Short stay to catch a cruise, but a very pleasant one. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good and with a lot of options.

Only negative bit was having to carry luggages up and down the stairs, as there is no elevator in the structure.

Un hôtel très agréable, d'une grande propreté, avec une décoration soignée. Les trois bâtiments sont situés au calme mais à proximité du centre. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Je recommande vivement !

Gäste sollten im Spa des Hotels angemessene Leistungen erhalten. Wir mussten 45 € pro Person für anderthalb Stunden extra bezahlen, was ich angesichts des ohnehin schon hohen Zimmerpreises als übertrieben empfand. Zudem war das Frühstück ungenügend; es gab morgens nicht einmal Prosecco und Es steht kein kostenloses Schwimmbad zur Verfügung. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Good location. Comfortable room and bed. Nice spa. Coffee service at the room and cold water available every time.

Extremely expensive as most of Sardinia hotels in Summer. The temperature of the room was set at 22ºC but the real temperature was higher. I asked the reception to lower the second night. Only they can access the control system.

There truly is nothing to like about this place. Do yourself a favour and dont stay here unless you want to have zero sleep. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely horrible. I was put in a room right by the reception. There is no noise insulation. I could hear everything going on in the lobby area. What was shocking is that there was a receptionist arguing with a guest until 2 am! So I couldnt sleep! I had to come out of the room at 2am and tell them to be quiet, which they finally complied to, but guess what - the noise started at 6 am again. From 2am to 6am I also barely slept because the AC is very weak and cannot combat the hot august weather. Do not stay here.

Das Personal war super Nett und zuvorkommend. Man hat sich extrem bemüht den Wünschen nachzukommen.

Location was great and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Front staff was very helpful. Our television did not work and although reception tried to assist we couldn't get it to switch on. They did try and offered to call maintenance which we declined as it was past 8pm when we checked in and only had a night there. Reception also helped us arrange a taxi service to the airport next morning, which was on time as we had tried 3 other local services with no success.

Rooms were quite large and bed very comfortable. Bathroom was also very large

Heerlijk comfortabel hotel en de perfecte plek om onze rondreis door Sardinië af te sluiten. Na alle indrukken en het vele reizen kwamen we hier echt tot rust. De bedden zijn heerlijk, het ontbijt is uitgebreid en de spa is een fijne extra om even helemaal te ontspannen. Het hotel is rustig gelegen, maar binnen een minuut sta je in het gezellige, bruisende centrum waar je heerlijk kunt rondslenteren en genieten van de sfeer. Ook het personeel verdient absoluut een extra compliment. Ze waren ontzettend behulpzaam en gastvrij. Vanwege onze late vlucht mochten we later uitchecken en konden we na het uitchecken nog gebruikmaken van zowel de parkeerplek als de spa. Dat was echt een geweldige service en maakte ons verblijf helemaal compleet. We zijn heel blij dat we hier onze laatste nacht hebben doorgebracht en zouden dit hotel zeker aanraden!

Rude staff. Front desk hours were horrible. It was closed at 7:30am when I needed to check out. The room wasn’t fully cleaned the one night I stayed. The hotel had no ice bucket. The A/C barely worked.

Een zeer nette kamer met een perfecte airco (geruisloos, zonder onaangename voelbare luchtstroom maar wel heel fris op de kamer), een zeer comfortabel bed en een douche om te willen blijven onder staan. Het ontbijt was heel verzorgd en lekker. Het hotel lag op wandelafstand van restaurants en bars. Leuk om ‘s avonds de auto te kunnen laten staan.

De gereserveerde parkeerplaatsen bleken niet zo gereserveerd te zijn. De plaatsen waren ook veel te smal waardoor het onmogelijk wordt om reglementair te parkeren (binnen de lijnen).

Het zalige bed, de vriendelijkheid van het personeel, het lekkere ontbijt.😃

Location was fantastic, just a 5 min walk to the main strip. Room was clean, bathroom lovely, and bed was super comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great having a parking option too as we had a rental car - It cost something like €5-8 per day but was totally worth it for peace of mind. Overall, a great hotel in city centre Olbia and would definitely stay here again.

Additional charge for beach towels was a surprise as it was a spa hotel, but it was only €5 euro per towel, so a very minor inconvenience. I guess because it was peak season too?

Sehr sauber, hervorragende Lage, Parkplätze verfügbar (kostenpflichtig, 3-5 Minuten Fußweg), nette Mitarbeiterinnen. Große Fenster im Schlafbereich, sowie im Badezimmer. Frühstück in Ordnung von allem was da, sogar selbst gebackener Kuchen.

Smart-TV/Youtube etc. hat nicht funktioniert. Auch ein Mitarbeiter konnte das nicht zum laufen bringen. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Frühstück könnte mehr frisches Gemüse angeboten werden. War überwiegend eingelegtes Gemüse.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, particularly Lorena who helped sort out a glitch in my accommodation. Proximity to the airport is a plus when arriving on a late flight. Great location, near the Main Street. Good breakfast!!

Dieses Hotel war eine 100/10 für italienische Verhältnisse. Das Frühstück war super klasse, es gab wirklich alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr lieb & hilfsbereit! Ich hatte mich in das Kopfkissen verliebt und mir wurde extra die genaue Bezeichnung rausgesucht damit ich es kaufen kann.

Pozitionare minunata, foarte aproape de centru, cu multiple posibilitati de shoping si servirea mesei.

Accesul la Spa se poate face numai cu programare prealabila si asta daca cumva ai norocul sa fii intre primele 8 persoane, este contracost, deci aceasta facilitate mult mediatizata nu prea poate fi luata in calcul. Am rugat-o pe una dintre receptioniste sa comande un taxi pentru 2 persoane, a acomandat o dubita oentru 6 persoane macar, care a costat 35 euro pentru 6 km pana la aeroport. Termostatul de aer conditionat nu poate fi reglat din camera, decat daca soliciti la receptie si de altfel este foarte zgomotos. Peste saltea se afla o salteluta care avea continutul facut din ghemotoace.

We had a great apartment which had good space and useful amenities.

The lounge upstairs which doubled up as a second bedroom you would want for children was a good size but sadly overbearing hot despite running the AC day and night - it felt a little detached from the rest of the hotel as it was across the road but that wasn’t a big issue and we knew the hotel was spread over different buildings when we booked

There is no hot water in the shower for two days. You have to pay to get to the Spa. If you call yourself a spa hotel, then the spa should be included. Breakfast is simple.

Super location, friendly staff, supportive stuff like umbrellas, beach towel. Cool breakfast, except the coffee.

The >100€/night price range should allow to serve good coffee for breakfast. Instant powder coffee is a downer.

The property is superb. It’s a beautiful hotel with modern features including a lift. Breakfast up on level 3 was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve experienced.

Una muy buena ubicación, habituación amplia y limpia, tiene parking por 8€ que viene genial porque no hay aparcamiento. Ambiente tranquilo y personal muy amable.

The location was convenient to access restaurants and shops. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful.

After being in many hotels throughout Sardegna, I was surprised that the check-in staff was not as friendly and available as what I had experienced in other similar hotels. Perhaps it was a very busy day? Perhaps some staff did not show up for work? I do not know...but guest interactions leave lasting impressions!

La posizione del hotel è centrale. La cordialità e professionalità delle receptionist è impeccabile.

Per essere un hotel di 4 stelle e per aver pagato la stanza 200€ a notte (x3 notti)mi aspettavo un po’ più di comfort. Il bagno è senza finestra e senza una ventola. Aria condizionata bloccata a 22 gradi fissi, qualche problema con gli asciugamani e soprattutto all’arrivo non ci è stata offerta nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua.

Location convenient for buses to beaches. Air con in room worked well. Clean. Good quality towels. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Breakfast, some good things: the yoghurt, granola, fruit, freshly made scrambled eggs, frittata. Water refill provision. Cleaning team and breakfast crew all pleasant.

Very unwelcoming member of staff at check-in, and from observation this was their manner with everyone. Error with booking on the part of the hotel was initially dismissed with brusque attitude. Only resolved due to our determination, and finally a more pleasant staff member intervening a few hours later, but could and should have been avoided. This aside, the business would benefit from focusing on the details. There was generally a lack of customer service - no help offered such as a city map, information, checking how stay (of several nights) was progressing. The so-called gym was full of suitcases. Wardrobe space too short for dresses to hang correctly. No furniture supplied for balcony; had to drag the sole chair provided (for two people!) from the room onto the balcony then back again, very awkward. Breakfast: some things substandard  - coffee from machine was weak and hardly lukewarm (so we preferred to walk to a cafe in Piazza Matteoti for a properly prepared espresso macchiato), and the croissants (cornettos) on offer were unpleasantly doughy. Not sure what differentiates a hotel from a B&B, but compared to other hotels we stayed in on Sardinia, this felt more like a B&B. There seemed to be a lot of airline crew staying there, so perhaps more geared to short business-type stays.

Location was central to the main shopping and restaurant area- 3 short blocks away but totally quiet. Breakfast buffet was excellent with wide range of options. Many, many types of croissants, breads, granolas, fruit and fruit salad, 2 types of eggs, cheeses, hams. Italian coffee machine with all choices Americano, cappuccino, espresso, latte, etc. The spa area was included in the price of my room because it was located in the Wellness part of the hotel. Outdoor hot tub, huge indoor jacuzzi pool with wonderful different jets, large sauna, super steam room, several types of shower to enjoy, indoor and outdoor lounges for napping. ☺️

Very small maintenance issues - safe malfunctioning - easily corrected, shower head in bathroom could not be adjusted for taller person (me) but could be handheld. Inside door lock was broken but door was locked by main card controller.
