist auch der große Balkon, der perfekt ist, um zu entspannen und den Abend zu verbringen. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich während des gesamten Aufenthalts bestens um uns gekümmert."

Amazing staff, place to relax and confort. Thank you specially to Barbara and Michella that were amazing!

The staff are outstanding - very helpful and nothing is too difficult to do for you. Location was excellent - a short walk and you were in the heart of the hustle and bustle of cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of savoury and sweet selections and the coffee was great. I would stay there again on my next visit to Sardinia and recommend this hotel to my friends too.

Nothing as everything was perfect

Dit hotel ligt echt midden in het centrum van Olbia. Parkeren is wel mogelijk, er is een parkeerterrein vlak bij en een parkeergarage waar het hotel een aantal plaatsen heeft. Communicatie vanuit het hotel vooraf was nuttig en duidelijk. Ontbijt was wat beperkt en werd verzorgd door een hele vriendelijke Italiaanse dame die alleen Italiaans sprak en dat ook gebruikte in de communicatie naar ons zonder dat wij Italiaans spraken. Maar op de een of andere manier begrepen we elkaar toch....:-). Hotel heeft taxi geregeld omdat we al vroeg naar het vliegveld moesten en we kregen ook een mand met het ontbijt op de kamer omdat we te vroeg voor het reguliere ontbijt waren.

De kamer die wij hadden is vrij klein (standaard kamer). Hij lag op de begane grond, waardoor je nogal wat geluid meekrijgt vanuit de receptie, die daar vlak naast is. Verder veel geluid vanuit de straat. Naast het hotel is een restaurant met terras en dat hoor je dus ook, naast het verkeer dat langskomt.

We had a truly lovely stay in Olbia and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from the centre, with convenient paid parking nearby. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and well looked after. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were professional yet genuinely warm and friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From the moment I first made enquiries before booking, the communication was excellent. They helped arrange parking, provided clear directions from the airport, and made sure we were aware of the limited traffic zones to avoid any fines — which was incredibly helpful. During our stay, they checked in with us daily to make sure everything was going well, which made us feel truly cared for. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection, lovely surroundings, and a friendly atmosphere. A special mention to Barbara, who was absolutely wonderful — so kind, warm, and genuinely welcoming. She made us feel at home, and it was clear she takes real pride in what she does. Also a special thank you to Nadia and Valentina, who clearly work incredibly hard to keep everything running so smoothly. And not forgetting all the staff behind the scenes who keep the place spotless and operating seamlessly — it really shows. You could see that the whole team works well together and truly cares about their guests. I was honestly surprised to read any negative comments, as our experience was nothing but positive. In any business, occasional issues can arise that are beyond control, but this team clearly does everything they can to deliver a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Olbia.

WIR WAREN IM MÄRZ IM HOTEL UND FÜR UNS WURDE DER MASSAGEBEREICH UND SPABEREICH NICHT GEÖFFNET.

L accoglienza dello staff è in particolare la gentilezza e la passione di Barbara durante la nostra colazione, oltre che alla posizione centralissima , e’ il principale motivo per cui tornerei in questo hotel… -Colazione fenomenale con tante attenzioni ( frutta fresca, ricotta, marmellate e yogurt locali , torte e biscotti fatte a mano da Barbara che prepara dei cappuccini fantastici - Parcheggio convenzionato con l albergo molto vicino e davvero conveniente rispetto agli altri parcheggi -Camere confortevoli e bagno moderno

Lenzuola di raso e cuscini in velluto dorati che non trasmettono un idea di pulito e fresco ma piuttosto di un atmosfera da motel di periferia invece che di un albergo a 4 stelle Pochi cuscini Per un albergo di questa categoria mi aspetterei accappatoio e ciabatte in spugna , assieme a più varietà di prodotti cosmetici ( balsamo, shampoo, crema corpo ect ), magari una promozione dei prodotti naturali locali

Clean, attractive and comfortable hotel in excellent location with very kind staff and good (not great, but good enough) breakfast.

- La propreté irréprochable apres le ménage. Un GRAND merci a la dame qui faisait le ménage car elle en faisait bien plus que nécessaire. - L'amabilité et l'extrême gentillesse de la dame du petit déjeuner. Un grand merci a elle.

- La chambre étant au RDC malgré le fait qu'il y a des rideaux, pas tres discret et peu d'intimité - Le code wifi n'était pas affiché, nous l'avons demandé le 2eme jour - Nous sommes resté bloqué 30min a l'exterieur de la chambre car la clé électronique ne voulait pas ouvrir la porte de notre chambre. - L'appellation de l'hôtel avec le mon "SPA" peut porter a confusion car il s'agit d'une suite avec le SPA. L'hôtel en lui meme n'est pas équipé de SPA et c'était une des raison de notre choix. - Il serait bien de proposer.une machine a café et une ou deux bouteilles d'eau a disposition dans les chambres. - Petit déjeuner peu varié par rapport aux autres hôtels que nous visitons (mais le personnel d'une extrême gentillesse).

Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. The breakfast staff were simply exceptional in service and friendliness.

The hotel was lovely, breakfast and breakfast staff lovely. However what let our stay down was the night prior to leaving when we returned from dinner at approximately 21.15 the receptionist came straight to us and said “you must be checked out by 10.00 tomorrow” We as well as others I’m sure who stay in the hotel are perfectly aware of check out times. We all felt (4 of us) that the way she approached us was exceptionally rude and soul make us think twice on recommending to anyone.
