Zentral gelegen mit geräumigem Zimmer und Bad. Sehr schöner Ausblick von der Dachterrasse. Sauber und gepflegt.

Beim Frühstück bei ein paar Punkten noch Potenzial zur Verbesserung. Mit fertig portionierter Marmelade in kleinen Plastikbehältern (zum Beispiel) habe ich so meine Mühe. Aber da kann man auch drüber wegsehen.

For a 4 star hotel and somewhat pricy, owners could pay more attention to cracked bathroom tiles, doors and the dirt accumulation on the kit work in the bathroom

Great location and incredible views from the room. Also really enjoyed the terrace at the top of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful.

Central so it is very convenient to walk around and has its own private parking but it can be full so arrive early.

All is wrong: this is a very old 1970-80 type hotel that is sold as a new cool place. It is not. Old everything and yet you are charged as if it is new. Staff is nice but you can imagine…so I would say avoid it like the plague, but in olbia you have few choices and it is full because people have to sleep before / after ferries or flights.

Le côté humain laisse à desirer. Des problemes avec la clim trop froide sans que l’on ne nous propose de solutions. L’hospitalité pour un 4 etoiles laisse à desirer.

Belle chambre

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa piscine, mais l’accès est finalement payant à un tarif excessif. Si nous avions été informés à l’avance, nous ne serions jamais venus, car au vu du prix de la chambre, le rapport qualité-prix est clairement insuffisant. De plus, notre chambre n’a pas été faite malgré notre absence toute la journée.

Friendly staff. We arrived late and they were clearly prepared to welcome visitors arriving on later flights. Nice room. Very central location. Lovely spot in the narrow Olbia streets. Great roof terrace.

Parking. It is not the Hotel's fault that the parking is a short walk away and they do send directions before you travel. But...be prepared to not find it, not know what to do and to be thoroughly confused. All fine in the end though!

Makyaj aynası ve kağıt mendil olmayışı eksiğiydi. Ücretsiz su hergün konulabilirdi. Otoparkı ücretliydi. Yalnız önerdikleri restoranları beğenmedik. Çevrede yürüyerek gidilecek pek çok restoran var ve kendiniz seçin derim.

We missed the last train to Cagliari due to a delayed bus and needed to book somewhere in a hurry for 1 night. Normally I would research hotels carefully, but we were in a bit of quandary, so I picked Hotel Panorama off my Google search. What an unexpected gem! We arrived at check-in 10 minutes after booking, after a taxi trip from the station, but if we had known how close it was to the station, we would have walked, like we did the next day after check-out. It is an easy walk on wide pavements. Please note that the taxi is not allowed to drop you right outside, so you walk a hundred metres or so on some cobblestones. The check-in staff were very friendly, and we had even been upgraded to a room on the 5th floor as we had made a last-minute booking. The room was very spacious with a lovely view and magnificent bathroom. Even though some of the furnishings were dated, it actually suited the hotel and its setting in the pedestrian area of Olbia. Everything was clean and the wi-fi was very good. We went up to their top floor roof garden just around sunset, and the 360 degree views of the entire town of Olbia were outstanding. Olbia's pedestrian zone was also an unexpected gem. So many quaint restaurants to choose from and such lovely settings in the narrow maze of roads which came alive after 8pm. We only wish now that we had more time in Olbia. We had an early breakfast the next morning as we had to catch the train to Cagliari. There was more than enough to choose from at the continental buffet and everything tasted good. Check-out was easy and we received the €100 security deposit back which we had paid in cash the night before. I can highly recommend this hotel, and also the old part of Olbia.

The location is great, right in the center but calm during the night, at a walking distance from the harbour. We were upgraded to a junior suite with a wonderful view, spacious and comfortable. The staff is kind and attentive. I would definitely come back to this place and recommend it 100%!

Hard to navigate to if driving

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist hervorragend! Zwei Parkplätze (ca. 100m vom Hotel entfernt) waren auch sehr ideal, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Toller Ausblick von der Dachterrasse. Unser Dreibettzimmer war sehr geräumig.

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen aber beim Frühstück gab es nur eine Auswahl von 3 Gebäcksarten (kein Brot).

Das Personal war sehr nett und konnte uns bei allen Problemen und Fragen helfen. Die Dachterrasse ist der Hammer!!

Es gibt nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat.

sehr schönes und grosses Zimmer, mitten in der Altstadt. Parkplatz nahe des Hotels (Kostet 9 EUR). Wir waren nur die letzte Nacht vor dem Heimflug da, aber wir haben es sehr genossen, nochmals in der Stadt zu sein. Kostenloses Frühstück mit allem, was das Herz begehrt.

Замечательный отель и расположение! Очень быстро можно пешком добраться до Корсо Умберто и прогуляться по магазинам и посидеть в кафе! В отеле номер был прекрасный, просторный, чистый и даже была ванна! Завтрак вкусный и прекрасный кофе!

Посетили СПА ( платный), немного разочаровал! Не работал хаммам, сауна была еле еле теплая! Джакузи отличный, но запах в самом СПА не самый лучший, затхлый! Нужно поработать с системой вентиляции!

The hotel is very well located The amenities are old school compared to the prices (we paid 575 EUR for 3 nights plus breakfast), even the rooftop is overrated. Last morning we went at the beach after checking out, the showers at the beach were under renovation, so I ask the front desk if we could had a quick shower just before flying back. The lady requested us to pay 15 EUR per person, for a quick shower they have in the basement... We had several drinks during our stay, we paid 575 EUR and again, we were being ask to pay... I know it is a business but 30 EUR for this is unacceptable. I tried to negotiate but the lady did not want to make an effort, pretexting the work of cleaning the shower... come on I refused obviously, since it should be a default service to an hotel guest. Constantly being treated like a cash machine is exhausting.

Room temp stayed at a consistent 27.5 degrees, despite air con being full blast, so hard to be comfortable

It was lovely and appeared to be still building and updated some areas But the staff were excellent and very helpful The masseuse was wonderful too that was a plus for us

I wish they had a little transportation into town where all the restaurants were and also the Beach bus was there since we were not traveling with our own car that would be helpful

The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful, friendly staff and perfect location! The rooftop terrace was lovely with amazing 360 views.

Only problem was the spa was being regulated so we couldn't use it. Elevator broke down temporarily the day we checked out.

Es wurde vorweg eine Kaution geblockt von über 100 Euro. Falls Schäden - geraucht wurde und für was auch immer noch. Fand ich nicht ok.

Chambre agréable et situation centrale à Olbia. Petit déjeuner buffet complet. Très belle terrasse au dernier étage avec vue sur la ville et possibilité de prendre un dernier verre au calme

Le parking est exigu et demande de nombres manœuvres pour pouvoir se garer. Pas facile non plus d'éviter d'entrer dans la ZTL car il n'y a pas de possibilité de demi-tour si on s'engage trop loin dans la rue (même si une information est transmise en amont par l'hôtel pour prévenir de la situation).

We were in Olbia for just one night, and frankly didn't know what to expect. Hotel Panorama was outstanding in every imaginable way: communication, cleanliness, size and comfort of room, amenities, and an unforgettable 360-degree view of the city from their lovely rooftop terrace. It was a great way to end our stay in Sardinia.

Top Lage. Schöne Dachterrasse. Gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz schon eng, aber zentral und im Preis inkludiert.

Der eine Fahrstuhl war mit den Hotelgästen teilweise überfordert, sodass man häufiger warten musste. Preis-Leistung insgesamt eher teuer.

Super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal. Sauberes Hotel und schönes, großes Zimmer und Badezimmer mit Fenster.

Fitnessraum - alte Geräte. Frühstück eher mittelmäßig.

Das Hotel verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz und liegt ideal am Eingang zur Altstadt. Die Einrichtung ist gediegen, mit traditionellem Charme, unser Standard-Einzelzimmer war geräumig und luftig. Das Frühstück war reichlich, und das Highlight des Hotels ist die Dachterrasse mit freiem Blick in alle Richtungen.

Wir waren mit dem Hotel rundum zufrieden.

Klimaanlage funktinierte nicht wirklich

Krasny a prijemny hotel v historickem centru Olbie. Personal velmi prijemny, moc nas potesilo, ze jsme se mohli ubytovat drive nez bylo uvedeno. Navic jsme dostali lepsi pokoj s panoramatickym vyhledem na mesto a lode v pristavu. Po horkem dni na slunci jsme tuto moznost ocenili. Snidane byly pestre, velky vyber slaného a sladkeho. Jeste jednou velmi dekujeme a moc radi tento hotel vyuzijeme znovu, az se na Sardinii vratime.

Kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche auch nach mehreren Minuten laufen lassen.

Die Dachterasse hat eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Personal besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne Raume und gute Austattung. Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt.
